But Tanya, as you know, Friday revealed to us she

she to do is eat ten ds and judge them
and not a better gig.

Speaker 5 (00:37):
Did you go on an empty stomach?

Speaker 6 (00:38):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (00:39):
I did, But I've also never I'm not like a
food critic.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
I just like I'm good at this. I think I
have a very good palate.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
You would be, I feel like you would like really take.

Speaker 5 (00:49):
Yeah, you'd be a tough judge.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
Yes, like I take pride and that when I taste
someone's food, whether it be homemade or at a restaurant,
I will I can guess. See I don't really guess
the flavors like I can guess the herbs. I can
guess the oils. I can guess usually the spices. I
can guess the Cilantro's or the Parsleys.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
I'm pretty good at. Like I actually enjoy it.

Speaker 5 (01:12):
It's kind of it's a game for you, yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Kind of support for me. And then when I get
it right, I'm very excited. I'm very excited. Anyway, that
seemed like a lot of fun. Good morning, says, it's
nice to see you.

Speaker 5 (01:24):
Nice to see you too.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
We have what do we have today? We have a
Ryan's Roses.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Today's Indigenous People's Day, so there's no mail. Banks are closed,
schools are open now in Canada, it's Thanksgiving. It's Canadian Thanksgiving,
Thanksgiving Thanksgiving, today's National Eminem Day. We have sunshine, great temperatures.
This is the best time I hear to be in La.

Speaker 4 (01:49):
Your favorite thing to say.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
I said all weekend to people. Now let me just
start with this Ryan's roses we have today. So I
was reading about it, and so a random phone charger
and a strange phone conversation. That's what's made this very suspicious.
And she's really questioning her husband's behavior. So that's coming
up at seven forty this morning. Let's start paying bills.

(02:13):
Next the name, it's kiss Seacrest Sistey Tanya Ryan's roses
seven forty this morning at the back room, their head,
back room.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
How are we doing?

Speaker 5 (02:22):
Doing good?

Speaker 2 (02:24):
I know? Seeing turns on in on a Monday morning.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Here.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
What happened to Sophia over the weekend?

Speaker 5 (02:30):
You know, maybe she's just running a little behind.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
It happens me bring this up. Don't let me bring
this up tomorrow.

Speaker 5 (02:38):
Yeah, sure we won't, because she.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
Said, this is afternoon classes. Today's got German film?

Speaker 4 (02:45):
I remember Surprise?

Speaker 5 (02:46):
You remember that early German film?

Speaker 3 (02:48):
Yes, early German film, Noir. I don't see in that
chair now. I would never call anybody out.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
Oh can you calling people?

Speaker 5 (02:58):
All you do is call people will out? Yes, you live.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
As a sibling, like as a brother to you guys, Well, yeah,
I guess.

Speaker 5 (03:08):
As a funk you wouldn't go on record to call
somebody out in public.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
No, I do it here for fun, because this shows
all good news. We're on an secrets No bad news, please,
no bad news. No one wants bad news.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
All right, what was doing? Oh?

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Yes, so we were talking about the sounds that you
wake up to in the morning.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
I have that still make that still wake up for it.
I don't know how to change it, so it's going
to be there for a while.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
I knew what so you still are well, I mean well,
I thought you had your new ceiling clo.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
I do.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
So what I do is interesting. You can bring this up.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
So I set my I have a little regular clock
that I set an alarm to and it projects up
on the ceiling at the time. I moved my phone
to the bathroom to charge. But I set my alarm
for twenty minutes past when I'm supposed to get up
with the other alarming case as a backup in case
smart Usually I'm there, but in joining us a long
time to make it down to ten, but I have
a backup in the bathroom.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
I do not like my phone next to me. I
think it's better for me anyway.

Speaker 3 (04:10):
I bring this up because Holiday in Express is rolling
out a really interesting thing. Instead of waking you up
with a buzzing alarm, they're instilling scent smell aroma based
alarm clocks in rooms.

Speaker 5 (04:21):
I'm kind of here for this. I think it's a
genius idea.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
So it diffuses the smells of coffee, bacon, and blueberries, not.

Speaker 5 (04:28):
All, no, no, not all.

Speaker 2 (04:31):
At the same time, it's breakfast smells.

Speaker 5 (04:33):
Yeah, you're gonna have a coffee smell. You can wake
up to bacon these.

Speaker 2 (04:37):
Kind of well twofold one.

Speaker 3 (04:39):
Then you're gonna go buy breakfast or yeah, then you
get hungry, like instantly exactly.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
But it is a very pleasurable way I think to
wake up.

Speaker 5 (04:48):
Yeah, blueberries.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Do you think this becomes something that we can all get?

Speaker 5 (04:52):
I think so.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Well.

Speaker 5 (04:53):
They're starting these in hotels in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore,
so I can see this coming the US.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
I was absolutely start with the smell of coffee.

Speaker 5 (05:04):
Yeah, and but like you can choose, they have all
the difference smells right there in your room. You'd be
like to dog.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
Bacon does remind me of childhood, too, so I might
start with bacon.

Speaker 5 (05:14):
Bacon might be a little too intense. Maple syrup would
be yeah, maybe like pancakes smell.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
I am voting for this whenever it's on the bill,
it's rita carboner, it's kiss FM. We are all sort
of influenced by each other in many many ways. For example,
if I have something that Tanya likes that is a
shirt or hat, she'll go, oh my gosh, I've got
our bathing suit.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
Why you did that? How would you know what bathing
suit I have?

