Speaker 1 (00:00):
Ark a pleaser show. All right, here we go, Mark Blazer,
Chuck Douglas less of Chuck Douglas. I might add yet

(00:23):
as a little bit less Hey.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
Look overall, though, if we're talking about Front of the Beginning.

Speaker 3 (00:29):
I've surpassed the thirty pound mark at this point.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
So man, yeah, I'm that is incredible. I mean, really
it is incredible. You know though, I'm not surprised because
day in day out, I see what you're consuming here
at the station, which is, you know, the Awaken one
eighties stuff. You know, you're having the sheiks and the
bars and you know all of that stuff. And then

(00:54):
you tell me, like you're constantly telling me all the
different stuff that you're doing, and I remember going through
all of that, and I'm just like, oh, I remember
all this as you're kind of so I'm kind of
reliving it because it's been over a year for me,
you know, with regard to starting that whole process and
the journey, if you will.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
So they seem to be worried about me, you know,
because we get those counselors, weekly calls with the counselor
to motivate us and keep us on track and earth. Yeah, yes,
the coach, and Jen is my coach, and she's she's
always worried.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
She's like, are you okay? Are you hungry?

Speaker 3 (01:30):
Are you no? There's food I miss. I told her that, honestly,
I said, there's food, I miss man. I love my
hamburgers and fried potatoes on Friday night, and I know
I can't do that for a while.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Now.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
I get that, and I like the occasional overloaded pizza.
But it's okay because I'm not hungry. I don't go,
oh my gosh, I could have something to eat. I'm
eating plenty. It's it's not like I'm hungry at all.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
So you know, that's the key to losing weight, and
anybody will tell you that, no matter how they did it.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
But if you're starving to death.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
It just it elevates the ability to do that, or
inability to do that. It elevates that, you know, as
far as trying to actually lose weight, because if you're like.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Oh, I can just think about food.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
I go to sleep and there's like pizza and pizza,
slices of pizza, dancing around, milkshakes and faces singing to me.
I mean, if that's all that's happening, and there are
people that do that.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Man.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
I remember when I used to go to World's gym
back on oh my gosh, it was a million years ago.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
I used to go to the one at Westland. I
didn't know you went there.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Yeah, not Westland, but there was one in Worthington on
Pingaway Drive. And there were a lot of guys who
right around the Arnold before their Arnold, they would be
you know what they call dieting down and all of
that stuff, and they would be taking.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
This I don't know what it was.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
It was something to basically dry them out, so their
their definition kind of kind of protrudes more so, they're
getting all the water out of.

Speaker 1 (03:01):
Their bottle supplements and all that stuff.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Yeah, So they would be going through all of this
process leading up to the Arnold when they were going
to compete, just to try to get really really just defined,
you know, like the crazy defined get their body fat.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
These guys are you know, seven percent six percent? Yeah,
it was.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
Insane, right, I'm a little bit higher than that on
the body fat just still, you know.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
But where I was going, where I was going with that.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Story was they I remember one guy telling me about like, dude,
every night I have dreams about ice cream talking to me,
like little ice cream characters, milkshake containers with faces. That's
where I that's kind of why I said what I
was just saying there when you're like, as long as
you're not going to sleep. But they told me they

(03:48):
used to think about that stuff. They would dream about it.
It would consume them leading up to it because they
were just dieting down. They were eating so clean, just
egg whites and chicken bread and a little bit of
rice and not too much rice, you know, just white
steamed rye.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
I mean, so bland their diet leading up to it.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
But they had to to get the you know, the
veins and everything going. And if you don't have a
lot of that DNA in you, if you're not predisposed
to that, it's like double hard, you know, for somebody
to get really really uh just to get all shredded
like that.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
I would never want to look like that. I would,
God bless them.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
I would. I just don't put in I can't put
in the.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
Even if I had the audacity to put in that
kind of work. I just I don't want to be
one of those people with like the veins sticking out
on my chest and it's now you know Stallone in Rambo,
not in Rocky four. In Rocky four he was a
little too chiseled for me. But in Rambo, Stallone looked
like a guy, a muscular I'm good with that kind

(04:49):
of body. So I wish World Gym was still around
because I honestly, I've been thinking about that the past
few weeks. You're dropping all the weight, but you got
to firm up the flab again. Man, And I I know,
but there's a lot of pretty people gyms.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Now.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
World Gym was a gym gym. World Gym was where
you go sweat and grunt and occasionally, you know, you
might make other sounds when you're you're doing that lift,
and it was a gym. I liked it because of that.
I just I don't I'm not a spandex kind of guy.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
Well, no, there's plenty of Man, I go to one
and I can tell you about it. But there's plenty
of people that are serious in there.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
There.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
They're pretty people too, But dude, there are plenty of
guys who have on T shirts that look like they
slept in them and shorts that they look like maybe
they haven't watched them and.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
Maybe a couple of days. But they're moving all kinds
of way.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
They're in there to train, they're in there to get
strong or stronger.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
So there's plenty. I can tell you. The one I
go to, you know, it's pretty reasonable too.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
So but it's probably near where you live. Well, no,
it's actually it's in this area. Yeah, yeah, we can talk. Yeah, yeah,
I'll let you know.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
It's really good. Appreciate that. How was your weekend? Shut up? Okain, No? Good?

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Well I saw your toe? What happened with your foot?
Can I even ask you about that?

