It is the first day of May.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
That's right.

Matter of fact, we have it right here.
Speaker 3 (00:16):
It's May.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
Thank you, really creative May.
Speaker 4 (00:23):
It's May out, It's gonna be and we're gonna May
twenty five years.
Speaker 2 (00:27):
How many twenty years?
Speaker 4 (00:28):
I guess we've been done this and we haven't made
that edit yet before. But now for the next twenty years, May,
every single May one, we aren't going to do it evolving.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
Uh, yes, here we go. Thanks for listening to us.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
Partly Sonny, Hi's around seventy, upper seventies inland warmer tomorrow.
So I was saying, I'm fully rested, and what a difference.
I undervalued sleep for most of my career.
Speaker 3 (00:54):
Okay, the most precious thing in the world.
Speaker 4 (00:56):
I didn't understand it and actually felt weak, right, I
was that guy. I was like, oh, I don't need sleep,
I'll be fine.
Speaker 5 (01:03):
You're right.
Speaker 3 (01:03):
It was like a badge of honor to come into
work and be like four hours less night.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
Is that true?
Speaker 4 (01:08):
I mean, for the first twenty years of this show,
it was wearing a badge of honor to say I'm exhausted,
but here I am or No, I don't need sleep.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
I don't sleep much.
Speaker 4 (01:18):
I mean, Sisney, you do wear the badge of not
needing the most sleep.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
Here.
Speaker 1 (01:22):
I'm actually getting a little bit more these days, but
I'm right around five to six hours. Oh.
Speaker 4 (01:27):
I realized, and I know this is science that I
just didn't read forever, but I realized that food, sleep, water,
and the air are kind of equally important.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
The water is major. That has been a game changer
in my life.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
Yeah. So I got sleep last night.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
How much?
Speaker 4 (01:46):
I think I got seven solid, like seven real I
was down for eight. I think I got seven real
sleep hours. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:52):
But the reason that I highlighted today.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
Is because the night before, after whatever, I was doing
the Idol Show or whatever, we did.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
Yeah, it was Americano. We went to Disneyland.
Speaker 4 (02:02):
We went to Disneyland in the middle of the night
to shoot, right and you can't shoot We shot a
special there for Idle Disney Night and you can't shoot
at Disneyland until the park closes.
Speaker 2 (02:11):
And we were California Adventure.
Speaker 4 (02:13):
I had never written The Incredible Coaster, credit coaster, The
Incredible Coaster, the in credit.
Speaker 3 (02:18):
Coaster, credit coaster credit.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
I never written have you guys written the in credit coaster?
Speaker 1 (02:21):
Yes, I love it.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
I have never written the a credit coaster.
Speaker 4 (02:25):
And they let us ride the incredit coaster and I
wrote it back to back times because we were because
we were taping something for a show, and so we
went twice on it, and as we were walking up
to it, the Disney cast members kept saying, are you
sure you want to go on it? I said, well, yeah,
I'm sure I want to. I mean, said Disney roller coaster.
How scary can it be? And they said it has
(02:47):
a loop and has a loop.
Speaker 2 (02:48):
I've seen it.
Speaker 4 (02:49):
We've been there a million times. I've had cheer ros
in front of it. I've never actually written it. Well, anyway,
the point is about three am, going back after the shoot,
passing the Citadel outlets, right three o'clock in the morning,
eight minutes back home, no traffic. Well you can't sleep
after being at Disneyland in the middle of the night. No,
So last night I finally caught up and I'm ready,
(03:09):
so throw it at me, wind it up, kick the
dodge ball my way, whatever you want to do. And
that's only a Wednesday, vie. I mean we still got
Thursday and Friday where it's going to get up a
notch too.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
Wow, you know what it is? It's the weather. It's
such a beautiful week.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
You nail and head, You nail and head.
Speaker 4 (03:28):

Speaker 6 (03:34):

Speaker 3 (03:34):
It feels like a great month.
Speaker 4 (03:37):
It is because it's all ahead of us, right, it
hasn't happened yet. May Finals, schools coming tout and be
out like it's it's not there yet.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
It's the Thursday of summer.
Speaker 4 (03:50):
Sure gets that, yes, markets that it's the Thursday of summer.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
Like the whole month.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
Friday of summer, right, yeah, yeah, extentually is the Saturday,
and August is Sunday.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
August.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
We should make that into a meme.
Speaker 2 (04:07):
Yeah, how do we, Mchael? How do we do it? Crystal?
Speaker 1 (04:12):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (04:13):
Crystal could figure it out.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
Didn't Does she take what we just said and meme
it maybe?
Speaker 1 (04:16):
Yeah, she'll figure it out.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
Crystal. Can you take what just happened and meme it up?
Speaker 3 (04:20):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (04:21):
I mean tub's got cameras everywhere, so I think it's all.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
The new camera. We have a light shot now for.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
The wherever we post this on our YouTube pages.
Speaker 1 (04:31):
You see everything like if I want to pick my
wedgie or something like, you'll see it is.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
Called an establishing it's all the filmmakers. It's an establishing shot.
You get a wide shot of what's happening. It's a
bird's eye view.
Speaker 1 (04:44):
It truly is.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
It's a fish eye or what we call the fish
what's the.
Speaker 3 (04:49):
Fish fish lens, fish islands.
Speaker 4 (04:51):
Fish islands cam? Sure, so as soon we're gonna get
a steady cam. What you do tells you in order
a dolly, Let's get a dolly.
Speaker 2 (05:00):
Like a dolly.
Speaker 1 (05:01):
What do you mean a dolly for?
Speaker 2 (05:02):
I don't know. We got a wide shot.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Let's get a dolly like the thing you carry boxes in.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
No a dolly. We're tracking shot.
Speaker 4 (05:08):
We'll lay down some train tracks and put a dolly
so we get a nice smooth, oh like.
Speaker 1 (05:13):
Such.
Speaker 2 (05:14):
This is my noir. We're doing some noir.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
On air with a Ryan Seacret.
Speaker 4 (05:21):
I want to shout it out to you anybody listening
in Burbank right now. Happy one hundred and thirty seventh
birthday to the City of Burbank, founded on this day
in eighteen eighty seven.
Speaker 2 (05:31):
We were just in Burbank at the Shell gas station.
Speaker 4 (05:35):
Met the owner, the owner's family there across from the
seven to eleven and Park Point. My first apartment complex.
The first city in southern California where I lived was Bourbank.
What was the first city outside of being a child.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
Like a teenager?
Speaker 4 (05:49):
Where'd you live first outside of San Diego, outside of
Los al Where did you live first?
Speaker 2 (05:53):
Sicini in some California.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
Well, I mean I consider moving out of my parents'
home at eighteen and then going to college in San Diego.
The first city.
