Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is Gary and Shannon and you're listening to KFI
AM six forty, the Gary and Shannon Show on demand
on the iHeartRadio app. I'm excited about our small business
shout out. We talk about wellness all the time on
this program. It is exploded here and even in Los Angeles,
where the wellness industry has always been vibrant and robust,
(00:23):
it has gotten even more so in recent years. I
think TikTok has a strong effect on the wellness industry
and fads, and obviously with social media and the amount
of attention based on.
Speaker 2 (00:39):
Your face.
Speaker 1 (00:40):
You know, Yeah, you're looking at your face all the time,
all the time, wondering what you could improve.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
More beef, more beef, Yeah, you want more? Isn't that
what beef tallo?
Speaker 1 (00:50):
Specifically, beef tallo is a fad that you had mentioned
that you don't use face lotion. So since it was
a fad at the time, we got you some beef
allow face cream and.
Speaker 2 (01:01):
He used it for four days.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
We saw a difference, and then you stopped using it, give.
Speaker 3 (01:05):
Or take, give or take four days.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
You're like a kid who doesn't wear his retainer, you know,
just because he's told we should wear your retainer. Trust us,
it'll help you in the long run, and you just
continue not to wear it.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
Gavin Newsom has been hosting a news conference about the
redistricting push that's going on. And this person that's standing
for love is the first one I've recognized. And Senator
Adam Schiff is, Oh, he's so slimy.
Speaker 2 (01:38):
What a slimy slime.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
Bucket person I've recognized so far?
Speaker 1 (01:41):
Do you remember when he was here for whatever reason
and someone's like, you, guys want to talk to Adam?
I was like, absolutely not. Keep him as far away
from me as possible. I don't want to have to
get a silkwood scrub in here from the slime.
Speaker 3 (01:54):
What else is going on? Time for what's happening?
Speaker 2 (02:01):
Is it just me? Or is he like a slimy
politician guy? Or is it just a vibe?
Speaker 3 (02:05):
I guess slimy politician guys.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
Well.
Speaker 3 (02:09):
The King Fire burning up just north of Gorman in
La County has triggered some evacuation warnings. It's still at
about five hundred acres. It broke out just after one
this morning. I woke up to a bunch of different alerts.
Four hundred and ninety acres is what they're putting it
at five percent containment. Firefighters did originally shut down both
sides of the freeway for a time, but all lanes
(02:32):
have since reopened. There are a lot of fire trucks
in that area, especially on the northbound side since the
fires off to the east of the freeway. It is
very congested in that area, but they do say that
it is open. There are some evacuation warnings in place
for people living in the Hungary Valley area, an area
(02:53):
east of caswell, as well Shelter and place order also
in effect for areas east of the five south of
the one thirty eight. Still now idea how it started.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
An update on a story we brought to you yesterday.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
I remember the guy in Van Eyes who is not
a train enthusiast nay, but instead is pissed off about
the police department in the area. So he's been he's
been blasting horns and train sounds and alarms from his
home for months.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
He has been arrested.
Speaker 3 (03:23):
Yeah, but then but then they let him out, let
him out on his own recognizance. What was the charge?
It was some.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
Cheil, a succulent Chinese male.
Speaker 3 (03:38):
It's some civil disturbance basically a citation.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
Well, of course they're going to release him. You could
murder someone in LA and they'd let you.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
Out by the end of the day. And then I
think he just went right back to his horns.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
It'd be like overcrowding. You're free.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
And remember he was not very forthcoming about what his
issue is with.
Speaker 1 (03:59):
Yeah, you'd think if you had Channel seven turning up
at your house Rob Hayes, specifically Rob Hayes turns up
at my house, I know tell I'll tell him the
secret because I know that he's got an audience that
I can get my issue out too.
Speaker 3 (04:15):
It's something along the lines of he believes the mafia
or a mafia like group is trying to murder him
and that the LAPD is helping them.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
Okay, that makes sense, right, Okay, that makes sense.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
Spectrum says the latest outage here in southern California was
the result of a felony criminal attack. Who would spend well,
they're offering a twenty five thousand dollars reward. One of
the Internet and cable company's fiber lines was cut intentionally
in Northridge yesterday.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
Cut but not removed. I mean, I'm assuming that's what.
It doesn't say that, but what's.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
What's going on in Northridge? I heard Conway talking about
a group of burglars in Northridge. Conway's take was, if
you want the money, if you want to rob someone
and get a good haul, you don't go to Northridge,
where like there's families of six.
