Speaker 1 (00:01):
So there's over forty one thousand hours of unreleased January
the six tapes. I'm talking about video evidence of what
happened in and around the capital on January the six.
Tucker Carlson released about thirty minutes. And what happened is
it completely blew up the January sixth narrative that it
(00:21):
was this big insurrection and a whole bunch of other
crap they were lying about. I want you to imagine
being in jail, being held treating like you're a terrorist,
knowing that there's forty thousand, nine hundred ninety nine hours
and thirty minutes of tapes that have not been released,
and just thirty minutes of those tapes being shown blows
(00:44):
up the entire narrative. There's a whole lot of Department
of Justice prosecutors that should get reported to state bars
for prosecutional misconduct based on the tapes that we saw
last night. And that's just after thirty minutes of tapes.
It's also, and this effect a constitutional requirement to disclose
(01:07):
evidence that mitigates the guilt of the accused. They didn't
do that. When I say they, I'm talking about the DOJ.
Hunter Biden is a guy that can do business with
Russian oligarchs, have meetings within the vice president and nothing happens.
But you show up on January the sixth, you're treat
as a terrorist, the same as nine eleven, and the
(01:30):
evidence is withheld from you and your lawyers in the
in the in the eyes of you know, and under
the disguise of it's a national security issue. And now
we have those tapes. Now I'm gonna play for you,
Tucker Carlson last night. Look some of that you're not
going to be able to see. I would encourage you
to go back and actually watch it, but you're gonna
be able to fall along. And when I need to
fill it in for you what's actually happening, I will
(01:51):
do that. But this is another example of why you
should never trust your government, especially the deep state, because
they will lie to you about everything. Take a listen.
We're about to show you surveillance footage from inside the
United States Capital. The images you'll see were recorded twenty
(02:11):
six months ago today on January six, twenty twenty one.
Until now, politicians have kept this tape hidden from the public.
There is no legitimate justification for that, and there never
has been On January six, two years ago, thousands of
protesters walked from a Trump rally on the Ellipse outside
the White House to the US Capital, where the certification
(02:32):
of the presidential election was underway. The protesters were angry.
They believed that the election they had just voted in
had been unfairly conducted, and they were right. In retrospect,
it is clear the twenty twenty election was a grave
betrayal of American democracy. Given the facts that have since
emerged about that election, no honest person can deny it.
(02:53):
Yet the beneficiaries of that election continue to lie about
what is now obvious. The real crime, they will tell
you again and again, is not what happened on Election
Day twenty twenty. The real crime is what happened two
months later, on January sixth, when Donald Trump led an
insurrection against the duly elected American government. To prove that
(03:14):
claim and to divert attention from the details of the
presidential election itself, Democrats and Congress impaneled what they called
the House Select Committee on the January sixth attack. The
point of that committee was to prevent Donald Trump from
running for president again. In December of last year, committee
members voted unanimously to refer Trump to the Department of
Justice for criminal prosecution. Mission accomplished, but what the committee
(03:38):
did not do was explain what happened inside the Capitol
on January sixth, Three weeks ago. Thanks to the new
Republican Speaker's office, we gained access to thousands of hours
of surveillance video that helped answer that question. The January
sixth Committee had access to this very same tape and
watched much of it. But as we're about to show you,
(03:59):
committee members lied about what they saw and then hid
the evidence from the public, as well as from January
sixth criminal defendants and their lawyers. That is unforgivable. Whatever
you think of Speaker Kevin McCarthy, he rectified that crime,
and we are grateful that he did. Before we show
you the tape, a few words on the process. Our
producers had unfettered access to the capital surveillance video. Neither
(04:22):
the Speaker's office nor our bosses at Fox News interfered
in any way with our investigation of the forty thousand
or so hours of tape. Most of it turned out
to be irrelevant. Static shots of empty rooms, in some
cases far from the Capital itself to find relevant videotape.
Our producers were given use of Capital computers with advanced
(04:43):
mapping software that made it easy to find what we
were looking for. What we didn't have was access to
facial recognition software, and that was significant. For more than
two years, we have wondered why some in the crowd
that day who seemed to be in setting violence were
never indicted for it. We assume these were federal agents
of some sort. We still assumed that, and in fact,
(05:04):
there were many examples of behavior we saw in those
tapes that didn't seem to make sense. Men and Cillian
closed holding doors open for protesters, escorting others through the capitol, etc.