Speaker 4 (06:00):
Outside of San Diego? What was your first baby adult city?
Speaker 1 (06:03):
It was Studio City.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
Studio City. Did they have a place when you were
in Studio City? Did they have a place just off
Venture called Killer Shrimp?
Speaker 1 (06:14):
Killer Shrimp at the airport?
Speaker 4 (06:16):
No? There might there were a couple of locations. There
might have been the one in Marina del Ray too,
Mark look it up? Did it they all go away?
Speaker 6 (06:23):
No?
Speaker 1 (06:24):
More towards like Vineland And there was like a Sushi
dan which I think is still there.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
Dupars was the spot we would go to and was
Cold Faction. Studio City could facts exactly?
Speaker 6 (06:36):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (06:37):
Tiny?
Speaker 4 (06:37):
What was your first baby adult city here in southern California.
Speaker 3 (06:41):
Mine was Santa Monica.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
Whoa nice Yeah, that's interesting.
Speaker 6 (06:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (06:47):
I spent a lot of time on the promenade.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
Were you in the rank controlled apartments there? I great, gut.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
I lived with a girlfriend who had been had that
apartment like kind of in her family for a very
long time.
Speaker 4 (07:00):
And what was a morning? Give me a Saturday morning?
When you first moved as a baby adult to Santa Monica.
Speaker 3 (07:04):
I did a lot of running, Like I would just run.
I would run with the promenade. I spent so much
time on Third Street promenade when I first moved here.
Speaker 2 (07:12):
Oh yeah, chillers and Yankee doodles.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
Yankee doodles, that's good.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
And some street performers right in the promenade.
Speaker 5 (07:20):
Yeah. Uh.
Speaker 4 (07:22):
I used to go shop at that what's that store?
Not be in a republic. It's kind of like Vans,
not Van Express.
Speaker 2 (07:34):
No, it's like a little bohemian.
Speaker 4 (07:36):
Oh Anthropology, yeah, no, anthropology or urban outfitters.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
Urban out Is that a big one there on Third Street?
Speaker 2 (07:45):
Yeah, that's the one. Yeah, we go hang in there.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
Yeah yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (07:48):
Well, guys, I don't know why we're talking about this,
but good morning, it's good to have you.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
It's May and Sisney, What did we miss? What happened overnight?
I literally was sleeping so well well.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
Three Los Angeles City Council members are proposing a van
on cash list businesses because it discriminates against people who
may not be able to obtain bank accounts or have
been denied access to credit. David Buster's customers can soon
bet real money on arcade games like ski Ball. The
new betting feature will be available to users eighteen or
older for the next few months. And college courses about
(08:19):
Taylor swift are fairly common these days, but Clyde College
in Glasgow is now offering a class for parents of
Swifties in advance of the Aeros tour coming to Scotland.
And that's what happened overnight.
Speaker 2 (08:32):
I got it.
Speaker 4 (08:33):
Want to shout it out to choose a fitness on
Foothill Ratchikukumaga opens itce four am. They got us on.
So here's the plan. After seven o'clock we're going to
pay another bill. I'm also going to get into some
TikTok trends, whether they're worthy or not fun. When you
go to sleep at night, are you worried that you're
going to hurt yourself, Like is it a safe space
(08:54):
for you or are there any dangers?
Speaker 1 (08:56):
Like I don't think it ever crosses your mind that
you will.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
Well, if I leave my ug slippers out between in
my path between my bed and the door jam to
go to the bathroom, I can hurt myself.
Speaker 2 (09:09):
I can trip over those right.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
You need to have a path, all right.
Speaker 4 (09:12):
And if I if I don't go to sleep at
night and pre put the seat up, I can hurt myself.
Speaker 1 (09:19):
Pre put the seat up.
Speaker 3 (09:20):
Usually you should have it down.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
Why so that you don't fall in I don't go
that direction. Yeah, but for someone else, like for me,
it's like when I like, if Michael does that, I
will fall in the toilet.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
You'll go through that little hole.
Speaker 4 (09:36):
If the seat is u it's easier to put it
down than lift it up. Oh gosh, it's less effort.
Speaker 3 (09:42):
That's the debate that we have all the time.
Speaker 4 (09:44):
It's less effort, right, So leave it down. Flipping it
up's nothing in the middle of the night. Putting it
down is like real lifting.
Speaker 3 (09:50):
No, it is not.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
It's a lot more energy.
Speaker 4 (09:52):
I think if we measured energy exertion, it's harder to
put it up than just tap it to fall down.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
So anyway we can have this debate.
Speaker 4 (10:00):
I really could, But Sisney, what is it you were
getting hurt doing while sleeping?
Speaker 1 (10:03):
So I've deprived myself of long nails for a really
long time because I basically have been changing diapers for
six years, so it's kind of difficult to have long
nails and do a task like that. But then recently
I was like, you know what, savey, it's pretty much
almost potty trained. I'm like, now's a good time to
commit to some long nails which I have. They're like,
you know these are long nails for me?
Speaker 2 (10:24):
Especially?
Speaker 4 (10:24):
Does there not long from the things I see tapping
phones these days?
Speaker 1 (10:27):
Well, I was like yeah, I'm like, if Cardi b
can have kids and have long nails and she can
figure out how to change diapers, and maybe I could too.
So here I go. I have my nails. I've have
had them maybe like four months, three months, who knows.
And all of a sudden, my left ear was like
really hurting and I felt like an ear infection, which
I have not had since I was like a kid,
and it was so bad like this past weekend, and
(10:51):
I was like, I need to go to urgent care.
So I go to urgent care. I'm pretty sure it's
an ear infection, so I just give me the drops.
Let's move on. And they go, oh, no, you have
like an a brief and like inside your ear canal,
like it's like a cool on cut. There was. She
cleaned it out. There's blood like it was. That was
the pain. And I was like, she was like, how
could this have happened. I'm like, I don't know. And
then she was like, you probably scratched your ear and
(11:14):
your sleep and I was like, I have been My
ears have been kind of itchy lately. And she's like, oh,
that's allergies, and I'm like that's it.
Speaker 2 (11:23):
I'm like, you're cutting into your skin with these nails.
Speaker 1 (11:26):
I justn't yeah, because they're so long that you can
really kind of get in there and get that itch.
And so when I'm watching TV or something, I'll have
that itch and I'm like, oh, breaking the seal night
because I'm asleep. I went for it, and who knows
what I did in there, but all.
Speaker 4 (11:41):
Over the pillow cases it's a disastro scene crime scene.
Speaker 1 (11:44):
Well, now it's annoying because now I have to do
the ear drops and it's those suck.
Speaker 4 (11:48):
I mean, there are things that we do in the
middle of the night that you like, I had a.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
As a child.
Speaker 4 (11:53):
Apparently I had to really grind your teeth issue, Like
I was grinding my teeth. I might still do it now.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
I feel like I'm starting to do that.