Speaker 3 (05:09):
It's they don't have money.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
In Northridge they had, you know, this good family place
to raise your family. But you go to Encino if
you want to rob a home.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
And Cino has more security and Northridge, if you know
the right places, it's probably an inside job. Somebody knows
somebody who knows somebody who's got some cash or something
like that. Four people cited for multiple misdemeanor violations after
being caught taking spiny lobsters during a closed season spiny lobster.
(05:37):
Four people in diving your allegedly illegally, I should say,
taking the spiny lobsters and returning to shore with them.
Not a family lobster, an entire truck load. Back back
of the truck, bet of the truck full of those
spiny lobsters.
Speaker 1 (05:53):
Mars Mars News not that Mars Mars Wrigley has announced
a major change of heart with regard to Eminem's. They
now say that Skittles and Eminem's will be free of
the synthetic dies. Starting next year, they will be available
(06:17):
free of artificial colors to consumers nationwide.
Speaker 2 (06:22):
M I feel like there's.
Speaker 1 (06:24):
More to the story because they put up quite the
fight when it came to color.
Speaker 2 (06:28):
Added is.
Speaker 3 (06:29):
Remember when it was California only that was trying to
ban them. They put up a fight. Now that now
that you've got a lot of the health industry, food
industry that is trying to toe the line, they decided
it was time to do so.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
I wonder if they found a way around it. Are
you what's going to color our Eminem's if it's not
synthetic dies?
Speaker 3 (06:49):
Beats carrots? Ugh cran Barres?
Speaker 4 (06:56):
Uh?
Speaker 3 (06:56):
Are you a fan of Carol G?
Speaker 2 (06:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (06:59):
Singer he's going to be doing halftime Chargers Chiefs in Rio.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
Oh really, I read about somebody else doing halftime.
Speaker 3 (07:07):
It will stream live from Corinthians Arena in South I
guess it was bow not real, but that is the
Week one.
Speaker 2 (07:16):
Matchup to the Chargers Latina Star that I read?
Speaker 3 (07:20):
Was it Carol G?
Speaker 2 (07:20):
No?
Speaker 3 (07:22):
Well there could be more than one. Yeah, good luck,
good luck, good luck.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
I'm not performing.
Speaker 3 (07:28):
Hey a reminder, by the way, Conway today on his
show after four o'clock is not only going to be hosting,
uh the two guys that he'd already done the interview
with that helped pull Steph Fusch out of the burning car.
But Fush's parents are going to be here too.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
So Gary, it's hot dog Day? Is it not? Yes?
It yeah, it's hot dog You don't know about hot
Dog Day?
Speaker 3 (07:52):
No?
Speaker 1 (07:53):
That was probably the biggest tell of Uh, he's in
trouble going on?
Speaker 2 (07:57):
Is because he is Stefuche missed.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
Hot dog Day that was National hot Dog Day, Like no.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
No, no, they do this Kiki, Oh, I gotta call
you Kiki. If we're talking about the Conway Show. How
often does this hot Dog Day thing happen? What is
it all about?
Speaker 2 (08:12):
Every Thursday?
Speaker 4 (08:13):
The Conway crew makes hot dogs and they have a
hot dog cooker that they warm the buns in and
they cut the hot dogs in.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
That reminds me of when we used to do sausages.
We have a sausage maker. That's true, we kind of
started that.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
But that's cool. Do we get tired of hot dogs?
Every Thursday.
Speaker 3 (08:30):
May switch them up a little bit.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Yeah, maybe have a hamburger once a while.
Speaker 3 (08:33):
I was going to say, do a polish or a polish?
Speaker 4 (08:36):
Yeah, broad I think they try different hot dog brands. Okay,
there's always a mixture. Okay, but Fush is the one
that eats about eleven hot dogs?
Speaker 2 (08:46):
Does he really?
Speaker 3 (08:47):
And yeah?
Speaker 1 (08:48):
That may be why he's bouncing back, you know, full
of lips and ass.
Speaker 3 (08:53):
Oh okay. The What's Happening segment is brought to you
by our friends at Trajan Wealth. The future of retirement
planning and wealth management is here La Trajan Wealth Call
Today three one OHO two nine nine ninety nine sixty
Trajan Wealth three one ninety nine six.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
It's a nice partnership with Trajan. Well it lasted, wasn't it.
Speaker 5 (09:15):
You're listening to Gary and Shannon on demand from KFI
AM six forty.
Speaker 2 (09:21):
Have you heard about this trend?
