A caller raises concerns about the potent, viable threat Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) poses as the potential Democrat nominee for President from the swing state of Michigan. Dan echoes these concerns and views her as formidable, whereas Michigan native Ryan believes scratching just past the surface reveals a very flawed candidate who's not ready for primetime and the bright lights of the biggest stage in American politics.

Gabe Evans, Republican candidate for Colorado's 8th Congressional District, outlines his general election race against incumbent Rep. Yadira Caraveo (D, CO-8) and what he believes are the keys to victory.

President Biden delivers live remarks from the White House chastising another Supreme Court ruling he doesn't like, and Dan can only tolerate so much of the 4-minute address without questions from the press.

This is Dan Caplis and welcome totoday's online podcast edition of The Dan Caplis
Show. Please be sure to giveus a five star rating if you'd be
so kind, and to subscribe, download and listen to the show every single
day on your favorite podcast platform. This is what the founder's envision with the
separation of powers, the Supreme Courtwhich was able to step in today and

(00:21):
literally save the country. And Dan, if you get a chance sometime to
actually read the Supreme Court opinion inthe Trump immunity case, it is a
work of art. You know,I've been practicing law forty years. I
read a lot of Supreme Court opinions. It's probably going to take me two
or three days to fully digest it. But the gist of it is so

(00:41):
correct legally and so critical for oursurvival as a nation, especially now that
the Left has opened this horrific, this horrific Pandora's box of criminally prosecuting political
opponents for political reasons, because atthat point, at that point, the
country falls apart. How does somebodyfunction and as president when they're thinking,
Okay, this action's best for thecountry, but I know that the other

(01:06):
side will then prosecute me, andI may die in jail. So is
the president really going to do what'sbest for the country there? You would
hope so, but don't bet onit. And so yeah, they save
the country once again, and wecan get into the nuances, and you
know, it's a very thoughtful opinion. There are different levels of immunity here,

(01:26):
but the bottom line is it's forofficial stuff. If the president's screwing
around and he commits some horrible assaultof somebody's having an affair with the rate,
he's not getting any protection for thator she, But official acts yes,
And again we'll get back into themechanics, and then talking about the
really fun stuff, right because theleft deserves this, and it's as long

(01:49):
as Biden is removed as president quickly, which is not likely to happen that
then the rest of it is goodfor America because America gets to see the
truth about the Left just liars totheir core, lying about Biden this whole
time, their media arm covering upfor Biden the whole time, the lefty
politicians covering up for Biden the wholetime, liars about big important stuff,

(02:13):
and now they're fully exposed as liars, who have endangered this nation because no
thinking person can look at Joe Bidenand think that he doesn't endanger this nation.
My lord, can you imagine whatthe enemies are thinking? Yeah,
this man could not be a wartimeleader right now. Enemies know they can
have their way until January twentieth atnoon because could Biden rally this nation?

(02:36):
Would Biden even fight back? Nah? And so Americans get it. And
that's why, as we go toour phone lines, we are in a
moment right now unlike any we've seenin our lifetime, because every single thinking
person knows that no elected Democrat canback Biden, can go out there and
say, oh, yeah, he'scapable. He's capable running this country without

(03:00):
losing their own credibility. Right,So where have all the Colorado Democrats gone?
Where's Jared Polis? Where's Bennett? Now? Hickenlooper wouldn't go on camera,
but he mumbled something to Channel nineabout all behind Biden all the way.
But Hickenlooper doesn't have to run fora little while. You know,
these Democrats who have to run inthis cycle or anytime soon, they know

(03:23):
they are exposed as liars, asjocksniffers, as unbelievable the second they say,
oh no, that guy Biden,he can run the country eight five
to five for zero five eight twofive five the number. So how do
they get out of this? Well, I've got some ideas as to how
they're going to try. And itstarts, and this will be a funny,
feeble part of it, but itstarts at five point forty five Mountain

(03:44):
tonight, when they're gonna wheel JoeBiden out and they're going to put him
in front of a teleprompter and he'sgoing to give you three to five minutes
off a script condemning the US SupremeCourt decision today and using it as an
excuse to try to wash the tasteout of america mouth of that ugliness last
Thursday night, and and spew somemore venom at Trump in the meantime.