Speaker 1 (11:59):
Yeah, and that'll cause like receding, gumb lines, all tons
of bad things.
Speaker 4 (12:03):
Yeah, you got to put like some protection in there
so you don't rhynd your teeth.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
A mouthguard, which is like sex.
Speaker 4 (12:09):
But haven't you ever been next to someone that talks?
Like that's weird, Like things that happen in the middle
of the night, like you're scratch you're hurting yourself. Yeah,
I'm grinding my teeth. Then there are people that just talk.
Speaker 3 (12:19):
I would talk.
Speaker 1 (12:20):
I would prefer a talker over Michael snoring.
Speaker 4 (12:22):
What do you think you say? Tany What does Robbie
report back that you're saying in the middle of the night.
Speaker 3 (12:26):
He says, I don't know if he can make heads
or tails of like if I'm actually saying words. But
like he's like, sometimes you yell like you're little, just
like yell stuff in the middle of thing.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
Chased.
Speaker 3 (12:35):
Yeah, I guess I don't know. It's like I'm having
a nightmare clearly.
Speaker 2 (12:38):
Hmm. Well he sleeps through it.
Speaker 3 (12:42):
No, he does not, he does not.
Speaker 1 (12:43):
He he wakes up.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
Maybe Tanya's rehearsing the show in the middle of the
night before she gets here. Get your wanting hat coming
up next on your next walk or hike. If you're
a walker or a hiker. It's a good idea to
make this simple change because you'll burn triple the calories.
And that is you should go and open your bottles,
cli climb. What are you drinking in that large glass
(13:09):
bottle water? It's a big glass bottle of water. Mark
what's in your big tin container?
Speaker 2 (13:15):
There's water for me.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
I forgot my water bottle at home anymore?
Speaker 2 (13:20):
Like am I?
Speaker 1 (13:20):
The only I've done with? I finished that long slowed.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
Down, slow down. It's a long day.
Speaker 4 (13:27):
Thirds, thirds and thirds. Drink a third, then drink another third,
and then don't rink the whole.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
Cop rice smelts by then your eyes all.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
Right, although I will tell you in an afternoon that
is my good.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
You did enjoy that ice coffee?
Speaker 4 (13:43):
Anyway, start rocking, you need you rock, doesn't anybody rock
back there in the back room, he guys ruckers.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
What is that? No idea? What wrecking is?
Speaker 2 (13:51):
What was the last time you rocked? Rocked? Rocking? You
know what rocking is? Rocking?
Speaker 4 (13:58):
Rocking is weighted walking. That's what rucking is on you
or that's rocking. Yeah, right, So throw some big books
in a backpack and wear it for your walk.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
Put a little just a little weight on you.
Speaker 4 (14:13):
It's not it's I mean, you can carry it, but
I think it's easier if you strap it on you somehow.
Put it in a fanny pack right, weight down a
fan pact.
Speaker 1 (14:20):
By the way, my person question.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
Only issue is you're going to be one side of
the other side.
Speaker 3 (14:27):
I need to switch it up.
Speaker 4 (14:28):
You switch it up, So you need something that's sort
of centered. But yeah, ask, you know, ask around who's
the who's a rucker? And if you're not, share what
rucking is and you'll start doing it. Rocking is way
to walking in to burn three times of calories.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
You know what rocks a lot is Scotty.
Speaker 2 (14:43):
Fink, Oh, Scottie Fink.
Speaker 3 (14:46):
He wears a weighted best Yeah, he wears a weighted
vest and he does the Santa Monica stairs I have.
Speaker 2 (14:50):
A weighted best too.
Speaker 4 (14:52):
Looks they look like bulletproof vests, but they're definitely effective,
so they'll tip.
Speaker 2 (14:56):
I liked it. That's your morning hack. Today's quote.
Speaker 4 (14:59):
The biggest lie we're told is be with someone who
makes you happy. The truth is happiness is something you
create on your own. Be with someone who adds to that.
That's what they say. How about that for our headspace?
On a Wednesday morning, seacrests with you roll in.
Speaker 2 (15:15):
Just FM headlines with siciny well.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
Two people were seriously injured and dozens of others had
minor injuries after a metro train collided with a USC
bus in the Exposition Park area yesterday. The DEA announced
that they will reclassify marijuana as a less dangerous drug,
moving it from a Schedule one classification like heroin or
excuse to a Scheduled three drug like steroids and testosterone.
(15:41):
The Pico Riveras Sports Arena and other community venues in
the area could soon disappear due to repair work on
the WIDEO narrows dam Non Tesla drivers in California now
have access to the company's network of charging stations, and
the Dodgers game last night in Phoenix was delayed for
nearly two two hours because a swarm of bees built
(16:02):
a hive on the screen behind home plate. And after
all that, the Dodgers lost Arizona four to three. On
air with a Ryan Secret.
Speaker 4 (16:14):
We're getting into TikTok trends that everybody's talking about, are
they say or not?
Speaker 2 (16:17):
That's coming up.
Speaker 4 (16:18):
Also, we'll spin the wheel of games for some Billie
Eilish tickets, some crazy games on there.
Speaker 7 (16:23):
Now.
Speaker 4 (16:23):
We've got named that single celled organism. We've got Billy, yeah,
name that single celled organism. We got Billie Eilish sibling
or Disney Channel character. We've got Dodger or a guy
named Roger. We've got all kinds of random games trying
to change it up, keep it fresh. Yeah, one eight
(16:44):
hundred and five to one to two seven. Let's go
to Los Alamitos right now.
Speaker 2 (16:49):
Who's this?
Speaker 7 (16:50):
Hey, Hey, this is Dave Barker.
Speaker 4 (16:53):
Dave Barker, right, Curve Barker, your alum Sysney and Tanya.
Speaker 7 (16:58):
Yes, ill, yeah, yes?
Speaker 2 (17:01):
What'd you teach her? Well?
Speaker 7 (17:04):
I taught her in math? How much she learned? Who knows?
Speaker 1 (17:07):
Math is hard?
Speaker 3 (17:09):
Math was my heart is? I'm still really bad at it.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
And what do you remember about young Tanya as a student.
Speaker 7 (17:18):
My favorite memory is when she gave blood at the
blood drive but then couldn't because her blood count was
low and so her her red blood tills were low,
so she couldn't give it. And that afternoon we were
doing a fundraiser for students in our kids didn't need
(17:38):
at Christmas time, and my class had raise of money
and we were going over to the store to buy
a gift and I told the any of the students
they want to meet us there, they can come. And
Tanya came and she went shopping with my five year
old daughter and me, and we bought a bicycle and
at the check stand, Tanya fell over backwards onto the
(17:58):
bicycle and then she laid it on her back. She
looked up and said She looked up and said, I
gave blood today. So I said, you only gave a drop.
