Okay, you guys, y'all heard the episode on Monday with
day Luna, which was incredible. We talked all about human design.
That went into all the different types of five types
which are the manifest or, generator, manifesting generators, projector, and
reflector and these. Knowing your type really determines the way
you need to live your life. It is a gift,
(00:21):
as you all say, so explain really quickly for if
anyone missed the episode. What is human design? Let's run
through and then we're gonna do a quick how to episode,
which is how to have a daily practice to be
an alignment with each different type. So if you all
could quickly just go through human design and then go
through the types, and let's go through a little bit
(00:43):
of the best tip for each different type to live
in their alignment, and you can do a quick introduction
of yourselves. Yeah. So we're Shana and Dana from day
Luna and um we specialize with in human design. Human
design is this science of differentiation. It's a synthesis of
ancient modalities and modern science too that tells you really

how your energetic body is designed to operate in the
world around you and how you can come into your
own unique sense of personal alignment in living your purpose.
So it gets really specific on how you can do
that as a unique individual. And it's based off of
the time that you're born. So knowing your birth information
is crucial because it goes off of the time that
you're born and eighty eight days before you're born when

your consciousness is formed in the womb. So it's combining Kabbala,
the Chinese each ing, the Hindu chakra system, and Western astrology.
So it's really amazing and specific. And when you first
look up your chart, it's it's going to tell you
what your human design type is and this is really
your energetic aura, how your aura operates um and receives

energy from other people as well. So there's five different
types like you mentioned um and the first type is
manifest us and are are main daily p just tips
for manifest urs is starting to inform as much as
you can. So manifestos are here to be impactful and
to initiate change in the world and be this catalyst,