(04:04):
So five forty five tonight, we'regoing to take it here on the show.
Let's go back to the phone lines. Big five five UR zero five
eight two five five text d AN five seven seven three nine. Let's
start in Indian Hills, Colorado.D D. You're on the Dan Kaplis
Show. Welcome hello over Dan,and you nailed it and bottom line is

(04:27):
everybody who's a voter that has anycommon sense, no matter what party you
belong to, you have to votefor President Trump because otherwise, who the
hell wants to have an Alzheimer's dementiaperson with the nuclear codes? He can
sure sure, he can't handle it. He can't do it. No,

(04:50):
Obviously, if Biden's their candidate, they're going to lose. And the Left
knows that now that the thing is, we all know he's not going to
be their candidate come election day.So who is it going to be?
And how do they get there withoutcompletely imploding the party at least in the
eyes of the rest of the country. And we can't have Kamala Harris because

(05:15):
everybody who's ever listened to her knowsthat she is totally incapable of leading the
country. So they have what theyneed to force Biden out? Do they
have what they need to force Kamalaout? I think her own speech and
actions betray her. I think howshe's acted so far, how she's spoken
so far, shows that she's notmuch more. Oh I'm I'm I'm with

(05:43):
you. Kamala Harris will lose unlessand thank you did for your call.
Thank you very much for that.Kamala Harris will lose unless she becomes president
sometime soon. If she becomes president, let's say it has at least two
or three months in the presidency beforeelection day, then public perceptions of her
may change dramatically. I still thinkshe loses even if she becomes president.

(06:08):
But if she becomes president is cloakedin all of that, huh, then
you know, all bets are offand maybe she does win. So if
you're a Democrat right now, whatyou're thinking is you have got to invoke
the twenty fifth Amendment or have Bidenvoluntarily step aside, have Kamala become cloaked

(06:30):
in the presidency so she at leasthas some chance to win. Or if
you're one of these lefty powerbrokers, you're thinking, do we have what we
need to force Kamala out of therace. I have no idea if they
have it or not. I don'tknow anything about her personal history. I
don't know what kind of skeletons,if any, are out there. But
you can bet the left does sodo they have what they need to force

(06:54):
her or induce her to step outof the race. Let's go to how
about Dennis Denver, you're on theDankaplas Show, Welcome again. You were
giving letter grades Friday on the debate, and I think one that was missed
was President Trump's restraint. When hewalked out on stage. I noticed the

(07:17):
scowl on his face, and Iwasn't so sure that he wasn't going to
physically attack Joe Biden. He didn'tshake his hand. What do you think
he would have done? If Bidenhad walked over to him and stuck out
his hand to shake his hand,to shake his hand, he would have
absolutely ignored him. And how wouldthat have played? Oh, you know

(07:44):
the left would have played it up. I haven't, But how about normal
people? The normis out there. How would that have played with the normies?
I'm just not sure because it wouldhave killed him. You know,
as I see it, I canhelp out there, Dennis, I can
help out there. It would havekilled him. It would have killed Trump.
And I believe if Biden had walkedover and stuck out his hand,

(08:07):
Trump would have shaked his hand, because yeah, Americans across party lines,
you know, just basic decency.Somebody walks over, sticks out their hand
to shake your hand, you don'tleave them hanging unless it's literally Charlie Manson.
But Dennis, no, my friend, if I remember, I think
I started on Friday by giving Trumpan eight plus for self control and listen,

(08:28):
it wasn't perfect, He's only human, but it was pretty darn good.
Jennis, we have a problem inthe line here. Yeah, go
ahead. Well, another thing thatI don't here mentioned about that debate is
something President Trump said in that hewasn't going to run again until Joe Biden

(08:52):
started his BS. Do you believethat? And I think I'm not sure.
I don't sure he was going torun, and he had every right
to run. He had a greatfirst term. But oh absolutely he did.
Yeah, no, I think hewas running. The more you got
to ask yourself, after everything he'sbeen through, is it worth it?