We would love to know who these people were, but
as of tonight, we don't know. And because we don't know,
we're not going to put their faces on the screen
and suggest they were federal agents. That would be irresponsible.
(05:25):
So there were many mysteries we could not solve. Among them, unfortunately,
is the shooting of Ashley Babbitt. From the evidence we have,
the publicly available evidence, it seems clear that Babbitt was
murdered by a Capitol Hill police officer called Michael Byrd.
Actually Babbitt was unarmed, she was shorter in stature than average,
She posed no conceivable threat to anyone. But beyond that
(05:45):
we can only speculate about what happened. There were no
security cameras near the speaker's lobby where actually Babbitt was killed.
And one more thing, virtually no one in Washington, Republican
or Democrats, certainly not in the news media, wanted to
see this tape release tonight. That's why it's remained hidden
for more than two years. In recent weeks, the usual
hyenas in Congress and on cable news have been howling
(06:08):
about we are putting lives at risk by showing this
tape to the public. Given that these are the very
same people who support open borders and defunding the police,
it is hard to take their complaints seriously. But we
do take security seriously, so before airing any of this video,
we checked first with the Capitol Police. We're happy to
say their reservations were minor, and for the most part,
(06:29):
they were reasonable. In the end, the only change that
we made was in blurring the details of a single
interior door in the Capitol building. You're unlikely even to
notice it when we show you, and we are confident
it does not affect a reporting with that. Here's the
video doesn't answer every question from January sixth, far from it,
but it does prove beyond doubt the Democrats in Congress,
(06:53):
assisted by Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney, lied about what
happened that day. They are liars. That is inclusive, and
that fact should prevent them from ever being taken seriously. Again,
We're gonna get inside with footage that shows you what
was actually happening inside the Capitol. The footage does not
show an insurrection or a riot in progress. Instead, it
shows police escorting protesters for the building, including the now
(07:17):
infamous Qwan on Shaman Watch. These are the pictures you've
seen of January sixth, But it turns out there's quite
a bit of video you haven't seen, and that video
tells a very different story about what happened on January sixth.
More than forty thousand hours or surveillance footage from in
(07:38):
and around the Capitol have been withheld from the public,
and once you see the video you'll understand why take
it as a whole. The video record does not support
the claim that January sixth was an insurrection. In fact,
it demolishes that claim, and that's exactly why the Democratic
Party and its allies in the media prevented you from
seeing it. By controlling the images you were allowed to
(08:00):
view from January sixth. They controlled how the public understood
that day. They could lie about what happened and you
would never know the difference. Sure that there was shock
at all, that we could charge as many people as possible.
The first thing you notice from viewing the full video
record of January sixth is just how many people entered
the Capitol building that day. Hundreds and hundreds of people,
(08:23):
possibly thousands, over the course of about two hours. The
crowd was enormous. A small percentage of them were hooligans.
They committed vandalism if you've seen their pictures again and again,
But the overwhelming majority weren't. They were peaceful, they were
orderly and meek. These were not insurrectionists. They were sightseers.
(08:43):
Footage from inside the Capitol overturns the story you've heard
about January sixth. Protesters queue up in neat little lines.
They give each other tours outside the Speaker's office. They
take cheerful selfies, and they smile. They're not destroying the capital.
They obviously veer the Capitol. They're there because they believe
the election was stolen from them. They believe in the system.
(09:07):
Here's the man you've heard referred to as the QAnon
Shaman outside the Senate Chamber. These are not rioters. These
are people who wandered over from a political rally. I'm
gonna head pause here, and I'm gonna come back. I
will continue to play this because it's that important. New
tapes have been released, and I think it's pretty clear
the government lied to us. If I was one of
(09:27):
these defendants, either A took a deal or B was
convicted of insurrectionism on January the sixth, I would definitely
be asking for these videos and I would be saying
I want another trial. I would have a lot of
problems with the DJ and the way they prosecuted and
apparently the video that was not able to be seen
(09:50):
by those are being cused of crimes. I think I
think what McCarthy's trying to do here is say, here
is the video. Let the American people see it, Understand
the narrative they lie. Understand that what you've been told
about January sixth is not true. I also have to
go back to what was said about the woman that
was killed. If you look at the video, the question was,
(10:12):
you know, was she not okay? Was she a threat?
