Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's kiss Fortnite at least number one at music station.
That's a good one from Taylor in post Malone. It's
Ryan Seacrest here. Now tell me what you thinking on
the talk back mike or call me here at eight
hundred and five Twolve one O two seven. Ruby has
some details on this but in the back room there Ruby,
But is it okay to pick from other people's fruit trees?

(00:20):
So let's say you're walking down the street and somebody's
got a lemon tree or they got cumquats or something,
and you lean over from the sidewalk and you just
grab it, like the tree might be hanging over the sidewalk,
and you pull a citrus fruit from that tree. Is
that okay or not? Tony says no, Now what if
the branch is over the hanging over the sidewalk. No,

(00:42):
So what happened? Why is the internet all up in
arms about a ruby?

Speaker 2 (00:45):
So a woman watched someone pick two nectarines from the
tree in her yard and then the fruit picker never
left the sidewalk, but the homeowner was waiting because the
fruit wasn't ripe yet. So was the passerby okay to
pick the fruit or not?

Speaker 1 (00:59):
Like, this is a standardized test question, like the way
this is. I'm like, this is one of those ipanic
essay questions. A woman watched someone pick two nectarines from
the tree in her yard. The picker never left the sidewalk.
The homeowner was waiting, so the homeowner was not ready
to take all the fruit away because they weren't ripe yet.

(01:20):
I think it sounds to me in this instance that
the walker buyer via trespass and stole.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
So most people are actually saying it's okay if you
could reach them from the sidewalk or your own yard, then.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
There's savages these people. Yeah, criminals and savages. I kind
of agree.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
I'm like, if it's if I'm walking by and it's
literally dangling in your face or close to you, it's
probably going to fall and just raught on the sidewalk,
so why not you know, eat it?

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Wow? All right? Was Sisney? I think did do this?
And we won't talk about that when she's back tomorrow.
Now here's another one, dividing the internet. If a couple
splits chores half and half, Like, Tanya, don't you and
Robbie split your chores?

Speaker 3 (01:59):
Yes? We do?

Speaker 1 (02:00):
Is it okay? For wanting to hire a professional to
do your chores. Absolutely, I agree. The internet's divided. Ruby. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
So a guy posted on Reddit that his living girlfriend
is mad at him because he hired cleaners to do
his half of the chores. He says she complained about
how he cleaned before, so he's like, why not, like
everyone wins. But she's like, it's not fair, like that
he plays video games while she does her chores. But
she can't, you know, afford to pay someone to do

(02:27):
her chores.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
So she's a little bit Look, if you earn the
dough to outsource it, then you're covering the chore. That's
your enterprising prerogative. Yep.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
So most people say he's in the right, but it's
not great for their relationship long term because it may cause, like,
you know, friction, That's what's true.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Let's see what'speaking of friction. Let's do one more. So
here's another one, Tony, tell me your thoughts on this.
You're getting married apparently, and I might do this. Is
it okay for a bride to tell guests what color
to wear?

Speaker 3 (02:56):
Absolutely?

Speaker 1 (02:59):
Well? Then do you even to debate it? Yeah? Happened.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
So a couple, when sent out wedding invites that included
specific color palettes of four colors for wedding guests to
wear to their wedding. The colors were light pink, mustard brown,
and black, so they could kind of match the color
palette the color size.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
I think it's great. It actually allows you to have
direction on what you need to wear, and it kind
of looks good in all the photos. Isn't that part
of it too? Yes?

Speaker 2 (03:27):
I had a friend do this and it looks really
good like in photos.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Me too.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
I'd rather be told what to wear than like the
stuff that they've been doing lately, which is like we're
coastal cowgirl or like whatever, these like vibes and I'm like,
I just I don't know the vibes.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Just tell me what you want me to wear? Can
you tell me what I'm supposed to wear? If you're
going to tell us what we're supposed to wear at
your wedding, do you know? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (03:47):
I mean, I mean I've I feel like I'll probably
just have you in like a black suit.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
You will have me in a watch? Are you dressing me? Yeah?
I will do your hair. What's everyone else gonna be wearing?
Am I going to stand out like a or Tom.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
No, no, no, no, no, Well it just depends because
my vision was everybody in black and then me and
my bride'smaids in white. But I'm not so sure.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
Okay, so you've not decided what we're gonna wear, but
I'll be wearing a black suit, yeah for sure. Fancy
ranch not gonna be it.

Speaker 3 (04:15):
No fancy, Yeah, everybody gives. That's what people do now
what they get like vibe yes and I'm like, what
is that.

Speaker 1 (04:21):
I don't know what that means. I'm going as God's
Yes is one of them? For sure?

Speaker 3 (04:27):
Yes it is.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
I'm not coming as Gadsby. She yeah, uh coming up
next be guys, you go see Nicki Mina
