(00:03):
Yay networks. Someday I've write abook called Helped Fudge Saved My life.
You can write a cookbook that's justrecipes that helped you gain weight and it's
all just fudge. Well home, back to Judge Mayhem. Welcome back,

(00:25):
Hannah. Yes, while you weregetting ready to record in the other room,
okay, I was doing some experimentation. Okay, and I think I've
made a dislovery. What did youdo? I found through my experiments that
if I press my mustache stubble intothe front of the measure phone, I

(00:51):
can feel the stubbles entering the holesof the measure phone. Okay. My
number one takeaway from that is,note to self, don't ever switch the
microphones. Why I need to puta little piece of tape on this one
that says this one is mine, that one your staminated. It just it

(01:12):
feels really cool. That's so cool. It feels like I'm becoming a part
of the micon. That's nice.I'm glad that you're interacting with the world
around you. Yeah, you hada whole lot of physical touch. Yeah.
In my everyday environment, you're nottouching a lot of things though.
That was nice. I'm able totouch something that like, uh, Hannah,

(01:36):
fall is in the air. Okay, Yeah, I'm trying to find
a nice natural way to get intoour first topic. But that has nothing
to do with the first topic.Experiment was a sway in the miss and
then fall is in that one didn'tget me for every needed to tell you
always do this. We like brieflydiscuss what we're going to talk about,

(01:57):
and then Shane goes off top.I would like to suggest that from now
on you begin the episodes and justget us into what we need do I
would just get us into it.Hey everyone, lately we've been doing this
new form, this new you know, series of short form videos reels TikTok's

(02:17):
YouTube shorts, the vertical videos, yeah, the short ones that are a
little like jokes yehsically And I hadan idea for a series like a year
or two ago that we just wrotedown never did it. This is what
we don't talk about in section onetoday. We want to tell you about
that's been like, it's been reallyfun. But yeah, and also get
your input on if you've been enjoyingthem or yeah, Unless your answer is

(02:42):
no, then we don't want tohear from you. We only want positive
feedback, So it split this ideathat you had a long time ago.
It's been on our idealists forever.Yeah, and it's one of those ideas
that we write down. But itinvolves a bit more effort than just a
regular sit down video. Oh itdoes. I'm doing like costuming. I

(03:06):
saw a comment on one though thatwas like, outfit changes would be better.
I was like, sir, weare in a parking lot. Where
would I change my outfit? Anyway, the idea for this series was when
we get horrible comments, I wouldsay to Shane like a mad like,
these people would never say this inperson to us. Imagine any of these
people saying out loud what they're typingin our YouTube comments. And it's alone

(03:31):
is a very interesting thing to thinkabout. Yes, like every video that
we've ever published receives anywhere from adozen two hundreds of heinous, yeah,
horrible comments about us. But we'venever received any of those in person,
never once, and I don't thinkwe ever will truly like, yeah,

(03:54):
cold hearted, confident as hell.Yes, individual who's like nope, I'm
in the dull one. But Idid this disability and makes them like a
right, don't lose their baby, idiot. Yeah, but you know,
it's funny because we have met somany people who enjoy our videos, and
we'll come up to us the statisticallywe have been in the same space as

(04:16):
people who have left those comments.Yes, like there's no way that we
haven't, and no one has beenbrave enough to say it shot her,
shot her that shrolls in. Yeah, just told her did in direct people,
Yes, who believe these terrible familiesaren't brave enough to I'm say in
person, no, So this ideawas meant to I'm also a lot tallerant

(04:38):
person. They're probably terrified. Yeah, they're like she they see me and
they're like, oh shit, shelooks like she could drop kick me and
end my life. Because everyone thatwe meet always says that, like in
a nice you know, they'll belike, oh, wow, you're so
much taller than I thought. Butthose people are probably like, oh,
she's a lot taller than I thought. Hurt me. I'm taller than them,

(04:58):
yeah for sure. So yeah, this idea was you know, meant
to like show that further right ifpeople did say the horrible family is a
day right, you know, hobagsin real life. So we have been
filming ourselves in a normal situation. The first one was at a bookstore yep.
The second one where was the secondit was like sitting in the middle

