Speaker 1 (00:00):
I think we've already been way, way, way way out
of control when it comes to sauces and modifying the sauces.
Heine's introducing a new mustard, and I'm just like, how
many different ways can you alter these different types of sauce?
(00:23):
Are you improving on the mona, Lisa?
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Can the mustard be the mustard?
Speaker 3 (00:27):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (00:34):
He has way too many buttons for his own good.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
I like it. I love it. He was ready to go. Now.
I will say this. The ballpark mustard I do like
in certain situation. I don't. I don't like it every
(00:57):
single time I'm having a hoener.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
That's just sports fans an. It's a mustard.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
So the regular yellow mustard, yes, and then the stadium
ballpark mustard. Yes, but this is a mustard Chipotle honey
flavored mustard. Do we need this?
Speaker 2 (01:17):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:18):
I'm going, man, At what point is what about djon mustard?
Speaker 3 (01:23):
Is?
Speaker 2 (01:23):
I mean? Is that I'm not a fan of the djon? Really?
Speaker 1 (01:26):
Is that the uh?
Speaker 2 (01:28):
What was the one? Excuse me, gray poopon?
Speaker 1 (01:33):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:33):
I remember those conversion Yeah, keep it in the car
all the time. I'm sure it's healthy for you. Now.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
Yeah, Yeah, there's a new product with his call out
of mustard on Uh it was that Kendrick Lamar by
the way, I'm guessing that's what. Yeah, okay mustard, Yeah, okay, yeah,
it's on his new album. But I don't know the
first US partnership Hines has ever done. With the new
Hinz mustard feature real Chipotle peppers and sweet honey flavor.
(02:04):
I just I just feel like it's losing if you
can modify something like that so much. I don't know.
I haven't tried it, so it's not like I tried it.
I'm like, that's disgusting. Why would they even waste their time?
Speaker 3 (02:17):
So, I don't know, I've never I haven't had Heinz
ketchup or mustard in years because of John Carrey. I
quit buying it because he annoyed me so much and
I wasn't gonna give his wife's company money.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
Wow, look at you. Yeah interesting. I'll go with the Hunts.
I'll go with the dol Monty. I stopped all Heines purchases.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
I do like hunt Hunts ketch it. Yeah, but we
always have the uh yeah, what about the so and
they have a mustard? Heines has a mustard too, Okay,
I like the Platchman's.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
Plachman's is good, Frenches is good.
Speaker 1 (02:52):
Frenches is good.
Speaker 3 (02:53):
Plachman seems to be a little more substantial as far
as the thickness goes, which I like, especially if it's
like a hot dog thing where you want it to
stay in place.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
Right.
Speaker 1 (03:02):
What I've done in those situations too, is I will
put it underneath the wiener. I will put the mustard.
Speaker 3 (03:11):
Careful which you put under your wiener though, because I mean,
if it moistens the bun too much, then it all
falls apart.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Well, it's fine, it really, I didn't get cloggy at all. Yeah,
well that's the thing that I want. You got to
make sure that you don't. I don't like a whole
lot anyway, but you got to put underneath on the breadth,
and then you lay that on top of it. That way,
you don't have the drippage, right, you don't want the drippage.
You have yellow mustard drip on anything you're wearing. Yet
it's done, And that's what I'm saying, So that's really
(03:38):
really important. I'll also do that when I'm building a taco,
I'll put the sour cream first before I.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
Put the case hold and it holds the beef together
better too.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
I learned that from Taco Bell.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
I'll say it.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
Taco Bell puts the they put the sour cream underneath
the beef. So anyway, you're welcome. If you didn't know
that and I just helped you out, you're welcome.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
People are taking notes right now, Yes, too many buttons?
Speaker 1 (04:19):
Where were we? President Trump says the US and Iran
will meet next week? Do you think this really is
going to happen? Look, I'm not trying to sound like
the left by questioning him, but this is when you
see what the Ayatola was saying, which is like, basically
(04:40):
nothing happened to them. When they're putting out statements like that,
you think our commander in chief is going, hey, you're
real close to We're just gonna We're going to finish.
We're going to finish you here. You better relax with
regard to how much you're flapping your gums, you know
what I mean. And then he saying that they're gonna
(05:00):
meet next week, and if they're willing to meet, do
you really think like I was saying last hour that
Secretary of Rubio pointed out, do you really think they'd
be willing to meet if they still had nuclear capability
right now. No is the answer. No, they would not
(05:22):
be willing to meet and come to the bargaining table
if they, in fact still were holding the cards. If
you will. So he argued that the promise ends to
that the promise ends talk that NATO is a ripoff.
This was Trump said, all NATO members but Spain and
(05:44):
Slovakia agreed to spend five percent of their national income
on defense, dubbing at the Hague Defense Commitment. And so
that is an enormous thing in and of itself. Look,
the fact that he's getting them to at least agree
to this is the greatest first step ever in this process.
Think about it, because I think if you're going from
two percent to five percent, that's enormous. It's more than double. Clearly,
(06:08):
I know I'm a mathematician, so take it easy. But
that just the fact that he's at and and if
he gets most of them or a good portion of
them to actually pony up that much, that's an enormous
win for Trump too. So there's a few things that
are coming out of this, But I do like the
fact that he said they're going to meet and hopefully
(06:28):
we can we can move on from the It feels
like they're calling it the twelve day war right now,
But does it feel like it went on longer than
I think it's just because it was walled wall coverage maybe,
So sometimes it kind of seeps in so deeply into
what our day to day is that you go, how
long has this been going on? Again? So, yeah, the
(06:53):
Ohio marijuana law changes stall in the State House. Good,
So Ohio is going to continue to withhold money. Here's
the thing that i Ohio is going to continue to
withhold money from cities with marijuana dispensaries after Republican efforts
to change cannabis and hemp laws came up empty. So
they're going to withhold this money. Two year budget approved
(07:15):
by the House of Senate maintains current funding for municipalities,
which is thirty six percent of the tax revenue from
adult use cannabis sales. Lawmakers won't release that money until
they reach an agreement on rules for marijuana and intoxicating
hemp products. So they go on to indicate here that
the Republicans hope to have a deal on marijuana before
(07:37):
the summer break here, but it didn't happen, So now
it's got to be later this year.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
They are messing with something that was taken to the people,
passed by the people, wanted by the people, even though
those people are not me.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
Yep, leave it alone.