(09:15):
Well, you can only play somuch golf, you can only eat one
breakfast, you can only lay onso many beaches. And after the great
first term he had and the wayCOVID cost him a close election, I
don't think there's anything on the faceof the earth that would have kept him
from running for a second term. But Dennis, appreciate your callers, so

(09:37):
sorry, we have a little glitchin our line with you. I apologize
for that, my friend. Thankyou very much for that. Great issues
raised by Dennis eight five five forzero five A two five five come back
to our fiery lines and text.If you just joined us, We're on
two tracks. We're talking about thismonumentally great and important Supreme Court ruling and
talking about how do they get ridof Biden? When do they get rid

(10:00):
of Biden? Who is he replacedwith? There are some developments in that
front. And then Biden's speaking liveat four five point forty five about and
off a prompter. I'm sure thecommunity decision today. You're on the Dan
Capla Show and now back to theDan Kaplas Show podcast, and I will
say, if you wait for definitivepolling, we do have one pole that

(10:22):
is now asked the horse race questionafter the debate, asking Biden versus Trump
after the debate, who are youfor? It's just from one state,
It's from New Hampshire. But inthat New Hampshire poll, this is out
just a couple of minutes ago,Trump leads by two points in the New
New Hampshire poll. If you canread my writing, Trump plus two and
the critical thing there is in twentytwenty, Biden carried New Hampshire by seven

(10:46):
point five points, So we don'thave Oh you gotta love that, right,
and love even more at the enthusiasmof MSNBC for this bad news for
Biden, right, because it's sonice they have to desperately run them out
of the race now after lying forhim and covering for him all this time,
because hey, they couldn't call ThursdayNight a deep fake, right,

(11:09):
So this is just one of themost beautiful things I've ever seen, So
I hope you're enjoying it too.The obvious downside, right is every day
Biden remains president, America is inmuch more danger because our enemies see this
as well, and they know thatBiden couldn't lead this nation right now in
any kind of serious matter, includingany wartime matter. Eight five or zero

(11:30):
five eight two five five. Beforewe get back to the phone CBS poll,
the percentage, what would you thinkthe percentage of people are who say
that Biden does not have the mentaland cognitive health to serve as president?
That number is now seventy two percent. Guess what you cannot win with that?
By the way, though, willBiden out tonight at about five point
forty five Mountain is the schedule togive a few scripted remarks about the Supreme

(11:56):
Court immunity decision today, take someshots at Trump and then wheel them back
out, so we won't see thewheeling part of it, but we will
see him speak for a few minutes, and we'll carry it live here on
the Dan Kaplis Show. Let meget to some of these other great texts,
Dan, I do not agree withyour statement about Joe Biden. She's
part of the Biden crime family, and you know that she has dirt on

(12:18):
a lot of people in power, and she's willing to use it. That
from Sarah. Sarah, thank youfor taking the time. Listen. I
think we have to keep in perspectiveright now what's referred to by some as
the Biden crime family, and thatis they are small, small timers.
Now, I think they've engaged invery dangerous corruption, maybe not computable,

(12:39):
maybe prosecutable, but morally, youknow, selling access to the office of
the vice president and access to theoffice of the president. You're the vice
president. And so with that said, these are small timers. I don't
think there's anybody on the left whofears the quote Biden crime family. Nothing

(13:01):
like that. These are small timerswho've been barely tolerated by the people in
power. Biden knows and his familyknows. They've never been respected by the
powers on the left. They've neverbeen loved, They probably haven't even been
liked. They've been used. Whenhe became convenient because Obama needed a vice
president so weak, nobody would evercall for the backup quarterback. They went

(13:24):
to Joe, and they humiliated Joeon a regular basis during and after his
presidency. And we've talked about thoseexamples on air. So no, they
Biden's always been viewed quite properly asa small timer, and so there is
no fear of Biden or the Bidencrime family. And again I don't know
whether Biden ever influenced Obama directly onbehalf of any of the people who were

(13:48):
pouring all this money in through hisson, But to me, just selling
that kind of access is despicable. But nobody, nobody on the left fears
the Biden family. Dan money talksfor Libs and lefties. I say,
the mega donors offer Biden and Harrisan amount of money they can't refuse.
It's going to be interesting to seeif that happens. You know, with

(14:09):
Harris, they've got to get herout of the way. I don't know
whether there's major dirt on her ornot. If there is, they would
use that, or it may bean inducement, Yeah, an amount of
money, some big you know, business opportunity or this or that she could
not refuse. But in order towin, they have to get Harris out
of the way, right unless, unless she becomes president and gets cloaked in

