Speaker 2 (00:46):
Yeah, I'm gonna say I almost wanted to stop riding.
Speaker 5 (00:50):
It's okay, your hearts and break. You should feel empowered
knowing that you shed light onto his life, giving him
the love that is one or two point seven Kiss
FM that he did not have before.
Speaker 4 (01:00):
Okay, woo woo, whoo whooh.
Speaker 2 (01:01):

he doesn't know. And then are you from here? You're
not from here?
Speaker 1 (01:07):
Right?
Speaker 2 (01:08):

did at least get his car to go kiss FM.
So I guess that's looking at trying to get campaigned
for one more listening.
Speaker 1 (01:25):
Yeah, that one more great work. You should tell him
the pre set it.
Speaker 4 (01:29):
I know, well, I took it so personally though.
Speaker 1 (01:31):
I know what you mean. It's happened to me, and
I do take it personally as well.
Speaker 4 (01:34):
Like what station is it?
Speaker 1 (01:35):
I'm like, oh, oh wow, liter a Rock.
Speaker 4 (01:40):

That ten days.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
That's my cutoff too.
Speaker 4 (05:04):
Yeah, ten days in Greece. Yeah, okay, I'll cut that off.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
That's nice.
Speaker 4 (05:09):
So you went over for a wedding, right.
Speaker 7 (05:12):
Well, I did two weddings in two countries, like a
great person.
Speaker 4 (05:16):
Did your friends conveniently schedule it like that?
Speaker 7 (05:19):
No, so it was actually my friend Bethina got married
in Greece and then David's friend Bobby got married in Scotland,
so it just so happened that they were four days apart.
Speaker 4 (05:28):
And why did they pick these destinations.
Speaker 7 (05:31):
Betina married a Greek dude, so that's why they ended
up in Athens.
Speaker 1 (05:35):
That happens Viera.
Speaker 4 (05:37):
Greek dudes are hot.
Speaker 7 (05:38):
Yeah, and then David's friend Bobby, his wife is from Scotland.
Speaker 4 (05:44):
So all right, well what a great world tour of
weddings it was.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
It was beautiful, so tell me just to stand at
Greece is a heaven, right, The water's so beautiful. I
love the way they cook the food, the food, Mediterranean
style food.
Speaker 7 (05:57):
The food, I mean, we talked about the Greek salads
before where I left, but they were just they're just
the best out there. I mean, the big block of
feta cheese that they put on top of.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
Your solid was just amazing.
Speaker 7 (06:09):
I fell in love with pork and chicken slovaki and
also drank Uzzo Uzzo, which is like their drink out there.
Speaker 4 (06:16):
Did you go to Hedra the island with no cars.
Speaker 7 (06:19):
Yeah, and it was really really cool. There was no cars,
lots of donkeys.
Speaker 1 (06:22):
He was very peaceful.
Speaker 4 (06:23):
Wow, yeah, it's beautiful.
Speaker 2 (06:27):
And it's donkey donkey, donkey person, donkey donkey person person,
donkey donkey.
Speaker 7 (06:30):
Yeah, like there could be more donkeys on the island
than people.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
And you saw Joe Jonas, I understand Ruby back from
her two weddings. You saw Joe Jonas in the lobby
of the Edinburgh hotel.
Speaker 7 (06:42):
Well, no, it was actually in Glasgow, but it was
David's dad. And David ran into U. Joe Jonas in
our hotel room and he.
Speaker 4 (06:50):
Was why was it? Why was David Is that in
his hotel room?
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Not room? Sorry, in the lobby?
Speaker 4 (06:55):
Oh wow, the Jonas boys hanging out.
Speaker 5 (06:57):
In the lobby.
Speaker 7 (06:58):
But he was in his kill and he's like, I
think that's Joe Jonas. And they got back and we're like,
wait what why he was in a kilt? Yeah, David
wore a kilt.
Speaker 4 (07:07):
Was Joe Jonas in a kilt? No? Is Joe Jonas
the one that we just talked to or talked about
having the new music coming?
Speaker 5 (07:13):
Yeah, he's been like out in a bout.
Speaker 1 (07:15):
Was he with anyone there.
Speaker 3 (07:17):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (07:17):
I think he They just said he was with another guy.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
Well that's something too, because you don't go to Scotland
usually it's a romantic trip.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Maybe or not.
Speaker 5 (07:29):
He's been traveling with a lot of friends.
Speaker 1 (07:31):
That could be a friend trip, boys trip.
Speaker 7 (07:33):
I think they were on tour, on tour, yeah, or
he's on tour.
Speaker 4 (07:38):
Well, welcome back, Ruby, thank you, thanks for being here.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
Lean into whatever emotion you're feeling today.
Speaker 4 (08:24):
Unless it's one that's like a real drain. Don't lean
into that one.
Speaker 6 (08:27):
Right.
Speaker 2 (08:27):
We're talking about this yesterday because two big artists have
a story in the news about being sued, Bruno Mars
suing Miley Cyrus over the Flowers song. It turns out
it's a it's a co writer from the Bruno song
When I Was Your Man, who is another company that
owns the rights to the catalog of Bruno's music, And
(08:49):
so that's kind of where the lawsuit is stemming from
Bruno Mars himself going after Miley Cyrus. But basically, as
we were saying yesterday, the two songs they sound similar,
and when you put it together, they sound like this.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
Shut a body of fun.
Speaker 8 (09:12):
Money, shout it, get your Alma, shucking myself out, take
get everybody design fans.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
Can take myself Dancy.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
So you get the idea there. Tiffany is on the line.
We got into this earlier in the week. Tiffany, thank
you for listening this morning in Corona. So what's your
take on this story?
Speaker 9 (09:40):
Hi, I love your show.
Speaker 10 (09:42):
By the way, Yes, I worked with a whole bunch
of creative creatives in my corner of the world and
across you know, the digital platform, and most of them
are musicians. So my outpook on this is that when
it comes to creating these huge things, especially when it
it goes across the world, we need to learn how
(10:03):
to sit down and see the longevity of the project
and who is going to benefit. I hate when to
hear that people are suing when it's actually benefiting. Like
you guys did wonderful playing me songs back to back
and it increased both songs. So the problem is is
the legalities of like everybody behind the scenes, and we
(10:24):
also have to think about how do we help those
who are part of these projects on the long run
and why are they suing now instead of knowing what
to do.
Speaker 9 (10:34):
At the contract part of it?
Speaker 10 (10:35):
Does that make sense?