Speaker 1 (09:23):
I have been waiting to tell you about this because
I knew that it would get a reaction from you.
It's a new trend among adults and it comes to
us by way of China. This was a thing adults
were doing in China and now it's happening here.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
Thank TikTok.
Speaker 1 (09:41):
Adults using pacifiers for soothing, self soothing.
Speaker 3 (09:46):
For self soothing, not working the muscles around your mouth
and neck and stuff. No would you'll say it like that?
Speaker 2 (09:54):
Why would you do that?
Speaker 3 (09:55):
Why would you use it to self soothe?
Speaker 1 (09:57):
Well, if you're stressed out about something, these people are
putting a pass fire and like a baby, don't you
a baby?
Speaker 3 (10:02):
Some people put stuff on their mouth or their lips
or whatever to work their facial muscles, to tighten it
up a little bit.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
I've never heard of this.
Speaker 3 (10:09):
Okay, well, it's just as crazy as you telling me
that people are using pacifiers.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
Are you using something to work on your lip and
face muscles?
Speaker 3 (10:17):
Thank you for noticing.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
Our small business shout out today is exciting. It's also
in the wellness realm uh this Skintelex studio.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
Lola am I saying that right. Okay, let me just
get your microphone there there we go. Okay, Lola Bajomo
is am I saying this correct.
Speaker 6 (10:36):
Thank you so much. I'm happy to be here.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
Oh my gosh, thanks for coming in. You're bringing all
the glitz and the glamour to the radio station. We're
a bunch of homeless people, and here.
Speaker 6 (10:44):
She's being too kind.
Speaker 1 (10:45):
I could have dressed up. So you are you the
founder of Skindlex Studio.
Speaker 7 (10:52):
No, I'm the CMO. I hadn't handle all our marketing,
branding initiatives.
Speaker 2 (10:55):
Okay, got you.
Speaker 1 (10:56):
So I was just saying, before this, uh, this segment began, that, like,
we do wellness segments all the time, and LA has
always been kind of like ground zero for the wellness industry,
but it feels like.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
Even more so now.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
And I feel like the stigma of going to like
a wellness spa, botox, all of the things is gone.
Nobody is embarrassed about saying they're going to their bowtox
appointment anymore. It's just out in the open. And is
that right?
Speaker 3 (11:23):
No?
Speaker 6 (11:23):
I think so.
Speaker 7 (11:24):
I think celebrities are also being really more transparent about
the things they're doing these days, which is kind of
encouraging everyone else to kind of like fall in line.
And I think it kind of trickles down recently, like
the Kardashians and Kylie kind of talking about what she's
done with her boob jobs and things like that. So
everyone just like it's feeling free and open, and I
love that for us, honestly, it's approachable now, it's approachable. Yes,
(11:44):
there's no stigma. I think everyone is really focused on
the anti aging of it all the bigger picture. I
think looking good and looking youthful now is like a
sign of like wealth or success, especially in La So
I think that's just the vibe right now, which is great.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
So Skindlex Studio is local.
Speaker 1 (12:03):
This is a luxury boutique med spot in Burbank. And
what are the things that you can help out with
if you could, Lola, take a look at Gary's face
and tell us what we can do.
Speaker 3 (12:16):
I can I can be honest.
Speaker 6 (12:19):
I can be honest. Yes, okay, so give me a
big smile.
Speaker 3 (12:22):
I did smile.
Speaker 7 (12:24):
Now give me a big brown okay. So you have lines,
so you're very expressive for sure. Even when you just
looked up for me, I can see all your forehead
lines when you smile big.
Speaker 6 (12:34):
He has a great smile, by the way.
Speaker 3 (12:35):
That thank you very much. Why are you taking such a.
Speaker 2 (12:41):
Yeah, this is what a good friend does. Am I right?
Speaker 3 (12:43):
Fire away?
Speaker 7 (12:44):
Yeah, but I mean not too much, not too much.
You look amazing, by the way, So I think she's
mostly fine. Lines about the forehead, Yes, the forehead and
right around the eyes. Usually the places where most expressive
is where you usually develop lines because it's just how
your muscles are moving. So we do do it well
for lines. I think the most famous is botox. A
(13:05):
little botox will smooth all that out. Basically, it's the
newer modulator. It just freezes the muscles, so when you're
doing those big expressive movements, your face is not gonna
move too much and you don't have to go crazy.
You can go just a little bit a lot of bit,
depending on how I guess frozen is the term you
want to be. And Tony, who was our master inductor
(13:25):
at the skinteleg Studio, he's all about like learning the muscles,
learning facial expressions, catering to both female and male facial movement.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
So he like learns your face before any needles going.