Speaker 3 (07:56):
Stop screwing with the process to fit your own agenda,
and let our country function the way it's supposed to.
Speaker 1 (08:05):
As approved by the voters. Kind of what you just said.
In twenty twenty three, Issue Too divides marijuana revenue between
local communities, a social equity program, substance use research, and
administrative costs. The budget keeps local funding in place and
directs the rest to Ohio's General Bank account. So they
spent months negotiating over Senate Bill fifty six that would
(08:29):
revise Issue to govern gray market cannabis such as Delta eight.
The latest version regulates the gifting of homegrown cannabis, allows
up to four hundred dispensaries, and permit smoking only at
private residences and outdoor concert venues. So they go on
to and like you, that was, like, that's the biggest
problem that I continue to have with this whole thing,
(08:51):
and whether you are for this or not, if you
it was voted on and it was decided. At least
I thought what was going to happen with regard to
this for the state of Ohio. Yet they continue to
mess with this.
Speaker 3 (09:05):
Why outdoor concert venues? I I that I don't concert
or because it's outdoors. Because if it's outdoors, why the
hell not at outdoor football games or outdoor parks or
outdoor that's it. Oh, if it's concerts, then why not
at indoor concerts? I mean, if we're going to this
is it's arbitrary, it's stupid, and it's tinkering with something
that shouldn't be messed with.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
Not that I have an opinion on it or anything.
Speaker 1 (09:29):
Right, the one rep here, Jamie Callender, said, we need
to specify that they can have more dispensaries, for example,
rather than a tightly locked number. Amen. The only way
we're going to drive the price down to be more
competitive with other states is to have more dispensaries. Amen.
I mean that's that is. Look, more and more I'm
(09:52):
hearing from people that I know that are in my life,
that I know are good people. It doesn't necessarily mean
you're not a good person. If you're discovering this or
rediscovering it from a long time ago. The medicinal use
for this is off the charts. And it's not just
in the let's smoke a doube. It's not just in
(10:14):
that lane. There are other lanes other than let's smoke
a doobie. There are people who utilize this that are
going through all different types of problems in their life,
whether it be some sort of horrible illness, for pain management,
for anxiety, all of these things. And whether you want
to admit it or not, if you're one of those
(10:35):
people that and look, God bless you. If you're a
person that says, I I absolutely it's not for me,
then don't make sure that no, it's not for anybody
else either. That's not fair. And if they're eating something
like a gummy that doesn't affect you, they're not blowing
smoke in your face, they're not doing any of that. Again,
I know people that I hold very dearly in my
(10:58):
life that have begun utilizing this over the last couple
of years simply because it's no longer illegal to use.
And if they're using it to make their life or
the situation they're in a little bit better, even if
it's temporary, then God bless them, But the fact that
it was voted on the way that it was voted on,
(11:18):
I just wish these stupid lawmakers would stay the hell
out of it.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
As a constitutional amendment. By the way, this is another
reason why you don't screw the constitution like we did
with casino gambling. And so that's how it is. It's done.
It is part of our constitution. Now, you the legislature
can't go in and change things. You can't do it.
Speaker 2 (11:37):
Leave it.
Speaker 3 (11:38):
If anything would I'd love to do is increase the
availability of various products, you know, like infused soft drinks.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
Or you think they like that, they should do what to.
Speaker 3 (11:49):
That increase the availability of the infused products? Oh yeah,
well you could get because you're never You'll never catch
me smoking that snowy crap that passes as marijuana today.
I cannot standard it right. The aroma is terrible. Now,
if I could, you know, eat a cookie or something
and the doctor said, yeah, this is gonna help with
the leg pain or whatever, I might eat a cookie,
but I'm never gonna I need. It's got to be
(12:12):
available in more forms.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
I'm not sure if regular medical doctors will ever They'll
never be on the record I don't think right for
for saying yes, it would help you off the record,
they would go in your situation, it actually could be
beneficial for you. I just don't know. It depends on
the because not every doctor can write a script for it. Clearly,
(12:35):
when you needed it to be medicinal.
Speaker 3 (12:37):
I'll see somebody I don't know about kid. Since it
is legal medicinally, why would a doctor, any doctor, not
be able to write that prescription.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
Well, I don't know why anybody is really writing any
prescriptions unless you get some sort of a break, because
it is it's something in our ex form that you
get reimbursed or you can use. I don't know that
you can use flex money insurance coverage, That's what I mean.
I don't I don't know that you could do that.
I don't know that you could use it for that,
(13:06):
like flex or or any of those things. It's I
would be shocked if you're able to.
Speaker 3 (13:12):
Well, again, if the state's going to recognize it as medicinal,
why shouldn't it be covered like any other men?
Speaker 2 (13:17):
You would you.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
Would think, absolutely, man, it makes a lot of sense.
It makes a lot of sense anyway, So now it's
stalling now with this so yeah, to be continued until
after summer, I guess.