Or was she not a threat to people? I think
it's pretty clear she was not a threat to people.
And that's just one of the problems here is that
she was not a threat and she was killed, and
why isn't there more accountability for that. She did not
possess a weapon and it was swept under the rock,
(10:33):
and I think there should be accountability for that. If
I was that family and I saw these tapes, would
I would be beyond furious that there not been a
real investigation into what happened that day. It seems to
be more or less a cover ups. That's the one person,
by the way, that died, right. There was another person,
by the way, Capital Hill policeman that died. That narrative
(10:54):
has also disappeared, so you know, all right, and let
me explain what I mean by that. We now have
video of that police officer walking around live, clearly healthy,
no problems, and we've seen it now after the January
sixth committee city he had already died so they were
lying about his death. His death was clearly after the
(11:16):
January sixth quote insurrection, another example of the lies from
the media and January sixth Committee on that day. On
this story, by the way, we're going to keep up
on it. I can promise you that we are going
to make sure that you know what's happening. We're going
to make sure you know what's going on. I don't
believe that this story is going to go away anytime soon.
(11:39):
Will also be clear, I can't imagine for a moment
that this story is going to go away anytime soon.
What I also know is the amount of corruption from
the Democratic Party covering this up is at a whole
new level, and they are willing to cover this up
at all costs. They are willing to make sure okay,
(12:00):
they are willing to make sure that this entire thing
just disappears. That if your January six insurrections, you're the
same as nine to eleven terrorists. They've said that, and
they will continue to say that. They have said it,
and they will continue to say it the entire January
the sixth. Trying to figure out the best way to
(12:24):
say this, because it's just so accurate con job by
the Democrats is now unfolding in real time. The video
has been released to Tuger Carlson. Tuger Carlson's seen the videos.
Tucker Carlson is now proving that the Democratic Party lied
to you about the insurrection, lied to you about the
anarchy and the Capitol, and lied to you about the
(12:46):
death of one of the women that was there that
was shot to death by Capitol police. He called it murder.
I'm going to continue to play what he had to
say about this. Take a listen. After the rally, they
walk down Pennsylvania Avenue, where organizers had secured a federal
permit to hold a legal rally on the grounds of
the Capitol. Once at the Capitol building, things began to
(13:06):
get chaotic. Capitol police officers fired tear gas into the crowd.
A few at the front of the herd broke windows,
someone opened the doors, and many hundreds of others just
walked in and at the center of it. The single
most famous person arrested that day was a Navy veteran
from Arizona called Jacob Chansley, often referred to as the
QAnon Shaman. The so called QAnon Shaman, QAnon Shaman someone
(13:30):
named q Shaman. Jacob Chansley became the face of January sixth,
a dangerous conspiracy theorist dressed an outlandish costume who led
the violent insurrection to overthrow American democracy. For these crimes,
Chansley was sentenced to nearly four years in prison, far
more time than many violent criminals now receive. What did
Jacob Chansley do to receive this punishment? To this day,
(13:54):
there is dispute over how Chansley got into the Capitol building,
but according to our review of the internal surveillance video,
it is very clear what happened once he got inside.
Virtually every moment of his time inside the Capitol was
caught on tape. The tape show that Capitol police never
stopped Jacob Chansley. They helped him. They acted as his
(14:16):
tour guides. Here's video of Chansley in the Senate chamber.
Capitol police officers take him to multiple entrances and even
try to open locked doors for him. We counted at
least nine officers who were within touching distance of unarmed
Jacob Chansley. Not one of them even tried to slow
him down. Chansley understood that Capitol police were his allies.
(14:39):
Video shows him giving thanks for them in a prayer
on the floor of the Senate. The indisputable facts recorded
on video, some of which has never before been seen.