Speaker 4 (10:36):
It does make sense.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
I mean we're also you know, saying this is art,
we should all love it all, try and get along.
But you know, lyrics are proprietary to those who create
the lyrics and write the lyrics, and that's their business.
So I don't know what the official ruling is going
to be, but I do appreciate you and your view
on that. Tanya has a lawyer husband, so we're trying
to get his view at some point legally, whether or
(11:02):
not there's a real case here.
Speaker 5 (11:03):
It's not really his area of expertise.
Speaker 4 (11:05):
It'll be fine. He does his contracts. You throw it
at it. It does what do you know what his
area of expertise is?
Speaker 1 (11:11):
It does contracts? His expertise?
Speaker 4 (11:14):
Yeah, I contract law?
Speaker 2 (11:17):
Is this?
Speaker 5 (11:17):
Yes, mergers and a positions, But it's this, it's reading.
Does he does do that?
Speaker 4 (11:25):
So don't tell us that he doesn't do.
Speaker 2 (11:27):
We know what he does.
Speaker 4 (11:28):
Now you act like you know so much about your husband,
we do too.
Speaker 10 (11:32):
I think there's a there's a there's a long game
that nobody's really playing because it gets so exciting to
create something so amazing, and then when it cooks up
back at you, you're like, wait, that's mine. And so
it's hard. It's just like having children. You have children,
but they're not yours. They go into that world and
they influence the world, and it's hard to go back
to your children and be like, well, you owe me something,
(11:53):
and that's unfair in a lot.
Speaker 11 (11:54):
Of that's how I see it creative.
Speaker 2 (11:55):
Well, I love that you're up early and engaged in
the show before we even moving this morning.
Speaker 4 (12:00):
I appreciate you being on with us. You have a
great day at work.
Speaker 12 (12:05):
You too.
Speaker 11 (12:05):
Thank you guys so much.
Speaker 2 (12:06):
Thank you in Corona up in the cool temps, getting
through this morning on that one. Yeah, whenever you get
a ruling, Tanya, just come right back and read it
to us. Put it in an envelope too, wins. All right,
coming up next. If you're getting married soon, why but
(12:27):
that's not what it is.
Speaker 6 (12:28):
Three day.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
Three things wedding planners say you should not waste your
money on. And I'm bringing this to you, Ruby, bringing
this to you, Tanya, bringing this to you.
Speaker 4 (12:38):
Collect Tubbs. I mean, everybody's in on this.
Speaker 1 (12:40):
Oh my god, I know.
Speaker 2 (12:41):
So if you're getting married, everybody here is right Tany.
You are Ruby, you are call let you are Tubbs.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
Are you still getting married?
Speaker 1 (12:47):
Yeah, he's getting married.
Speaker 4 (12:48):
I don't hear about it.
Speaker 3 (12:50):
Yeah maybe, Like for all we know, Tubbs like already
has a set date and like, oh, wedding invites him
been sent.
Speaker 4 (12:55):
Out, Tanya, have a set date, You have a date set.
Speaker 5 (12:58):
I'm waiting back from Yes, i am.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
I'm gonna tell you March. Okay, it's March. It's not May.
Speaker 5 (13:09):
Okay, perfect, thank you so much. That's what that's what
we were leading towards.
Speaker 2 (13:12):
Anyway, Well, I had two options May or March to
choose from.
Speaker 4 (13:16):
I'm not waiting.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
I don't want anything to happen in between March and May,
going for it.
Speaker 5 (13:21):
Worry about anything happening. It was more like weather. Weather
at the end of May gets very very warm, so
it's going to be like toasty wedding.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
Yeah, all right, I'm coming down early to dress, rehearse
check the lighting, the staging.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
Yeah, Megan, nice.
Speaker 4 (13:38):
My big performance.
Speaker 5 (13:39):
Yeah, we'll have to We're definitely gonna have to like
get into that very soon.
Speaker 4 (13:43):
Okay, I can't wait. But now even date in March.
Speaker 2 (13:47):
So anyway, you guys are all get married and wedding
planning from what I look at and I see people
do it, I look from afar, but it's.
Speaker 4 (13:54):
A lot Where do you spend your budget?
Speaker 2 (13:58):
Right, because it can get expensive, especially if you've got
a lot of people.
Speaker 4 (14:02):
So where do you put that budget?
Speaker 2 (14:04):
Wedding planners say these things are not worth it.
Speaker 4 (14:11):
One real flowers, get over yourself sis now or not?
Speaker 1 (14:17):
Do not have fake flowers at your wedding.
Speaker 4 (14:19):
No, try to save a few bucks here.
Speaker 5 (14:21):
First of all, you.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
Don't need to have a crazy bouquet.
Speaker 3 (14:23):
But you can have very simple real flowers just in
little vases and it still looks beautiful.
Speaker 1 (14:28):
But fake flowers.
Speaker 5 (14:29):
I've seen some gorgeous fake flower arrangements at weddings.
Speaker 4 (14:32):
Fake flowers off at them. Well, maybe you're not available
in March. I don't know. Here's what you could save
on liquor.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
Go with beer and wine cheaper in the spirits, beer
wine bar right and personalized cocktail.
Speaker 1 (14:48):
Now, yeah, you don't need those.
Speaker 4 (14:49):
No one cares, pays attention, No one cares. Don't do it.
Speaker 5 (14:54):
No, that is definitely happening.
Speaker 2 (14:58):
Which you're wasting money or rather you have a food
truck for us than napkins.
Speaker 5 (15:04):
No, I'm gonna get ones with Sunny's space on them.
Speaker 4 (15:07):
No one really cares.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
Nobody cares. Save your money.
Speaker 4 (15:11):
You can save money in those.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
Please get real flowers instead of your napkins.
Speaker 4 (15:17):
Gosh, you too in the drama with the weddings.
Speaker 2 (15:20):
Today's quote every day there's a quote, Today's Thursday quote.
Stars don't beg the world for attention. Their beauty forces
us to look up Oh yeah, they don't beg for attention,
So lay off. Don't say look at me and post
it and say look at me, and post it again
and say.
Speaker 4 (15:38):
Look at me, post it again. Side true From another angle, FM.
Speaker 3 (15:43):
Headlines Well, the State Department announced that Americans can now
renew their adult passports online, rolling out a system that
bypasses the traditional method of printing out that form and
then mailing a check.
Speaker 1 (15:56):
The family is.
Speaker 3 (15:57):
Of four Pepperdine Sorority sisters who are killed on PCH