(14:33):
the presidency, becomes president before electionday, gets cloaked in all of that
and can change public perception of heras she assumes that office as the first
female president. Obviously, for thatto happen, Biden would have to leave
voluntarily. They're not going to invokethe twenty fifth on him, even though
they should. Let's see so manytexts to day Dan. Getting back to

(14:56):
the immunity ruling. Does that meanthat you can not criminally charge a president
or any other elected officer when theyviolate the constitution. Where's the accountability besides
not being re elected? That fromKimberly, great question, Kimberly. First,
this ruling today only applies to theoffice of presidency, and the Court
does a fantastic job of going throughthe history, the American history, the

(15:20):
importance of the office, the breadthof responsibilities, the need of the founder's
and vision for the president to actboldly in the nation's best interest, not
be sitting there wondering, OMG,if I do what's right for the nation,
am I going to end up dyingin jail because my political opponents will
jail me after I leave office. So only applies to the president. And

(15:41):
I'd love to get maybe a morespecific example of what you're concerned about in
terms of violating the constitution, Kimberly, what kind of constitutional violation because it
would have to be a criminal act, right, So what kind of criminal
act are you envisioning that would alsoconstitute to violation of the constitution. I'd

(16:02):
love to have that conversation. Butbottom line is the court saying no,
if it's a core function, likeyou know, talking to Trump talking to
his attorney general about election fraud, total immunity, no criminal charges whatsoever.
If it's a perimeter official function, you know, say, talking to election
officials in Georgia, then the trialcourt has to go through a certain analysis

(16:23):
to see if it's entitled to immunityand then private stuff unofficial stuff. No,
there's no immunity. What'ssoever eight fiveor zero five two five to five?
The number text d A N fiveseven seven three nine. Again,
Biden's scheduled to speak to the nationat five point forty five about the immunity

(16:45):
decision today. The real reason he'scoming out, obviously right, is to
just try to get the taste ofThursday night out of America's mouth. Ryan,
let's go to that. Oh,there are so many good cuts here
on so many polling results. Wedon't have time to play him before the
break. What's your favorite polling resultof the day. I have mine.
There are so many good polls. There's not necessarily audio of it, but

(17:07):
yeah, every poll has reflected aturn for President Trump plus two in New
Hampshire really jumps off the page atme that he even has a lead there.
This one though, from Harvard Harris, this has been a consistently reliable
poll, head to head Trump plusfour third party candidates included. This is
the national popular vote Dan Trump pluseight forty six thirty eight Wow. And

(17:30):
Ras Musselm had him up nine lastweek. I think that may be an
outlier. But you know what's sostriking to me, right when you come
back to even some of the moreconservative polls in Trump's favor it back in
twenty twenty, this same time,So Trump in the most conservative polls now
is up one or two and thenmore in other polls. Twenty twenty,

(17:52):
this same point in time, Bidenwas up nine and a half, nine
and a half and barely one one, barely one. Hey, when we
come back again, Biden's going tospeak. But also Gabe Evans up in
cdaight will do a quick drop hereon the Dan Capliss Show. You're listening
to the Dan Kapliss Show podcast, and you had to sort of wonder how

(18:15):
the context affected the justices. Imean, if they want to look at
the implications of leaving presidents without protection, they just need to look around the
country. Even though Manhattan was nota federal case, it was a political
prosecution in the view of many ofus that was rather raw and open.
And so this is a context thatmust have concentrated the minds of these justices

(18:40):
as they did what Justice course hadsaid and tried to write for the ages
to have something not for this case, but for future cases and future presidents.
Yeah, beautifully said one of themost important decisions today in US Supreme
Court history. I think very muchsaving the nation today with this decision,
and will continue to examine that.President Biden, do you think this is

(19:02):
a mistake. He's they're wheeling themout to speak to the nation at five
point forty five about the immunity rulingtoday. The real reason, obviously,
is to try to get the tasteof Thursday night out of America's mouth.
Spoiler alert, not going to work, right, not going to work.
Americans have seen too much of thetruth. And I promised you like months
ago, months ago, that thesewere going to be the best of times