Speaker 7 (13:37):
It makes still look like you you Yeah, that's always
our goal is to maintain, you know, your overall just
facial profile, making sure you look just as youthful as.
Speaker 2 (13:45):
You want to.
Speaker 3 (13:46):
Pointing out by the way, Tony's a registered nurse, he is.
Speaker 7 (13:50):
And we have nurse practitioners, we have a medical director.
He's big on education, so so I feel like this
is new. But I don't know, but it feels like
new terms of weight loss. One of the services you
guys do is the SEMMA gluetide injections. Now, how does
that work in terms?
Speaker 1 (14:08):
We've heard about some gluetides for you know, glp ones
and ozempic and all the things.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
Is that the same thing? Yeah?
Speaker 7 (14:14):
Basically they're all the same family. Just think about it
as like different brands, different makes and models of a car.
Speaker 6 (14:20):
Okay, same family. That's pretty much.
Speaker 3 (14:22):
What it is.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
What is the platelet rich plasma plasma therapies what a PRP.
Speaker 7 (14:29):
So basically we take your blood, we spin it and
separate your plasma, and then we take the plasma, which
is all the good stuff, all your healthy bits, all
the nutrients that's already in your blood, and inject it
into specific parts of your face body. Not even just
for beauty. People injected into their muscles. Athletes use it
a lot. You could use it for hair regeneration if
you're if you have thinning hair loss. It's just boost collagen.
(14:52):
So basically just putting it back in your body.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
So like this eye area where it looks like male genets,
it is not it's like, look like male genial. It
doesn't under my eyes.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
I don't know when it happened, but like I've noticed
it in recent times.
Speaker 8 (15:08):
What do you do?
Speaker 6 (15:09):
Signs of a great life?
Speaker 1 (15:11):
Absolutely, and I know I've had one, and I just
don't want those signs on my under eye.
Speaker 6 (15:16):
I want you to see that I'm living good.
Speaker 7 (15:18):
Okay, I don't want anybody else, but yes, PRP is
something that you can use for that. It helps with collagen.
We lose so much collagen as we age, especially once
you get older in your forties.
Speaker 3 (15:29):
It's quicker.
Speaker 7 (15:30):
So basically PRP is just like putting that collagen back
as you're losing it, so that you still have like
that youthful soft look as you ate.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
Where do you take the blood from our arm?
Speaker 5 (15:41):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (15:42):
Whoa? And then you just spin it around and yeah,
we put it in eyes.
Speaker 6 (15:46):
Spin it literally quick and dirty?
Speaker 2 (15:48):
My god, that does it hurt?
Speaker 6 (15:50):
We numb you?
Speaker 2 (15:51):
Okay that's a very mild, very mouth down like a horse. Yeah,
probably down, that's true.
Speaker 6 (16:00):
Wow, we want to hear girl, not down.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
I would not look good on the Yelp review. U
Skintellect Studio is where you can find it. Skintellect Studio down.
Speaker 7 (16:12):

Speaker 2 (17:10):

Speaker 3 (17:10):
That's good.
Speaker 6 (17:11):
Thanks.
Speaker 3 (17:12):
We'll do strange science when we come back.
Speaker 5 (17:16):
You're listening to Gary and Shannon on demand from KFI
AM six forty.
Speaker 3 (17:22):
That was as close to a rally, an announcement of
candidacy rally that I have seen in.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
Oh my gosh, you guys Gavin Newsom, who could have
been running for president this November. That's the kind of
optics and vibe he was giving.
Speaker 3 (17:40):
So this news conference that was put together today was
teased as having a lot of very important Democrats there
along with Gavin Newsom to announce the plans for redistricting
in California to counter what the state of Texas is
trying to do and redistrict and gain Republican seats. He
wants to redistrict here in California to gain some more
(18:01):
Democrat seats. This they did forty five minutes of speakers
before they got to Gavin Newsom, like you would see
at a campaign rally, as opposed to an introduction of legislation,
and then Gavin Newsom got up there and basically finger
in the chest of Donald Trump.
Speaker 5 (18:23):
Wake up to as a war on science, public health
is war against the American people.
Speaker 3 (18:28):
This is a guy who lays claim to want to
get a Nobel Prize sitting there and betting his need to.
Speaker 2 (18:35):
Mister Putin bending his knee, he was making.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
You have the power to straighten this out.