Speaker 3 (06:04):
I don't. I think it's part of the toe thing,
you know. I'm now the foot is swollen and painful.
And you see these sandal things I'm wearing today because
I can't put them in a tennis you now.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
From all that ass you're kicking, I don't know what
the deal is, man, I'm uh.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
And the Queen is a little bit paranoid because I've
actually had surgery on this foot years ago for the
same type of thing where you know, it's associated with
diabetes and cellulitis, and my foot just got in terrible condition.
I ended up having to have it opened up and
all that stuff. So she's panicking. Now it's awful.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
Red. You gotta just do you need to go to hospital?
You know, just just I'll put some vix on it.

Speaker 3 (06:45):
I'll be fine.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Some vix, put vix vapor. Rub I had no idea.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
Little vix, little duct tape. You're ready to roll, baby.

Speaker 1 (06:54):
See you didn't get any gardening done.

Speaker 3 (06:56):
Very little.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
Oh you got some a little bit. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (06:58):
I got about halfway through the garden before the tiller
crapped out.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
Oh I saw, I saw you post something about that too.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Inside the you're having some path that's why you went
shut up.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
How was your weekend? Oh me? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (07:12):
The little thing at the cap inside when you pull
the string on the tiller and it connects to the
engine piston to spin it to start the Yeah, that
broke inside. So I got to get another one. It's
like a nineteen dollar part. It's not a big deal.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
But getting to it. Oh, I got the queen for that,
no problem. I was out there.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
I said I can't belley this, And she came out
there with her little screwdriver's ratchets and had it apart
in like two minutes.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
It's like, here's what you need. Okay, Yeah, she's wonderful.
That's great, that's great.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
I'm waiting for the car to break down again because
I got her. I don't care anymore.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
Man, you got to get that stuff planted, because I
want some of it.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
I know, I know everybody's got in Uh no, not
everybody's orders me. I'm I'm I'm first in line.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
You have to stare at my ugly face every day,
and you'll have to stare at it even more. I'll
figure out a way to get in your life somehow,
even more if you don't hook me up with some
of your fresh veggies.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
I got to have a substantial pepper section this year too.
My brother in law, Mike is he's wants the ghost peppers.
I've never never tried those before.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
Huh oh.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
So yeah, I'm a green pepper, you know, bell pepper
kind of guy. Maybe maybe a little halopenyo, but yeah,
the ghosts everything.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
I want those maters, and I'll try. I'll definitely try
a ghost pepper. If you get those going.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
The big old, the big old Beast stakes scales, you
can't beat them. Let's go.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
Hot summer morning. Just go out there and bite into
one of those things.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
I love it. Oh that's take a little I gotta
take a salt shaker with me.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
But I'll do that salt shaker with oh yeah, oh yeah,
keep one up there on the grill.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
So Trump had a pretty good weekend. Yes, he did
a little better than ours, it sounds like. But they've
secured another good deal for the American people. The initial
trade deal with China that reduced tariffs and the retaliation
such America on path for truly free fair trade. The
second significant trade breakthrough of this past week, I might add.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
You almost planned and he knew what he was doing.
What No, I've been trying to tell people Trump is
doing nothing but negotiating, and he's using the tools at
his disposal for that negotiation. And what happened, Well, it's
just for ninety days. They want our money. It won't

(09:27):
be just for ninety days. Once we use this period
of time to smooth things out, Yep, life will be normal.

Speaker 1 (09:33):
Yeah, yep.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
Stock market's a fantastic soaring right now. I heard some
people even speculating today, now this is ambitious, but saying
that Dow will hit fifty thousand within a year. They're
speculating that that could happen and again ambitious, we'll see.
Scott Bessett said, we reached an agreement ninety day pause

(09:56):
substantially moved down the tariff levels. Both sides on the
reciprocal tariffs will move their tariffs down one hundred and
fifteen percent. So this is this is really going to
change the game. This is going to change the game.
Supply chains bringing back important strategic industries can be a
result of terrafts, but it's also a result of national will.

(10:17):
So this administration running full speed to make sure that
is you know, what we saw during COVID never happens again.
So there's all kinds of different angles that are happening
right now with this, but the biggest being the stock
market is smiling, it's thriving, it's happy today.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
And are the tariffs on our goods going into China
are going to make our goods so affordable to the
Chinese people. Ten percent terraffs on US imports into China.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
Do you recall, no, what happened with the Soviet Union.
One of the reasons Reagan was able to say, mister Gorovichef,
tear down this wall was because the Soviet people availed
the sales of American products, stupid stuff, Levi's, for goodness sake,
they wanted more. They wanted more, and at ten percent
tariff means the Chinese people will be getting more American

(11:12):
goods at their disposal that they could afford. And I this,
this could be so much bigger than just money. It
really could. I hope it is.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Secretary Besson also said, you know, it was always it's
on the negotiations, respectful. We had the two largest economies
in the world, were firm, we moved forward. We came
with a list of problems that we're trying to solve.
And he claims, you know, we did a good job
on that. How do you how do you really say
they didn't? How do you how do you say we didn't?

(11:41):
But somehow, some way, the mainstream media will find a
way to say that it wasn't a good deal or
something was wrong with this.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
The other thing was with prescriptions, you.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
Know, medication, you know Trump talking about you know, thirty
to eighty percent less than what we're paying now as well.
Now that is going to take a little bit of time. Clearly,
that's not an instant thing from what I understand. But
saying within ninety days. That also could be a realistic thing.
I mean his administration. Gas prices are down too. Let's

(12:15):
we'll get to a little bit later, but his administration
is doing what they said they were going to do.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
And look before let me stop you before you go.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
Well, ye know, the stock market went down because of
what he did, and now he brought it back up,
and now he's going look what I did. Well, yeah,
but now it's going to surpass where it was. That's
the thing you got to remember. And the focus from
legacy media was look what he's doing to this economy.
The economy is going to explode. And then also, by
the way, interest rates are going to go down. So hopefully,

(12:46):
hopefully Jerome pal can can get butt within ninety days.
They're supposed to meet again before that time, and during
that timeframe, things are going to be thriving.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
I predict we're going to have a pretty good break.