(19:25):
in many ways for conservatives and thereforefor America. We're entering into that phase
now. Part of that is thegood things we see happening in the Colorado
GOP and you see so many impressive, talented young candidates stepping up. And
one of those joints is now GaveEvans, who won big the primary up
in CD eight, and it's attractinga lot of national money, a lot

(19:48):
of Republican money because it's Caraveo onthe other side, and a real chance
to beat her their impressive cat.Gabe Evans, Welcome to the dan Kapla
show. Well, thanks so much, thank for having me on. Well
appreciate it. Gape Hey. Forthose who aren't familiar with you yet,
can you fill folks in? Yeah? So. Gabe Evans born and raised

(20:10):
here in Colorado. Twelve years USArmy and Colorado Army National Guard. One
deployment overseas and then fires, searchand rescues everything that you do with helicopters
here in Colorado. Didn't have enoughfun doing that. Another ten years in
law enforcement with the city of Arvada, married with two boys. Got absolutely
frustrated watching twenty two years of myservice and the military and law enforcement going

(20:32):
down the drains with the way theleft is running the country and the state.
So two years ago I stepped awayfrom my law enforcement career. I've
been a state representative down at thestate Capitol in Denver for the last two
years, and I just had areally big primary win last Tuesday for Congress
in the eighth congressional district, which, as you said, is it's a
national battleground race at this point. What's your website? Electgabeevans dot com.

(20:57):
You'll have two eas right next toeach other. Electgabevans dot com because I
hope a lot of folks not inyour district to think about contributing to you,
whether it's boots on the ground, money if they have it, etc.
Because obviously this could be a big, big win for the GOP and
control of Congress. But also youknow, to put a really talented guy

(21:18):
who's lived a great life in place, and the more of that we can
get, the better, because Ithink the day will come when Republicans start
to win state wide here again. So, Gabe, what's the plan to
win the race? Well, Imean, unfortunately that plan is around us
every single day, and I wishthat wasn't the case. But under the
left, under the Democrats, Coloradohas become the third worst state in the

(21:44):
nation for crime. I think mostfolks know we were the worst state in
the nation two years running for autotheft. Colorado is the second worst in
the nation for teenagers overdosing and dyingon fentanyl. Somewhere around three hundred million
dollars of taxpayer money just here inColorado is going to illegal immigrants because of

(22:07):
our massive crisis on the southern border, and the fact that Democrats here in
Colorado are doubling down on their sanctuarycity and state policies, set and all
the number one killer of Americans ageseighteen to forty five. Colorado is one
of the most expensive states in thenation. In fact, my Democrat opponent,
a piece of legislation that she sponsoredhas cost about seven billion dollars with

(22:33):
a bee in economic loss to theeighth Congressional district. So everywhere we look,
we see high crime, high costof living, and just a numerous
other disasters caused by the ruling left. And so with my background, you
know, I bring two decades plusof experience working on American safety, working
on public safety, working to tryto make Colorado and the United States a

(22:57):
safe, affordable place to families againby cutting red tape and empowering our economy.
And it's just carrying that message tovoters who I think are ready for
a change. Cape Evans, ourguest gave it seems to me, you
know, politics aside. Obviously Idisagree with her on every big issue except
one, which is and then shewent soft on the harms of illegal marijuana.

(23:19):
But it seems like Representative Caravo hasnot really made much of an impact
at all. Hey, you're onthe ground in the districts. Is she
registered with people either through personality policyin any way. I don't think so.
I mean, I'm endorsed by twothirds of the sitting mayors in this

(23:42):
district. Two thirds of the mayorsin the eighth congressional district have said,
we do not feel like we're gettingadequate representation from our current congresswoman, and
it's time for a change. Andso they've thrown their support behind me.
And really everywhere we go in thedistrict, we're getting the same message of
she hasn't really done anything. Tapit is. And then you go look

(24:04):
at her actual votes and you seeall the negative things that she did.
I mean, we talked about thatseven billion dollar economic hit to the district,
but there's a lot more just badvotes, bad policies that she's pushed.
Yeah, you know, you getsome other Dems that they don't do
anything but power of their personality. They may be on TV a bunch of
spouting lefty points and all this, and that she just seems to be a

