Speaker 2 (01:18):
I assure you that sounds so.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
You're gonna get all your freebies. Bring us in some
What do you got today, fush?

Speaker 6 (01:24):
So, Cinnabon and a Cinnabon and Carvil are launching at
new store and they're combining both of what is what
their strengths are, which is ice cream cake and cinnabons.
Their first store is set to open in May in Hillsboro, Oregon,
in I believe it's this week and it's gonna follow
later into Pasadena. But the reason that I brought this

(01:47):
up is because they have a Cinnabon banini. So what
that is is they take a cinnabon, warm it up,
put it in a panini press, cut it in half,
and in with vanilla ice cream.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Oh that's my good goodness, that sounds delicious.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
Yes, we have to pick up one of those.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
After Jack in the Box, Angel Martinez, what do you
got today?

Speaker 7 (02:13):
So there is an Chador Sanders fan who decided to
sue the NFL. Have you guys heard about this?

Speaker 8 (02:22):
No?

Speaker 7 (02:23):
Okay, So he's claiming that well he's showing the NFL
for emotional distress and damage caused by the low draft
pick that Sounders had one hundred and forty fourth overall.
So in this lawsuit, the fan is going by John
Doe says that he's a dedicated Colorado Buffaloes fan and

(02:45):
he's closely followed Sunders over the past couple of college seasons. Now,
the plaintiff also claims that due to leaked statements and
slenderous statements, these caused emotional distress and try to the
plaintiff as a fan and a consumer. So in turn,

(03:05):
in his lawsuit, he's asking, oh, nothing for one hundred
million dollars in pure damages.

Speaker 4 (03:12):
Good luck, buddy.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Yes, the emotional damage is one hundred million dollars because
he didn't get in the first round apparently.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
Okay, yeah, good luck with that. A prosia.

Speaker 9 (03:25):
You know, everybody knows the Raos tomato sauce, right, the
pasta sauce of it. Yeah, you know there Originally they
come from a restaurant. There's one in New York. There's
one in New York. The original one is in Harlem.
There's one in La Vegas, Miami, so on. But the
original Rails restaurant in Harlem is believed to be the
hardest restaurant to get into in New York, if not

(03:45):
the world, because they don't take reservations. The only way
to eat there is to have a standing table that
is for you or know someone who does that. Even
goes for ordering takeout, you can't get takeout unless you
know somebody there. You can go to the bar and
get a So a couple of ladies online did that
and they tried to finagle a table for food while
they were there in the bar. It took four tries

(04:06):
over a couple months. But in that fourth time it
was a very rainy night, so it was fewer people
in there. A man approaches them and asks, I want
to eat. The apparent descendant of Charles Reyo gave them
this teeny little table for two by the kitchen that
they use for charity auctions, and so they ended up
getting food. There's no menu, you just kind of you
get told what's on the menu, and they say the food,

(04:28):
including the giant meatballs there were totally worth the effort.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
Oh that sounds delicious, Oh bones, yeah, yeah, sure, yeah, your.

Speaker 4 (04:38):
Energy was made.

Speaker 8 (04:40):
I bet.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
Well, we're not done yet.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
Who did we do Crozier.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
We've done everyone, Richie and myself.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Everybody bought Richie and you yeah, okay, Richie, what's going on? Okay?

Speaker 10 (04:50):
So, after filing for bankruptcy for a second time earlier
this year, court documents indicate pharmacy Giant right It could
soon be closing stores before auction off its leases and buildings.
So now, nearly about one thousand, two hundred and forty
stores are expected to be listed for sale penning cord
approval by A ANDNG real Estate Partners. A Flyers shared

(05:11):
with Nexter's next ours w HTM list about one hundred
eighty seven retail leases and fifty feet ode properties across
fifteen states. So right A previously said that the stores
would remain open as they work with customers to transfer
their prescriptions elsewhere else. So, as of now in California,
we have source closing in Santa Monica, La, Rolling Hills,

(05:34):
and Long.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Beach, to name a few. What is called wrong? Aid Right?