Speaker 3 (12:57):
People are so shortsighted, whether they are voters, whether they
are media, whatever they are, they don't understand the big picture,
the big game, the end result. Donald Trump does something,
stock market goes out. Look what he's done. Look what
he's done. Oh no, the stockbart is shut up. Would
you look ten days ahead, for gosh sakes, would just
stop looking at this moment in time. This is about

(13:18):
winning the game, the whole game, not just that move
on the table.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
And oh I'm I.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
Don't care about proving anybody wrong because I know when
they are proven wrong, how how good things will be
for the rest of us.

Speaker 1 (13:36):
That's it. That's it.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
Forget about who's wrong and who's right. It's just going
to be good. And then that'll be a byproduct of
how good it is. You can go, oh yeah, he
was right too.

Speaker 1 (13:45):
We were right.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
We were sitting here, we were telling you this is
the way things you gotta trust.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
And look what's starting to happen.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
So there, by the way, I just check Kroger Grade
a large eggs this week three ninety nine in the ad.

Speaker 4 (13:56):
Oh oh you know, uh oh Time Blazers podcasts on
six' TEN wtv dot. Com, well just looking, out there's
there is some rain beginning to.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Fall oh, MAN i, know it's what's? Weird is AM i?
Crazy but it feels like has? It it feels like
it's been a little while since we've gotten any. RAIN i,
MEAN i know it's been a couple of. Days i've
had enough. Rain, no but that's. It, Yeah like wait a,
MINUTE i just you know she Videerologists marshall McPeek joining
us now before we get to, THAT I i sent

(14:31):
you that picture because On saturday that tequila sunrise looking.
Good so, Okay so that was my first attempt To
jenny was the one who, goes, hey do you want
to whip me up at tequila? Sunrise And i'm, like all,
right how do we do? This so she's across the
room like telling. Me she, goes you can turn a
spoon over upside down and then drizzle the grenadine, over she,

(14:55):
goes or pour it down the. Side, WELL i just
did it down the. Side but could you see in
the Bottom you could see it in the. Picture then oh, yeah, okay.

Speaker 5 (15:04):
Yeah you can actually see just on the side where
you went down the side and then it collected on the,
bottom and.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
That's what it's supposed to.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
Do, yeah, okay you choose tequila and then the grinnadine.
Drizzle is that pretty much?

Speaker 1 (15:15):
It that's? It?

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Okay and AND I i, Mean, marshall for whatever, REASON
i was thinking you've mentioned those are you like Those.

Speaker 5 (15:23):
I've never actually made. One i'll be, Honest i've never
actually made. One so but, yeah the layering on that looks.

Speaker 3 (15:30):
Great, OKAY i would like to have a mimosa If
i'm going to drink something in the. MORNING i JUST
i don't. Know i've always been intrigued by the idea
of champagne in the.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
Morning oh there you. GO i mean that's, sure you
need one of My Bloody.

Speaker 3 (15:42):
Mary's yeah you've said that, before and yet HERE i sit.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
Waiting, yeah but you, know Bloody, mary sure the.

Speaker 2 (15:51):
Morning but let's face it doesn't matter what a day you're,
having not, really not, really BECAUSE i love a good
one with you, know some heat to it and you
know whatever whatever you can get to stick out at
the top of.

Speaker 1 (16:04):
It bacon chicken sandwich with. Bacon it's not chicken. Sandwich
it's nice with.

Speaker 5 (16:09):
Bacon SO i make a bacon washed vodka and a
Horse radish, vodka AND i use fifty to fifty of
each of. Those so and THEN i make a spice
mix with you, know salt and pepper and some some
garlic powder and some celery salt and. Juice let, well
some some lemon uh, lime lime, powder and then basically

(16:33):
making kind of a taheen and then put all that
in there and, yeah.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
Oh, man give me the. Phone i'm gonna need My
awaken one eighty. Coach, yeah right, now right, now.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
That's, Fantastic. Marshalls, seriously it. Takes it takes some thought
ahead of.

Speaker 5 (16:47):
Time because you gotta you gotta the the the Horse
radish vodka takes a couple of weeks to, make and
it's not you gotta let the bacon vodka sit for
a while, too so it's bacon washed and you get
that sort of bacony fat.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
Flavor and you, know they do a show you should,
have like a maybe a late night show on the
weekend or. Something uh you pre record of, course but
do like A marshall's uh you, Know Marshall's place show
at and do a bar thing and just do drink
mixing and teach people how to do that. STUFF i
would watch. That it's the bar after dark here it.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
IS i would watch to do. That just hit.

Speaker 2 (17:19):
Me, remember so we Remember fritz The Night out like
a lot of million years. Ago So marshall's hosting whatever genre.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
Of movies you want to do and Big. Glasses, well
now because that's already. Taken That's fritz's, right. Right But marshall's.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
Hosting something like ON abc, six like you you do
something Or fox and then you're doing you're hosting like the,
week the movie of the week and you KNOW mb.
Two before the segment, Start marshall starts whipping up like some.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
Drinks he's at a.

Speaker 5 (17:47):
Bar he's Got i'm gonna Need i'm gonna need an
uber home after my.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
Shift, WELL i guess, yeah you'd have to do it
there at the, studio at THE tv stationable to sleep out.
There that's The West. Side nobody Will.