fire shortly before sinking in Marina del Rey.
Speaker 1 (16:15):
Last night, and BT announced nominees for.
Speaker 3 (16:18):
The nineteenth annual Hip Hop Awards with host Fat Joe Megandi.
Stallion earned twelve nominations, followed by eleven for.
Speaker 4 (16:26):
Kendrick Lamar on air with Ryan Seacrest.
Speaker 2 (16:34):
All Right, Kate, so what's going on with you and
your boyfriend's mom.
Speaker 4 (16:37):
What's the problem here?
Speaker 11 (16:39):
So I recently moved in with my boyfriend and he
told me that his mom was going to be visiting
for a week, which I was obviously fine with, but
now he has to travel for work that week, and
he just volunteered me to host her and take her
around for the week. And we got into this huge
fight about it, and he thinks that I don't like
his mom, But that's not it. I just think that
his mom should reschedule for when he's in towns that
(17:02):
it could spend time together.
Speaker 2 (17:06):
Wow, that's this is gonna be an interesting one. Can't
wait to see how this all works out with the
years and years to come.
Speaker 1 (17:13):
How long have you been with your boyfriend?
Speaker 11 (17:15):
Three years?
Speaker 1 (17:17):
Okay? So what mean you gotta suck it up and
host the mama?
Speaker 2 (17:23):
I mean this is what you do relationships. Yeah, you
can't deny a mom.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
Do you not want to hang out with her?
Speaker 11 (17:30):
Like?
Speaker 1 (17:30):
Did you not like her?
Speaker 11 (17:32):
It's not it's not that I just think that he's
going to be He won't be there at all, so
she was coming to visit him.
Speaker 1 (17:38):
This is bonding time.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
Yeah, this is the uncomfortable bonding time. So what you do?
Speaker 4 (17:43):
Yeah, because I've got I've had.
Speaker 2 (17:44):
To be with parents for the first time, and I
have pockets of topics in my pocket to spontaneously bring
up that will just cause some fodder. Like you know,
for example, you'll be hauling her around to what the
Hollywood Bowl?
Speaker 4 (17:58):
Where are you going?
Speaker 11 (18:00):
Just around town? She's been to La like once.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
God, prepare yourself for some conversation and then try not
to have a lull where she has a break in
the action to turn to you and say, how do
you really feel about my son or any of that
awful stuff?
Speaker 4 (18:20):
You know, not.
Speaker 1 (18:21):
Awful stuff, and she's not ask.
Speaker 2 (18:23):
That you don't You don't. You don't know a lot
of a lot of parents do. Yeah, because you don't
want to create that space. So come up to the
list of things. You get the Zoo, Gaddy Center, one
of brother studios, tour, look up one of our others,
the history of it.
Speaker 4 (18:37):
Tell that story. That'll take some time.
Speaker 2 (18:38):
I mean, really do some research so that you create
this natural conversation.
Speaker 3 (18:43):
Okay, I think it'll be fine, and try to make
it fun and just try to enjoy the moment with
her and get to know her, build that relationship.
Speaker 11 (18:53):
Yeah, you're right.
Speaker 2 (18:55):
Zip down to Lakma, the Museum Le Harps, zip Groves
over there is if to the growth.
Speaker 1 (19:01):
I mean, although in a museum is very quiet.
Speaker 4 (19:04):
Does that she can't talk?
Speaker 1 (19:05):
I know it.
Speaker 4 (19:05):
That's good news, I guess.
Speaker 1 (19:07):
Okay, okay, okay. So I'm like, there's a lot of
dead air.
Speaker 4 (19:11):
Yeah, that's good.
Speaker 1 (19:13):
You here like heels clacking, you can't talk.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
We're in the museum.
Speaker 1 (19:18):
I'm taking this painting and shush.
Speaker 2 (19:19):
Kate, good luck. I think it'd be fine. You gotta
get along with the mom. You gotta do some qt.
Speaker 1 (19:24):
I think so too. Yes.
Speaker 2 (19:27):
So we're headed to Vegas by plane right tomorrow, will
be there on Friday night, be there Saturday.
Speaker 4 (19:35):
Tany and I are gonna do a strip run.
Speaker 2 (19:37):
Yeah, on Saturday morning, run the strip, cardio and doorphins kicking.
Speaker 5 (19:42):
How far are we gonna go?
Speaker 4 (19:43):
I'm like, so, you can only get so far.
Speaker 2 (19:45):
So if you start at our hotel, you gotta go
out the like a certain door. Then you go down
to the street level, then you run through another casino hotel.
One point you have to go up an escalator, down
an escalator. It's like a video game.
Speaker 5 (19:58):
And you don't you don't track it on like a
run app or anything. You don't know how like the distance?
Speaker 4 (20:02):
No, I know it all by time, like to take
you almost an hour.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
And how fast are you going? That's what I'm not doing.
Speaker 2 (20:11):
I go decent like I need you guys at the end,
you gotta wait. You gotta wait for people at certain
lights and interceptions are big in Vegas.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
Do the elliptical with that.
Speaker 2 (20:20):
It's fun, it's content, Tanya. You can shoot all you
want of me.
Speaker 5 (20:25):
Oh my gosh, what an honor.
Speaker 4 (20:28):
Shoot all you want of me?
Speaker 2 (20:29):
Oh what you think about my gymnastics moves? I've posted
that for you too.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
It was pretty cool.
Speaker 5 (20:33):
Actually, I commented on it when.
Speaker 3 (20:34):
You know what, I was thinking that we should all
try to recreate that and see what it looks like
when let's do it in the back room.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
Well, so I'm trying to for LA twenty eight. I'm
trying to be a gymnast, and so by the time
LA twenty eight arrives, I want to be able to
do have the strength to do a lot of exercises
in the rings. So what I was basically doing there
where I was holding on to the top of the
right and then doing body weight. Yeah, I'm working towards
(21:03):
doing those in gymnastics rings. On the rings for gymnastics,