Speaker 4 (05:39):
We missed your welcome back?

Speaker 2 (05:41):
I bet you did. A shack is made it easy
for everybody to take off. Now, all right, belly, what's
going on out there?

Speaker 8 (05:49):
So?

Speaker 3 (05:49):
Recent survey revealed that a whopping eighty four percent of
Americans believe in karma, the idea of what goes around
comes around. Another eighty four percent say that they act
we tried to pay it forward with acts of kindness kindness.
This karma kindness isn't just a feel good notion, it's
a lifestyle. On an average, Americans perform about five generous

(06:10):
acts each week, totaling two hundred and sixty acts per year.
In These range from treating loved ones to something special,
giving generous tips, helping neighbors, donating money, volunteering time. Many
believe that doing good deeds brings rewards, and that bad
things happen due to bad karma.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
I believe that.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
I don't too.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
I got my daughter brand new breaks on her car
on Saturday, and then I went to the track to
try to cash in on that good luck, and I
hit a trifecta. Is that how that works?

Speaker 4 (06:44):
I know you believe that's how it works.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
But yeah, by the way, my wife said, Tim, that's
not how the racetrack works. It's handicapping, not you know,
buying breaks for your daughter's car and then heading out
to the track and trying.

Speaker 4 (06:55):
To capitalize that it worked for you.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
It worked like a charm. It worked great. I made
an enough money on that one trifecta to pay for breaks.

Speaker 3 (07:03):
Did I ever tell you when I went through a
Starbucks on Jamboree that the person ahead of me paid
for my order?

Speaker 2 (07:11):
Oh wow, okay, that's cool.

Speaker 3 (07:13):
So I paid for the person behind me, And then
at our remote at Wendy's, because we had talked about
this on the air, the person that paid for my
Starbucks came up to me and said, that was me
that did that.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
Oh that's not cool.

Speaker 4 (07:28):
No, it was cool. Yeah, they heard us talking about
it and said that was me that did that. Yeah,
it was you.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
Now look, let me give you an example why that's
not cool. If you ever go to a seven to eleven,
they have a big jar of change that you can
put money in for I don't know, like a spat
spastic kids foundation or you know, blind dogs or MS
or whatever. Yeah, you know, so you're supposed to slip

(07:57):
a dollar in there. You're not supposed to go, hey everybody, hey, everybody,
seven eleven on. You just to get here an old
a piece of pizza, maybe a roll dog. But I'm
about to put five dollars right into this charity. I
want you to all look at this. Look at this
five dollar bill. Boom boom, hope, enjoy and slurpees I
just gave to charity.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
You could see why this person they heard us talking
about it and was like, oh my gosh, that was
me and this is the person it is.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
It is odd, but I remember at Burbank real quick,
and we gotta take break in Burbank at the burger King.
I was at the burger King. You know, I'm not bragging.
I've made a couple of bucks. I can enjoy, you know,
burger king every once in a while. And I got
four chicken nuggets and a small coke and the guy says, hey,
it's free. The guy in front of you paid for it.
I go oh, I said, how much is the order

(08:47):
behind me?

Speaker 3 (08:48):
A van full of people full of kids.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
Seventy two dollars?

Speaker 4 (08:53):
That's your karma?

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Yeah, I said, this where the chain breaks, we're stopping.
I'm not paying for it for this. You know religious
crew with the you know they're on a on a
they're from North Carolina, so the plates, it's a whole
religious crew from North Carolina. They've come to Pilgrimaze or
whatever they're doing here, I'm not paying for that.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
Don't even ask.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
Yeah, oh, thanks, that's awesome.

Speaker 9 (09:17):
If that guy who steps in again, Tom, I said thanks,
and don't even offer.