(24:26):
non factor. So hopefully that helpsyou win. Appreciate the time I hope
you come back off. And what'sthat website again? Electgabevans dot com.
All right, my friend, Well, hey, thanks for your service twelve
years in the army, ten yearslaw enforcement and wish all the best.
Oh, thanks so much for havingme on. Thank you. That is

(24:47):
gave Evans think about supporting a boythat would be a big one to win
up there, and the more greatyoung talent we can have winning Colorado obviously,
the better for the future. Hey, you think this is a good
idea or a bad idea for Bidento do what he's going to do in
a couple of minutes, and thatis address the nation. And he's going
to address the nation ostensibly on theTrump immunity ruling today, this great ruling

(25:11):
from the Supreme Court. My guessis he won't like it as much as
I do. But we all knowthe real reason they're rolling them out there
with half the bronzer in America porton his face is again to try to
change the channel from last Thursday Night. I think we all know that isn't
going to work. Right. Americanshave seen too much and Thursday night,
if it was a one off,it would still be enough to end the

(25:32):
race for him, But it's nota one off. America's Americans know this
has been going on for a whilenow, So hey, we'll find out
together. We're going to bring youthe sound and if you're driving, we'll
describe the images as well as wecan. But you can picture it right
now, right, I mean,he's going to be out there in front
of the prompter and whatever shade ofand they make fun of Trump for orange

(25:52):
Ryan, what would you guess thecolor is tonight? Oh, they're going
to try to, like you said, kind of bronze them up. I
think that's going to be a play. They had him, they had him.
What would you compare that color towhen they rolled him out in North
Carolina the morning after the disaster anddisaster for them is to find as America
seeing the truth, right, that'sa disaster for the left. But that

(26:15):
was a pretty attractive shade of browns. So I would guess we're going to
see a similar thing tonight. Butit's not going to matter. You know
the old saying about it doesn't matterhow much perfume you put on a pig,
or lipstick on a pig. Whatever, doesn't matter how much bronzer you
put on Biden. How short itis, you know how much teleprompter screen
you have there. Americans are notgoing to forget what they just saw.

(26:40):
And that's why you have polls. What was it up to CBS poll It
is seventy two Americans saying he doesnot have the cognitive ability to continue.
So let's pop this break now sowe can come back if he starts during
the break, which is unlikely becausehe's usually late. You know, we'll
just bring it to you from thebeginning. You're on the Dan Kapla Show.
And now back to the Dan KaplasShow podcast. As expected and predicted.

(27:06):
Not a tough prediction, right,They wheeled out Joe Biden, and
they brought him out pretty close downtime five p forty five. Well play
a little bit. You can getthe feel, but you can already guess
what he said. But hey, they had him looking good, right,
the same three or four gallons ofbronzer and the same I think suit I'd
have to double check that he hadin North Carolina. So he looked better
than he did on Thursday night, sounded better than he did on Thursday night.

(27:30):
Thought it'd be hard for any livingcreature to sound worse, and they
kept him out there, I don'tknow, maybe four minutes, maybe three
minutes, and they actually think that'sgoing to change the minds of Americans about
his mental fitness to hold the office. The content was just what you'd expect,
ripping the Supreme Court decision. Now, every president's a king. Trump's

(27:53):
awful, all that garbage. SoRyan, why don't you give folks a
taste. Let's play. I'd saya minute or two of it, but
I think it only went like four. The presidency is the most powerful officer
in the world. So an officernot only tests your judgment, perhaps even
more importantly, it's an officer thatcan test your character because you're not only

(28:15):
face moments when you need to courageexercise the full power of the presidency.
You also face moments where you needthe wisdom to respect the limits of the
power of the office of the presidency. This nation was founded on the principle
that there are no kings in America. Each each of us is equal before
the law. No one, noone is above the law, not even

(28:40):
the President of the United States. But today's Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity
that fundamentally changed for all, forall practical purposes. Today's decision almost certainly
means that there are virtually no limitswhat a president can do. Give us
the fundamentally principle. I'm sorry thisand folks got an idea of how he

(29:03):
sounded. It is such a blatantlie. And the reason I have to
jump on it is he talks aboutthe morality, the importance of morality in
office. Have you seen got toask this, have we seen a less
moral president in modern American history? Now? Nixon engaged in raw criminal acts,
But I leave the question on thetable. Have we seen a less