the rings, got it, and I'm working on being as
flexible as a gymnast.
Speaker 4 (21:11):
By LA twenty eight.
Speaker 1 (21:12):
Well, let's get you into the kids gymnastics gym.
Speaker 2 (21:14):
I'm an adult trainer, okay. But the goal is that
the goal is that when LA twenty eight is here,
I'm going to have the strength of a gymnast. And
my posts won't be officially in the Olympic events, right,
but there'll be Olympic.
Speaker 3 (21:30):
Adjacent I think it's a great goal to have and
I'm here to support you.
Speaker 4 (21:35):
Thank you. Wait you see me in the rings time,
you're gonna want to do it.
Speaker 5 (21:38):
One of my best friends is like reinvigorated. She's been
going to gymnastics class as well because of the Olympics.
Speaker 4 (21:45):
So we're on the same time.
Speaker 5 (21:46):
Yeah, like full adults just in gymnastics class.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
Gymnastics.
Speaker 2 (21:50):
Speaking of the Olympics they're going to they say they're
going to have this thing up and run in speeding
the new high speed train electric train from southern California
to Vegas.
Speaker 3 (21:59):
What do we know, isn't it Okay? So there's gonna
be three different high speed rail cars. When it comes
to this train, the smart car, it looks to be
like their economy seats, so that'll probably be your cheapest bet.
The premium car will be a little bit more because
it's a little bit more upscale and luxurious and all that.
But the party car, tell me that's where I'm at, baby.
Speaker 1 (22:19):
It has a bar.
Speaker 3 (22:21):
It's like lounge seating hotels. Yes, so it's not like
your typical like rows of seats. It's lounge set up
seating in that cart. And every seat in the train's
gonna have power outlets, free Wi Fi.
Speaker 1 (22:33):
The cabin's gonna have mood lighting to match the time
and vibe of the ride.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
So if you're if you're heading there on a Friday
night to Vegas around five, six, seven pm, like, yeah,
I feel like that's gonna be a whole different vibe
than like a morning ride. And something really cool is
that riders are gonna be able to check into their
hotels while on board and then have their luggages transported
from the train directly to their hotel, so they don't
have to lug it.
Speaker 2 (22:59):
Around, so they'll track it, they'll know where it goes.
It goes separately than you to your hotel, and thends
it there.
Speaker 1 (23:06):
Then you can get off the train and go sight see.
You can go do things.
Speaker 4 (23:09):
This is going to be so popular.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
I think so too.
Speaker 4 (23:12):
Really you could. You could sit in that lounge and
then boom, you're in Vegas.
Speaker 5 (23:15):
Boom.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
What's a total run time would you say it's going
to take to get there? I don't see your runtime.
Speaker 1 (23:22):
Eighty minutes?
Speaker 4 (23:23):
Eighty minutes so much easier than going to the airport.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
Yeah, it takes much longer to go to the airport.
Way for six security, I.
Speaker 2 (23:30):
Think right delivers you right in the middle of something
like boom, you're there in the city center.
Speaker 1 (23:34):
It's going to be so good.
Speaker 4 (23:35):
All right, it's one don't.
Speaker 2 (23:37):
Two point seven kiss FM Mondays and Thursdays. Ryan's roses.
It is a public service. We don't want to do it.
We do it as a public service, right, Yeah, we
wouldn't even know about these situations if you didn't reach
out to us.
Speaker 1 (23:53):
Yeah, this should be last resort.
Speaker 4 (23:55):
So that's right.
Speaker 2 (23:56):
Do you deal with that on your own with your spouse,
address it with them, confront them. Then if that doesn't
work or you still need peace of mind, reach out
to us. And Kelly did. She says, I facetimed my
husband while he was on a business trip in San Francisco.
(24:17):
She says, I could see behind him his bed had
not been slept in. Kelly and Burbank, good morning. Let's
see we can find out here. How do you know
the bed hadn't been slept in? Could it have been
made fast?
Speaker 13 (24:31):
No, it's just it.
Speaker 9 (24:33):
It didn't. It didn't look you know, when you go
into a hotel room and it's pristine, the way the
staff does it. It's just it was just so pristine.
And I know my husband. I mean, we've been married
so long. I know him, and so yeah, I know
for a fact, like you know, it was just so weird.
(24:55):
What time, Oh gosh, I think it was around eight
in the more when we facetimed, And honestly, it didn't
hit me until we hung up.
Speaker 4 (25:05):
But so the bed was made Okay, got it.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
But why jump to the conclusion that your husband's cheating
on you?
Speaker 4 (25:14):
What got us here?
Speaker 9 (25:17):
Well, it was just I don't know. It was something
that just hit me and I when he came home,
I said to him, you know, like listen, I noticed
something while we were face timing while he was away,
and I just said, you know, your bed wasn't made
and wondering where you slept, and he laughed at me,
and he said, you know, he was out so late
(25:38):
the night before and had such an early fight, he
just slept on top of the covers so he wouldn't
mess up his hair and have to shower in the morning.
And that just makes zero, zero zero sense to me.
It's like, Okay, he only had a few hours of sleep,
so what And also the bed wasn't slept on I
mean at all. I mean I I just saw it
(26:00):
for a second as he turned, But that said was
the immaculate.
Speaker 4 (26:05):
How many years of marriage are we talking here, Kelly?
Speaker 9 (26:08):
Eleven years? I mean two kids.
Speaker 4 (26:11):
Okay, I'm going to have you hold on. I got it.
Speaker 2 (26:13):
Their stakes are high. Yeah, eleven years, married kids, all
that at risk. Because she saw him on a business
trip in San Francisco behind him, the bed was not
slept in eight in the morning.
Speaker 4 (26:28):