Speaker 2 (18:43):
And so I want again just thank everybody for exercising
not just their formal authority, yes that's what we're doing,
but also sharing their moral.
Speaker 3 (18:53):
Authority at this moment moral I do.
Speaker 2 (18:55):
I want to thank everybody for being.
Speaker 3 (18:56):
Here moral high ground.
Speaker 4 (18:58):
Now.
Speaker 3 (18:58):
When we start having politicians arguing about who has the
moral high ground, it's a never ending cycle. It's just awful.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
And nobody has a stone to throw amongst them. Nope, nope,
do we have any more of that?
Speaker 3 (19:13):
No?
Speaker 2 (19:14):
Oh smart, that's all I mean.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
He was like, I'm sorry, I could go back and
get Javier Besara if you'd like.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
It was Adam Ship. That wasn't Javier Besera.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
No, who was it? That was Alex Badia. Sorry, senators,
I'm sorry, don't mean to correct you. I should just
let it go.
Speaker 1 (19:35):
You were right, But it was a it was a
knob slobbery. I think that's a John and Ken term.
Speaker 3 (19:44):
And everybody chanting the slobbery.
Speaker 1 (19:46):
Of knobs and the chanting of but Gavin Newsom in that,
how much do you think that suit cost.
Speaker 3 (19:52):
That's a four or five thousand dollars suit.
Speaker 2 (19:54):
At least, right, I mean, I don't know suits, but
that wasn't off the rack.
Speaker 3 (19:59):
I'm just based on his his behavior record.
Speaker 1 (20:03):
Yeah, his behavior though was I am running for present
president today.
Speaker 3 (20:07):
Yeah, the whole podium and everybody stood up behind him.
Like you've seen at Trump rallies. I mean, they make
a big point of hand picking people to sit behind
a candidate. And that's exactly what that looked like. That
was a focus group press conference.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
What that was is Gavin Newsom's people saying, we're going
to do this test run. We're going to put out
the day before that we're gonna have this big event.
We're going to use Trump jargon to see how well
that plays. All caps, tweets, same verbiage. We are going
to have a crowd of Democrats behind you, California prominent
Democrats will take the mic before you. You'll come out.
(20:45):
We'll see how this plays with Democrats around the country.
You behind the podium, you versus the Trump a sphere,
and we're going to see what we need to tweak
as we move this train forward.
Speaker 3 (20:56):
That's exactly what that was. Trumpusphere There is also some
coverage from local TV stations of an apparent immigration operation
in that same area, down and around near Little Tokyo
where the event took place. I've only seen one person
actually taken into custody. It looked like with hands behind
their back and handcuffs.
Speaker 1 (21:18):
Karen Bass was out there, and her balls looked a
hell of a lot bigger than Gavin Newsom's her on
the street there, surrounded by reporters.
Speaker 2 (21:25):
She looked pissed off. She looked like a real person.
Speaker 1 (21:28):
Gavin looked like he was playing a guy on a
made for TV movie Running for President. Yeah, not even
a good prime time made for movie like the two
o'clock Lifetime movie you'd see if you didn't go to
school and you stayed home sick.
Speaker 3 (21:40):
You stayed home sick, right fingerquotes Tomorrow Dodgers taking on

You're listening to Gary and Shannon on demand from KFI
AM six forty.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
Justin Herbert's going to start this Saturday when the Chargers
take on the Rams at so far, all the game
action starts at three pm here on KFI.
Speaker 2 (22:21):
All the starters will start.
Speaker 1 (22:22):
We'll start for the Chargers except for Khalil Mack and
Derwin James. Jim harbodj just announced. So see Justin herbat
Herbert making his preseason debut. I believe I don't think
he's ever played in a preseason game since.
Speaker 3 (22:35):
He's been in the NFI, since he's been a starter.
Speaker 1 (22:38):
Well he was, yeah, yeah, he would have played in
the preseason when Tyrod Taylor was supposed to be the
starter and he he was tapped in what was week one,
wasn't it?
Speaker 3 (22:49):
It was week one? It's time for string science.
Speaker 8 (22:55):
Stright say, it's like weird science, but strange, this is weird.
Speaker 1 (23:08):
Did you know that there was a Institute of Noetic
Sciences in Nevado, California, my hometown. Noetic Sciences a nonprofit
folks focused on using science to explain phenomena we don't
yet understand.
