Speaker 2 (01:05):
They have not given us a price, but the last
time they did this was around twelve bucks. If that
was the minecraft deal they did, I'm so happy if
I'm paying twelve dollars. But I worry about this big
Mountain milkshake they're doing. They say there's a mystery ingredient
in it, because, as we all know, the ice cream
machine is always broken.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Well, you know I was, you know what, that's the
toy out in the hands, and they would be and
how many times I can tell you I did this
many times, had to go back around through the drive

nineteen eighties.

Happy to be waking up Whistleland again this morning. When
we say whistle Land, it's it's kind of a geographical
state of mind. It represents all the fabulous towns and
cities all over the upstate of South Carolina in Georgia,
North Carolina. Question for your town, does your town have
an official town song? We we found this story on Wyff.
Next week, the town Council of Simpsonville will vote on

(03:31):
a resolution to adopt the song Simpsonville Simply Home as
the town's official anthem. Here's a taste of.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Same.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
The song was offered up by local musicians Steve Eager
and friends. There's a produced video showing scenes of Simpsonville.
They don't they don't have five forks at rush hour?

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Right? That sounds like a Scottish song to me.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
I'm sorry, I see that the highlight It is a
little bit of that. The video shows him and some
very talented musicians and it looks like a lot of
work winning put in it together. It looks like they'll
probably adopt this as their their town song now. Eager,
by the way, he's also produced a song about Greenville.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
We have that.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
It's I have that as well. I won't play it
by now. It sounds pretty.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Much like that one that.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
Yes, Now there's a guy down in hilton Head who's
made a bank of a living off of hilton Head.
His name is Greg Russell. And if you ever been
down at Harbortown in the summertime, he does this fun
little show for kids and adults. And he came up
with come Away Home in the song of hilton Head,
and they feature it when the golf tournament's there every year.

Speaker 1 (04:42):
That makes to me, that's the destination.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
That's a tourist, a tourist destination exactly.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
So, maybe not so much us in Simpsonville, maybe.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
Not, But do you think about your town. I don't
care to wear shoals.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Let me write a song. Let me write.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
Would your songs sound like god thing?

Speaker 1 (05:01):
It wouldn't be played on morning radio.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
In my town? The water's brown? Oh no, this is
not good. Well, good luck to you, Simpsonville, my adopted hometown.
If if that becomes our anthem, I'll just have to
play it once a day on the show Cars Everwhere
Cars Whistle one. I got in my good work and
all I heard was young and hip rant whistle. In

(05:30):
these days of the ever pervasive social media, folks will
find one or two things a day to lose their
minds over here would be one of them. It's the
breast milk ice cream. Uh. The company is called Freedom Fri.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
I d A.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
It's a it's a small batch ice cream company based
in New York. But they've released what they call a
limited batch of breast milk flavored ice cream.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
No breast milk contained, not any just flavor.

Speaker 3 (05:57):
Here some of the stuff that's in because I want
to know what is in it. Yeah, and you know
the milk powder, you know, the heavy cream, the egg yolk,
sugar and honey syrup, and bovine colostrum which cows that
that well, that would be the stuff you know that
come from cow's milk essentially, which you know, instead of

(06:18):
mother's colostrum, this is cows.

Speaker 1 (06:20):
But they didn't tell you what kind of breast it
came from.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
No, they know. Let's say, I mean, yeah, so it
doesn't taste like that. And so someone said, well, what
does it taste like? And they say it's a sweet,
a little salty, smooth, with hints of honey and sprinkles
of colostrum.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Well, some people have actually tasted breast.

Speaker 3 (06:38):
I am a father of too, I know, and I
have and ah, you wouldn't want to frozen one day,
and it wasn't one of those silly stories about a
guy accidentally putting in his coffee. I actually opened a
bottle and said, let me take a swing to it,
and it's still in my mouth, still tasted. How do
babies like this?

Speaker 1 (06:57):
Well, you know they their taste. Bus weren't developed. Aren't development?
That point is?

Speaker 3 (07:02):
I guess not.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