Speaker 5 (18:00):
YEAH i mean you remember when there was there was
The weekly and well in some cases it was a
movie every. Afternoon, yeah you know there Was cleveland had
super host every afternoon and there was a Big chuck
And hulahan on the.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
Weekend and you guys HAVE W who now don't you we?

Speaker 1 (18:17):
Do, okay so W.

Speaker 3 (18:19):
COLUMBUS i hosted the ten o'clock movie on their years
before you had, it when it Was who fifty. Three,
yeah here here's the. Thing we did the. Segments it
Was Blazing saddles was the first. Movie we did all
the segments AND i wrote them, out but they placed
all the segments in the wrong damn, places so none
of the humor made. Sense because we're THE. Ceo, yeah

(18:43):
SO i don't. Know the production was drinking heavily that,
day but they really messed up some hard.

Speaker 2 (18:48):
Work so that didn't last very long, since so, no,
yeah but it was.

Speaker 1 (18:52):
Fun it's fun while it lasted that one.

Speaker 5 (18:56):
Episode we do have some rain out there at the.
Moment we're gonna need to keep an eye on this
over the next few. Hours some of that's coming from
south to. North it's moving Into Franklin county as we.
Speak circleville And. Chilicothe you've had some rain for a.
While Logan, Athens lancaster were pretty wet on thirty. Three
headed up thirty three Into Union, county headed to the
north and, northwest you're gonna find some wet roads. There

(19:18):
and there's a little rain north Of marysville as, well
but you drive out of it before you get all
the way up To Bell. Fountain in the, meantime scattered
showers may be a little thunder sixty one for the
overnight low seventy six On, tuesday with some scattered showers
and thunderstorms and we're enjoying it so.

Speaker 1 (19:36):
Much we'll do it again On. Wednesday take your rain.
Gear seventy eight.

Speaker 2 (19:39):
All, Right, marshall thanks sixty. Eighth yeah that rains cooling
us off a. LITTLE i told you on the way
in it was like eighty seventy nine on the temperature,
gage and you know we've dropped four degrees since we. Started, yeah,
yeah that so that rains cooling us off a. Bit
do you believe in haunted places?

Speaker 3 (20:02):
BUILDINGS i don't discount the, possibility but you're not necessarily
one of those people that.

Speaker 2 (20:09):
It's like because some people get you better not they'll
get you better not say stuff is not. HAUNTED i
mean there are people get offended if you start telling
them LIKE i don't believe in, That they're, like like
what you, know they get really.

Speaker 3 (20:26):
Upset there's some, look there's something more to us than,
this AND i don't. KNOW i don't know what comes
of us when we leave the. Shell did you have?
Biology did you ever have a? Brain in?

Speaker 1 (20:39):
Biology biology?

Speaker 3 (20:40):
Class when you're in, school it's like a three pound
package Of Hamburger, kroger that piece of. Meat every, idea every,
emotion every, feeling every wonder every dream you've had came
from that piece of meat that tells, Me, man there's
something magical and mystical inside of. Us and who, knows
maybe it does not go one way or the. Other

(21:02):
maybe sometimes it stays here and tries to find its.
Way SO i don't discount the.

Speaker 2 (21:06):
Possibility Zach, ATTACK i know you're a guy who you
like horror stuff and all of, that but my guess
is you do believe.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
In, haunt like haunted.

Speaker 6 (21:15):
Anything i'm sort of Like, Chuck, ACTUALLY i don't discount.
It i'm kind of a realist when it comes to.
That but it's highly interesting and fascinating.

Speaker 2 (21:24):
Because people will, SAY i don't know IF i believe it,
haunted BUT i have some things that have happened THAT
i can't, explain, right, yeah where you're, Like.

Speaker 6 (21:31):
I've talked to some people WHO i would never have
thought they would ever believe anything like, that and they're,
like i'll tell you, this and it's just some story
that they're like that this really, happened, Right it's.

Speaker 2 (21:42):
Happened the REASON i bring all this up is The
Jury room is up for, sale which is a historic building.
Downtown it's located near The courthouse there In Franklin county,
downtown and it's on the market for one point two.
Million chuck is wishing he had it listed. That, well
it's listed for one Point what do you mean is? That?

Speaker 1 (22:02):
NOW i didn't realize that's.

Speaker 3 (22:04):
Low for any in Downtown, Columbus but then, again we've
been seeing some ridiculously low selling prices down there, Lately
SO i guess it's.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
Okay four four hundred and sixty four square feet includes
a restaurant and a bar on the first floor in
rerunnable space on the second. Floor, oh so it's two.
Floors it's On Mound street and it's.

Speaker 1 (22:23):
It's been on the market corner Of mound And.

Speaker 2 (22:25):
High, yeah it's been on the market Since january one
point two, million and so that's where they started talking about.

Speaker 1 (22:33):
That it's haunted The Jury room.

Speaker 2 (22:36):
Building in twenty, fourteen then Owner Elizabeth lessner sold The
Jury room to Another columbus.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
Restaurant air.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
Property records from The frankline show The Jury building again
changed hands in twenty, eighteen and it opened as a
tavern in the eighteen Thirty so, yeah it involved into
a BORDELLO a couple decades. Later and Then Becky, cuttwright
who is the founder Of Columbus Ghost, tours was saying

(23:08):
that multiple ghosts are said to linger in this, space
including an angry customer who in one night in eighteen
fifty nine pounded on the door to get in and
was killed by the. Bordellos, Madam so eighteen fifty nine
is where those.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
Are some old. Ghosts that's an old ghost right.