Speaker 4 (05:43):
Because you posted a picture of yourself like working out underwater,
and I was like, those will look good on my husband.

Speaker 5 (05:48):
The other day we were watching Wheel and You're wearing
a blue polo under a blue suit, and Michael was like, wow,
that looks sharp.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
Right, So there we go.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
We influence each other's wardrobe. Now, Issney, you're not for
Michael his new look.

Speaker 5 (06:01):
Here's the thing, you know, how like baggy jeans are
kind of in right now, like for my girls I
don't have and guy okay, so like the flare jeans
for girls, like just like the big wide leg. It's
like I've definitely like incorporated a few more of those
jeans into my wardrobe now. And I guess the baggy
jean look is has crossed over into Michael's world. He

(06:23):
went shopping by himself the other day and he came
back He's like, look at these jeans.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
You know, like this problem when your man goes shopping
by themselves.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
It was like that was one of the issues, right,
So every time he tries to wear these jeans, I'm
like trying to encourage it.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
Right.

Speaker 5 (06:36):
I don't want to be like, oh, they look bad,
because I don't think they look bad. I'm just not
used to it. And so I'm like, I don't think
you can wear the baggy jeans with also a baggy shirt.
It's like you're justin Bieber from ten years ago.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
Or like you know, it's like, I don't look right now.

Speaker 5 (06:48):
Michael's right, but it does. I just I am not
used to see my like my husband is like Metro
or like you know, like tighter shirts and tighter pants.
Like I'm not used to the change yet, and I
don't know what to do.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
He's having a crisis. Okay, that's number one. This is
his reaction having a crisis, and he's got to go
through it to come on the other side. Now, this
is no option for me because I'm average height and
big baggy makes me look.

Speaker 5 (07:16):
You would think you should talk to Jojo because JoJo's
doing the baggy jean look and actually he's pulling it off.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
You want to hear my opinion of that, What I
want him to pull them off?

Speaker 5 (07:27):
You have one?

Speaker 3 (07:28):
What I want him to pull them Oh? You want
him to pull I like his earlier style better.

Speaker 5 (07:34):
So the baggy jeans or the not bagga jean.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
No, I don't think he looks as good as he
used to. The baggy things don't look as good on
him as the tighter things. To me, I never said it,
but jojo here if you're listening.

Speaker 4 (07:45):
I don't. I don't. I don't think it's a crisis thing.
I think it's just like the way that fashion is
right now. Robbie two used to wear super I mean,
his pants were tighter than mine, and now he's wearing
baggy pants, baggy shirts, oversized, and I just feel like
it's of the times.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
I mean, don't leave him for this. No, but it's
a crisis.

Speaker 5 (08:06):
No, I can just hide and I dip a picture.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
Well, two point seven kids, do.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
You have the beautiful opportunity to get together some people
that you really like and have lunch? That seems like
a holiday to me, Like, if you get a chance
to do that friends for lunch, it's great on a
day off.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
It is fun to do that.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
Sometimes my buddies will be getting together for lunch, Like
can you come to Like I can't, but that sounds awesome.
So here's the thing I digress experts. Experts say when
you have lunch with friends, keep it to you, and three.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
That's it.

Speaker 3 (08:39):
Total four table four you and three people who lunched
the verb with four or more friends consumed more food.
So you're on a program you eat more and more people.
I guess that kind of makes sense. I thought that
was interesting. Today's quote feedback, please the flower does not
dream of the bee. It blossoms and become That's true.

Speaker 4 (09:01):
Yeah, it's like truth scaping or whatever. Also heard that
quote before.

Speaker 3 (09:06):
Opinion A long time Perry Kiss. Good morning, guys, it's Monday.
We got Ryan's roses on the way. Let's get into
the headlines for sysiny.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
This FM headlines with siciny Well.

Speaker 5 (09:18):
Five people were injured and rushed to the hospital after
a helicopter crashed in Huntington Beach on Saturday. There's no
word yet on the cause of the crash. All of
the twenty remaining living hostages in Gaza have been freed
from Hamas captivity and returned to Israel after two years
of war. LAPD issued a warning to West Side residents

(09:39):
after noticing a rise in vehicle thuff, specifically involving jeep wranglers.
Former LAUSC Superintendent Austin Butner will officially run for mayor
of LA in twenty twenty six, and the Dodgers take
on the Brewers in Milwaukee tonight in Game one of
the National League Championship Series. With the first pitch at five.

Speaker 3 (09:58):
Oh eight, all right, we have Ryan's roses come in.
There's a busy, busy hour this hour. We have Ryan's
roses coming up at seven forty. Uh, this is a situation.
There's a random phone charger and a strange phone conversation
that's made her very very suspicious of the behavior of
our husband. That's whe we're going at seven forty, about
to pay a bill next. Uh, now, let's go to it.
So Elsie just, you know, very proactively said, I'm gonna

(10:22):
hit the streets of southern California this weekend. I'm gonna
find out what's on people's minds, and I'm just gonna
ask a simple question. Now, what was that random question
you came up with on your own?

Speaker 5 (10:31):
Who's the sexiest game show host?

Speaker 7 (10:34):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (10:34):
God, did you do this?