Speaker 2 (23:24):
In Nevado, where is this, calling Belogne.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
Well, here's something we don't quite understand. Precognition. I don't
even know saying it precognitive dreams. There's an October night,
nineteen eighty nine, little four year old girl is shocked
awake by a phone call and a scream. She tiptoes
barefoot on the tile, and her mother's voice is screaming,
(23:49):
he died in the accident. My husband is gone. The
girl's dark eyes only stares. Ever since she had thrown
her arms around him before her father boarded the flight
for that trip, she knew that she would never see
him alive again. She said she knew that that was
going to happen as far back as the age of seven.
(24:11):
This girl has had precognitive dreams. Neuroscientists Julia Mossbridge she
and her parents were. She said that her parents were
skeptical of them until she began recording details in a
dream journal and amitsch. She has misremembered some of her
dream visions. She's also been able to foretell events from
the future that she would have had no other way
(24:34):
of knowing.
Speaker 2 (24:35):
These memories from the future could mean the notion of
time may not be as linear as we imagine, Okay,
you're hurting my head.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
This woman neuroscientist Julia Mossbridge.
Speaker 2 (24:51):
She says, it's.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
Not hard to understand precognition, it's just hard to believe
for people who haven't experienced it understand how time works.
Even physicists are admitting they don't really know how it works.
We're stuck on the idea that if you're truly scientific,
you're going to think about time lineally linearly. But it's
really is it really linear? A lot of resistance to
ideas about precognition and psychic phenomena is about fear, the
(25:17):
fear of unknown or the fear that things aren't the
way they appear to be.
Speaker 3 (25:23):
Precognition suggests so that our consciousness might actually be wow
outside of our understanding of linear time.
Speaker 1 (25:31):
The perception of time, so our consciousness may be able
to jump ahead and inform our current selves about what
is to come. This is why you should do grounding exercises.
What ground down into the earth like bare feet, like
first thing in the morning, you wake up, you walk downstairs,
(25:54):
you go outside, put my feet on your feet on
the earth and just feel feel your connection to the earth.
Consciousness gets grounded, maybe start seeing the future. I don't
think so you let me know who wins that baseball
game tomorrow and I put some money on it.
Speaker 3 (26:14):
If time is not so linear and consciousness can enter
an invisible portal to the future, it might explain deja vu.
Speaker 1 (26:21):
WHOA, how do you explain that? Either way, this is
what explains that, isn't it. Dejav vu is totally explained
away by your consciousness having no concept of time and
able to go forward.
Speaker 3 (26:35):
I feel and then let you know, you ever get
that little when you had a cassette deck in your
truck and you had the tape kind of get a
little yeah loose and it would kind of play, it
warble a little bit before it pecked back up and
tightened out. That's what I think. Deja vu is your
brain is on about a four second delay for some reason,
(26:55):
and you go, I feel like I feel like I
know what's about to happen. It's because it already has,
but your brain is still catching up with Oh interesting,
that's an even better one. But it's still it's still
dealing with time perception and not us not being able
to fully grasp it.
Speaker 2 (27:10):
I can't remember the last time I had dejave.
Speaker 3 (27:12):
Oh my gosh, I just had it.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
You did.
Speaker 3 (27:14):
No, there is also a story that you've been seeing
around that was gonna be fun if that was true.
The rabbits with the horn like growths and Colorado zombie rabbits,
Colorado Parks and Wildlife say rabbits typically overcome diseases like
this on their own. No, it's a balloon. Black spikes
grow on their heads, tentacles protrude from their mouths, and
(27:37):
growths block over their eyes. It's absolutely gross. Pep Pilloma
virus cottontail rabbit papaloma not HPV.
Speaker 2 (27:48):
The rabbits have a STD.
Speaker 3 (27:50):
Kind of all over their face bone.
Speaker 2 (27:53):
They bone around all the time, right.
Speaker 3 (27:55):
I suppose that's exactly how they I don't know. Well,
you know that's where the phrase from rabbits, Yeah, boning around?
No like you know, oh, hump like rabbits.
Speaker 2 (28:08):
Yeah. Okay, thank you for bringing humping back into the lexicon.
Speaker 3 (28:13):
Well I'm not the first.
Speaker 1 (28:15):
I just haven't heard anyone use that word since nineteen
ninety five.
Speaker 3 (28:20):
Every Wednesday humping?
Speaker 1 (28:21):
Oh really, Oh that stupid hump day crap? Good lord
Gary sha wait, is that what it's it's just getting
over the humpad has nothing to do with sex, right?
Speaker 2 (28:29):
Oh? Is that what it is? Oh? God?
Speaker 3 (28:32):
Will John Copelt this up next? To see you tomorrow?