Speaker 11 (09:20):
I know.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
I look back. There was a nine hundred kids jumping
in that van. I'm like, no way, seventy two bucks,
I'm out here. Good luck kids. All right, that was great.
That's the news. We'll we'll come back. I'll tell you
the award that they're going to be giving out at
the Golden Globes. You could win it. There's people listening
right now that could be eligible for this award at
the Golden Globes. When we come back, I'll tell you
what it is. We're live on KFI.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from KFI
AM six forty.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
Golden Globes announces a kind of a bizarre new category.
It's called Best Podcast. Yeah. The organization announced they will
honor the best podcast of the year at the twenty
twenty six Golden Globes. Hosted by Nicki Glazer. Oh, that's cool.

(10:08):
She's a good host. I hope it's as funny as
the first time. She's great, she's terrific. I'm looking forward
to that. Golden Globes announced a strange new development amid
the group's evolving identity of the on the awards circuit,
the implementation of a brand new category called Best Podcast.

(10:30):
Beginning in January of twenty twenty six Golden Globe ceremony,
the organization will recognize the Best Podcast of the Year award,
citing extraordinary and diverse talents in podcasting all right, and
seismic growth in podcasting. And I think what they're doing
is they obviously they're you know, eight years behind the times,

(10:54):
but they want to get more publicity for the show.
So they're going to give it to They know that
millions of people listen to podcasts, and they want all
those people to watch the Golden Globes to see if
their favorite podcast is going to win. And so the
Golden Globes they're going to add They added that quote,
podcasts have emerged as a profound medium for sharing narratives

(11:19):
and building communities across global borders and generations. I don't
know what podcasts they're listening to, but the inclusion of
the new category expands the Golden Globe's ability to recognize
new narrative outlets. It's not a new outlet. Podcasts have
been around for a long time. So you could win,

(11:43):
you know, you could, if you have a podcast, you
could win. Now you're up against some competition because the
top ten podcasts, well, they got a lot of listeners,
a lot, and so you're gonna have to you know,
I don't know how they're going to choose the best podcast.
But let's go through the top ten podcast right now.

(12:04):
The Mel Robbins podcast.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
Love Mel Robbins.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
Is that a good one? What's that about?

Speaker 4 (12:09):
She does like psychology? And okay, she's great?

Speaker 2 (12:12):
All right? What about up up first from NPR? Anybody? No,
we move on the basement Yard. Have we listening to
that number eight in the country basement Yard? How about
the Tucker Carlson Show? I know that's a staple for Krozier,

(12:33):
Tucker Carlson Show. Noboddy? How about the Jefferson Fisher podcast.
Have we listened to that Crime Junkie number five?

Speaker 8 (12:43):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (12:44):
I love that?

Speaker 2 (12:44):
Oh crime Junkie? What's that about? Nick? And whoever you are?

Speaker 5 (12:50):
No, they basically tell a like a unsolved murder or
a missing persons or.

Speaker 2 (12:59):
Really show familiar. Yeah, they it's it hosted by Steve
greg Rams.

Speaker 5 (13:04):
I don't do that investigating, but they they find articles
and stories that basically they just tell the story from
beginning to end, and they sometimes interview victims or the
victims families and do like small it's more storytelling than.

Speaker 2 (13:24):
Yes, okay, what about The Daily? Anybody listen to The Daily?

Speaker 1 (13:28):
That?

Speaker 2 (13:29):
Is that a New York Times?

Speaker 4 (13:30):
I think?

Speaker 2 (13:31):
All right? Then the top three the Diarrhea of a
CEO with Stephen Bartlett Nothing.

Speaker 11 (13:42):
All right?

Speaker 2 (13:42):
Number two this past weekend with Theo Vaughn. Surprise You
didn't listen to that? Yeah, well it's too long. I
mean I do try to listen to it, but it's
an hour and a half and I don't know that kind
of time he was about. It works only two minutes,
I know, and even listening at double speed, you know,
it's still the thirty five to forty minutes. But I
do like Theovanna. I think he's one of the funniest

(14:03):
guys in America. And then the number one is the
Joe Rogan Experience, Big Surprise.