Speaker 2 (10:37):
I would not give an assignment.

Speaker 5 (10:39):
No, I did not. I was in campaign mode.

Speaker 3 (10:42):
Yeah, she's out, she's you know, trying to support a
cause here.

Speaker 5 (10:44):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
Well, that's an interesting question.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
Now, I believe there's a vote now online at people
dot com with that same question, Elsie, Yes, what.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
Is the website saysn'ty uh?

Speaker 5 (10:56):
People dot com slash SMA poll.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
Mm And what did you find when you hit the streets? Elsie?

Speaker 7 (11:04):
The streets are calling your name, they're calling your name.

Speaker 5 (11:08):
Did you go out there saying like I work for
Ryan Seacrets or did you go out there like no,
no bias, like these are the men just from yes.

Speaker 2 (11:16):
The screen, the choices you gave pictures? Who are the choices?

Speaker 5 (11:20):
Got the three other guys?

Speaker 3 (11:22):
Nah? You guys, Jimmy Fallon, Michael Straighthead. All right, great,
now what kind of feedback did we get here?

Speaker 2 (11:30):
Elsie? Thank you for doing this on your own.

Speaker 5 (11:31):
Wow, who's the sexiest game show host?

Speaker 7 (11:35):
Well?

Speaker 2 (11:35):
How many's funny?

Speaker 5 (11:36):
So I picked Jimmy Fallon? Why would you pick Jimmy
Fallon because funny is sexy? What about Ryan Seacrest? Ryan
Seacrest would be my second pick. We almost had her.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
It's not bad a little bit.

Speaker 5 (11:52):
So who's the sexiest game show host?

Speaker 2 (11:56):
Ryan's Seacrest?

Speaker 5 (11:58):
And why is that?

Speaker 3 (11:59):
Because I feel like I.

Speaker 7 (12:01):
Could she.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
Could?

Speaker 5 (12:07):
What because.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
Really did you get a number?

Speaker 1 (12:12):
Well, she was a very older woman, so I never
you know, ages very much older.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
She still got it.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
I'm also much older than you think. Probably, all right, now,
next one, the.

Speaker 7 (12:26):
Question is who's the sexiest game show host Ryan Seacrest.

Speaker 8 (12:32):
I guess a guy's point of view, and actually I
think he's probably just a little better looking than the
other three guys.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
Yeah, appreciated guy's point.

Speaker 5 (12:41):
Solid vote like he.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
Was a solid clear vote. He went right forward.

Speaker 3 (12:44):
There's no confusion there, and I appreciate that, sir. All right,
one more else He hit the streets of southern California
with a random.

Speaker 5 (12:51):
Question where were you? Just random bars? Three different bars.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
A lot of time. Appreciate the effor appreciate you every the.

Speaker 5 (12:58):
Sexiest game show host.

Speaker 6 (13:02):
Ryan's secrets, I think because it's the cutest.

Speaker 2 (13:07):
He's oh this is good. Now.

Speaker 3 (13:12):
He went to just places we thought we know people.
So that was a good move. But Elsie, the streets
are there, they're look, they're saying what they're saying.

Speaker 5 (13:21):
They're saying thank you, and the streets spoken.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
What can I tell you? Where what to worry?

Speaker 3 (13:26):
Were you were? Now?

Speaker 6 (13:27):
Light?

Speaker 2 (13:27):
Did you go?

Speaker 7 (13:28):
So? I went to the Norwood and then I went
to Springbok and I went.

Speaker 5 (13:32):
To the Liquid Zoo.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
Liquid Zoo. They know what they're doing at the Liquid Zoo. Elsie,
thank you appreciate that. If you don't mind doing again
on Thursday and see what you get, we'll come back here.
You can vote, you can vote people dot com. We're
gonna pay bills next kids. All right, we're all most
Sarryan's roses. First, I want to bring in Anthony Castro
from Biriaria Amelia Castro. Here he is and I bring

(13:57):
him in because he's been voted the best taco shop
in America.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
YELP came out with their top one hundred.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
It's located just so you know, it's on Violin if
you've never seen it, violand Avenue in North Hollywood.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
A number one. What's up? Number one? Anthony Castro? Congratulations, bro,
thank you so much.

Speaker 6 (14:15):
How to going?

Speaker 3 (14:16):
It's going awesome? So we're four miles from you at
the Burdbank. iHeartRadio Studios and you got mean listen, no surprise.
We have so many finalists in Southern California, the top tacos,
but being number one, what's different?

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Like, how'd y'all get to be number one. What do
you think?

Speaker 6 (14:33):
I think they're just in love and passion we put
into the tacos. It's all made to order. Everything that
we have here is my parents are cooking it. So
it's like if you're going to grandma's house and she's
serving for you. I think that's what makes us different
as far as any other taco spots, is just the
love that we put behind it.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
What's the most popular taco ordered there right now?

Speaker 6 (14:56):
It just be the case of tacos that's a punchy
taco with cheese inside and then the thelivia it comes
with it, so you get a crunchy, cheesy, kind of
soft taco. It's it's mixing between.

Speaker 5 (15:09):
That sounds delicious.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
I mean, I'm looking at photos of it now. I
want them for breakfast, and I don't even eat breakfast.