Speaker 3 (23:27):
THERE i saw something where they said it was supposed
to be the most haunted BUILDING i guess in Downtown,
columbus BUT i can't remember WHAT i was. Reading might
have been six point four. Magazine i'm Surprised dempsees doesn't
make a move on. It they're right next. Door, yeah,
yeah that would make sense for them to grab.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
That what is?

Speaker 2 (23:47):
THAT i don't even know What's oh, okay good, Folks
well think about you pick up square footage almost five
thousand square more square feet and then now you've got
to sell that many more corn beef, cabbages yeah or.

Speaker 3 (24:03):
Whatever it's right next to the. Courthouse do you know
how many drunks are in that? Courthouse your face just
went into full panting. Mode here comes get the, lawyers
get the. Lawyers, now, no, No i'm not talking about
elected officials. Necessarily OH i thought that's what you. Were

(24:23):
why would the, Reference why WOULD i assume something like.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
That, YEAH i just you, know it's it's been you,
know just sitting. There so, yeah well you're saying one
point too is low from where you're.

Speaker 3 (24:41):
Sitting, HEY i, YEAH i mean right there at the.
Courthouse it's just that's that's prime. Property. MAN i, mean
you've got, everything is. Right but then, again we had
you know that stuff right up there where spaghetti warehouse. Was,
yeah it went for like six hundred thousand. Dollars they
were trying to GET i think a million and a
half out of, that so it went to auction and
went for six hundred. Thousand downtown real estate is not

(25:05):
not making a big splash right.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
Now, well AND i don't, KNOW i don't necessarily know that.
Area i'm not down there very. Much but what's the parking,
situation because that seems to be what plagues anything down. There,
yes that's what keeps me from taking my family down,
There LIKE i want to park around the corner chuck
and get you, know my eleven year old at the
time say LIKE i don't.

Speaker 1 (25:27):
Know my eight year old and my fifteen year, old.

Speaker 2 (25:30):
Like we're gonna get out and WALK i don't, know
a block and a half and risk being accosted on
the way To that's what stops people families from. NOW
i don't know that family is who they're going. After
that might not be their, demo BUT i know right
away with, ME i think DOWNTOWN i got parking sucks down.

Speaker 3 (25:49):
There if The city Of columbus Or Franklin county wanted
to seriously make, money they would build a Parking people
pay through the nose for parking. Anymore, yeah and IT'S
i mean in, GENERALLY i try to find a parking
meter on the street because with that app that they've
got with the city now it's. CONVENIENT i can just Go,
yeah three, Hours i'm, good, Right and but, yeah there's
there's not nearly enough parking garages downtown for the people

(26:12):
that have to be. There and then everybody's there in
mass at the same time all the. TIME i go
down there for something at two o'clock in the, afternoon
nothing's going, on but everybody's crammed into downtown at eight.

Speaker 1 (26:23):
Am as far as a parking meter, too, yeah WHEN
i go to The.

Speaker 2 (26:27):
Jackets Sometimes i've parked where there's a parking, meter AND
i put enough in knowing that even if there's, overtime
if it goes and That i'll be fine taken care.
Of but it seems that's When i'm usually solo OR
i have another adult with. Me but, again family type
stuff down, There parking is the big. Bugaboo and if

(26:48):
you're going to talk about any of the restaurants or
any of the nice, stuff it's just a pain to
try to navigate for me, anyway, YEP i, Mean and
so that could be a consideration for somebody who's thinking
of buying, that because maybe they would have To you
could make the lower BUT i don't know what's that sound.
Like if you do the you could do the lower

(27:08):
part parking and then the top.

Speaker 3 (27:10):
Part but, well there is a parking lot right behind,
it and then The sheriff's department is on the opposite
side Of Mound.

Speaker 1 (27:16):
STREET i don't know what the hell they're doing.

Speaker 3 (27:18):
There they've got a parking, garage but then they've got
this big vacant courtyard area that's all fenced off and
it's been that way for like three. Years Now i'm
not sure why there's a chain link fence around.

Speaker 1 (27:30):
That that could be used.

Speaker 3 (27:32):
For another parking, structure or that could be make it
into a nice park lunch area For sheriff's department. Employees
but it's all fenced off with you, know six foot
chain link.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
Fence that's a head scratcher. Man, yeah they're wasting space. Down.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
Yeah, yeah so interesting if you got an extra one
point too and a great, idea there it is for.
You there it, is and you didn't get a list,
that LIKE i was, Saying, NO i didn't.

Speaker 1 (27:55):
Get that listing. Unfortunately. Yeah, Yeah i'll say gas prices are. Falling,
boy they're. Falling i'll say they've fallen so.

Speaker 4 (28:15):
Much predict.

Speaker 2 (28:16):
That fill it, up. Duck average gasoline prices Of columbus
have fallen eleven and a half cents per gallon in
the last. Week we're averaging at about three ten a
gallon right. Now you can find it under three in different.

Speaker 3 (28:32):
Places IF i went with my six cents OFF udf
card this, morning got two ninety.

Speaker 1 (28:36):
Nine there it, is there it.

Speaker 3 (28:38):
Is.

Speaker 2 (28:40):
Yeah cheapest station In columbus was priced at two eighty four.
Yesterday the most expensive three twenty. Nine that's according to Gas,
buddy the price of forty five cents per gallon difference
of forty five cents again lowest price in the State
sunday was two forty three highest three sixty. Seven and
the national average price of gasoline has fallen four point

(29:01):
two cents per gallon in the last, week averaging threeh
Eight monday, today national average is down eight point six.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Cents you know all of those, uh a.