and they have this closed aura like we mentioned in
the podcast, and so informing lets people in to understand
what you're doing. So our favorite ways to start informing
for manifestos, because it does feel really foreign to do.
This is saying out loud three intentions that you have
for the day in your morning and in the middle
of the day, you know, just saying out loud how
(02:33):
you're feeling, and nobody has to be there. You can
be informing the universe. You can be informing um. You know,
your partner, your family or no one, but saying out
loud how you're feeling midday, and then in the evening
saying out loud three things that you loved about the day,
And that little bit of informing can really just bring
(02:53):
people in um, eliminate resistance and increase your magnetism. And
you guys are saying manifestos are like the Kings and
queens energy. A lot of celebrities are manifestos, and it's
easy to think that we all need to live like
manifest us if we're not, because they're the ones showcasing
their talents a lot and their expertise a lot, and
they have all this energy and they're putting it out
(03:14):
there all the time. But if you're not a manifesto,
which you need to learn your chart, then that's not
the way for you. You don't need to operate like
they do. So I love that too, learning like you,
we don't need to copy what all these people are
doing if it's not our type, right, correct. Yeah, So
for the next type, it's generators. So generators are the
people who generate creative life force energy. These are people
(03:36):
who have this energy to use doing what they love.
They're here to create things, They're here to build things,
are here to work on things that truly light them up.
And they're here to listen to their body about what
they're wanting to create and do, and that is the
thing that helps them kind of live this sacred purpose
of spreading positive energy, spreading energy and inspiration to the
people around them. So for a generator, really they're here
(03:57):
to listen to their body all the time about how
they want to use their energy in each single moment
of their day. So a really good practice that we
like to give generators um is to listen to your
body when it comes to eating food. So food is
actually a very key thing in the life of a
generator or a manifesting generator. And your body might feel
(04:19):
like I just don't want these eggs right now, even
though I had this yesterday and it makes sense to
have it. Your body can kind of feel like or
blah or nothing towards these eggs, like I just don't
want it. Allow yourself to listen and move your body
and tell your your body is like I do want
this thing, or my body might not want any food
at all. So even with these very small decisions, does
(04:39):
my body actually want this food or am I just
eating it mindlessly? This can be a place where you
can practice listening to your body, letting your body guide
you and leave you even if it doesn't make sense
to your mind, and eating food that your body really
wanted or not eating it if you didn't want This
can be a huge support and just having a more
aligned and flowing day where things are just kind of
(05:01):
happening for you. Um So that's actually the biggest tip
that we like to offer generators in practice with the
small things like food. It's really going to make a
difference in your life if you can just trust Okay,
my body doesn't want breakfast, great, not going to do
it today? Okay, So I'm a generator And we talked
about this in the podcast too. I like want to
jump food and like some junks about I don't feel
bad eating. Like I am an a phrase right now
(05:22):
where I like, I want a dr Pepper every day
and I know that's not like healthy, but like my
body doesn't reject it, and when I drink it, I'm happy.
And like, by all accounts of the world, that's not
the right thing to do, but in my mind and
my body at this moment, I'm not saying it won't change.
I'm kind of like I feel fine about it. I
feel good about it. Like, is that weird that it's
bad for me? Technically because food is energy, Our bodies
(05:46):
are energy. Everything that is matter is also energy. So
the energy that you have about having that dr Pepper
of like I want that right now, that is the
energy that you are consuming, and that energy is correct
for you. So when you're actually listening to your body,
it might have these cravings of like right now, I
really want this, And if you can listen with intention,
your body is always going to guide you to a
(06:07):
balanced and appropriate amount. It's actually when we are not
listening to our bodies that we overeat that we form
we have brain. Yeah, we think we have to only
eat eggs and broccoli and grilled chicken and we're Yes,
it's not balanced and it's not sustainable when we go
against what our body really wants. So we have this
(06:29):
misconception we can't trust our bodies, but actually our bodies
are these incredibly wise and innate kind of beings that
have all of this wisdom that's trying to guide us
towards balance and sustainability and joy. So if you can
really just listen to your body and see how that feels,
see how much more aligned and authentic you feel throughout
your day versus when you are disconnected from what your
(06:50):
body really wants and living in this like I should
have this, or I should have that, or experts say
that this is what's healthy for me or not. That's
actually an empowering shift that generators can make that actually
teaches them how to trust your body's wisdom and then
feel how that actually brings you balance. Amazing. Okay, so
next is manifesting generator. Yeah, So for manifesting generators, these
(07:12):
are people that are also have this creative energy. They're
here to use it doing what they love. They're here
to inspire people and the kind of trailblazers. Manifesting generators
can often have many many different interest, jack of all
trades kind of energy. It's important for them to have
diversity in their life. And for a manifesting generator, playing
is actually one of the most helpful things they can
(07:33):
do for their energy. So as an adult, we often
lose connection to our sense of play. We think that
playing is not important. It's not productive, it doesn't make money,
it's not helpful. But for a manifesting generator, the number
one practice we would offer because find what is truly
playful for you. You just love it everything and your
body comes to life. You are challenged and you're in
(07:55):
it and your presence. So for some manifesting generators that
might be something like playing cards or journaling, but for
others it might be going on a mountain bike ride
or going to a yoga class or an aerial silk
yoga class. A lot of manifesting generators like challenging activities
that are new. There's something outside the box that they
haven't tried yet. Um So for a manifesting generator, prioritize
(08:16):
play and see how much vibrancy and joy and presence
it brings to your life. When a man giant is
truly present, they're able to really listen to their body
and be guided about where they're meant to use their
energy in the most purposeful ways. And yet you guys
said that manifesting generators are a combination of manifest or