(05:23):
of a mall, like at atable and chairs. And then the third
one was in a parking lot atTrader Joe's. Yes, And in all
of those we're having a normal conversation. And then I in a disguise that
is just a baseball hat and bigglasses. It's such a simple, a
dumb yeah. Yeah, it worksso well for a leg stroll. You

(05:45):
don't probably very raddish and like Ijust put a hat on someone that's like
trying to be slot. It's myit's my acting skills that make me look
sly and raddish because I'm incredible atit. And I walk by and I
say, I read like there's acomment on the screen, and I say
it allowed to us a real hometthat we've been left, yes to hand

(06:06):
it like you know, interprets that, oh I do shoot out as an
individual saying that the us the firstone was sick, people should die.
That wasn't the first one we filmed, uh, Like Candra said people of
should Die was almost impossible to getto. I laughed so hard every time.

(06:26):
You were getting so annoyed, andthen Abe, we were like giddy
about the idea. Yeah itself, but you found the whole concepts hilarious,
but being in the middle of areal bonus and noble and I had to
say it loud enough for that camera, Like I had to say it so
loud so people don't know that we'refilming a funny series all day here is

(06:49):
a woman by a disabled man andsay people have should die again. Because
that I keep laughing. Thanks, really, I mean we are very very
kind of a layer and hanscious ofbeing rude in public. Gambiab not scious.
But we were tucked in the corner, there was no one around.

(07:12):
We made sure that like we weren'tactually doing this small dier people. There's
just the idea that someone might comeinto the back of the bookstore and see
and you hear me say that Iinvent you to laugh so many times I
didn't bet the end. That wasactually annoying. You know, you always
get annoyed when we're doing stuff likethat because I can't say things with the
straight like I nailed it eventually, but only because you got actually mad and

(07:33):
I had to be like, okay, he's getting mad, rein it in
be serious. But we nailed it, like you nailed the act there,
thank you. I did my reaction, Ye was grammy and Grammy red.
That's not I guess. So wenailed it. So we had all this

(07:54):
like confidence. So we went upstairsin the mall. Yeah, film number
two right down, Yeah, andlike that one, there were raven more
people around, but it was likeannoys year, busier environment, so we
didn't feel sindled out by from inthere. And you really came into your
own in video number two, Thankyou. It was because there were a
lot of people around and we hadto do it in one take. I

(08:16):
was like, I'm not doing thismultiple times. The camera being set up
was conspicuous. It was just myphone, but even so I was like,
this is embarrassing. Video number twothe Hannah as the troll says,
this year has a Stephen Hawk andFettige, Yeah, which we get that
comment every day. That was funny. Yeah. And then the last one

(08:37):
was the traitor Joe's parking lot,and then that one I had to walk
by and say what's his life insurancepolicy? They not annoyed me a little
bit because the idea of the commentwas that obviously, yeah, I must
have a big life insurance policy tojustify why Hannah is married to and I

(09:00):
said it that way. I waslike, what's his life insurance policy?
Exactly? Wink wink. So thetakeaway here is that people rolls. I
think that Hannah is a old diggerto like explay the way the fact that
a non disabled woman is married toa disabled man. Yeah, that's offensive
and rude and not severe parking fromthat. But a bunch of ms I

(09:22):
know were like, but does hehave life insurance? They were like everyone,
everyone should have life insurance. Likealso, though none of my friends
in our twenties have life insurance,Like, is this a thing that people
in their twenties have life insurance?I don't who has life insurance? Like
out of college? I'm just soconfused. I think it was a lot

(09:43):
of like parental types, Yeah, trying to be like giving some advice.
Yeah, Rich, we are veryaware of the benefits important life insurance.
You should know, disabled people havea very difficult time even get in life
insurance. There's one company that wouldgive you life insurance that we have talked
about for very expensive rates. Yeah, but like most assable people are not

(10:09):
able to I don't have one.Yeah, I don't have one. Like,
yeah, we should get on it. But also I don't know none
of my friends have it. Also, not the tone of the video,
not the point of the video videoVideA. Yeah, so we're dinna keep
making the series because vera having thema lot of fun doing it. Yes,

(10:30):
like it feels it's so fun,and it makes the comments seem even
more ridiculous than they seem when they'retyped out like it. It makes it
easier for me to be like,Okay, this is how absurd this is.
Yeah, yeah, and it turnsthat hatred that we're receiving ency positive
for us. Yeah, like ohgood, another horrible commu this perfect?

