Speaker 1 (00:00):
So we did make the run. It was the Ihear Festival.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
We did the annual Vegas Strip run on Saturday morning,
and it was Tanya and I and Sistney went out
the diplo to you know, have fun.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
By the way, I was awake when you guys were
texting and meeting up and doing all whatever.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
You just avoided responding.
Speaker 3 (00:15):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (00:16):
I was very smart that you didn't tell me your
room number because I want to come a knock in.
Speaker 1 (00:19):
Oh chance she knows.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
So the night before, just so you know, the night
before our run, and we posted this all up so
you can see it. I felt the pressure to do
it because we talked about it and people were asking
me if I'm going to do it. So Friday night,
I got home, I got into the room. After the show,
I ordered the the vegan Burger Wow re wild of you? Yeah,
then the Impossible Burger. So I, when I was hunger,
(00:43):
had that went to sleep. Tanya had sent me a
text that night what times the run. I did not
respond because I thought she might think, oh, it's not on,
until I woke up at seven thirty four and texted
her at eight oh two. After I had to have
a couple of coffee first, to make sure I was
in Exeter, and I said see you when I say.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
Nine, Yeah, no, you said nine thirty nine.
Speaker 4 (01:06):
Moved it? I moved it? Yeah, how about?
Speaker 3 (01:11):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:12):
She goes, I'm in line at the coffee shop now.
But okay, yeah, it was too long. It was so long, Syney.
Speaker 2 (01:18):
I go down the elevator and I meet her in
the lobby and I walk right past her.
Speaker 4 (01:22):
Yeah, he goes, I didn't recognize you. I'm like, why
do you see me every day?
Speaker 1 (01:26):
I didn't recognize you. I don't know you run all
week and long.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
You couldn't recognize people, didn't you call it mariatta ruby
or mean?
Speaker 1 (01:35):
Everybody looked different.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
Everybody was like nightwear, daywear, jobwear. Everybody was changing things up.
You guys change your eyes up, your makeups.
Speaker 3 (01:45):
Different eyelashes on Friday night versus Saturday night.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
But your hair goes different directions.
Speaker 3 (01:51):
My hair was super long on Friday and then it
was short on Saturday.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
But you know what Ry does when he runs with people,
and this ship this is criminal.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
You know one else showed up.
Speaker 4 (02:01):
Okay, I'm a person, meaning you're not going on a
run solo. You're not by yourself. He had his headphones in.
Welln't now you do when your work out, not when
you're with someone when you run the long time?
Speaker 1 (02:13):
Did you think you and ring me chatting this entire
isn't exactly why I didn't do this run. I would
have been guilted back.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
She guilted me into I kept them in my ears,
but she guilt because I think they look cool. But
she guilted me into talking to her. Yeah the run
and videotaping it.
Speaker 4 (02:30):
Yeah, And he goes, Okay, I'm gonna keep them in,
but I won't. I'm not gonna put music on. I
was like, well, that's a nice compromise. That's that's that's
a different right there.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
It's good for our business if you listen to iHeart
while you run, Tanya, that's fine, have it on.
Speaker 4 (02:44):
But also, I like when you run with someone, I
feel like you just don't have the headphones in because
you you're running with someone.
Speaker 2 (02:50):
We take the strip or running down the strip, and
you got to run through tunnels, you got to go
up escalators, down ramps, across bridges.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Every toney is that the circus? Circus? Is that? What
is that one? I'm like I'm just a spectatic, so
it's a tour guide.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
But what was really interesting, and this was my takeaway,
a lot of guys out there running, a lot of guys,
a lot of dudes out there running. Yeah, And they'd
approach me, and Tany was behind me, and they'd approach me.
Then I'd say, good morning.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Nothing.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
Tony is not directly behind me, She's a few jog
steps behind you. And I'd hear you go good morning,
and they go Hi, Yeah, nothing for me, everything for
ton It was pretty actually.
Speaker 4 (03:27):
Wild to see they would ignore Ryan completely completely and
then they I would say good morning, and they would
say back to.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
Me, what do you think that means? Is it your approach?
Speaker 3 (03:37):
Maybe so your tone like me, it's the way you
say it.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
Yeah. Hers is like, Hi, why did that mean?
Speaker 4 (03:46):
I know why. It's because you have your headphones, and
headphones are like the universal signals, don't bother mephones.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
Here's here's Daniel biggest strip run.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
I got one person from the show to come with
where are you? Never agreed? Right, he's asleep, but she
was a okay, just starting background.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
Most times I had to tell Ryan's video on.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
His phone is always better walk watch you.
Speaker 4 (04:19):
Ry is in fact faster than I thought. He was
videotaping and he I would have to tell him, you
didn't hit the record button, So he's just holding his
phone up running.
Speaker 1 (04:32):
They don't make it obvious that you've hit the record
or not.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
It's it's bright red bar at the very time.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
When you're running. It's hard anyway.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
I have to say, I am very impressed with your
athletic ability because I was.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
I am too, which is the reason why I did
not go on the run.
Speaker 4 (04:48):
He's like a gazelle and he was literally running like
a gazelle, just smooth and quick, and I towards the end,
I was really like having to to keep up. Yeah,
and I surprised by that.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
So so here's what I think we should do going forward.
Thank you, Tanya. I think we should do a bi
monthly pre Farmers market run in different regions of you know,
close to where we live.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
I love it. I actually clocked it.
Speaker 4 (05:17):
It's it was a little over two miles that we went, Sisney.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
What do you think.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
I'm still not really I'm not a.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
Group, you know what I mean? Right now?
Speaker 2 (05:28):
By myself, there's other people on this team that could
come with us.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
Yeah, we need you at the end.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
I mean you at the farmers market. I think it's
really cute.
Speaker 4 (05:37):
I think it's bonding.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
I love it.
Speaker 4 (05:39):
It's like endorphins and you know, it's the running.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
Like, I'm just not a runner.
Speaker 3 (05:44):
We can do Lotti's class or a workout class like
I'm that's more my.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
Screen Dogtown, Yes, I'm down, Like we can do a
Dogtown class, like.
Speaker 3 (05:54):
A session or a class or something like that.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
Okay, that's just running anxiety. We have to stop this.
We're coming back. We gotta pay a bill next that
gets up from here.
