Erfrischend ehrlich und nahbar gibt Dorothea Einblicke in ihre Erfahrungen und Geschichten aus über 20 Jahren Choreografiearbeit in der freien Künstler:innenszene. Sie führt Interviews, reagiert auf aktuelles Geschehen, diskutiert andere Meinungen und spricht damit bei weitem nicht nur Choreograf:innen und Kunstschaffende an. Es ist ihr ein Anliegen einen alternativen und erfüllenden Weg für Kunstkreation aufzuzeigen, fernab von Wettbewerb und Konkurrenz. Hierfür stellt sie Modelle, praktische Tools und bewährte Methoden vor aus dem intentionalen Gemeinschaftsleben und agilen Management. Sie kombiniert persönliche Geschichten mit Übungen, Experimenten und Reflexionen für die Hörer:innen. Choreografin sein ist eine Lebenshaltung. Dabei bringen sich insbesondere drei Rollen ein: die Künstlerin, die Unternehmerin und der Mensch. Dorothea zeigt sich in allen drei Facetten überraschend ungeschminkt und möchte Zuhörer:innen damit ermutigen, für sich und ihre Visionen zu gehen.