I don't think that causes you to pat o.
Speaker 4 (18:10):
Yeah, and by the way, you had a low count.
Let's not give yours way.
Speaker 7 (18:15):
That was just her personality. She was so much fun
to have in class. I mean, she she just made
teaching fund.
Speaker 2 (18:21):
That all seems to check out. Not much has changed
around here.
Speaker 3 (18:25):
Yeah, I going shopping at Target with my teachers.
Speaker 4 (18:29):
Well, it was great to be there Los Alamito's High
School to see everybody. Shout out to all the students
again that came out and said what's up, took a
few selfies, also did some quick phone calls to moms
and grandma's while I was there.
Speaker 7 (18:41):
Yeah, as we're great. I mean, I know Tanya and
Systey went here, and really I talked to lots of
teachers that had both of them, and nothing but praise
when they're in school and happiness for their success that
they're having now. But when you guys were here, I
was just super impressed because of the way that you
It was about the kids and you guys are just
(19:03):
there taking pictures with them and doing all the selfiesess
Touff And someone said to me, are you going to
go try and get a picture of Ryan And I said, no, Like,
look at all the kids that want to picture the Ryan.
Let him be in there and get a picture with
all those Oh, that's what they're here for. So it
was it was just super fun to see and I
was appreciated. It was kind of you to donate money
to our school and everything else, But I just thought
(19:24):
it was great when you guys are here, and how
much the kids in judge in.
Speaker 2 (19:27):
Oh, dude, can you call a teacher dude? Dude, David, dude, doctor,
mister loved mister dude.
Speaker 4 (19:33):
What'd you call them when you were a student, mister,
mister Barker, mister Barker.
Speaker 2 (19:37):
Yeah, mister Barker.
Speaker 4 (19:38):
Thank you very much to all the faculty, to all
the students there, Las Alamitous, thanks for having us on campus.
Speaker 1 (19:43):
It was so fun being back. And the school is beautiful.
It was not that nice when we went there. Like
that two story building is all news.
Speaker 2 (19:50):
There were two rooms when she was two rooms.
Speaker 3 (19:54):
Wait, and I want to mention that I want to
mention that mister Barker is like nominated for like the
best teacher in America.
Speaker 1 (20:01):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (20:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (20:03):
There is a contest going on right now with it's
through Readers Digest, but it's a fundraiser for teach across America.
And I was put into a group with about one
hundred and ten people and this Thursday night, if you're
number one, they've cut down to five. Now in our group,
if you're number one, you go on to the quarterfinals
and I'm currently number one in my group and just
(20:24):
need lots of social media people to do it and
help vote, and hopefully I'll go on to quarterfinals and
then go on from there because the winner gets twenty
five thousand dollars in a trip to Hawaii.
Speaker 4 (20:37):
Yeah, baby, howe what can we do to help with
the cause, mister Barker, you can.
Speaker 7 (20:44):
You can post on your guys account if you posted
the link, that would be fabulous. Yes, I tell my students,
money and a trip are all fun, those things all
come and go. But having the title of america His
Favorite Teacher would be the best.
Speaker 4 (21:05):
Oh, mister Barker will try and help out, and thank
you so much for congratulations.
Speaker 2 (21:08):
Thank you so much for coming back on with us.
We appreciate you.
Speaker 7 (21:11):
Oh, it's just great to have you here. And please
anytime come back.
Speaker 4 (21:15):
Yeah, thank you Barker, super cool guy. Yeah, what a
great thing if he could win that award America's Favorite Teacher.
It is may first here Ryan Seacrest with you sistant.
Tanya went to the back room and these are before
we do anything else. These are TikTok trends and some
(21:36):
of them is sound ridiculous, but the other thing is there.
We discover ridiculously sounding things on TikTok sometimes that actually
are helpful are remedies you just didn't know about. And
so here's a handful that are circulating as most popular.
And tell me what you think. Uh, diaper rash cream.
(21:57):
You may have that at home system.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
Tons of am I having in my purse right now, right?
Speaker 2 (22:02):
You may you may just carry that at all times.
Speaker 4 (22:04):
Yes, So TikTok, you're saying that it helps lock in
moisture and repair your skin barrier.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
So good for the skin. What do you think would
you put diaper rash cream on your Yes.
Speaker 1 (22:16):
Diaper rash like specific dipper.
Speaker 2 (22:18):
Rash like the A and D no diaper rash exert.
Speaker 1 (22:22):
But but there's aquafor like, So you can use aquafor
like on the daily different, right, but you can also
use aquafor for like diaper situations. So I would my.
Speaker 4 (22:31):
Pragmatic brain woill go If it's safe for a baby's
bombing rack, and it's safe for my.
Speaker 3 (22:34):
Face, me too, anywhere on my body.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
It's not safe. Oh, it's not safe. It can really
irritate your skin and make your acne worse.
Speaker 4 (22:42):
That's that stood out to me. Anything that's gonna make
a ZiT worse, I'm out.
Speaker 3 (22:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (22:47):
So another one of these TikTok trends that's circulating and popular,
going barefoot everywhere. Proponents on TikTok insist it's natural and
good for your feet to walk everywhere out and around
in the wild barefoot. Some people are chopping off the
soles of their shoes to get into places that require shoes.
It's like that Flintstone's car. Yeah, picture that car. They're
doing that with their shoes.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
But I do think this is probably good for you
because it's grounding. Thing is good.
Speaker 1 (23:12):
I saw a man walking barefoot on Ventura Boulevard the
other day and he was just living life.
Speaker 4 (23:17):
I'm like, wow, is it safe. It's not you got
this is where athletes foot and fungus lives.
Speaker 1 (23:25):
It's on something.
Speaker 4 (23:26):
Cut your foot open then yeah, little glass, I was
a little piece of green glass broken up somewhere. No, no,
not good. Don't go barefoot everywhere. The oat zempic weight
loss drink.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
Oh yeah, I see it is everywhere all right.
Speaker 4 (23:43):
Let me tell you what is is a drink consisting
of half a cup of rolled oats one cup of
water line juice and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It claims
to help people lose up to forty pounds in two months.
Speaker 1 (23:53):
Okay, well that's not safe.
Speaker 4 (23:54):
Is it safe to lose forty pounds in two months? Well,
some people might want to do it. It is as a snack,
but not as a meal replacement long term. It's quite dangerous.
I'll know you'll lose some. To me, what's bad in it? Oh,
it's fine.
Speaker 1 (24:10):
Water would be losing the forty pounds in two months,
I notice, should lose that amount of weight.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
Let's say you lost ten, I'd be down to try
it for lost ten.
Speaker 1 (24:20):
But two months is a little bit more. Really just healthy.
Speaker 3 (24:24):
Replacing it, you're replacing the meal with like.