Speaker 6 (15:17):
People get up for breakfast in the morning. They pair
with the consul me that's a soup kind of like
a broth, and people like to dip that in there.
So it's a warm food for sure. It's a hardy food.

Speaker 3 (15:26):
Verdia Familia Castro in North Hollywood, Violin and Calvert Street,
you can see him on Instagram too.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
Have you ever been in the top one hundred, Anthony.

Speaker 6 (15:37):
I think no, not in the top one. It is
the first time I know you got recognition through Yelp
as far as having just really good yell reviews, but no,
this is the first for me.

Speaker 2 (15:48):
Number one in the country, number one in America.

Speaker 5 (15:51):
That's incredible.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Yeah, how did y'all celebrate?

Speaker 6 (15:55):
Man? We've just been working. No time to celebrate right now.
We're just trying to fulfill all the needs that we
can here with all the customers. Everybody's being very patient.
So if you guys want to come down, just just
be patient. Trust me that the food will be worth it.

Speaker 3 (16:08):
Nothing like the tacos here, and so the co fenty
to talk of it is thank you so much. Congrats Anthony,
thanks for coming on with us.

Speaker 6 (16:13):
Thank you right, I appreciate you guys. Thank you very much.
Y have a blad today.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
Thank you, got you brother.

Speaker 3 (16:17):
I love that his family's in the kitchen making the tacos.
I love that sounds so good.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
All right? Coming up?

Speaker 3 (16:23):
Sold out Sabrina Carpenter tickets and then it's Ryan's Roses
one two point seven guts that it's time for Ryan's roses.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Here we go. Gianna reached out.

Speaker 3 (16:34):
She said, I found a Samsung charger when I got
home from being out on the town. None of us
have Samsung devices. That's so interesting, so as if someone
was there with another device and the charger was left behind.
So when I called him the other day, I think
he thought I was someone else. I guess to him
is our husband. So, Gianna, thanks for coming on. You

(16:56):
found the Samsung charger. You have no Samsung devices at home,
and you say you called him, meaning your husband, and
you think he thought it was someone else.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
Yeah, last week I called him. It was like the
middle of the afternoon and he picks up the phone
and he's like, hey, baby, And he never calls me
baby like ever, so that was weird. But I was like, Hi,
can you pick up Novah from daycare? That's our daughter,
And then he's like he kind of there was like
an awkward pause, like he was quiet for a second,

(17:27):
and then he gets flustered and he goes yeah, yeah, yeah,
yea yeah okay. And the more I thought about it,
it's just it's one of those things that kind of
like sticks in your brain and bugged you.

Speaker 3 (17:38):
But when you called him. It doesn't say you're calling,
doesn't identify you as you.

Speaker 1 (17:42):
I mean I don't. I mean I would assume it did.
But he said he called me baby, and he never doesn't.
Then he seemed like confused. I don't know, it was
just it was a weird. It was a weird call.
But it was so short that it could have been nothing,
you know.

Speaker 2 (17:56):
I don't know, interesting anything else.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
But then yeah, so then I go to Palm Springs.
I go for like a little weekend trip with my
like college friends. We do this like annual girl thing,
you know, And I get home and then I that's
when I find the Samsung charger and we don't we
or we're an iPhone family, you know. So I found
that and then add that to the weird conversation, and

(18:20):
now I'm like, I'm kind of freaking out about it.

Speaker 3 (18:22):
Okay, well, may I get it? And you don't want
to forget that's all. This whole thing is about peace
of mind and sleeping night. So we are going to
put you on hold and then we will give him
a call next.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
And find out what home.

Speaker 3 (18:32):
Okay one of two point seven kisfm. Okay, let's get
into the call.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
Now.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
We just met Gianna. She told us that she found
a Samsung charger in her house. Does not belong to
anybody in the family. She thinks it belongs to another woman.
She called him, We don't have a Samsung. She called
him to ask him what's up, and when he answered,
he said, hey baby. He never says hey baby. She
thinks he thought it was her to someone else. You

(18:59):
have no idea who it might be that has this
Samsung phone though, right.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
No, I don't have any idea, but you think it's.

Speaker 3 (19:06):
Another woman, like you believe your husband has the gall
to cheat on you.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
Yeah, I mean, I don't know. It's like we've just
we've been kind of been going through a lot lately.
So yeah, I don't know. My You know, my suspicions

Speaker 3 (19:20):
All right, we are going to call him now. I
need you to say Ryan, you have my permission to call,
and then his name.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
Go ahead, Ryan, you have my permission to call my husband.

Speaker 3 (19:31):
All right, We're going to do that right now, be
very quiet. Let's you can find out.

Speaker 7 (19:47):
Hello.

Speaker 5 (19:47):
Hi is this Max?

Speaker 2 (19:49):

we're doing a promotion where it's a free dozen red
roses that you can give to anybody that you'd like.

Speaker 8 (20:12):
Oh okay, so somebody send me flowers?

Speaker 2 (20:14):
All right?

Speaker 5 (20:15):
No, no, no, these are these are roses that you
can send to somebody else.

Speaker 8 (20:19):
That works great. I have a date tonight. Where are
you located? I can come by and grab them.

Speaker 5 (20:24):
Uh well, why don't we start with the no of
the person you want to send them to? So what's like,
what's their name?

Speaker 2 (20:29):
Do you sell all?

Speaker 7 (20:31):
There's stuff there.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
Part of me like candles.