Speaker 2 (29:14):
Whole social media Anti, trump anti, conservative ANTI, gop Anti
republican people that post constantly going. Uh for those of
you magas that are getting gas for this price and
the eggs for this, price please go ahead and give
us receipts below a gun post all.

Speaker 1 (29:33):
Year. Uh what are all those people gonna do here
in the next couple of.

Speaker 3 (29:37):
Weeks the thing of it is going to go lower
as soon as we get things re established And keystone
going again and the drilling going, again, drilling, Drill and
it's not about, well it's going to take forever for the.

Speaker 1 (29:50):
Again, idiots you shortsighted.

Speaker 3 (29:52):
People it's not about us pulling the oil out of
the ground and refining it and creating the. Gasoline now
it's about the act when it was, announced lowered crude
prices FROM opec because they, knew, uh, oh THE usa
is going to start doing. This we had better keep
them buying FROM, us which means we need to lower
our prices so that they don't feel as compelled to

(30:13):
produce as. Much if the markets respond to what they see,
happening not necessarily to you, know the fact that, okay
it's coming out of the ground. Now, no if they
see the infrastructure being built and the process coming, together
they drop their, prices so you continue to buy from
them more than producing your.

Speaker 2 (30:30):
Own you know how happy The democrats Slash biden administration
had to, be how happy they had to be when
they SAW covid rear its, head and they go never
let a good they never.

Speaker 1 (30:42):
Let a good crisis go to. Waste there it is.

Speaker 2 (30:44):
Because in twenty Twenty, May i'm gonna go. Back i'm
going to start In may of twenty. Twenty may, twelfth
of twenty, twenty THE us average was a dollar eighty
five chuck dollar eighty.

Speaker 1 (30:57):
Five h that's the tail end of The trump. Administration
ohs were of the.

Speaker 2 (31:01):
Days then it Goes may, twelfth twenty twenty, one and
they're going to blame it ON, Covid BUT i dare
say what was happening during their administration would have been
happening even With SANDS, Covid.

Speaker 1 (31:15):
Right.

Speaker 2 (31:16):
Yeah may, twelfth twenty twenty, one three oh one was the.
Average then It may twelfth of twenty twenty, two four
forty three was the.

Speaker 3 (31:27):
Average that's what it got really painful when we started
approaching that, five got the five dollars per gallon. Mark, That,
yeah that was hurting me a.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
Lot remember that's when a lot of, makers a lot
of automobile, makers we're, saying, uh we got to get
rid of the six and eight, cylinders we got to
start making all four. Cylinders we got an electric, vehicle
we got you, know we got to do, This we
got to do that with, That then it went down,
slightly a little less than a dollar Average may, twelfth

(32:00):
twenty twenty, three and to three point fifty. One then
it went a little higher than That may, twelfth twenty twenty,
four three point fifty eight a year.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
Ago WHAT i don't understand is when they made those
adjustments and started creating the electric vehicles and the hybrids
and so, forth why did the vehicles get, smaller it
just doesn't make any.

Speaker 1 (32:22):
SENSE i. Understand, Okay like The Ford.

Speaker 3 (32:24):
EXCURSION i dreamed of one of those when they first came,
out ten, cylinder ten passenger as.

Speaker 1 (32:29):
UVO i wanted, one and it's like a living room on. Wheels,
yeah but gas started going.

Speaker 3 (32:35):
Up i'm, like, okay, well, Yeah i'm not doing.

Speaker 1 (32:37):
That but you would think it's like one hundred and
fifty dollars to fill it.

Speaker 3 (32:41):
Up with the lighter weight materials and so forth that
they build the vehicles from these days and the hybrid,
technology you would think it would be much easier to.

Speaker 1 (32:50):
Create that's a good, point the larger family friendly.

Speaker 3 (32:53):
Vehicles to create the larger, SEDANS i, mean why not
why not go retro on some of those earl Old
cadillacs And lincoln's and so. Forth like the ninety seven town.
Car there was enough room in that backseat you could
have moved in three or four. Families that was, it.

Speaker 1 (33:07):
And it had a.

Speaker 3 (33:07):
TRUNK i could have set up. Housekeeping great. Car why
are the big cars now that we're more fuel efficient and,
later why do things keep getting?

Speaker 1 (33:17):
Smaller do you think they'll do it about face?

Speaker 2 (33:19):
Now Under trump's, administration BECAUSE i say the answer to
that is, yes.

Speaker 1 (33:24):
It would be nice if they.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
Did, yeah because there are still some big old honkin
vehicles out, there but by and large most.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
Of them they're there are.

Speaker 2 (33:39):
The, traverse for, instance The Chevy, traverse, which by the,
way they can't they can't hardly keep those on the.
Lots they're flying off the lots right. Now those are
four cylinder, Engines, yeah four, cylinder and they had bars have.
Six it has a six cylinder in. It and let
me tell you that thing actually moves pretty, good pretty.

(34:00):
GOOD i JUST i you, know The silverados have four. Cylinders,
yes they Offer silverado and.

Speaker 3 (34:08):
Four SO i was just looking online here at the
New Cadillac, escalade And i'm, like that's not an. Escalate
you should, again you should be able to establish a
campsite in an. Escalade there's supposed to be, big, giant beefy.

Speaker 1 (34:22):
Vehicles and guess what.

Speaker 2 (34:25):
Actually the worst part of your evaluation, HERE i, Think,
chuck is they've gone down and the price has gone.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
Up oh, yeah like it's one.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
Hundred it's six figures plus to get in a brand
new escalade that has any kind of equipment in. It
and by the, way if you're buying an escalade and
you're trying to nickel dime with the, equipment should you
really be trying.

Speaker 1 (34:47):
To escalate at that? Point, yeah maybe you said.