Speaker 4 (14:09):
Yeah so you forgot one?

Speaker 2 (14:12):
Oh at the Conway Show.

Speaker 4 (14:13):
Yeah, show at Conway Show. Check it out?

Speaker 2 (14:18):
Check it out? Yeah, it we're going to Golden Globe.
You could win a Golden Globe, not after what I'm
about to tell you. Oh, here's how it's going to shakedown. Okay,
they're going to do the the Golden Globe Top Podcast
and that's going to be now and through December of
twenty twenty six. I'm giving you a timeline and how
they're going to shake down. Then in January of twenty

(14:39):
twenty six, they're going to announce the nominations. Then they're
going to give it to They're going to give the
award to a podcast that very few people listen to.
I don't know, maybe the NPR, or they'll give it
to Michelle Obama and her podcast. By March of twenty

(15:00):
twenty six, will be a huge, huge outrage over not
giving it to the most listened to podcasts like Joe Rogan,
and then they'll eliminate the award because they'll get so
much crap for it. That's how it's going to shake down.
They're gonna introduce the top Podcasts. They're not going to
nominate any conservative podcast. They're gonna give it to NPR

(15:22):
or Michelle Obama. There'll be a huge outrage and then
in twenty twenty seven, there'll be an announcement of the
elimination of the award.

Speaker 4 (15:29):
Are there categories?

Speaker 2 (15:31):
I don't know. I don't know what they're going to.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
Do it top like most listened to, most downloaded? What's
the criteria?

Speaker 2 (15:37):
It says here that they announced the Golden Globes have
long established reputation of favoring starry A listers. So maybe
PA will win. Maybe maybe. Maybe it's a celebrity podcast.

Speaker 4 (15:51):
So they have podcast awards.

Speaker 5 (15:53):
It's called the Ambis and they have it every year
and it's basically like.

Speaker 4 (15:57):
The Golden Globes of podcasts.

Speaker 5 (16:01):
So I don't understand why the Golden Globes would want
to introduce that, because, yeah, it needs to have its
own categories.

Speaker 6 (16:07):
Right, and we have our own that's right. Heart Radio
Podcast Awards. Yes we have.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
We beat them to the punch. We oh yeah we did.

Speaker 4 (16:15):
How many of those have you won?

Speaker 2 (16:18):
You mean we how many of we won?

Speaker 4 (16:20):
I mean you how many?

Speaker 8 (16:23):
Zero?

Speaker 2 (16:23):
I think I don't know how you. I don't know
if you have to pay to be you know, Tim
submit yourself.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
I like when it's about VIP tickets to Wango Tango,
it's the Tim Conway Junior Show. But when we don't
win awards, it's it's the Conway's true.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
That's exactly correct. I'm glad you picked up on that.
Now you're learning, right, I'm a slow learner. Yeah, but
there's only two people in this world, slow learners and
non non learners. And I like to consider myself a
slow learner.

Speaker 4 (16:50):
I used that line this morning.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Is that right with John?

Speaker 4 (16:53):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (16:53):
And what are you saying?

Speaker 4 (16:54):
He agreed. We were talking about somebody and I go, there's.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
Two types of people in this world, learners and non learners.

Speaker 4 (17:01):
And I said, and they are non learners.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
That's right, all right. This Mother's Day KFI AM six
forty has your chance to win an experience as unique

Speaker 3 (17:29):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (17:29):
Yeah, yeah, all right. So for a tenth caller.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from KFI
AM six forty Conway show.

Speaker 2 (17:40):
Let's go to channel four here real quick. Three students
were stabbed near a high school and there's a press
conference in Santa Anna.