Speaker 5 (20:34):
We have it's stuffed animals and candles.

Speaker 8 (20:39):
Yes, cool, I want some of the I want like
a stuffed animal, like make like a little package. Yeah, yeah,
can we do that.

Speaker 5 (20:46):
I can do that for you. What's the name of
the person you want to send them to.

Speaker 7 (20:52):
Let's see bean b.

Speaker 2 (20:57):
Bean bean, like.

Speaker 5 (20:59):
A like a bean you eat? Is that a nickname?
Like bean?

Speaker 2 (21:06):
And it's a nickname? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (21:07):
Okay, like a jelly bean? Okay? And then what do
you want to put on the.

Speaker 8 (21:11):
Note, just put get ready for a magic night.

Speaker 3 (21:18):
Okay, Max, your voice of me broadcast on the radio.
My name is Ryan. We've got your wife Gianna on
the line. Question for you is your nickname Bean?

Speaker 1 (21:31):
I mean, yeah, he does call me Bean. But we
don't have a date tonight. You were supposed to. I
thought you were watching football. So I'm taking Nova over
to Gina's out.

Speaker 8 (21:43):
Uh well wow, okay, yeah, it was going to be
a surprise.

Speaker 4 (21:47):
Oh.

Speaker 8 (21:48):
I mean, we can do it another night, that's no problem.

Speaker 3 (21:51):
So Max, we're calling because your wife suspects that there's
another woman involved with you. Do you remember a Samsung
charger am sung device.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
Being at your house?

Speaker 3 (22:03):
No, there was one there, and your wife believes it
belongs to somebody else because no one in the family
has it.

Speaker 2 (22:12):
So we're calling you to find out what's really going on.

Speaker 7 (22:16):
What do you This is crazy? I thought I was
talking to a flower shop.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
What's going on, Gianna? You want to explain him while
we're here.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
I'm I'm sorry, I'm I'm confused by this because you're
supposed to be watching football tonight and we do not
have a date. Plant. So what is this Bean situation?
Is that just what is that just what you call
any woman that's not like a meet thing? What's going on?

Speaker 7 (22:39):
Well?

Speaker 8 (22:39):
No, no, that's Bemis you. I mean you know that's
your nickname. I always call you bean In and until
I got canceled. That's why I want to do a
date night. I mean I'll be home all.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
Good, okay, but like we have a three year old? Like,
did you book a sitter? Like, what's what's the plan?

Speaker 6 (22:59):
Well?

Speaker 8 (22:59):
I figure, you know, Riley's usually available. I figured I
would just call her.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
So okay, So football is canceled, You're gonna.

Speaker 5 (23:10):
This doesn't make any sense, doesn't add up?

Speaker 2 (23:12):
All right?

Speaker 3 (23:12):
Look, Jenna, I'm not quite sure. I don't know enough
about your husband and your history, but I think you've
got enough information to go deeper into this.

Speaker 6 (23:19):
Max.

Speaker 3 (23:20):
I'm just my instinct is he's not given us a
full story here.

Speaker 2 (23:25):
Uh, but good luck to you, Gena. I think we've
got what we can get.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
Yeah, something's up.

Speaker 2 (23:32):
Good luck, But he's going man. I get he's caught
off guard, but I think he's he's yeah, and he
calls everyone beat he's lying. They're ready for a magic night.

Speaker 3 (23:47):
Nice to get from your partner on air.

Speaker 2 (23:52):
With Ryan Seacrest.

Speaker 3 (23:56):
One or two point seven is because if m Melanie's
on the phone, all right, Melanie, I'm to put this together.
So you are telling us that you picked out your
baby name, you have a baby on the way.

Speaker 7 (24:08):
Yes, I'm pregnant and I'm having a baby girl.

Speaker 2 (24:11):
Congratulations.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
Thanks, And you and your husband picked out Ophelia for
the name before you knew Taylor Swift was doing the
Fate of Ophelia.

Speaker 7 (24:22):
Yes, so for for years I've had the name Ophelia
on my baby d list, so it's always been my
my top baby girl named choice. But I'm also a
huge Taylor Swift fan, so it does feel kind of
meant to be.

Speaker 3 (24:42):
Well now, yeah, yeah, what's your husband has an issue
with that?

Speaker 8 (24:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (24:49):
So when when Taylor announced the track list for the
Life of a Show Girl, I saw that there was
a song called the Fate of Ophelia, and I could
not believe it. And I actually avoided telling my husband
because I knew the second he found out. Yeah, gone, yes, exactly,

(25:10):
And well now there's no hiding it. The album's out
and the song is obviously everywhere.

Speaker 5 (25:18):
And the biggest song on the album.

Speaker 2 (25:21):
And this is exactly buster historic album.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
All right, Now, the question is is it really going
to be an issue or is it is it more
of an issue or a sign?

Speaker 2 (25:32):
And maybe that's the way look at this.

Speaker 3 (25:33):
Do you treat it like, Okay, this is a serendipitous
sign that you have to stick with it or is
it going to drive you crazy every time you hear
that song?

Speaker 1 (25:44):
Right?

Speaker 7 (25:45):
And I mean he said that we have to pick
something else and he he thinks it's like weird, like
we're naming our daughter after Taylor. And I want to
know is if I how can I convince him that
it's that it's not well all the time.

