We also discuss science, a field—like journalism—that is supposed to be working in pursuit of truth. Then we return to the question of AI, and whether two pieces out this week that suggest a moratorium, or something stronger, are the right approach. Finally: Do male armadillos, like all the rest of mammals who have been studied, get erections during REM sleep?