(29:23):
moral president in modern American history thanJoe Biden? And he proves it by
then immediately telling another whopper of alie that this US support or whoever wrote
that right. This US Supreme Courtdecision absolutely preserves the ability to criminally charge

(29:44):
presidents outside of their core functions. So a core function in this example is,
hey, he's talking to his agabout election fraud. Trump saying,
Hey, I think there was electionfraud. I want you to go out
there and investigate it. Court saysthat's a core function. President can't be
faced with criminal liability there and goesinto the separation powers reasons for that,

(30:06):
But there's a whole another world ofofficial acts that are not core functioned that
the Court describes as outer perimeter thata president can be criminally charged for a
whole world of that, and thenof course anything unofficial. So Biden just
flat outline. But again, listen, they think the American people are stupid.

(30:29):
You think the American people are goingto forget Thursday night because the guy
spent what was it three to fiveminutes out there, didn't take any questions,
not a chance. Here's the thing, Ryan, And do you think
we'll see it if and nothing's goingto change what America saw Thursday night,
But if they're serious about trying todo that to change American impression and all,
it was really just one bad night, right and ignore the many many

(30:52):
many months and years before that, they would have to put him out there
for a no holds barred at leastour long press conference. Do you think
that? And I don't think that'sgoing to change anything significantly for him.
That guy is cast and quite appropriately, But do you think they'll do that?
Do you think he'll go out therefor a full, real press conference?

(31:15):
Well to quote Elie Honig, thereis zero chance of that happening.
And again, I don't get themyopic nature of not only Biden but the
administration condemning this ruling when long term, Dan, this will benefit Joe Biden
because he won't be prosecuted for allthe shenanigans he's pulled by colluding with these
local prosecutors to persecute and prosecute hispolitical opponent, Donald Trump, or for

(31:37):
the southern border, et cetera. But Ay, they know conservatives wouldn't do
that, because conservatives respect the ruleof law. But b Ryan, they
don't give a darn about Biden. They never have. They've never even liked
him. He was a useful idiotwhen they were down to their last hope
of beating Trump, right remember duringthe primaries. So they've never liked him
and they don't care about him.But here's the thing, my friend,

(32:00):
and that is the reason I thinkthis devastates the left is this was their
new nuclear weapon because they've always donethe politics of personal destruction right the left.
They can't win the argument on thefacts, the logic, the merit,
the morality, so it's politics ofpersonal destruction. Now they've got the
nuke. They can keep most goodconservative candidates out of even running for office,

(32:24):
because now the left has proven they'vecrossed that rubicon, and they will
put you in jail. They'll geta friendly prosecutor to charge you criminally,
and even if you somehow avoid conviction, it'll ruin you. So they keep
a lot of great conservatives from evenrunning, and then the ones in office
at that point, hey, theydon't feel like they can do anything that

(32:45):
would upset the left for fear ofgoing to jail if they happen to be
where a lefty prosecutor can reach them. So at least for presidents, now
this doesn't affect anything except the presidency. For presidents, at least the left
has law stet Ryan, I thinkthat's a devastating loss to the left that
goes way beyond Trump. It does, And for Joe Biden, this is

(33:07):
a guy that only respects the ruleof law as long as it goes his
way. For instance, the SupremeCourt ruling against his student loan ballout program,
he went end around them anyway toenact at defying a directly by them.
Well, and we could sit hereliterally for days and talk about my
question of is Biden the least moralor the most immoral president of our lifetime?

(33:30):
And you just cited one of thousandsof examples, right, and the
immorality falling into lots of different buckets. And so yeah, now he's done.
The only question now is how doesthe left run him out? Because
the day is going to come whenhe stands up there and says I'm not
going to be your nominee. Buthow does the left get him to that

(33:52):
point? I think they have alot of different ways to get him to
that point. For the texture, right, Stan, why are you an
apologist for how hungry doctor Jill? She's cold, ruthus, evil, elder
abuser. How am I in anyway an apologist for her? And no
wayte shape or form am I that? So welcome back tomorrow and this is

(34:13):
an amazing thing to behold. Howdo they get rid of them because you
know they are going to How dothey shed themselves of Kamala Harris because she
would lose? Also, thank you, Ryan, great job you aswell.