Speaker 3 (26:02):
But when I meet anybody named Mariah, I always ask
are you named after Mariah Carrie?

Speaker 2 (26:06):
And sometimes they're not.

Speaker 5 (26:07):
By the way, Taylor Swift is named after James Taylor,
like another singer.

Speaker 2 (26:13):
I didn't know.

Speaker 5 (26:13):
That people are named after actors and singers, and I.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
Think people before this is before.

Speaker 4 (26:20):
The problem is her husband doesn't like it and he's
feeling weird about it.

Speaker 5 (26:24):
We can he can change his mind?

Speaker 3 (26:26):
Yeah, I mean you do have to come to an
agreement on that with her husband. Yes, it's gonna be weird,
but I think you could either say it's meant to
be or just go with him on this. Are you
gonna push back?

Speaker 7 (26:38):
I show you guys, don't think it's weird.

Speaker 5 (26:40):
I don't think it's weird.

Speaker 3 (26:41):
I don't.

Speaker 4 (26:42):
I don't, But I think if he doesn't like it,
I think you should compromise.

Speaker 3 (26:45):
And maybe I just doing this out there. It's also
a luminear song, so oh and.

Speaker 7 (26:50):
That was my original inspiration, like.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
For years.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
Then you've got a great story. You got a great story.

Speaker 5 (26:59):
Even letter that Taylor has this song.

Speaker 3 (27:02):
You were onto something before the world's biggest star war
was onto something and I like the story.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
It's nothing but blessings for the baby and congratulations.

Speaker 7 (27:09):
I think that's the way to convince them.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
Thank you, it works it out. Thanks for calling, and
good l Thanks guys. Bye.

Speaker 3 (27:19):
Exactly, it was meant to be. It's a great story
to tell everybody. Good morning National Cat Day to the
cat lovers out there. Actually I was with the cat
lover you ever share, So you know, I don't know
if I should get into this now because we're talking
about all the winning teams, but we have to come
back to this. Maybe we'll do it tomorrow. You know,
when you're in an uber with somebody and you can
see their phone. Yeah, I was with a cat lover

(27:39):
of all people, and that reminded.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
Me what they're doing, she showed me.

Speaker 3 (27:46):
I don't know what it is sometimes when women will
show me messages from the guys they're dating, or a
guy that they're dating, or guys that are pursuing them.
I don't know what quality is that they want to
show me. In the mail's opinion, I'm.

Speaker 2 (28:01):
In the friend category very fast when they do that.

Speaker 5 (28:03):
Yeah, maybe, or maybe they're trying to see what how
you would react, and they're kind of like, well, it's there,
were weird, we're flirting with you.

Speaker 2 (28:10):
I'll bring this up tomorrow. Then I just want to go.

Speaker 3 (28:13):
She showed me a video she sent of a guy
that was going out with her starting to date her
from the bathtub, a video he took while he was
in the bathtub, and.

Speaker 2 (28:21):
I'll tell you how that went. I want to go
around the room on that.

Speaker 5 (28:23):
Yeah, let's do that.

Speaker 3 (28:24):
Can you send a video of you in a bathtub
when you're starting to date somebody?

Speaker 2 (28:28):
Let's come back to it.

Speaker 3 (28:30):
Well, congratulations to all of our teams here. There's a
big wine. Everybody over the weekend.

Speaker 5 (28:35):
And everyone won.

Speaker 2 (28:37):
What did you watch live?

Speaker 5 (28:39):
I watched the Charger game, obviously, and that's it us.

Speaker 3 (28:44):
They've beaten Mission thirteen the Dodgers. Congratulations to the Dodgers.
Dodgers start the NLCS tonight in Milwaukee.

Speaker 2 (28:53):
Markt are you did this one?

Speaker 5 (28:55):
You're very divided in the studio right now.

Speaker 2 (28:56):
Mark is from Milwaukee.

Speaker 3 (28:58):
He goes back every summer, does it summer trip to Milwaukee,
Christmas and my best friend the Christmas trip. My best
friend Bryce has moved there. Absolutely loves it. He loves it.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
He says that the winters are not that bad.

Speaker 3 (29:14):
Lately, that is true, but they do get long, like
when it gets to Mars and it's still really cold
and snowy, it gets frustrated. He said that the people
are super lovely and nice and just it's a great
place to be and lives. So you are a Dodger fan,
but more a Milwaukee fan.

Speaker 2 (29:29):
In Milwaukee fan since I was six.

Speaker 5 (29:30):
He is like a hard Brewers fan. That's why it's
awkwarating here. Brewers lunch pale, Yeah, you have a Brewers
lunch that there's like Brewer energy in the studio right now.

Speaker 2 (29:42):
When it's a I'm with you on that.

Speaker 3 (29:43):
But when it's a childhood team, I mean, you know
he's not from here, it's a childhood team.

Speaker 2 (29:49):
You gotta give him that.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
Yeah, Like, I'm not going to hate him for what's
gonna be wors is when he is pale with his lunch,
pale from losing.

Speaker 2 (29:57):
It's gonna be the sadness, I know.

Speaker 5 (29:59):
And then you can take it on us. You know,
he's the producer of the show. No, he's not, like
he's like, oh, extra meetings, all.

Speaker 3 (30:06):
This anyway, Dodgers first pay, extra meetings, Dodgers went no,
Dodgers please, Dodgers pitch first one five aweight Pacific time,
assistantly charge.