and generation and generators, so they to stay in alignment,
(08:37):
they need to inform and you've already said this. I'm
strugating this. They need to inform what they're doing, so
people are up to date, they don't feel resistance, and
they need to listen to their body. That's how they
stay in alignment. Generators. They need to listen to their body.
That's how they say in alignment manifest ers they are
the noble kings and queens, the trailblazers of our world.
So they are needing to inform so people don't try
(08:57):
to control them. So they're sharing their information. Okay, great,
So now I've got projectors, which is use yes, So
for projectives, yes, For projectors, you're really here to guide people.
You're here to share your insight. You're here to guide
the energy use of others. And you're not here to
do or to work in the same way that other
people are. So as a projector, um, the biggest thing
(09:19):
that we want to kind of offer up as your
daily practice is to create some space for yourself to
ask yourself what fascinates me today in this moment. So
this is about a mental curiosity, a mental enlivening that happens,
like what truly fascinates me? How can I spend a
little time learning about that thing or talking about that
(09:40):
thing or doing it? And it might make zero sense
to your mind, because once again, this is something that
doesn't seem productive. Right So maybe you say, okay, what's
fascinating to me today, and maybe it's fashion and you
want to look at a fashion magazine and in your
mind you're like, this is pointless, Like I'm not being
productive right now, I don't work in fashion. It's not
going to help me in any way to do this.
But we encourage you to just refrain from that mental
(10:02):
questioning and doubt and to give yourself time every single
day to genuinely learn about or dive into what truly
fascinates you. This is one of the best things projectors
can do to increase their magnetism and to kind of
just make their life more magnetic. More recognition happening, more success,
more abundance happens when you create space to simply just
(10:24):
be with the things that truly fascinate your mind and
stimulate that sense of curiosity. And just to reiterate, you
guys said, projectors, you'll have about two to four hours
a day that you can really go hard at work,
and then after that your brain is like done, it's tired,
it needs to rescinates, to refuel. And so make sure
(10:45):
you're very very particular and um intentional about that work
that you do each day. And I love that you
said to you work smarter, not harder, and um recognize.
Then you have to wait for the wait for the
invitation before you offer advice, because that is something about projectors.
You guys have a lot to give, but it can
(11:08):
come across as it won't be received. Yes, it can
come across as pushy or unwelcome. You know, if you
tell someone like you should break up with your boyfriend
and then they're like, I didn't ask your opinion, it
can really come off as repelling. So for projectors, it's
all about doing what fascinates you and recognizing yourself while
you wait for the invitation, wait for people to invite
(11:29):
you to share your wisdom, to share your insight to
share your expertise. That's when it's really going to be received.
But that daily practices, that part of recognizing yourself, like
what truly come to life right? Work on you, spend
time with the things that really fascinate you. That's the
most magnetic thing that you can do. So then you
get that expertise and people want to come ask you
about it. Okay, great, And the last one is last
(11:52):
one is reflectors. So reflectors are the people that are
only one person of the population, a super rare energy type,
and they are extremely empathetic, almost like this chameleon. Any
room that they go into they take in that energy
and temporarily become that energy. So they can really be
the wise people we look to to say, how are
we doing? Are we healthy? Are we doing good? Is
(12:13):
everything authentic here? And their energy kind of reflects back
to us, um how well we're doing in general. So
reflectors really empathetic and sensitive and wise beings. And then
the chameleons because they can take any energy. Like you
you guys said this before, you can't really like find
a reflector because they can be the energy. They're reflecting
all the energy they're around, so they are the ones.
(12:35):
We need to look to you to see is the
community healthy, because if they're not doing well, then that
means the community they're reflecting back the energy of the
community there, and so that means their community is not
doing well, absolutely exactly. So reflectors, their strategy is actually
called waiting a twenty eight day lunar cycle. So these
reflectors are actually connected to the moon in a way
(12:56):
that other people are not so extremely connected to moon.
We're all connect to the moon, but for reflectors it's
the main connection source in their life. So for a reflector,
the moon really really kind of uh sways their energy
and so it's the most helpful practice that they can
do is being intentionally connected to the moon cycle. So
(13:16):
when it is a new moon for them to really
like think about, you know that traditional and a new moon,
what seeds do I want to plant this next month?
What intentions do I have? And then as the moon
grows through its cycle and becomes a full moon, really
for a reflector, paying attention to that and feeling what
has grown in a fullness in my life in this
month and reflecting on that and then shedding and kind
(13:37):
of allowing that cyclical nature to happen. So for all
of us, the moon cycle is something that impacts us,
but for a reflector, it's the most helpful thing they
can do to really pay attention to that, to do
moon ceremonies, to journal around the moon, and to observe
the connection that they have to the moon's cyclical nature. Amazing,

and like our signs, like are you a libra Leo?
All that stuff. That's all amazing, that's helpful, But this
combines everything and it gives you a specific answer for
who you are based on all of these forces. That
you don't have to spend years in therapy trying to
get someone else's opinion about yourself. It's just a fact here,
it is. This is you based on when you were born.

Here's your chart, and it tells you all the stuff.
So it's just such a gift. As you all were saying,
everyone needs to pursue human design. This needs to be
taught in school. I'm just saying, go and put that
out there at the universe and pursue your own, your
own chart, whatever you are, pursue it because this is
going to help and pursue those around you, because this
is going to help your relationships. This is going to
(16:09):
help you be a better person, a better partner, a
better parent, a better member of community. And if you
can if the more people around you know they're human
design type, then if we all can understand that, then
how much more harmonious will we be as a community,
in a society and as a collective. So this is
really something that we all need to get into our
lives It's not just special for the people who are
(16:29):
woo woo, who are trying to be all in tune.