(10:52):
Yeah exactly, it's great. Sowe're doing let us know if you've let
those videos they're on Instagram here,on YouTube, shirts and on our TikTok.
We love them, but let usknow, or if you've ever like
seen a mean comment here and they'relike on the flagget from the go ahead,

(11:13):
that would be helpful. You'll startcommenting under horrible comments this one yeah,
don't don't believe me, and commentswe don't want it that badly.
But all right, all right, let's take a break and then we'll be
right back with some updates about mybody. Oh good, more of that.

(11:35):
The other day, Handle and Ihave a reminiscing on how wild it
is that I changed all of mydoctors when I moved out here to Minneapolis,
and that was a very annoying processwhere I basically just asked, and
even when I knew here for recommendationsfor a doctor, that was a hard
way to do it. That wouldhave made that so much easier. Zok

(11:58):

(12:48):
and we're ready to go with somewith an update about Shane's body. Yeah
great, what do you authentic is? Have you noticed that my fingers are
not visible? No? No,it's not that, and it's also not
inappropriate. Don't worry. Maybe ayear and a half ago we posted a
video about Shane's dangerous weight loss.It was a bit of a dire kind

(13:11):
of time. Yeah, it was. It was two years ago because it
was after your like annual doctor's likeday, and they weighed Shane there and
we realized that he had lost alot of ten pounds. Yeah, it
was a significant which for him islike fifteen twenty percent of his body weight.

(13:33):
It was a lot of his bodyweight. I was down to my
ever six pounds, so it wasit would be like the equivalent of me
losing forty pounds, like it was. It was a very significant amount as
little as I do, like everypound is regally important. Yes, so
that was a red flag back thenan adult there's very all like, yeah,

(13:56):
you need to pay attention to this. This is important. And we
knew that it had been from Shanedrinking his protein shakes less often. He
was having less of them just becausehe didn't really like them. We were
really busy and we were not makingtime for three meals a day. I
was sick, you were a cup. Yeah, like a time or two
you were sick, and like didn'tgain the weight back if you had lost

(14:18):
weight when you were sick. Itwas just a multitude of things. But
at the same time, it's alot easier for you to lose weight than
it is for you to gain weight. So it was concerning. So we
continue with our life. You know, we tried to be more mindful of
like you needing more meals, Imilk shades. But it wasn't. I
mean, this might not surprise you. It might, I don't know,

(14:39):
but I didn't like go all inon like fits. And yet I guess
I was gonna say that Shane refusesto eat anything sweet. So I would
be like Shane, if you justhave a like spoonful of ice cream twice
a day, like that's more caloriesthan not having that, And he would
not eat anything. Why would youever do that? And he still won't.

(15:01):
But it's so annoying because I'm like, you could so easily gain weight
if you would just keep the thingsthat help you gain weight. But the
other thing is that, like lifeHarreer, stuff didn't slow down. You
know, we always think it well, but it doesn't. So there wasn't
like a multitude of like extra hoursat ended point the added lights Marna.

(15:22):
So I was I'm mindful about it, but not like in a very intense
way. And then maybe a monthago, for whatever reason, I became
snatchish. Oh my god, didyou can care? Well? First,
I'll say you over the past year, yeah, or the past like it

(15:46):
was two years ago that you weighedin. It's just a year from then,
so like a year ago, sohalfway do you know what I'm saying?
But this is so difficult to sayabout a year years ago you were
too skinny. A year in youhad gained seven pounds, oh right,
And we were so excited, yes, but that was still low, you
know, like seven pounds under whatyou wanted to be your goal weight.

(16:10):
Yeah. So so, but youwere kind of stuck there like that was
that was you know, drinking moreshakes and that was pretty much it,
and you were stuck there and thenyou became snakish. Yeah, right,
so do you can care that abouta month or so ago I became snatchish.
Yes, I did paradigm shift.Yes. In my life, Hannah

(16:30):
and I had visited an orchard, which is probably not where you're expecting nuts
to go. I just ate anapple, and suddenly I didn't had enough
apples. No that you did.An orchard that opened in the fall every
year around here, and we wereperusum their little shop that they have.