With the depiction of Jacob Chansley that you've seen in
the media for more than two years, he's a terrorist.
They said he should be killed. Shoot him, shoot him.
It makes you wonder who are the violent extremist here,
(15:02):
not Jacob Chansley, and the video proves that. But she
would never have known from the media coverage. The people
sitting in the chairs need to be sitting in a
jail cell. Chansley is in a jail cell. He's been
there for months. If he was, in fact committing such
a grave crime, why didn't the officers who are standing
(15:22):
right next to him place him under arrest. Until now,
no one could even prove that even happened. But it did.
I will not ever trust our government again when it
comes to big moments like this. I'll never trust them
again on things like COVID and diseases. I will never
trust them again when it comes to corruption at the
(15:43):
highest levels. Now knowing that not one but two Russian
oligarchs who have given millions of dollars to Hunter Biden.
James Biden and the Biden crime family are still unsanctioned
right now, even as Australian the UK have sanctioned them.
Why are they not sanctioned right now with everything happening
with Russian and Ukraine? Because they have friends in high places,
(16:07):
In fact, the highest friend you can have in the land,
the President of the United States of America. When the
White House was asked again about that today, they said,
we don't answer questions about Hunter Biden. You'll have to
ask the family about that. We're just the White House.
Ask why they didn't sanction the Russian oligarchs who have
direct ties to Hunter Biden, James Biden, Joe Biden, who
(16:27):
dined with them at dinner as they were getting millions
of dollars into their accounts from Russia coming into the
Biden family accounts. They won't answer that question either. Why
would you not answer that question because you don't want
people to know the truth, that's why. But the majority
of people there were tourists taking pictures actually being escorted
(16:49):
around by police officers, including the scary man with a
horn hat on who was escorted all over the Capitol
by the Capitol police who never once arrested him or
tried to arrest him. Then he became public enemy number one.
He was trying to lead an insurrection. Want to hear
more of what Tuger Carlson said last night, He exclusively
(17:10):
from Speaker McCarthy has received unfeathered access to the tapes
of January the sixth. We're going to digest this surveillance
video from the US Capital in January sixth in pieces tonight.
We're going to show you a more in just a moment.
But first we're going to pause and bring in the
New York Post Miranda Divine, who's been on top of
the story from the very beginning. By the way, this
(17:30):
will be the front page of tomorrow's New York Post.
Randa Divine joins us. Now, Kanda, thanks so much for
coming on. So the disconnects between what they told us
happened inside and what we now know happened inside. Thanks.
The surveillance video is fast, but in the case of
Jacob Chancelly, it's very troubling, since his life has been
destroyed and he's in prison as we speak. Simple question,
how given that Jacob Chancey was wandering around with armed
(17:54):
police officers who appeared from the footage to be helping him.
Could he be indicted and conveyed? Did? And they not?
Like how does that work? Well, you know, it's very
sad because obviously you can see from the demeanor of
the police officers and from his own demeanor that he
was harmless, that they regarded him as harmless. You saw
(18:16):
him walk past about nine other police officers. They didn't
even give him, you know, a look, even though he
was dressed so garishly. He's obviously a performance artist and
was not posing any threat to anybody. You can see
where they help him open a door to go in
to the Senate chamber. And so why on earth was
(18:40):
that footage not used as exculpatory evidence in his trial.
This man is a spending almost four years in jail,
and naval veteran aged thirty three years old, and he's
just puzzled about it. You can see in that jail
house interview that you played that he is sort of
(19:02):
He says his regret is that he thought, because the
police officers were showing him around, that it was okay
that what he was doing was appropriate. And you can
see the way those people were walking through the Capitol,
as you say, you know, they are walking meekly, politely, queuing,
very peaceable, that they don't mean any harm. They are
(19:26):
treating the Capitol with reverence. That doesn't excuse the others,
the minority of the protesters who did break windows and
fight police and injure police and cause mayhem. But the
people who are now being picked up, and some of
them have been jailed without trial for months even years
(19:47):
on end, did not commit violence. They walked through open doors,
they were escorted by police. They felt that this was okay,
And I think Jacob Chansley is a classic example of that.