She thinks he's cheating.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
Now, clearly, if she goes to that conclusion, there's a
lot more this not being told here, of lack of trust,
of insecurity, of potential infidelity. I mean, there's a lot
of things that get you there. So we assume some
things have not been the strongest in this relationship to
(26:50):
get here. But here's where we are, Kelly, I need
you to say Ryan, you have my permission to call
and then his name.
Speaker 9 (26:56):
Go ahead, Ryan, you have my permission to call my husband.
Speaker 4 (27:03):
Okay, let's do it, sisty.
Speaker 1 (27:16):
Hello, Hi is this John?
Speaker 9 (27:19):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (27:20):
Hi, my name is Priscilla. I'm calling from Burbank Blooms.
How are you doing this morning? Right?
Speaker 1 (27:26):
Great? You know, we actually are.
Speaker 3 (27:27):
Offering a free promotion today to promote our business. It's
a free dozen red roses that you can send to
anybody that you'd like. I don't eat cash or credit
card info. They are absolutely free. Is there someone that
you would want to send free flowers to?
Speaker 14 (27:40):
Okay, I think I think you have.
Speaker 1 (27:42):
Oh no, no, no, you've.
Speaker 3 (27:43):
Been selected to receive this promotion. So it'll take like
two seconds. So you just need the name of the
person and a note and you can send them out
by lunchtimecuse hello?
Speaker 14 (27:54):
Hold on? Turn off?
Speaker 11 (27:56):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (27:56):
Hello, yes, hi.
Speaker 14 (27:59):
Sorry sorry you were said. What were you saying?
Speaker 3 (28:01):
Is there anybody that you want to send free roses to?
They're free? We can start with the name.
Speaker 4 (28:07):
No, no, I you know what.
Speaker 14 (28:09):
I'm good. But if I think as someone. I'll call
you back.
Speaker 4 (28:12):
How does that work?
Speaker 1 (28:14):
Are you sure we can just do it real quick?
Speaker 3 (28:15):
There's any anybody in your life that you just want
to send flowers to?
Speaker 1 (28:19):
We can start with the name and just a note.
Speaker 14 (28:20):
This is not this is not a great time. I
uh yeah, I guess something going on right now?
Speaker 2 (28:28):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (28:29):
Did I wake you up?
Speaker 2 (28:32):
Yeah?
Speaker 14 (28:32):
A little, A little bit.
Speaker 1 (28:34):
I apologize.
Speaker 4 (28:35):
Can I just tell you, John? Your voice is being broadcast.
Speaker 2 (28:38):
On the radio now, and it sounds like you've got
an active place there.
Speaker 4 (28:45):
I just have a quick question for you, John.
Speaker 2 (28:48):
Who's going on?
Speaker 4 (28:50):
Exactly?
Speaker 14 (28:50):
What is going on?
Speaker 4 (28:51):
I'll ask the questions, But who's with you right now?
Speaker 9 (28:55):
No, I'm I'm I'm at the office.
Speaker 14 (28:58):
I'm I'm just hanging out the office.
Speaker 4 (29:00):
Are you married? Yes?
Speaker 14 (29:03):
Yes, I am.
Speaker 4 (29:04):
Well, why we're still here? Why not send the roses
to your wife? You know what?
Speaker 9 (29:09):
That's?
Speaker 7 (29:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (29:10):
You know what?
Speaker 9 (29:10):
I think I will I think.
Speaker 2 (29:13):
Some pliants bro Okay, Yeah, a good question. Why Why
why didn't you think of that on your own? Like,
why wasn't that the first thing you've done of you
seem a little preoccupied.
Speaker 14 (29:24):
No, I mean I'm at work. It's very busy.
Speaker 4 (29:27):
While we were here. I have a question for you.
Speaker 2 (29:30):
Yeah, so San Francisco, I know you probably do some
business there and you're on a trip recently. Did you
see another woman while you were in San Francisco?
Speaker 14 (29:41):
No, No, absolutely not.
Speaker 4 (29:43):
Is that just a totally crazy question?
Speaker 11 (29:46):
Yeah?
Speaker 14 (29:47):
Yeah, No, I was just I was just working.
Speaker 11 (29:51):
That's that was it.
Speaker 14 (29:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (29:53):
Did you sleep in your hotel bat each night?
Speaker 11 (29:57):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (29:58):
Of course. All right, I've got your wife here on
the line. Who would like to respond, Kelly, Okay.
Speaker 9 (30:03):
Where are you and and how are you sleeping? Right now?
Speaker 14 (30:08):
John, I'm a I'm at work. I wasn't sleeping. I
was just I think I misheard what they said.
Speaker 9 (30:13):
I was just John, you were clearly sleeping. You even
said you were sleeping. You were sleeping.
Speaker 14 (30:22):
I felt like sleepy. I felt sleepy, not sleeping. It's
it's been very busy here.
Speaker 1 (30:29):
Wow, you seem to have an answer for everything, John.
Speaker 9 (30:32):
I just want to know what's going on. Okay, nothing,
nothing going on.
Speaker 14 (30:37):
I'm just gonna get you flowers. These people are gonna
get We're gonna get you some flowers.
Speaker 10 (30:43):
John.
Speaker 9 (30:43):
You caught someone, babe, and you can't them turn the
music down. That was Dave.
Speaker 14 (30:50):
No, No, Dave, Dave walked in. I see, this is funny.
They've walked into the room. He was listening to it
sounded like he was watching YouTube or something.
Speaker 2 (30:59):
That's John, John, What's what's going on? Who are you
cheating with? Who's the other woman that was in San Francisco?
Speaker 4 (31:06):
John? Just get us there? Who is it?
Speaker 6 (31:08):
I don't know what.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
You're not being truthful. We can tell you're walking through
a bunch of lies. And John, we need to know
who is the woman in San Francisco with you Listen.
Speaker 14 (31:19):
I gotta I got I have another call.
Speaker 9 (31:21):
I've got to go.
Speaker 4 (31:22):
Sorry, No, you don't have to go. And that's not
another call. Just made that up right, Come clean? Calls
coming in. I'm not going anywhere.
Speaker 9 (31:30):
If I call reception, she can confirm you're at your office.
Speaker 4 (31:35):