Speaker 3 (34:49):
They were going to come out with that New jeep.
WAGONEAR i was all excited UNTIL i saw the base
was stripped. Down it's like eighty nine some Sealsand i'm, like, no, no, no,
No and.

Speaker 1 (34:59):
It doesn't have any. Equipment it's ninety. Grand.

Speaker 3 (35:01):
Yeah once you start putting stuff on a you're going
over one hundred thousand.

Speaker 1 (35:04):
Dollars this is ridiculous to.

Speaker 2 (35:05):
Me, yeah there's a lot of money for a vehicle
that's not a sports.

Speaker 1 (35:09):
Car.

Speaker 2 (35:10):
YEAH i mean when you talk sports, car you can
start depending on what it is you can in your
mind you can, go, well, yeah it's the price of
if you want to.

Speaker 1 (35:18):
Sport but, man when.

Speaker 2 (35:19):
You're talking about those, vehicles they have gone from sixty
five thousand to eighty to ninety five to one thirty or,
whatever it's like. Stupid who who is the money for?

Speaker 1 (35:31):
That who has the money for?

Speaker 3 (35:34):
Thousand all the lawnmowers And tiller's. Breaking he's the only
one who can afford.

Speaker 1 (35:38):
It now he's the. GUY i guess he's the only.

Speaker 2 (35:41):
One it's, crazy, man we have the richest PRODUCER i
think in the history of.

Speaker 3 (35:46):
Producer, yeah, well you know he just does this because
he has nothing to do with his.

Speaker 1 (35:49):
AFTERNOONS i know that's got to be. It.

Speaker 2 (35:51):
Yeah, Hey Kyle, snyder THE exosu, wrestler he got arrested
in a prostitution. Sting he was arrested prostitution, sting according
To Columbus. Police he won Three just to set this,
up he won three STRAIGHT nc DOUBLE A heavyweight champions
championship For Ohio state from twenty sixteen to twenty. Eighteen

(36:14):
he Won olympic gold In rio De janeiro The Olympic
games in twenty, sixteen youngest wrestler ever to capture THE NC,
Doublea world And olympic medals in the same, year the
First ohio state wrestler to win An olympic, medal all
of those. Things but so my first question about this
is when you look at this, kid and he's twenty nine,

(36:36):
now but when you look at, him what a good looking.
Kid he's clearly well. Built, yeah it's a question mark for.
Me i'm, like, dude you're really paying for, it you,
KNOW i, mean what was? IT i, mean did you
get bored of all the women that had to be
throwing themselves at?

Speaker 3 (36:54):
You maybe he just doesn't want to. Day AND i
hate to sound crass, here but you, know it's almost
a hotage industry out. There women who love to make
themselves available to professional athletes and suddenly pop up. Pregnant
ah you know, Maybe, Okay i'm just trying to avoid.

Speaker 5 (37:11):
That.

Speaker 2 (37:11):
Maybe and, NO i told, you by the, way when we,
started like we're getting ready to do, this AND i.
DID i did tell you a couple of things before
we went, on because Sometimes i'll leave it organic and just, go,
oh let's let's just go complete organic with the. Story
BUT i said something to you that actually you could
have knocked me over with a feather AFTER i said

(37:32):
it to, you, dude AND i, SAID i don't. Understand
just on a side, note as far as prostitution, goes
why haven't they reached legalized.

Speaker 1 (37:41):
Prostitution it's not my cup of.

Speaker 2 (37:44):
Tea, however if somebody wants to pay for it and
they are a consenting, adult the gal that's involved and
the guy that's, involved and that's or the gal that's involved,
in the other gal that's, involved or the guy that's
involved in the other guy that's, involved the.

Speaker 3 (37:59):
Barco lounger that's. Involved it doesn't. Matter as long as
animals aren't into adult barco, lounger that's all we care.

Speaker 1 (38:04):
About, right everybody's adults. Here they're all.

Speaker 2 (38:07):
Consenting and as far as illegal things going, ON i understand,
that you, know sex travling in with children and is
kind of in tandem with that kind of. STUFF i
understand all. That i'm not saying all of that needs
to be. Legal i'm saying the prostitution. Itself you have
a woman who wants to run personal. Ads she puts

(38:27):
an ad and, says, hey would you like company for tonight,
whatever and you, know hit me, up or she runs
an ad On facebook or wherever it. Is why is
that still illegal in The United. STATES i don't understand. That,
again it's not what it's not my. Thing BUT i
don't understand why consenting adults aren't. Able why can't you
just pay for it if you want.

Speaker 1 (38:48):
To, well you do pay for.

Speaker 3 (38:49):
It and this is Where i'm going to sound very,
harsh but we want things to be socially. Acceptable so
we go through this process of, courtship, dating whatever you
want to call.

Speaker 1 (38:58):
It you you meet a woman and you show.

Speaker 3 (39:00):
Up at the door and you got fifty dollars worth
of flowers in your, hand and you take her out
to one hundred and fifty dollars. Dinner trust, me you're
paying for. It, yeah you're just not handing the money
directly to, her but you're. Paying you are spending money
in order to get her. Attention, well and you. Are
you're you're laying money out in one way or. Another
you are paying for that.

Speaker 2 (39:21):
Encounter you're eliminating the anxiety if you've got unless you're doing.

Speaker 3 (39:26):
Is bypassing the. Formalities at this point you say here
money by your own, flowers come on.

Speaker 2 (39:32):
Or, no you still show up with flowers because you
want to know what's wrong.

Speaker 3 (39:36):
With said because then that woman would milk you for
the rest of your. Life.