If I go to the door of a liquor store
in a uniform, police officer opens it for me, I
walk in, I take the money out of the till,
and then leave escorted by the police officer. He's an
(20:10):
accessory to the crime I just committed. I'm not attacking
the Capitol. Police were grateful for their help in getting
this video out, but that doesn't make any sense at all,
And the federal judge whoever saw this case doesn't seem
to have noticed. This seems insane to me, and I
don't know why no one is willing to explain it. Well,
clearly the Capitol Police, none of them. You have nine
(20:31):
or ten officers there. Do not think that there is
anything unusual about this guy with the fur hat and
the Viking horns and the face paint, wandering around the
corridors and walking into that then his Senate chamber that
had been evacuated. What we hear from the Capitol police
they tell us is that they were trying to de
escalate the crowd, de escalate any unrest, and so perhaps
(20:56):
that's what they were doing. They were completely outnumbered. I
don't really blame the Capitol Police. All they were trying
to do was keep people calm and happy. They were
betrayed by Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell, who refused the
repeated requests by the Capitol Police Chief Stephens sunned in
(21:16):
the days before and several times on the day of
January sixth, for backup for National Guard. That is the
most inexplicable part of this story. It is, and in fact,
tomorrow we're going to have an interview with the Capitol
Police officer in charge of the sector where this took
place inside the Capitol explaining what happened, and it's shocking.
(21:38):
I appreciate Maranda Divine, you're coming out saying thank you
this narrative, and I think Marina Divined an excellent job
of really explaining it, the narrative that you just explained. Look,
there are definitely some people that day that did some
bad things. There were definitely some bad actors, no doubt,
Okay that happened, that there were bad actors. One hundred percent.
Couldn't agree more. Right, There was again very clear that
(22:02):
there were people that made mistakes that day and they
deserve to be prosecuted for crimes. But there were many
others that did not do things that were wrong that
day that have been treated like terrorists. Remember the Democratic
Party said that these were domestic terrorists and if you
didn't agree with them, then you were an anarchist. That's
also something else that you need to understand. If you
didn't go along with a narrative that January the sixth,
(22:24):
was everyone there, everyone in that city that day, everyone
that was a part of that day was a domestic terrorist.
Then you were supporting terrorists. You were one and the same.
You were no different, right, you were no different. Well,
now we understand that this is different. Now we understand
this is actually very different. Right now, we understand this
(22:47):
is nowhere close to what they were describing it as
early on. I will never I want to say this again,
trust my government again on these issues. I believe they
lie whenever they can. I want you to imagine for
a moment that on January the six, you're inside the Capitol.
You've worked there as a police officer for more than
(23:08):
twenty years, and I want you to imagine that you're
having to decide what are you going to do to
protect the members of Congress that are being trapped as
the quote insurrection is happening. I want you to imagine
that you think, at that moment, when people aren't responding
on their radios, that's some of your friends, your colleagues,
(23:30):
are actually being trapped, and that you need to go
find them and get them. I want you to imagine
at the same time, your job is to make sure
that all of the senators on the Senate side are safe,
and that you evacuate them to make sure that they
are safe. And I want you to imagine that you've
got to go out into the crowd, the same crowd
(23:51):
that you're hearing all this chaos coming from and you're
afraid that they may attack you, but you're willing to
risk your life, not knowing what's actually happening out there,
to go and find your friends, your colleagues, and to
try to save their lives. I want you to imagine
having to deal with all that while thinking how do
I get there, how do I go find my friends,
(24:13):
and what are my options? And then you have an idea.
You have an idea to blend into the crowd by
putting on a Maga hat as a police officer who
actually voted for Joe Biden. That's exactly what happened on
January sixth. There was a police officer that had been
there for more than twenty years serving his country. He's
(24:34):
not a Republican. He voted for Joe Biden, but he
understood his job that day was to protect all members
of Congress, specifically those on the Senate side. He had
to make the decision, the call to basically abandon the
Senate and to get all of those members of Congress
to safety by evacuating them. He also then had another problem,
(24:55):
couldn't find some of his colleagues, his friends, and he
knew he needed to help them, and he was worried
about them, and so he had options. None of them
were good options, but they were options, and one of
them was to grab a Make America Greatagan hat to
try to blend into the crowd, and that's what he did.