Speaker 2 (24:27):
The is not getting the scope of nutrients that you
would need. Now it's one hundred and.
Speaker 4 (24:32):
Forty calories, actually one hundred forty. It's not an adequate
meal replacement. But if you are trying to cut down
on calories throughout the course of the day, it might
keep you full snacking on less bad things or like
last night, I was hungry. So last night I finished
my dinner and then I went into the fridge and
I got berries, and I didn't have any almond butter,
so I made my own. I crushed up with a
spoon a bunch of like almonds. I put it under
(24:54):
paper towel and crushed them all up and start them
with coconut oil because they didn't have almond butter. And
I drizzled that over and I didn't need to do it,
but I wanted to do it. And maybe oats would
have been better than all of that late at night.
But it's very good. Have you ever made no, has
you ever done that? Maybe I've ever done that. If
you don't have like a butter, like a nut butter,
take the push it up and stirting cocon oil.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
Top size is oats every day here. It's impressive.
Speaker 4 (25:17):
So those are TikTok trends that are popular and circulating
right now. Olive oil in your ears. The olive oil
is supposed to soften the wax and make it easier
to clean out. It is safe, but be careful. Don't
put too much olive oil in your ears. That could
cause an issue in your brains.
Speaker 1 (25:32):
I've always been curious about the when they do the
candle and like they suck out. I've done that all
the wax.
Speaker 4 (25:39):
Yeah, do that regularly because we've headphones in all the
time for this show.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
Well, i have an abrasion in my ear right now,
so I'm gonna hold.
Speaker 2 (25:46):
Yeah, you're all gets your aqua for it.
Speaker 4 (25:49):
We are going to play right now on Kiss for
Billie Eiley's tickets at the Key of Form in December.
Speaker 2 (25:54):

played this?
Speaker 3 (26:08):
Huh No, But looking at these pictures.
Speaker 1 (26:11):
Just gives me the heavy genies for whatever come on
the bell button.
Speaker 3 (26:15):
I know some of these you do. Yeah, it says
the name right under No, but like if I didn't
know the name, I would know the belly.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
But you've already seen it with the name, So I'm.
Speaker 3 (26:24):
Just saying there's one.
Speaker 2 (26:25):
In PARTU, there's only one. There's only one.
Speaker 4 (26:27):
I definitely think I know because it's a snapshot from
something we've all seen a lot of Andy talking about
that one.
Speaker 3 (26:33):
No, I'm talking about a different one.
Speaker 2 (26:35):
That one.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
Nope, I mean that one.
Speaker 7 (26:37):
I know.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
That's that one, the one to the left. I know.
Speaker 2 (26:41):
That's really why because of the line.
Speaker 3 (26:44):
Buttons are so just so distinctly her belly button.
Speaker 4 (26:49):
Belly buttons are weird. I don't like my belly button.
I don't spend a lot of time with it.
Speaker 1 (26:54):
You should. You should clean it in the show.
Speaker 2 (26:56):
I clean it.
Speaker 4 (26:57):
I covered as fast as I can all the time. Yeah,
I'm guessing you don't love your belly butt.
Speaker 2 (27:02):
I've never seen. I don't think you would love your
belly button either. Maybe I don't mind it, but it's
not great right behind?
Speaker 4 (27:10):
Girl?
Speaker 3 (27:10):
You know, I think belly buttons are so cute.
Speaker 2 (27:13):
Yeah, Mark, you don't probably like your belly BUTTONY not
a big fan. No, I don't know. I could just
sense that. No, So, Tracy, do you like your belly button?
Speaker 5 (27:25):
It's the only one I have.
Speaker 3 (27:28):
I love that.
Speaker 4 (27:30):
Well, We're gonna play Celebrity belly Buttons here for Billy
Eilish tickets. I will give you a name of a
celebrity and you all you have to do is tell
me if they're in any or inality. And we only
know this based on pictures that they have published, so
it's not like we're giving away secrets of anysonalities here.
Speaker 5 (27:48):
Okay, I'll do my best.
Speaker 2 (27:50):
All right, Here we go.
Speaker 4 (27:53):

Speaker 5 (28:02):

Speaker 2 (28:13):

Speaker 4 (28:18):
The next one, I'm gonna say in any Mark.
Speaker 2 (28:27):
She is an Audi.
Speaker 4 (28:31):
So these are all like from photos that have been
posted or they're different advertisements.
Speaker 2 (28:36):
You're still in it.
Speaker 4 (28:38):
You gotta get this one though, Okay, Ryan Gosling, Ryan Gosling.
Speaker 5 (28:44):
I'm gonna go with an Innie.
Speaker 2 (28:47):
Yes he is. And uh, I think we know where's
this Calvin Klein picture from that we're looking at. That's
from the Barbie that's the movie, right, Yeah, that's what
I thought because they were kind of his denim shirt open.
Speaker 5 (29:00):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (29:01):
The next one Jeremy Allen White from That Chef Show,
The Bear, The Bear. Jeremy Allen White from The Bear,
That Chef Show.
Speaker 5 (29:13):
Let's go with an Audi, right, you need one more?
Speaker 2 (29:18):
All right for the win?
Speaker 4 (29:20):
Again, these are all taken from Instagram or somewhere. It's
been an advertisement. Celebrity belly buttons in your Audi. Miley Cyrus.
Speaker 5 (29:32):
Miley Cyrus. I'm gonna say an any.
Speaker 2 (29:35):
You are a winner.
Speaker 4 (29:36):
Congratulation from behind.
Speaker 2 (29:42):
Well done, Tracy worried for a minute, and what are you?
Speaker 5 (29:47):
I'm so excited. I'm born in any.
Speaker 2 (29:50):
Yes, Tracy, me too, same same.
Speaker 5 (29:56):
Yes, we all have great ones, so everyone's all beautiful.
Speaker 2 (30:00):
Actually mine's not great. I don't like mine at all.
Speaker 3 (30:03):
I think you have a good one.
Speaker 1 (30:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (30:07):
Hold on, we'll get you these tickets.
Speaker 1 (30:08):
A bill on fire with Ryan Seacrest.
Speaker 4 (30:14):
Seacrest with you, thanks for having us on. Uh, let's see.
We are gonna put Michelle on. Let me do that,
and then I'll pay that bill which is coming here
in a second. We're gonna pay a bill in Pico Rivera.
If you're in Piko Rivera state where you are, don't
I'm calling a name from there.
Speaker 2 (30:31):
Next.
Speaker 4 (30:31):
But Michelle Muno's from Moo's Craft Barbecue. You remember, this
is just off the five on Broadway, Lincoln Heights. Mooscraft
Barbecue dot com if you want to take a look
at the images while we talk to Michelle. It's kind
of fun to check back in with some of our
Hohotown hustlers and see how the business is doing.