Speaker 11 (17:49):
Yeah, so our response, we got to call at about
three twenty five pm today, so I'm not quite sure
what time schools the students were released from the school,
but from my understanding, the incident happened right outside of
the steps kind of Natalie here your live on nyc
Ornan part here working. Yeah, Unfortunately, we just heard from

(18:18):
the hospital that the third victim, who just moments ago
was in critical condition, has been pronounced seized.

Speaker 2 (18:25):
By hospital staff.

Speaker 11 (18:26):
Our officers are working closely with Santa School police try
to locate the suspects. We believe there are two suspects
that remain outstanding and we have a perimeter established right now.
So we received a call at about three twenty five
pm this afternoon.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
This happened at the Martin Henninger Elementary School in sant
Ana High School, according to sant Ana Police Department, Santa.

Speaker 11 (18:52):
High School, which is right behind me, and I mean
our officers along with school police immediately got to the scene,
but unfortunately suspects were not here at that.

Speaker 5 (19:02):
Time two scenes.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
Is just one scene at.

Speaker 4 (19:07):
School or did you venture so?

Speaker 11 (19:10):
From my understanding, there is one crime scene and that
appears to be right behind me in front of the
Santa School, Hot Sex.

Speaker 2 (19:21):
How the suspects flee in foot birth.

Speaker 11 (19:23):
Are It's very preliminary at this time, but it appears
that the suspects which are too are on foot to
male Hispanics and Hurdy believe at this time we're still
trying to determine whether there are students at Santa High
School or possibly students.

Speaker 4 (19:39):
In the area and through.

Speaker 10 (19:44):
Great anywhere everybody.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
Got they got to get the rid of that helicopter.

Speaker 11 (19:53):
Santa School police that they believe that this entire incident
could possibly.

Speaker 8 (19:59):
Be gain.

Speaker 2 (20:01):
And then justusage in the community.

Speaker 5 (20:02):
Obviously a lot of construt parents blign students.

Speaker 11 (20:07):
What could you say to that to twenty weeks to
police sent to me. Yeah, again, we have Santata High
School right behind me. We have Henninger Elementary right across
the street. We just asked the community to just be patient. Obviously, school,
some students are being released from the schools. This area
is being blocked off. We have set a perimeter together.
We're working with Santa's Unified School District to provide some

(20:30):
type of messaging and direction for the parents to pick
up their students or pick up their their children. But
at this time, if anyone has information regarding the suspects
involved in the incident, to please contact the Center Plaice department. Again,
it happened at a three twenty five pm. I'm not
quite sure what time the school. Students are released from

(20:51):
this school, so I don't have that information even just
a clarify our students are being released?

Speaker 4 (20:57):
Are are they being how that's are they being released?

Speaker 5 (21:01):
Story experience.

Speaker 11 (21:03):
When I arrived on scene, the students were some students
were being released, but are obviously they're students being kind
of trickling out.

Speaker 4 (21:10):
Possibly all right, we're just hearing the latest one.

Speaker 2 (21:12):
Okay, here's what we know. Police are investigating after three
students were stabbed at around three twenty five today in
Santa Ana. Officers responded to a call of a stabbing
just before three point thirty pm in the area of
Martin Henninger Elementary School and sant Ana High School. According
to the sant Anna Police Department, one student was critically injured.

(21:35):
And now we've learned, and two others were described as
in stable condition. I believe the one that was in
critical condition has passed away and was killed today outside
of a high school in southern California. That's where we are.

Speaker 7 (21:53):
And Tim, yes, these schools are located. You mentioned Santa Anna,
but it's along South Flower Street at First Street, and
the elementary school is along First Street between Flower and
Main Street in Santa Anna.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
And where is that? Is that off the five or
the ninety one.

Speaker 7 (22:12):
It's just west of the five, so the exit would
be looks like it would be either First Street or
even Fourth Street, and then just west of the freeway
from there.

Speaker 2 (22:25):
Okay, is that right downtown sant Ana?

