Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, whistleland, it's time for Ellison Bradley's Float them
or flush um? What floating? Here's Ellison Bradley with this
morning's float them or flusham letter.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Okay, pay attention now, because this is one of these
group text booboos, if you will, something that happened to
our writer. Dear Ellison Bradley. This is really random, but
last week I got some shocking texts from a neighbor
of mine. They came in late at night. My wife
and I were asleep when it hit my phone, so
I didn't see them until the next morning. And when
I did read the eleven messages from this woman, I

(00:38):
was blown away. Let me first say that I was
not supposed to get these texts from our neighbor. Let's
call her Lisa. Okay. I showed the messages to my
wife and it was clear that this woman meant to
text the other neighbor of ours, Jeff, which is my
name as well. In fact, there's three Jeffs in our
neighborhood and we're a close spunch. There's always group text
going around about anything from get together, there's two yard sales, whatever.

(01:01):
But these messages were not bet Lisa began with I'm sorry,
babe for texting this late, but I miss your touch.
Then there were some very steamy texts after that, a
very steamy picture, and then an hour later I suppose
she realized she was texting me the wrong Jeff, and
she apologized, and she wrote that she was out with
some work friends and they were drunk texting, and she

(01:23):
asked me, would you just please delete them? Well, my
wife did confirm that did the scuttle button in the neighborhood.
Is this woman and the intended Jeff were sneaking around
on their spouse is something I didn't know, but apparently
a lot of the ladies in our neighborhood know. Short
of it is my wife asked me what I was
gonna do about it. I'm thinking I'm gonna stay out
of it. She did not like the answer, I'm assuming,

(01:44):
and then he ends the letter there. I'm assuming she
wants him to send them follow her. She know about
why she say something? First?

Speaker 3 (01:52):
Say something?

Speaker 2 (01:52):
First? You think his wife's a little stick story?

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Yeah, I mean yeah, I mean what you want you
to say something? But first of all, don't start no
mess with your neighbors, all right, I say, get out
of it. Buddy, you delete them, delete them, get rid
of them.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
So Beth is saying, basically, float the idea that Jeff has.
Delete the ain't your brother business.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
If somebody you're close with, that's somebody else's business, even
your lader.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Should he flush it and move forward with the idea
of passing these on to maybe her husband, this woman.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
You want them awkward, pull the trash of the per
moment right ahead, he's saying, flush the text messages, get
rid of it, delete the messages.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Don't get involved. You don't have multiple days in court.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
You're gonna have a missed off neighbor.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Don't do it.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
None of your business because last thing we want is
please go on through our phones.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Or he should not get involved in it. He should
keep his mouth shut, but he should screenshot those texts
and save them. Since there's three Jeffs, just in case
somebody comes up and says, hey, you've been with my wife.
He's proof with that last text that says, oh, please
delete this, and he could say no, it was not me.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Not a bad plan.

Speaker 4 (03:06):
Maybe I think he needs to flowsh it. I mean,
what happens when you crossed into a center lane of traffic,
you're going to cause the wreck, So he don't need
to cross that center line and cause that rack. It
is not his play. His wife needs to mind her
own business. Had he been sent to her phone, it
would be a different story. But it was not sent

(03:26):
to her phone. Why does she want to cause the
wreck when it's not even her place to I.

Speaker 5 (03:31):
Would just leave it alone. I would mind my business
and act like I knew nothing.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
If I'm Jeff. And apparently this racy picture that she
sent along with the text there, I would never be
able to look at this woman.

Speaker 5 (03:42):
Oh though maybe not but the husband too, because like
if you say something, then every time you see that husband,
you're going to feel so awkward and can see an
awkward situation that you wouldn't want.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Again, we have this letter that Jeff wrote on the
Ellison Brawley Facebook page this morning. Angela Thomas writes, stay
out of this nasty mess. It'll all come out anyway.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Oh she's right, it'll come to light. Things that happen
in the dark come to light.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
And Jeff, thanks for taking the time to write your letter.
That's a tough situation right there. The letter, again is
posted on the Ellis Abadie Facebook page, and from the
responses we got there and the calls that came in
this morning regarding doing anything with the text messages, everyone says,
you know what, blush your luck, blushy blush U