(16:52):
It's our favorite place to go inthe fall. It's it's wonderful. They
have so many dips. Yeah, they have all kinds of things like mustards.
They have my favorite caramel dip thatI get every year. Apples obviously,
Apple said you're doing that stuff anyway. And they have fudge. I
didn't even yell that so exuberently, but they had fudge in a variety of

(17:17):
flavors and I as I do inenvironments like this, my eyes are always
bigger than I still make yes.I was like, hand, not,
I would love some fudge, andhand I was like, you don't how
to eat it? Like you're gonnahit one bite, story of your life
and you will never have it again. Rich to be fair, the last
ninety times I've produced fudge, that'swhat happens. I'm like, no,

(17:41):
this time, something feels different.I feel like the new person I needed
to get late. Why not likebuy some fudge? So I picked out
key fudges. Yeah, a raspberrychocolate and a peanut butter chocolate. The
raspberry chocolate was really the yes becauseraspberry chocolate is Shane's favorite combination. It

(18:03):
is the only like dessert type thingthat he is actually excited about. Peanut
butter is a close second. Itis I like sweets. I resented that
you said that a little bit.I don't. I don't like to eat
them in and mass he said herphrase, and mass kinda yeah, but

(18:27):
here and there I love that favoritehut. I feel like people who really
like sweets are going to be likeShane, you eating one Reess peanut butter
cup once a year on Halloween. Is not you liking sweets like it's I
get that you enjoy eating that reessonce a year. It's not the same
as being like, I love sweetslike you love beer cheese soup. Yes,

(18:51):
if I ate one bite of beercheese soup every year, I wouldn't
be like I like beer cheese souptoo. I think that you're mis cheffer.
Anyway, it doesn't matter if youhave never ordered a dessert at a
restaurant or purchased dessert to have it. Like you just don't like sweet.
That's okay, though, But youlike fudge. But I do like fudge,
and you have been working really hardto eat the fudge. So they

(19:11):
buy the fudge. We'd bring ithome, and that night, while we
were watching a movie, I askedhim out for the fights yep, and
time of just to prove that myjob not going to eat one bite and
never eat it again. I atelike five or shilp spites yea of the
fudge, a good amount of thethird of the fudge bar. I didn't

(19:32):
find myself becoming uncomfortable or unhappy.Oh my god, it's a miracle,
that's amazing. Yeah, So Iate the vedge. I was like,
Okay, I'm content. I lovedthe fudge. Happy. Yeah, it's
not happy about it? Oh mygod. So the next night I had
more fudge and two different flavors. You were I'm happy because it sounds like

(19:56):
I had drag in my own head, but like I'm not. I had
raspberry and chocolate I mean peanut butterbetter that night, probably like seven or
eight bites. And this has continued. Let's skip ahead. Every night for
the past month. I've eaten fudge, I've ehream Yeah it was. It
was chocolate sauce, Shane's favorite combination. I'm trying to get him to get

(20:22):
chocolate ice cream, and I boughthim raspberry sauce for the top, but
he has so far resisted, eventhough I bought it for him special.
I'm thinking I might put the raspberrysauce on my chocolate fudge that I have.
No Okay, you can do whateveryou want, but I think that
chocolate ice cream, I think youwill like it when you have it.

(20:44):
Yeah, Jerry's still out. Thepast few days, Hannah has been saying
to me, you're listen like bigger, yeah, like your ribs look left
protruding your arms look bigger, you'reyou know, yeah, your bubbles bigger.
It was mostly your butt, Itwas my bet. Yeah, you're
like your butts bad. And Iwas like, oh, like really,

(21:08):
so I allowed myself to be made, which is something I really don't like
to do. Yeah, not becauseit's like physically uncomfortable or anything, just
he doesn't like to know his weightbecause there's been bad news in the past.
Yeah, it's probably just a lowform of like emotional whatever trauma,
seum. I don't want to say, Sean. Yeah, I have had

(21:32):
a rough time with my bait throughoutmy life, so I acknowledge you the
hard truth of it is not fromYeah, and because you have been having
dessert, you've been doing everything youreally can. If it wasn't higher,
that's that's a huge letdown to belike, well, what am I supposed
to do? Pretty effort and eventhough it's a delicious effort, it is