Speaker 7 (22:27):
Then yeah, it's pretty close to it's the close to
the courthouse. It's close to the downtown historic district. It's
west of the zoo.

Speaker 2 (22:38):
Okay, all right, so I thank you Angel. The details
of what led up to the violence are unclear, but
the sant Anna Unified School District said in a statement
sent to the parents that the police are leading the
investigation in the case, and it added that there is
no threat to the public. I don't know if I
believe that or not. As a result of the stabbing.

(22:59):
All the after school activities have been canceled for a Wednesday,
and so parents are beside themselves. You know when your
kids go to school, they go to school and you
think they're going to be safe, and then there's a
stabbing and one student has been killed. That's southern California.

(23:21):
It's unbelievable. It's unreal. Ah, I don't get it. I
don't get it. You know, it just seems like it's
all falling to crap.

Speaker 1 (23:33):
You're listening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from KFI
Am sixty.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
You told me there was a look ahead coming up, right?
I sure did. Yeah? And what did I do? You
talked right over? Ignored it? Yeah. I feel bad. Well,
I mean you kind of should I. In my defense,
I was already knew that Lars Guard was coming on.

(24:00):
Oh so I assumed everyone knew. Oh, okay, fair enough.
All right. We have Anne Marie on the phone on
line ten. She won the Burke Williams Certificate and a
Marie how you.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
I'm fantastic?

Speaker 8 (24:14):
Thank you?

Speaker 6 (24:15):
All right?

Speaker 2 (24:15):
And where you calling from?

Speaker 8 (24:18):
I'm calling from Altadina. But today's my birthday, so it's
a perfect.

Speaker 2 (24:21):
Wine happy birthday, little buddy.

Speaker 11 (24:28):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
What what do you do for a living?

Speaker 8 (24:32):
I'm a real estate agent?

Speaker 1 (24:33):
Wow?

Speaker 2 (24:34):
Two days in a row at the real estate agents. Yeah, guys,
have a lot of time on your hands.

Speaker 8 (24:39):
Huh.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
How about selling homes? Is that the something you should
be doing right now?

Speaker 11 (24:47):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (24:48):
Well, I just got finished with this showing and I'm
heading back to Altadena, and of course I'm listening to
you guys, and so I figure, why not I could
use some Burke William.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
Hey, if you were my real estate agent here and
you were going to sell my home in Burbank, I
would I want to have a conversation with you about it.
Here's how it go. Okay, Hey, hey and Marie, it's
Tim Conway from Burbank.

Speaker 8 (25:11):
How are you? I'm fantastic, Tim. When are you getting
ready to sell?

Speaker 2 (25:16):
Well? It's you know, you know what? We got everything
repaired and everything all set and all painted and everything.
And I and I know you're you're my gal, but
I'd love you to spend more time selling the house
and not winning stuff on radios. I can do both,

(25:36):
I imagine you can. Where do you sell most of
the homes in the valley?

Speaker 11 (25:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (25:42):
All over I've got I've actually got a lot in
Alta Dina. I've got a home in Alta, Dina coming up.
The house I just showed was in North Hollywood.

Speaker 3 (25:51):
So we're North Hollywood, sat Tuma.

Speaker 2 (25:57):
And what is that going for? How much?

Speaker 5 (26:01):
A million?

Speaker 8 (26:01):
Two?

Speaker 2 (26:02):
How big?

Speaker 7 (26:03):
Is it?

Speaker 2 (26:03):
Nine square feet?

Speaker 8 (26:06):
Yeah? No, it's a duplex.

Speaker 2 (26:09):
Actually, okay, that's a pretty good price for duplex, right yeah.

Speaker 8 (26:13):
Yeah, absolutely for North Hollywood definitely?

Speaker 2 (26:16):
Is it Valley Village or North Hollywood?

Speaker 8 (26:19):
North Hollywood?