It's a brilliant move. I like to think that in
(25:17):
moments of crisis, I'm pretty cool, calm and collected. I'll
be honest with you. I don't know if I would
have thought of that if I was a Capitol police officer.
It's a very smart move. It's something that American soldiers
have actually been taught and trained to do during World
War Two and other wards like World War One. If
you are behind enemy lines and you can get your
(25:38):
hands on a uniform of the enemy, you might want
to wear that uniform to survive. That's in essence, what
this police officer was doing that day. He couldn't take
his uniform off, and he knew that wasn't an option.
But what he did know was to work with a
crowd to de escalate the situation. It might help if
(25:58):
he threw on a MAGA hat. That may be one
of the most brilliant police moves of January the six
So was this minority African American man who had given
up twenty plus years of his life and literally risked
his life on the day of January the sixth. Was
he rewarded for his I would argue heroic actions. No, instead,
(26:26):
he was fired. How do we know this because of
the tapes that are coming out finally, the same tapes
that have been silenced and not allowed for any of
us to be seen for the last two years plus
of what actually happened on January the six We also
know for a fact now that Democrats altered tapes and
(26:46):
added sound like a soundtrack to tapes that they use
in their prime time made for TV January six kangaroo
court hearings, you know, the same ones where Nates Plussy
didn't allow actual Republicans to be on the committee. He
said no. Instead, they found fake Republicans, liberal Democrats like
Liz Cheney and Adam Kensinger who happened to get a
(27:07):
job at Scenn right afterwards, to be the fake Republicans
on the committee. And they knew they were relying to
the American people when they were playing these tapes. They
knew that what they were showing you was a lie
because they knew they were the ones that altered the tapes.
They knew that they were the ones that decided to
change the tapes so that you would believe that it
(27:29):
was nine to eleven, that it was a true and
genuine and massive insurrection. The majority of the people they
were trying to burn down the building and kill everybody. Well,
the tapes show there actually was not a significant amount
of that going on. In fact, the overwhelming majority of
the people in the Capitol didn't trash the capital, didn't
destroy the capital, didn't ruin the capital, didn't light on fire,
(27:50):
and didn't try to kill police officers. They didn't try
to bash in police officers heads using as Democrats described,
fire extinguishers. All this was made for TV so that
you would hate Donald Trump, and you would hate the
Republican Party and you'd vote for the Democrats. That's now
what we know. And Democrats are furious, and even establishment
(28:12):
Republicans are furious that we're getting to actually see this tape. Now,
before I get to the story in his own words
of this police officer that was fired for doing his job,
I want you to hear how the establishment is reacting
to Tucker Carlson putting these tapes out just night one,
showing the American people what we should have seen all along.
(28:34):
They're now all coming after him, and they're all trying
to cancel him because he's the messenger that got the
tapes and is just showing the American people the tapes,
by the way, that were recorded on servers that you
paid for as an American taxpayer, on cameras that you
have paid for as an American taxpayers at your building
that you own as an American taxpayer. And the people
(28:56):
that aren't actually wanting you to see these tapes are
people that are paid for their salaries or staffs, their
office buildings, their retirement accounts, their healthcare benefits by you,
the taxpayer, but you can't see it. Instead, they did
what they would do in a third world country, in
Russia and China, in Cuba, the list goes on and
(29:16):
on Venezuela, they change alternative and manipulated videotapes to fit
the narrative, which is that every Republican out there is
the worst person in the world, and that we're all
insurrectionists and that we're the equivalent of Al Qaeda jihadis.
On nine to eleven. All right, I'm gonna tell you
more about this in a second, but I do need
to tell you about our friends at August of Precious Medals.
(29:36):
If you've been saving for a long time for retirement,
you know that you need to protect your money, and
one way to do that is with a gold ira.
I'm excited about telling you about a company that I
actually use. I have actually worked with August of Precious Medals.
They are different because they will even tell you if
a gold ira isn't your answer, they give you just
(29:59):
the acts. Now, a gust of Precious Metal is all
about protecting your ira and your four oh one k.