There you go, you go.
Speaker 1 (31:37):
She can't No, she can't cally because he's lying.
Speaker 5 (31:42):
John.
Speaker 4 (31:43):
You know what, John, I'm tired of it. I'm tired
of it.
Speaker 2 (31:45):
You're wasting a lot of people's time here, especially your
wife's life. Tell her what's going on behind her back?
You're cheating on her? How many times are you doing it?
When did you do it in San Francisco, and who
is it? Let's just go let's just get this done,
be done with it.
Speaker 4 (31:59):
Who is she?
Speaker 6 (32:00):
John?
Speaker 4 (32:00):
Who is she?
Speaker 1 (32:01):
Who is she?
Speaker 14 (32:02):
Talk about it? We'll talk about it later.
Speaker 2 (32:04):
We're not We're starting right here, right now, to finish
it up.
Speaker 4 (32:08):
Who is she?
Speaker 11 (32:11):
Nobody?
Speaker 9 (32:12):
Nobody named John.
Speaker 2 (32:13):
I want the name now.
Speaker 9 (32:15):
I'm throwing your crops out on the lawn.
Speaker 4 (32:21):
Gives John.
Speaker 11 (32:22):
Don't do that.
Speaker 4 (32:23):
Give us the name John, every.
Speaker 9 (32:26):
Golf club of yours, every.
Speaker 14 (32:28):
Dot book, don't. Please, don't give it the golf club. Kelly. Well,
we'll talk about this. I'll talk to you about it later.
It's I didn't there's nobody in San Francisco.
Speaker 9 (32:39):
It's three two. I want to name John one.
Speaker 14 (32:47):
I don't know what's going on here, but we'll talk
about it later.
Speaker 2 (32:51):
Your your husband's cheating on you. He's lying to you.
You need to find out where he is. You need
to have this conversation with him in person and get
to the bottom of it.
Speaker 4 (32:59):
Good luck to you, But not a.
Speaker 2 (33:02):
Lot of truth coming out of John's voice. Story is changing, hesitating.
That's Ryan's roses.
Speaker 1 (33:09):
On Air with a Ryan Seacrest. Air on Air with
a Ryan Seacrest.
Speaker 5 (33:20):
I have the perfect quote for this, roses.
Speaker 2 (33:24):
Okay, let me rehash. People just got here. They missed it.
That was a few minutes ago. We do a call,
It's Ryan's Roses. If you think your husband, your wife,
your spouse, or significant others cheating on you, tell us
the story. We'll try and get him on the phone
and send roses to over top of mind. Many times
we find out that they are cheating and they will
admit to it, and.
Speaker 4 (33:43):
They do admit to it.
Speaker 2 (33:45):
It is a public service. We do it on Mondays,
we do it on Thursdays. We started seven forty and
we wrap it up right about now. Here's a couple
married eleven years.
Speaker 6 (33:55):
All right.
Speaker 2 (33:55):
We just had him on she writes to us and says,
I saw a hotel room he was supposed to be
in for business in San Francisco.
Speaker 4 (34:04):
The bed was not slept in. I think he's cheating.
Speaker 2 (34:07):
Well, and then we get him on the phone and
he said, we just woke him up, so that would
lead you to believe he's home, right, But then all
of a sudden he was at the office. His story changed, yeah,
and nobody else was around, so he couldn't prove that
he was at the office. Then she says, all right,
you're at the office. You're not just waking up somewhere else.
You're at the office. Let me call Margie, Maggie or
(34:29):
Melanie whatever the front desk name was, Monica.
Speaker 4 (34:33):
Yes, and see if she.
Speaker 2 (34:36):
Says you're there, well, guess what commediately Monica is off, Yes,
off today, She's not there right now.
Speaker 1 (34:42):
He knew it. He's lying from the moment we got
him on the phone.
Speaker 4 (34:45):
So he is having an affair. He is lying.
Speaker 2 (34:48):
We could not get the name, but we did get
to the bottom of it. He is doing something behind
his wife's back. Her hunch is right. She said, she's
throwing him out, She's throwing his stuff out. She wants
a name, and she better get a name, Tanya got.
Speaker 5 (35:05):
This is the quote of the Roses today. A narcissist
tries to destroy your life with lies because theirs can
be destroyed with the truth.
Speaker 4 (35:16):
I love it. I love how you just stopped.
Speaker 5 (35:19):
No, I didn't. Does that not resonate with his Roses
like so hardcore? Just lie because his life is going
to be destroyed with the truth.
Speaker 2 (35:28):
It's true, And how is that so handy for you?
Speaker 10 (35:32):
You know.
Speaker 5 (35:35):
I read it earlier this morning, and when I was
listening to Roses, I went to to go find it
because I.
Speaker 4 (35:39):
Was like, oh god, it's true.
Speaker 5 (35:41):
I get a lot of quotes on my feed.
Speaker 4 (35:43):
M let me grab Megan. She heard Ryan's Roses this morning.
She's in van Ives.
Speaker 2 (35:48):
So Megan, go ahead, you're on with us. Thanks for calling,
thanks for listening.
Speaker 11 (35:52):
Yeah, I feel like we hear a lot of good liars.
Speaker 15 (35:55):
On Ryan's rod.
Speaker 4 (35:56):
Yeah, but he's not one.
Speaker 15 (35:59):
But no, exactly Jonahs not to them, and for someone
to have left home in the morning and then come
somewhere else as sleep like she's clearly having an affair.
Speaker 4 (36:10):
And by the way, to anybody, do we ever call
in the future? Hurry up?
Speaker 2 (36:16):
Yeah with the name. Don't spin us, don't lie to us.
Your wife's on the line, don't lie. You're just wasting time.
You're digging your hole deeper. You're making it worse. Just
if you're ever on Ryan's Roses. Just tell the truth.
Speaker 1 (36:29):
Yep, that's it.
Speaker 4 (36:30):
That's all you got to do.
Speaker 15 (36:31):
I think she needs to track his phone, that's it,
and then be done.
Speaker 16 (36:33):
Well.
Speaker 2 (36:34):
I think she's going to get to the bottom of it.
She's going to get a name. Did you hear that?
She goes give me a name? In three two one,
she's going to get a name, and then she needs
to kick him out.
Speaker 4 (36:45):
Although they've got kids, so it's easier said than done.
But but she can't stay with them.
Speaker 1 (36:49):
He's a horrible man.
Speaker 2 (36:51):
Awful Kelly and John and Burbank if you know them,
they're not having a good day.
Speaker 4 (36:57):