Speaker 2 (39:40):
Wow because say you're a nice guy and you, GO
i just want to show. UP i don't want her
to feel, like.

Speaker 1 (39:46):
You, Know i'm the business that she. Is, well you
you can disguise it. Somewhat you don't have. To you
don't have to be crass about.

Speaker 3 (39:54):
It she's running an ad on Facetake, no and do
this to me and give me one hundred dollars when
you responded to the. Ad it's business and WHETHER i
like it or, not you, know it's my, body my.
Choice when you want to have an. Abortion i'm watching
my NETWORK. TV i got to watch two men kissing
each other for AN hiv medicine. Commercial if everybody's allowed
to live their life except the people that these these

(40:16):
puritanical lawmakers thought should be living their, life we got
something wrong with.

Speaker 1 (40:20):
Us, yeah why are we.

Speaker 3 (40:21):
Supposed to accept only what you tell us to? Accept
let people be what they are and Let god sort it.

Speaker 2 (40:26):
Out and those massage parlors if that's again not sex,
trafficking not CHILD i just want to keep Reiterating i'm
not down with any of.

Speaker 1 (40:35):
That if there are illegal things going.

Speaker 2 (40:37):
On AND i even told you earlier when we kind
of had a quick discussion before it went, On i'm,
Like i'm not talking, about you, know a whorehouse like
a brick and, mortar although if something like, that because you're,
LIKE i don't want anything like that next to a
school where, well CORRECTLY.

Speaker 3 (40:51):
I want if you're going to do it like you
know In, vegas, man you go out there all the.
Time you, know the ladies are a phone call, away
and they've got places where you can. Go The Mustang
ranch became a, musical For god's, sakes The Bunny.

Speaker 1 (41:02):
Ranch there's all kinds of.

Speaker 3 (41:04):
Places and the women who are involved in that out
there actual, way they got health. Screenings The board Of
health has to make sure the. Business, yes, Yes and
and you know, what people flock To nevada every single,
year not just because of, that but because of the, history, scenery, gambling,
Whatever so they want to see. Shows it doesn't turn

(41:25):
you into, a you, know an undesirable. Destination and they
that were legalizing weed in the car next to me
at the red. Light they need to talk about legalizing.

Speaker 2 (41:34):
That so one of sixteen men charged during this undercover.
Operation and WHEN i Saw, STING i started just. READING i, go, oh,
man did you Say sting got?

Speaker 3 (41:43):
Charged?

Speaker 2 (41:43):
No, NO i was this. Sting they're calling a. Sting
SO i was, like, oh, MAN i hope. It you
know this ex wrestler Did And i'm, like wait a.

Speaker 1 (41:50):
Minute. Prostitution i'm, like, man this is so. Weak it's just.

Speaker 3 (41:55):
Weak if he was responding to some online ad because
he thought it was a. Kid that's that's a different, Yeah,
fry his women are being you, know stolen from someplace
and forced into some. Sss that's a different. Matter no
idiot out, there if you're listening right, now Going.

Speaker 1 (42:10):
Mark And, chuck think that it's. Good, no we. Don't
don't be.

Speaker 3 (42:14):
Stupid we're talking about the free will of An american
person who said this is WHAT i want to. Do
I'm i'm comfortable with. It the one chick is a sperm.
Dumpster she's got what one hundred thousand hits on Her
twitter and On.

Speaker 1 (42:26):
Yeah the one girl that's like getting it on With
harver many guys twenty four. Hours. Yeah, yeah she's a.

Speaker 3 (42:31):
Celebrity but you know the divorce a who's trying to
put food on the table for the, kids who, says, yeah,
okay come on. Over, no she's he's a tramp and
she should scourge of society and we need to do.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
Something.

Speaker 2 (42:43):
MAN i gotta, say as far as things go and
operations within the police doing, that that is. Money you
might as well like that money on. Fire in my,
eyes you were wasting. MONEY i am one hundred percent
back to. Blue but that crap right there to me with,
that because is that's police involved in?

Speaker 1 (43:01):
That that is.

Speaker 2 (43:02):
That's just, Ridiculous it's. Stupid there are other things that
you need to go.

Speaker 3 (43:05):
AFTER i think most cops would tell you the same.
Thing this is the waste of our. Time we're gonna
take them. Down they're gonna get a disk, appearance tike
and walk out and nobody.

Speaker 1 (43:12):
Cares, yeah. Unbelievable and The Mark Blazer show on six'. Ten, wtvn.

Speaker 2 (43:29):
Yeah the rain's a pretty good clip now. Coming down
it's outside the studios here. Looking Out Chief meteorologists marshall McPeek.
Joining us so we got this rain gonna be hanging
around on and off for a, little While, Right.

Speaker 5 (43:43):
Marshall probably a few days at. This point so it's
gonna come. And go there's a big low. Pressure center
it's just gonna kind of meander through, the area taking
its sweet time to. Roll through and as, it does
it's gonna give us this chance for showers and even
a few thunderstorms. Each day then a different system gets
Here by thursday and kind of continues. The process, right

(44:05):
now we've got, some moderates a heavy rain showing up
on the north side. Of town that's gonna affect two
seventy on the. North side thirty three is very wet
headed Up Through plain city and on Up, into marysville
and as you get Down into Lancaster through logan on
thirty three on that end of, the state you're gonna
find some very heavy rain.

Speaker 1 (44:21):
As well so here, we go showers and.

Speaker 5 (44:24):
Thunderstorms again sixty one for, the overnight, low tonight more
thunderstorms tomorrow with a high of seventy six and seventy
eight and Wet.

Speaker 1 (44:32):