Speaker 2 (26:22):
And how many homes a year? What's your best year?

Speaker 8 (26:28):
Last year was fantastic. Me and the team sold thirty
seven homes.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
Wow, you guys cleaned up.

Speaker 8 (26:36):
Yeah, last year was a good year.

Speaker 11 (26:38):
Here.

Speaker 8 (26:38):
It's been a little crazy with the fires and the
tariffs and stock market, but we're hopeful.

Speaker 2 (26:45):
What's what's your real estate company.

Speaker 8 (26:49):
Selling? La luxury?

Speaker 2 (26:52):
Oh, so you guys do high end stuff.

Speaker 8 (26:57):
We do everything.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
Luxury is a clue that you guys do high end
stuff too. What's the most expensive home you have listed
right now.

Speaker 8 (27:09):
That we have listed? Gosh, probably about seven million right now.

Speaker 2 (27:18):
Wow, that's not a duplex in North Hollywood a bed, No,
that is not. And our people and I hate to
be insensive here, but I think people want to know this.
Are people selling their property in Altadena that we're in
the fire?

Speaker 8 (27:34):
Yeah, we've had about almost one hundred sold. Now we
have about Yeah, we have about I think sixty on
the market right now and a couple in escrow.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
So that the community is going to change the it'll
change the complexion of the entire community.

Speaker 8 (27:53):
It will. We're seeing both developers and end users, meaning
you know, people that are going to buy to rebuild
for themselves and live there. We're seeing both, but a
lot the majority of the of the lots that have
sold have been from developers. Developers are buying them unfortunately.

Speaker 2 (28:13):
Okay, So so Altaden is going to look like a
brand new town in five years.

Speaker 8 (28:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
Absolutely, It's going to be a high end place to live.

Speaker 8 (28:24):
It depends. Some developers are thinking about doing high end
you know, like a larger home, but a lot of
them are thinking about doing either a duplexa triplex, or
even a four plex.

Speaker 2 (28:36):
Oh wow, Okay, all right, Well, it's interesting times in
Los Angeles. What are the current rates?

Speaker 11 (28:44):
Do?

Speaker 2 (28:44):
I mean to pepper you with all these questions, but
I'd love to talk about real estate what are the
current rates for mortgage?

Speaker 8 (28:51):
It's around six and a half. It all, you know,
depends on your fight Go score and your debt to
income ratio and you know, things like that, but it's
around six and a half.

Speaker 2 (28:59):
My FICO, my credit score is three eighty five. Is
that a good score?

Speaker 4 (29:05):
We can get that up.

Speaker 8 (29:06):
I've actually got a company that can help us get
that up for you, and that will make you a
stronger buyer.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
Really, what's what? What should ideally be at?

Speaker 8 (29:16):
Over six fifty?

Speaker 2 (29:17):
Oh my god, six fifty? What do you think this is?
You know, doing radio? Yeah, it's a whole history of
not paying bills. That's how you get that three eighty five?
All right? Selling selling?

Speaker 10 (29:30):
What is it?

Speaker 2 (29:31):
Selling? La luxury?

Speaker 8 (29:33):
Selling? Yeah, selling la luxury? All right.

Speaker 2 (29:36):
I hope you you do well and go to Burke Williams.
Enjoy yourself.

Speaker 10 (29:41):
Thank you.

Speaker 8 (29:41):
I appreciate it, all.

Speaker 2 (29:42):
Right, thanks little buddy. Okay, all right, there she goes
and Marie we have how about that? Tell you two
days in a row. There have been real estate people
to Pangaitanya is that what her name for me? Yesterday
to Panga Tanya and now Anne Marie. Everybody's in the
Real Estate game. I'm real, all right, real live. We're
watching this story here in Santa Anna. Three people were

(30:06):
stabbed outside of a high school. It's a horrible story.
One person was killed and two are I think listed
in stable condition. We're gonna have an update. We'll go back.