Speaker 2 (41:02):
So, Tanya, what is all this buzz about with dou
Lipa and her responding to critics.
Speaker 5 (41:06):
Well, she Dua Lipa is very aware of the complaints
about her music not being personal enough, and she has
some thoughts. So critics have said over the years, that yes,
she's had some bops and some anthems, but they take
issue with the music being more surface level, as opposed
to like Taylor or Billy or Olivia that really write
(41:27):
very personal songs. So during an interview with Anderson Cooper,
he mentioned that people have said that they don't have
a sense of who she is after listening to her discography,
and Dua said this, it's something that I just naturally
hold back. Some people are just so ruthless with their
own private life that they decide to put it all
out in a song because they know that it's going
to attract people's attention. For me, it was always important
(41:50):
to make music that people really loved, not because I
was putting someone else on blast. And I feel like
it's just a personality type. Like I think that there
are some people pole who draw inspiration from their personal
lives and love to share that and love to connect
with people on that level, and then other people like
to channel that and maybe distract from it and kind
(42:10):
of go that angle. And I was wondering which type
of person you guys are.
Speaker 4 (42:15):
I figured you'd be wondering that.
Speaker 2 (42:17):
Yeah, I'm I'm a more Dua Lipa type than a
tailor type.
Speaker 4 (42:21):
Okay, I think you know.
Speaker 2 (42:23):
I mean, I give credit to artists like Taylor who
are the most brilliant on the world and the planet
and doing it. But I think for me, it would
be hard to be that vulnerable and also hard to
re sing and rehash those lyrics and feelings oh yeah
all the time.
Speaker 4 (42:39):
Yeah, I'm a thin skinned dude. My heart's thin.
Speaker 1 (42:42):
I kind of agree with you. But I'm a little
bit of both.
Speaker 3 (42:45):
And I'll tell you why, because I am kind of
like the tailor route where I do journal and write
things down, and I have so many journals from like
especially like my early years, like high school, college years,
all of that.
Speaker 1 (42:57):
But I'm not comfortable ever sharing that.
Speaker 4 (42:59):
Well, send those lyrics to Kendrick Lamar, do you know
what I mean?
Speaker 3 (43:03):
But I but I like how I like. I'm kind
of vibe with Doua Like I'm the same way.
Speaker 1 (43:07):
Happy. Music doesn't need to be personal. Yeah, makes you.
Speaker 4 (43:10):
Happy, put me in a mood. Good on, Dua Lipa.
Speaker 2 (43:14):
Yeah, good on you for asking that thought provoking question
about personality types of us.
Speaker 4 (43:18):
Are you ready for password?
Speaker 1 (43:20):
Yes we are.
Speaker 4 (43:20):

