Speaker 2 (00:07):
Salt on your rim or ta heen? What do you
like salt? I like to heen? Do you like to heen?
Or salt on your rim? Salt? Please?

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Thank you?

Speaker 3 (00:16):

And if you're not really like Friday, I'm always like
wiping it off Michael's mouth whenever he has a.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Keep putting it on.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
All right, speaking of Michael, your house is cluttered? What's
the deal? And this is a public service, a tip
to get rid of your clutter. I don't function well
when I'm falling over things, even though it does by
the end of the week, I have stacks of things
in places.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
So what do you do to unclutter? What's the one
touch rule? And so exactly what it is?

Speaker 4 (00:50):
This is the one touch rule. I don't know about you,
but sometimes let's say there's like a bunch of stuff
on the dining table, okay, and then it's dinner time
and I have to clear the dining table to set
dinner down. But in the past I would just get
everything that's on the dining table and just move it
onto like the buffet table, like or the credenza right
next to you know, and you just move one thing
to another place, and you're not really cleaning up. You're
just cleaning up an area. So the one touch rule

(01:12):
is you can only touch it once. So it's basically
put yourself away. But you if you grab something off
the dining table, let's say it's the kid's backpack, go
hang it on the coat rack where it goes, or
go put it in the closet where it needs to go,
and then continue on with whatever else you touched. As
soon as you touch it, you got to put it
in its place. Put its place, let's stop. And it's
kind of worked a little bit. I mean, the kids

(01:33):
are like kids are kids, but it's the moving from
place to place, like we would just kind of like
clean up this area and then put it all in,
shift it onto the kitchen counter.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
It Today's quote, if you're wondering who your people are,
they are the ones who make your heart feel seen
and your nervous system feel calm