Speaker 2 (30:46):
Back in was it twenty twenty one. All right, we
talked to.
Speaker 4 (30:49):
Michelle Munos from Moo's Craft Barbecue.
Speaker 2 (30:54):
What the deal is, this is the whole town. What
the deal is?
Speaker 4 (30:56):
We said, you know, coming out of the pandemic or
even during some the local businessness need some push, needs
some extra awareness. Let's just go for it and call
it the hometown Hustler and celebrate people who are doing
something that they love and they're running their own shop.
Speaker 2 (31:11):
And that's what this is.
Speaker 4 (31:12):
So they started moves in their backyard back a while
ago in East LA, and they just opened their first
brick and mortar restaurant Lincoln Heights, so big congratulations and celebration.
We talked about the emerged traditional barbecue and La flavors,
so you got things like street corn and Pablano.
Speaker 2 (31:27):
Queso whaka sausage.
Speaker 4 (31:30):
But exciting news, they're featured now on Selena Goldmez's new series.
Speaker 2 (31:34):
So things just keep snowballing.
Speaker 1 (31:36):
Ah, so cool.
Speaker 4 (31:37):
Good things keep happening for Moosecraft Barbecue and Selena's got
that food show, which we love. Michelle Muno's and Lincoln Heights,
congratulations and welcome back, Hi Ryan, Thank.
Speaker 5 (31:47):
You so much. Happy to be back on the show.
Speaker 2 (31:49):
I can't believe that was three years ago that we
first had you on.
Speaker 1 (31:52):
Wow, it was.
Speaker 5 (31:53):
When we first opened up our brick and mortar. And
this June we're getting ready to celebrate this three years.
It's gone by so fast.
Speaker 4 (32:00):
And now you're featured on Selena Gomez series Selena and
is It Plus Restaurant?
Speaker 5 (32:05):
Yeah, Selena in Restaurant. So it's the new series that
she's launching on the Food Network and we are one
of the restaurants being featured on the show. Really exciting.
It was a lot of fun working with Selena and Raquel.
Speaker 4 (32:16):
It was what's last what's the format? Did she come
in and work at the restaurant or eat there or
taste there? What's the format she did?
Speaker 5 (32:23):
So it was a little bit different than her show
during the pandemic, where she was virtually cooking with Chef.
Now she's visiting restaurants in Los Angeles and she came
to Moves and she threw on an apron and we
kind of put her to the test. So everything that
she's learned over the last four seasons of Selena at
Home with Chef, we put her to the test to see,
(32:44):
you know what skill she's learned, and we taught her
quite a few things, how to cook a brisket, how
to slice a brisket, We taught her how to make
a sausage, and she even came out with this really
cool menu idea just out of no blue. You like,
let's try it out. Let's see if this will work.
We'll find out on our episode to see if the
dish that she created is worthy of making it on
(33:07):
the menu. So it was a really fun episode.
Speaker 4 (33:09):
I love that she's such a foodie doing the one
dream show that I want to do one day somewhere somehow.
Speaker 2 (33:17):
But well, let's go back to cutting a brisket.
Speaker 4 (33:19):
A brisket should be so moist and soft and melty
that a fork should be able to cut it.
Speaker 5 (33:26):
It is. But what a lot of people don't know
is that you know, a brisket is made out of
you know, there's two muscles to it. There's a lean
and there's a point, which is the fattier side, And
so you need to know exactly how to cut it,
how to cut it properly so it doesn't fall apart,
and so that you know it's presentable and its and
it tastes delicious. So a lot of people don't know that,
and we taught her that and she now knows and
(33:47):
she cuts a brisket beautifully, beautifully. It was a lot
of fun. She's definitely over these last four seasons of
her previous show, she's definitely learned. She's got the skills
now and you're going to see her really put her
skills on TV. It's pretty cool.
Speaker 1 (34:03):
Love it. That's so cool.
Speaker 4 (34:04):
So when a hometown hustler continues to just have success,
we celebrate.
Speaker 2 (34:08):
We love it.
Speaker 4 (34:08):
So Michelle meunia is moos Craft Barbecue off the five
on Broadway Lincoln Heights. Check them out because what you
just described about the brisket makes us nuts sounds so good.
And then you can see Selene in Restaurant premiere Thursday
on the Food Network and the Moves episode is on
next Thursday.
Speaker 3 (34:27):
Yeah, that's awesome.
Speaker 2 (34:29):
Thanks for coming back on.
Speaker 5 (34:31):
Really appreciate it. Ryan, have a great day, guys, Thank you,
nye ye, thank you.
Speaker 4 (34:42):
Move back room. I'm asking for moos my gosh, all right,
good luck to me. Thanks Michelle. Some of y'all got
a long commute and you're here for a lot of
this show. I'm i surprised to hear you know, people
listen to not just a few minutes, but you got
those long commutes, because I'm not surprised if.
Speaker 1 (35:04):
Your commute is over an hour every morning. Wow, good
on you.
Speaker 2 (35:07):
Yeah, that's a lot of pressure for us fill that hour.
Speaker 3 (35:10):
Not pressure privilege.
Speaker 4 (35:14):
Okay, but we want to do it right, We want
to do it well. We want to make you come
back and not change the station. So this is something
that you should stay for because you've got Loneliness is
like the number one thing, is it? Like lack of
sleep and loneliness are the two an anxiety, Like that
whole world of issues is something everybody deals with one
(35:35):
or all of those things at the same time.
Speaker 2 (35:37):
So how do you combat loneliness?
Speaker 4 (35:38):
Well, this LA resident, apparently since you've got this story
a lot of people are talking about is figured it out.
Speaker 1 (35:42):
Yeah, talk about like a real hometown hustler kind of
taking matters into her own hands. And you're right, loneliness
will take years off your life. So you need to
have that community that will like that support system. And
so when you think about LA, it's massive, right, four
million plus people.
Speaker 4 (35:58):
Every time I land in LA, I cannot get over
the fact that all that's down there.
Speaker 2 (36:04):
Yeah, and that's only part of it.
Speaker 7 (36:06):
I was.
Speaker 4 (36:06):
I drove, we went to Disneyland, I went to deaeland twice,
and like you drive the whole way.
Speaker 2 (36:10):
Is traffic the whole way. I know, it's a fact.
Speaker 1 (36:13):
It's like who are all these people? Where are you
going on a Tuesday or going somewhere exactly. So twenty
seven year old Emily Avilla was just basically fed up
and tired of being lonely, and she had been in
LA for a while and she basically just posted on
TikTok like I'm lonely. She said, if you also live
in Los Angeles and if you're a little lonely and
you want to meet up or me, just meet some friends,
(36:35):
meet people in general, let me know and I'll put
something together. Well, she had so many comments and that
eventually she was like, okay, this seems like people are interested.