Speaker 2 (30:19):
We did the charges of twenty nine twenty seven.

Speaker 5 (30:21):
I mean, the Chargers win was so crazy. I was
I was on the edge of my c I couldn't.
I'm like, we need a miracle, and we know what
they did it the very forty five seconds of the game.

Speaker 2 (30:32):
That's the thing with the NFL.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
When you're watching an NFL game and it's close or
you need a miracle, that stuff can happen. Yes, I mean,
they're all the best of the best from college and
they can pull off those miracle dramatic finishes like twenty
nine to twenty seven win for the Chargers beating the Dolphins.

Speaker 5 (30:47):
They needed a field goal and they got it.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
Hey, Tony, how was the tenderfest? I forgot to go deep?
What happened at ten?

Speaker 2 (30:54):
Tony?

Speaker 3 (30:54):
Was the judge or a judge at a chicken tenders
competition over the weekend.

Speaker 4 (30:58):
Do you know who else was a judge that sent
love to you? Was chef Michael Simon.

Speaker 2 (31:03):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (31:03):
Yes, yeah.

Speaker 4 (31:05):
I was like, with all these amazing chefs and people.

Speaker 5 (31:10):
Yeah, how did you wind up in this mix?

Speaker 4 (31:13):
I don't know, but I had the best time, and
I was like really loving. I mean they you think
a chicken tender can have so many different cause they
put all different sauces on it.

Speaker 2 (31:23):
So he did have the sauce of So who won
and why did they win? In your mind?

Speaker 4 (31:27):
His name was Tim Hollingsworth, and he won because his
chicken tender was like it was like a meal in
one bite. He did like a honey glaze. He did
some sort of like mashed potato puree at the bottom,
and then he put rosemary from his own garden on
all the chicken tenders.

Speaker 2 (31:46):
It was so even if it wasn't from his garden,
just saying that.

Speaker 4 (31:50):
Yes, when my face was just like.

Speaker 2 (31:54):
Garden.

Speaker 5 (31:55):
Yes, really fun.

Speaker 3 (31:57):
Yeah, to judge a chicken tender, judge a good one.
And where do you get those chicken tenders that want
where do you? How do you get them?

Speaker 4 (32:03):
So the the whole thing like they had a lot
of chains there, but there's only four that are like
up for the contest, and those are just like chefs,
they're not they don't have like brick and mortars. Does
that make sense?

Speaker 2 (32:13):
Would you do it again?

Speaker 5 (32:15):
For sure?

Speaker 2 (32:16):
Would you bring us for sure?

Speaker 8 (32:19):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (32:19):
Probably has the best time there.

Speaker 3 (32:21):
I'm sure he didn't have to do anything. Yeah, he
gets to draft off your chicken tender bites.

Speaker 6 (32:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (32:28):
All right, let's get to this a little bit later
than the show.

Speaker 3 (32:30):
Did you see that Huntington Beach crash everybody's been talking about. Yeah,
it's that is crazy, insane popper that crash that spiraled
out of control at the beach while people were just
laying at the beach.

Speaker 5 (32:42):
And there's so many different angles of video now that
you have come out to see it, just from all
sides of how it happened.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
So we'll give you the latest on that coming up here.
It's kiss FM.

Speaker 7 (32:51):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (32:51):
You've probably seen it was all over the news, and
of course the video posted went viral. But you know,
I always look up at a helicopter when helicopters flying over,
I stopped what I'm doing, especially if it's lower close,
I stop what I'm doing and I just stare at
a helicopter.

Speaker 5 (33:05):
It captures my attention exactly.

Speaker 2 (33:08):
I find them to be fascinating.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
It's a little Mini Cooper in the air, like a
tiny car, essentially up in the air.

Speaker 2 (33:17):
When you think about that, it's a little frightening.

Speaker 3 (33:20):
And this was a tragic situation Huntington Beach, the crash
that the chopper, the pilots, it was a stunt pilot too, right, Yeah,
the pilot was like a professional pilot.

Speaker 5 (33:30):
Right. This was above the cars and copters event that
was happening in Huntington Beach at the time.

Speaker 3 (33:36):
So the crash, what was it's just seeing it happen
in almost slow motion. When you're watching it, you know
it's spiraling out of control. You see earth coming and
it caught itself in between trees, which might have softened
the actual impact.

Speaker 5 (33:51):
I was thinking the same thing that the palm trees
probably saved all their lives, because yeah, then ca you
imagine like coming down that fast and so people get well.
But people that were watching, they were thinking it was
part of the show because it was kind of like
doing the spiral first slowly and soon and it starts
getting faster and faster and faster. But yes, like you
were saying, the pilot is Eric Nixon, and he's actually

(34:13):
a well known stunt pilot. He's done all kinds of
wild aerial maneuvers for years, like he's done this a
bunch of times. His family says that he's in the
hospital with serious injuries but alive, and early reports are
suggesting that the helicopter might have lost control because part
of its tail stopped working and possibly after hitting a

(34:34):
bird mid air, but nothing is confirmed yet that's just
what they're speculating. But nonetheless, it was super scary and
there was a little I mean, there's five people that
got hurt, including a child who got trapped under the wreckage.
I saw one of the footage where you could see
him under and beach goers are just going in and
saving this kid's life and just pulling him because I

(34:55):
think everybody thought that it was going to like explode
like in the movies.