They're great people a great conservative company. They're great people
at a great conservative company. They understand right now that
it's crazy with our economy and it's extremely important, especially
(30:19):
if you're close to retirement, to protect your assets because
there's no time to make up losses. So if you've
saved one hundred thousand dollars or more, then you should
take a look at their free guide, and you should

gold iras and your four oh one K. Check them

your hard earned assets when you get really close to retirement.
Eight seven seven four the number four gold IRA eight

ten years. That's Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Eight seven
seven four gold IRA. Now, and what's the establishment doing?
They're trying to shut down in silence and get Tucker
Carlson taken off the air for showing us the tapes
of a day which they said that must be investigated.
But they don't want you to see the tapes of
that day that they claim their investigating, because we will
(31:23):
now know their investigation was a hoax. Take a listen
to just the opening of night two of Tucker Carlson's
show and the response to everyone coming after him. Last night,
we aired video from surveillance cameras on Capitol Hill. That
video was recorded twenty six months to the day before
(31:44):
January six, twenty twenty one, and for twenty six months
that footage was held from the American public. The January
sixth Committee made certain now the Just Department also kept
a lid on that video footage, and in fact, in
some cases DJ did not share it with criminal defendants
(32:05):
who'd been charged on January six and violation their constitutional rights.
So we felt it was a public service to bring
what we could to you. There was no justification for
keeping the secret any longer, and a powerful argument to
be made that sunlight is always in everywhere the best disinfectant,
and in fact, because it was video evidence, it is
(32:25):
to some extent self explanatory. Anyone could look at the
tape and decide what he or she thinks of it.
So the tape we showed last night indicated very clearly
that Capitol Hill police in some cases escorted protesters through
the Capitol as if they were giving a tour. They
did that with Jacob Chansley, the so called QAnon Shaman.
At one point they even tried to open locked doors
(32:46):
on Chansley's behalf. Chansley was sentenced to four years in
prison for his crimes in the Capitol on January sixth,
And the video we showed you last night raises the
obvious question why on what grounds the video showed you
last sign also showed that Officer Brian Sicknick was not
beaten to death with a fire extinguisher by protesters on
(33:08):
January sixth, as the media and Liz Cheney so often claimed.
The video show Signic walking around the building apparently in
good health after he was supposedly killed. We showed you
that video. You can make of it what you will.
We also showed you video that proves Ray Apps, the
mysterious protester who encouraged others to breach the Capitol, lied
(33:30):
to the January sixth committee about where he was on
that day, but for some reason, the committee protected him anyway.
He was not considered an insurrectionist. He was their ally.
So once again, you can draw whatever conclusions you like
from that video. We have hours and we shared them
with you. But it's really beyond debate that it is
good for this country, for Americans to be able to
(33:50):
see it. The media and politicians, the people in charge
have talked about January sixth every day since it happened,
for twenty six months, and so at some point the
evidence should be presented to the public. In free countries,
governments do not lie about protests as a pretexting a
more power for themselves. They don't selectively edit videos for
(34:10):
propaganda services and then lie about them in fake hearings
and show trials. But that's exactly what happened, and every
member of Congress should ask why that happened. But Democrats
in the Senate, the Democratic leader in the Senate, Chuck Schumer,
is not asking why. Instead, Chuck Schumer went on the
Senate floor today to explode and to say that showing
(34:32):
that video evidence of wrongdoing by the federal government, including
the security forces, the police Department that Nancy Pelosi personally controlled,
letting the public see any of that is a threat
to democracy. I want you to just think about this.
By the way, you have a Senate majority leader who
is telling you that you seeing your videos that you
(34:56):
paid for on your servers from the cameras that you
paid for. It is a threat to our democracy because
you're getting to see what actually happened instead of the
lies and the propaganda they put together. Now we know
it as a fact. Now this isn't up for debate
that the videotapes were in fact altered. They were altered
(35:16):
for the made for TV January six. We know that
b roll or I should say sound effects were actually shown.
We know that videos of certain people running through the
halls never happened. That's what we know. And you have
a Senate Majority leader that's angry that you're getting to
see it. Why is the question everyone needs to be asking.
