This week I turn 50. Instead of balloons or cake, I’m marking this milestone by sharing five truths that feel carved into me now. Call it my 5 for 50. These are the lessons I’m carrying into this next decade—about boundaries, embodiment, reciprocity, friendship, and trusting the timing of my life.