Speaker 3 (34:57):
So they ran into the We look, we all give
each other a hard time. At the root, we are
good people, good people in the world, and there are
a lot of good people that would go for that
and do that. And I'm so happy that people didn't
think like it just went There was a.

Speaker 5 (35:14):
Lot of people. I was watching some videos where you
could hear people like get away, get away, like everyone's
just like seeing.

Speaker 2 (35:19):
And then others said, no, I'm going for it.

Speaker 5 (35:22):
Yeah, And there is this guy that went in and
scooped this kid out. Like I got chills just even
talking about it, because it's wild.

Speaker 2 (35:28):
It is amazing, and he got me.

Speaker 3 (35:29):
You know this guy, We hope everybody's going to be okay,
this guy that did it, this is what he does.

Speaker 2 (35:34):
I mean. I start thinking about Commander Chuck.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
Street, who worked for us for years every day in
a Bell helicopter.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
This was a Bell to two two. Chuck was in
a Bell every single day.

Speaker 5 (35:45):
I don't know what kind of Chuck helicopter was.

Speaker 3 (35:48):
I figured that, well, he flew a Bell helicopter for
because of him for years and decades. You think about
the ABC seven chopper, and I start thinking about like
these jobs where you're up in helicopter all day, every
day for hours, or window washers.

Speaker 2 (36:02):
I mean dangerous jobs.

Speaker 3 (36:04):
People who do them because every day you go in
for something like that, there's risk involved, ye, And I
mean there are a lot of jobs that I think
a lot of people wouldn't take because of risk.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
I couldn't.

Speaker 3 (36:17):
I couldn't take a job where I had to go
into a heights situation.

Speaker 4 (36:22):
The window washers go high.

Speaker 3 (36:24):
They are high to get paid, you know, a decent
better rate I think for doing higher buildings. I think
it's based on how high you go. But we do
hope that everybody is going to be okay after that.
But wild video over the weekend on air with Ryan Secrets.

(36:45):
All right, a few minutes out, we're into Ryan's roses.
This is a public service. If you need to get
to the bottom of something in your relationship, let us
try Ryan's roses on the way.

Speaker 2 (36:53):
Every Monday and Thursday. We do that.

Speaker 3 (36:57):
Also, about to pay another bill, So if you haven't
got me your name, KISSFM dot com keyword bills, get
to meet your name so I can pay your bills.
Johnny with the Trending Report. I Saysney, I don't know
anything about the story yet details, but she wants us
to ponder this. The question a dig or coincidence, so
think about framing it like that.

Speaker 4 (37:15):
Go ahead, Yes, So, Charlie XCX was the surprise Sally
during Row Model's SNL debut this weekend. So for back reference,
row Model always brings out a Sally when he performs
his song Sally Wine Sally when the Wine runs.

Speaker 3 (37:31):
TWA, I get a little nervous when I have to
introduce it live.

Speaker 4 (37:36):
It's been Hillary Duff, Olivia Rodrigo, Renee Rap. Sometimes it's
some one from the audience. So for SNL, he brought
out Charlie, and Charlie was wearing this t shirt that
said Max's Kansas City. If you don't know, there's a
little back and forth drama going on between Taylor Swift
and Charlie XCX. Most recently, Taylor Swift's song Actually Romantic

(37:56):
is allegedly about Charlie. So many people were like flocking
to the comments saying that this was not a coincidence
that she was wearing this shirt to kind of play
a little tit for tat here. But it turns out
that this Maxis Kansas City shirt is a nightclub in
New York City in the seventies, and it was actually

(38:18):
role model's T shirt and she just borrowed.

Speaker 5 (38:20):
Come on, that's who has.

Speaker 3 (38:23):
The time to care what she was going to borrow,
the time to worry what's his name she used to borrow?

Speaker 5 (38:31):
There's nothing to worry about here, Like, this is so obvious.
She's obviously did it on purpose, period.

Speaker 7 (38:36):
Right.

Speaker 3 (38:36):
In other words, even if it were coincidence, one would
know that they're being coincidentally on.

Speaker 5 (38:41):
Purpose, right, right.

Speaker 3 (38:42):
But I don't want to think of any of this ever.
I don't want to think of any drama between anyone.
I'm just not I'm just not wanting to buy into that.
So I'm going to campaign that it was just fun
good shirt.

Speaker 5 (38:56):
So she just grabbed that one.

Speaker 3 (38:57):
I was like, who's creating drama with Taylor's in a
league of her own. Do you think she's worried by
any drama? I don't think so. No, But she controls
international Taylor's Yeah, no, she's not. But I'm saying, like
she does something and markets global market shift.

Speaker 2 (39:16):
I know that's what Taylor Swift is, but.

Speaker 4 (39:18):
In the song actually romantic, she does say she didn't
start this, so.

Speaker 2 (39:22):
Clearing it all up. Thank you there.

Speaker 3 (39:23):
That's gonna do it for us, isn't it. Tony in
the back room. Tomorrow, we're gonna be back. Of course,
first thing with you. It's a second Date update day,
so we go from Roses to second Date updates tomorrow,
the second day update from a bar in Glendale to
the Hollywood Bowl.

Speaker 2 (39:38):
That's their new romance. It was off their Beautiful Star.