Speaker 2 (45:08):

Speaker 4 (45:12):

Speaker 1 (45:32):
Now, okay, do you want me to go No?
Speaker 3 (45:40):
No, then say something correct.
Speaker 4 (45:47):

What that's your clue? Cookie?
Speaker 8 (45:54):

Speaker 9 (45:55):

don't get too many.

Speaker 4 (46:31):

After the show. Sounds and moans and grunts. Excuse me,
that's not even a word.
Speaker 5 (46:40):
Well you used two words.
Speaker 4 (46:41):
It's better than not a word, says.
Speaker 2 (46:46):
Okay, she needs to study the rules.
Speaker 1 (46:50):
I mean, clearly, you do as well.
Speaker 2 (46:52):
Well, I was busy, got Liz here in Santa Clarita.
Speaker 4 (46:57):
That's so funny.
Speaker 6 (46:58):
Liz.
Speaker 2 (46:58):
When I first arrived here in La lived in Burbank
and I would go up to Santa Clarita to get
my hair cut.
Speaker 13 (47:05):
Oh yeah, it's beautiful up here.
Speaker 3 (47:07):
I love it.
Speaker 4 (47:07):
Good old McBean parkway.
Speaker 13 (47:10):
That's right, Yes, I'm in Canny country.
Speaker 2 (47:12):
Yeah yeah, shut out Candy Country, shut out McBean, right.
Speaker 4 (47:19):
I love McBean parkways or parkway. I love all the parkways.
Speaker 2 (47:23):
Yeah, big parkway, like a parkway, big fan of parkways. Listen,
Santa Clarita, So how can we help you?
Speaker 13 (47:31):
Well, I was listening earlier todaying you guys brought up
a debacle about wearing wet hair to work.
Speaker 4 (47:38):
Yea, and I have a strong.
Speaker 9 (47:40):
Opinion on this.
Speaker 13 (47:42):
It's a topic that's very personal to me. My background,
my education is in business and accounting, so my professional
environment has always been no corporate esque and I have
curly hair. I've been talking wet hair for work and
anytime really that I have to immediately step out of
the house, it's I'm.
Speaker 11 (48:02):
With with wet hair.
Speaker 13 (48:04):
My hair is already naturally dry, so I'm not going
to cause for their damage and air dright. I ruined
my hair when I was a teenager, of course, like
for formal events and weddings or a business trip, and
I'll go ahead and use a diffuser. But we all
have unique hair, and I feel like in today's time,
we're embracing natural hair. So I guess my argument is
(48:26):
that why do I have to further damage my hair?
Like I didn't ask to have curly hair, right, so
I am embracing its naturalness. And I passed my curly
hair to my kids, so I'm going to raise them
to you know, embrace their embrace their curly hair. And
you know, when I was eighteen years old, my very
first job was at an office and I'd say, me
(48:48):
and my boss were the only person with curly hair,
and I was I was told that I needed to
do something with my hair. I couldn't wear it curly
being so yeah, I didn't know how to defend myself.
But then the next day I went and I quit
because I just felt really offended that they told me
I couldn't very natural.
Speaker 4 (49:07):
Yeah, too rude, inappropriate exactly.
Speaker 2 (49:12):
Yeah, I mean there was a debate because some people say,
is it unprofessional to come in with your hair wet?
Some people say, we'll get up a little earlier to
get ready. Some people say, okay every once in a while.
But Amy Sugarman, who's worked for me for twenty five years,
does it every day, and she brings her blow dryer
and her plastic turquoise pants. It's this whole thing. But yeah,
(49:35):
I understand why some people might say, well, wait a minute,
I'm gonna do what I do and so what my
hair will dry whatever, Who cares?
Speaker 4 (49:42):
Why is it bother you?
Speaker 2 (49:43):
We come in at the last minute, so we've been
known to have wet hair. We've been to have towels,
you know, wrapped around us when we get here. Flip flops,
all kinds of things. To the last minute, I come
into my ugs, slippers, some facts. So Liz, thank you
(50:04):
for listening to kiss you take.
Speaker 9 (50:06):
Care of course.
Speaker 1 (50:07):
Thank you.
Speaker 9 (50:08):
And Telia, I heard you earlier. You brought that way
hair girl.
Speaker 13 (50:11):
You are beautiful too.
Speaker 5 (50:13):
Thanks girl.
Speaker 13 (50:14):
Guys, I've been listening to you since I was in
middle school and now my kids are in middle school.
Speaker 1 (50:23):

Speaker 4 (50:24):

Speaker 2 (50:30):