So she said, let's all meet at Alesian Park, should
out to Ruby, her favorite park, and forty five people
ended up showing up to the first meet greet or whatever,
and so she was like this is great. So now
(36:57):
she continued this. She called the group a Los Angeles
Friends and they just celebrated their one year frinddiversary and
two hundred people showed up this time for that event.
And I think when you get older, making friends is
just so much harder. You have more responsibilities. You you know,
work more, you may have kids, multiple jobs, whatever. So
(37:18):
having the support system in a group like this, I
thought it was really really cool that she did this.
Speaker 4 (37:22):
I like the fact. I like the outgoing, proactive move on. Yeah, right,
like just go for be proactive, vulnerability too, yeah, and
just saying hey, here's my reality and it's maybe it's
yours too, And it connected one hundred fifty seven people
commenting yes and like almost fifty showing up. Yeah, Ruby,
they taking over your park where you want to have
your barbecue, right, isn't this?
Speaker 1 (37:45):
Let me let me just double check you family is.
Speaker 2 (37:50):
Listen, guys.
Speaker 8 (37:50):
So that makes everything more fun. It also means there's
a lot of opinions. It can be a little challenging
trying to agree on anything. Like this weekend, I want
to go have a cookout at Allegian Park.
Speaker 2 (38:04):
I knew it.
Speaker 4 (38:05):
You want to go meet all these people, Emily and
everybody in Allsion Park. I want a cookout you're wanting
to go meet this group.
Speaker 1 (38:12):
Yeah, Los Angeles friends.
Speaker 8 (38:14):
I used to live in Echo Park, so that was
like the closest park. I like that one better than
the Echo Park Lake, so we would always go to
that one.
Speaker 1 (38:22):
Well, I need time to go to Dodger Stadium and
I passed through Legion Park. I'm always like, man, I
need to come back here a cookout?
Speaker 2 (38:31):
Is this back when you were a teacher? Ruby? Ah?
Speaker 1 (38:33):
Yes, this was actually all right.
Speaker 2 (38:36):
Well, let us know.
Speaker 4 (38:37):
I can't wait for the follow up to the AT
and T commercial where you say, guess what I did.
I went to have a cookout at Allegiant Park and
I took my phone with me and it worked.
Speaker 2 (38:46):
AT and T Yeah it worked.
Speaker 4 (38:48):
What whatever you're saying in that full barsh it's the
most played commercial on Kiss FM a matter of fact,
probably coming up here.
Speaker 1 (38:56):
In a second.
Speaker 2 (38:57):
No more. So, let's see what do we have here.
Speaker 4 (39:01):
Justin in Long Beach at eight hundred and five two
on one to two seven.
Speaker 2 (39:05):
Justin LB, How are you, buddy?
Speaker 4 (39:08):
I'm good?
Speaker 2 (39:09):
Are you good? You live close to the Long Beach Airport?
Where are you? Yeah?
Speaker 6 (39:14):
I'm in that area all right?
Speaker 2 (39:17):
So Justin how can we help you.
Speaker 6 (39:20):
Okay. So basically, my boyfriend went to Coachella without me,
and honestly that's the whole thing, like it in itself,
but like, so basically what it is is we go
together every year, and this year I had to work
both weekends, so I kind of thought like he would
skip it because like, honestly, the lineup wasn't even that
strong anyway. But anyway, he decided to go, and he
(39:43):
went with some friends, and I wasn't happy about it,
but I'm like whatever else vive. Then fast forward and
I'm scrolling through like his Instagram and i see like
a picture of some guy feeding my boyfriend a slice
of pizza, and like, I've never seen the guy before,
like he's not like in our friend groups. Like I
(40:05):
don't know who who this guy is. And I bring
it up to him and he's like, oh, I'm overreacting.
It's just some guy that they met, they when they
hung out, and.
Speaker 7 (40:14):
It was just harmless flirting or whatever. It's totally harmless.
Speaker 6 (40:17):
But like I'm having trouble getting past it, and to
be honest, it's getting like I'm getting like super annoyed
because I'm like sulky I've been like really sulky lately,
Like it's.
Speaker 4 (40:27):
What what what was your real first reaction to when
you found out your boyfriend was gonna Coachella without you?
Speaker 2 (40:35):
What was your real reaction inside here?
Speaker 5 (40:40):
FI?
Speaker 7 (40:41):
Yeah that thing for a while.
Speaker 2 (40:44):
Yeah. I don't think this is gonna work out.
Speaker 1 (40:46):
The fact sting there's no such thing as innocent flirting.
Speaker 4 (40:49):
He wants to Gochella, you're upset. He could have read that.
I think he sensed that, and then he went on
to do this. I don't feel like this is gonna
work out, Like I think this is a problem.
Speaker 3 (40:58):
Well no, no, no, First of all, I don't think
him going to Coachella, and necessarily if he was eating
the pizza from somebody's hand and he didn't see an
issue with it, I do understand maybe that he just
felt it was nothing, but he should have some sort
of empathy for your reaction to it. That's what's bothering
(41:19):
me is that he's not You're clearly upset, and he's
not empathizing with that.
Speaker 1 (41:25):
Because he doesn't care. This guy's are no good.
Speaker 2 (41:29):
He doesn't care. He doesn't care.
Speaker 4 (41:32):
He's thoughtful, and it's reckless. So justin these are all
red flags. These are all signs, and you might want
to take control of.
Speaker 2 (41:40):
This narrative here. Oh guys, I'm just why waste time because.
Speaker 3 (41:44):
I don't you try to feed I tried to eat
bread out of your hand last week and it was
harmless and no big deal.
Speaker 2 (41:51):
Right, and I denied you that's weird in my hand.
It is bizarre to even wanted to do.
Speaker 3 (41:57):
I think it's that weird.
Speaker 4 (41:59):
I said, stop trying to eat out of my hand bread.
Speaker 6 (42:04):
It seems it seems sketchy to me, like I don't
know sketch.
Speaker 4 (42:07):
I think these are all I actually just I think
you do know what you need to do. I think
you do know what these signs are. I think you
do see the red flags you just need to execute.
Thanks for calling now, Tanya. We were at Reuben's Bakery.
The bread came out of the oven. Immediately I opened
the top of the bread, it was piping with steam.
Speaker 2 (42:24):
And then Tiny wanted to eat it out of my
hand and said, no.
Speaker 3 (42:27):
I don't think it's that weird.
Speaker 2 (42:31):
Okay, Uh, that.
Speaker 4 (42:34):
Bread was just like magic, yes, and it needs like
I don't even remember what we just talked about there.
Speaker 2 (42:41):
I'm thinking about that.
Speaker 1 (42:42):
You left over, and I saw Mariana in the parking lot.
I was like, hey, do you have the bag of bread?
And we all got back to the station and we
split it. So she gave me two that I took
home and I had it for breakfast the next morning.
Speaker 4 (42:54):
I think I've ever had bread out of the oven,
not fast, that fresh with steam coming off call that
it was still delicious the next you better marry this guy.
Speaker 1 (43:09):
Did you?
Speaker 6 (43:09):
Did you like it?
Speaker 4 (43:10):
What do you hold on? There were two different things.
So Reuben steaming pipe hot bread is great. Then your
man the pastry chef brings a box of sweet goodies
that were buttery and delicious. Yes, Raoul, But the point
is you could have things hot out of the oven
every single day and life.
Speaker 1 (43:30):
That's my life.
Speaker 3 (43:31):
Everyone be jealous.
Speaker 4 (43:34):
Raoul shows up at El Serino gringrocer and he brings
a box of goodies from his oven.
Speaker 1 (43:39):
He was so honored that you remembered him by the way,
and he and you gave him a hug. And I've
never seen him starstruck in his life. And he was like,
what it was so cute?
Speaker 2 (43:48):
I walked up with a box adult chain.
Speaker 4 (43:52):
Oh, it was so good. I mean a flaky too.
He makes flaky stuff.
Speaker 3 (43:56):
You know that. Yes, I do crash out of the oven.
Speaker 4 (44:00):
Wow, I mean, let's get this thing going. What's the
deal on the proposal?
Speaker 2 (44:03):
Who's what?
Speaker 7 (44:04):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (44:05):
He actually he told me he bought a ring.
Speaker 4 (44:07):
He told me was a surprised it was because he
was excited.
Speaker 2 (44:13):
Collect So we got another engagement coming.
Speaker 1 (44:17):
That is a whole other topic.
Speaker 4 (44:19):
Yeah, let's save that, Tubbs. You've hurt me say this
a million times, but I shouldn't say it again. You
tell everyone, how do you send a talk back to
Kiss FM?
Speaker 1 (44:29):
Well, you got to have the app.
Speaker 2 (44:30):
Get on the app.
Speaker 4 (44:31):
Yeah, and then there's the talkback button and then you
press the button and you can send a talkback.
Speaker 2 (44:37):
Actually flaw this execution description. Well done, Tubs. Thank you.
That's true.
Speaker 4 (44:41):
And if you did everything that Jeffrey Tubbs just mentioned.
I'm going to play some of those back or send
them now. I might get them in time to play them.
As long as you listening to Kiss FM. Go inside
that iHeartRadio app, the kiss page, send us a talk
back the red microphones. How you do it and we'll
get it right here, Tanya. The Trending Report.
Speaker 3 (44:59):
So This Monday is the first Monday in May, which
means it's May, it means the MET Gala. It's May,
it means it's Met Gala. And so the official theme
this year is Sleeping Beauties, Reawakening Fashion. The general theme
of the Met is the Garden of Time, so you're
(45:22):
gonna see a lot of ethereal pieces, soft pieces, whimsical
and it means fashion so fragile now that it cannot
no longer be worn, so you're gonna see a lot
of very antique clothing. So some of the big names
that are going to be there this year, Rihanna Zendeia,
Jennifer Lopez and Bad Bunny and Chris Hemsworth are actually
(45:44):
the co chairs this year. So we mentioned Bad Bunny
is going to be there. Kendall Jenner is rumored to
be attending, so I wonder if they are going to
you know, they're probably for sure going to interact, but
really curious to see kind of what's going to happen there.
Jase Bunchin is also rumored to be attending. Olivia Rodrigo,
Cara Delavi and Barry Keyogan well He and Sabrina Carpenter
(46:07):
walk that carpet together, I'll keep my eyes peeled, and
then skipping it this year. Billy Porter and Jared Leto,
who I feel like are staples at the met galon
they always wear something very very interesting and unique. And
then Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey so TMZ reported earlier
in March that that they were both invited separately, but
(46:28):
they are skipping it. But then I've also seen reports
like page six is saying that they are attending, but
so I'm seeing conflicting reports on if they're going or
if they're not. So definitely curious to see what they
end up doing.
Speaker 2 (46:40):
Yes, well, I'm glad you are on that.
Speaker 3 (46:42):
I love the met guy.
Speaker 4 (46:44):
Uh, it is like what to me if like this
is the one ticket all the celebrities and I have
all the award shows like that, but this is the
one ticket the ones the celebrities all want to get invited.
Speaker 2 (46:54):
If they're not yes, yes, right invited to this one,
they're bummed?
Speaker 3 (46:58):
Yes, this is like I feel like prom for Hollywood.
Speaker 4 (47:02):
Okay, I am Can I admit interested in barryche Union
and Sabrina Carpenter or are they going to walk together?
Speaker 1 (47:09):
Sure?
Speaker 4 (47:11):
I want to see that I want to see them together.
I want to see them in a photo together. I've
seen them an official photo together on the red carpet.
I don't think I have.
Speaker 3 (47:18):
Not official, not right.
Speaker 2 (47:20):
What I'm looking for.
Speaker 4 (47:20):
I'm looking for an official one that's published by Getty Images.
Speaker 3 (47:23):
That's what I want to Getty image those two.
Speaker 4 (47:26):
I don't know what they are side by side, dressed
up like that in their antique furniture.
Speaker 3 (47:30):
Not furniture, but yes, their theme.
Speaker 1 (47:33):
Somebody might come with a couch.
Speaker 4 (47:34):
All right, there's a grandfather clock could walk down that
red carpet like the way you think, right, I mean
you put somebody in a clock. They could be the pendulum.
Speaker 3 (47:45):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (47:47):
Okay, if we were invited Anna wind tour, maybe we
would come as a.
Speaker 1 (47:52):
Big clock, right.
Speaker 2 (47:54):
I'm you know, I collect them, so it would be
perfect for me.
Speaker 3 (47:56):
I forgot that.
Speaker 4 (47:57):
If you do, I told you, didn't I send you
a picture inside a clock not too long.
Speaker 3 (48:01):
No, you just sent a picture of the inside of
the clock.
Speaker 2 (48:03):
Oh you didn't see me in it?
Speaker 5 (48:04):
No?
Speaker 1 (48:05):
Yeah, but then you casually dropped. But oh, I collect
grandfather clocks or something.
Speaker 4 (48:09):
Yeah, I collect clocks. Is a grandfather clock was handed
down from my.
Speaker 1 (48:14):
Clicking going onto your house.
Speaker 4 (48:17):

my ring and cut the entire top of my eyelid.
Speaker 3 (49:27):
Oh oh no, I don't wear rings to bed.
Speaker 1 (49:29):
Oh my gosh, can you I can?
Speaker 5 (49:33):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (49:33):
Thank god. It wasn't my actual eye, but it was.