(21:52):
effort, and I want to gain. So I'm like you have said,
anoledge me, I gained a bunchof may you gained like seven more pounds.
Yeah, I'm almost at my highestweight ever of my life. Yep.
Which and that was when you wereon a feeding tube. Yep.
So that's amazing. So I wasvery thrilled by that news. Yep.
And it only motivated you to eatmore fudge fudge every night. It snap

(22:18):
my new savior. Actually. Wow, So if you have like fudge recommendations,
I think we can make our own. You'd learned that, yeah,
I was last night. I wastried to find out how many calories are
in the fudge, the one thehigh buy. Yeah, but if we

(22:38):
make our own, will know sosure, and we can like fatten it
up, use whatever extra something.Someday I've write a book called Helped Fudge
Saved My Life. You can writea cookbook that's just recipes that helped you
gain weight and it's all just fudge, that beard, cheese, soup,

(23:00):
the SMA, diet bees and sauce. Yeah, all right, everyone,
that's the good news. We're veryhappy about that. But we're gonna take
you break. I'm gonna have somefudge and then we'll be right back.
Okay, we've told you about howmuch we love at a Whole a few

(24:30):
All right, we're back and we'regoing to tell you about a vacation
that we're taking soon. I justwant to say during that veray, I
did three more bounds. Oh mygod, I can't believe it. I'm
so excited for this vacation. It'slike my dream destination. Yeah. We've
gone there once before two years agoand I loved it. Didn't get to
go again last year, and wesomehow squeezed it in this year. We

(24:52):
were like, oh my god, this airbnb that I've just like, I
was looking at airbnb's in the area, like accessible ones, just for the
future for like a year or twofor now, and then we saw that
it was available when we didn't reallyhave anything. That's the dam was like,
I didn't you never writing around rightnow for some IVF stuff. Yeah,
and like we can't go to Launtil all that is figured out,

(25:14):
so we have some time over justlike yeah, ideal am, And we
were like, oh, you know, what is a trip to Derry County
County, Wisconsin. You may rememberthe videos that made you about it a
few years ago, but it isIdellic is the one that comes to mind
for me too. It's just likemy favorite destination if if you like East

(25:37):
Coast small towns autumns in autumn,I don't know, I like, yeah,
but County because we went in September. It's a very autumn Feline County.
It is. It's perfect in autumn. I'm sure it's great in summer
too, uh, but it's it'svery it's like such a wonderful spot that
there's orchards. Their thing is cherries. They like grow chairs there. It's

(26:00):
just so wonderful. I love it. And then and the water, Yeah,
you're right on this like very stingypeninsula up the top of a sponson
up above Green Bay. And it'ssupposedly, you know, coming out to
the autumn. Sam people from allover the world travel there in the fall.

(26:21):
They have a magnificent like fall colorchange. I don't know if we'll
be there during that. It mightbe, it might be literally might be
beginning, I'm sure, but I'mreally excited for that. And there's just
like a lot of fun accessible stuffto do there. There's that Eagle Tower

(26:41):
that we went on that was inour video if you saw it where it's
super super high up and they madeit accessible with a ramp all the way
up, which is amazing. Andthen it's closed and there are live eagles
then in the enclosure. So thepoint is can you get to the top
with your help? It's no,no, it just looks out over the

(27:03):
water and the beautiful trees. Theother fun didn't that we did, and
I'm curious if we will do itagain is the Sunset boat ride. No,
no, no, you happened likeit was our first night. It
was amazing. The boat was accessible, there was live music, and she
was so talented. It was wonderful. There were drinks, There were drinks.

(27:26):
There was a bar on the boat. Yeah. It was a little
boat too. It was like Parsonboat. Yeah, it was small,
not like a fairy which was partof the problem because they said, oh
boy, everyone, for some reason, this is the windiest, rockiest night
we've ever had. Like I swearthey said that. I think it was
like one time before it was thisfrock. Yeah. They were all very

(27:47):
like, this is not not atall. Yes, And the waves were
pretty intense and I am very proneto motion sickness, and I think I
had taken germ I mean before theboat ride. I'm not sure. Maybe
I didn't, well did you takeit right on the boat? But it
did not help, and I almostthrew up. I was so nauseous.
And then we had dinner reservations forlike an hour after and I was not
hungry. You say, so,I don't want to do the boat right

(28:11):
again, just in case it getswindy, I will say, beside the
fact that you are not failing.Well, yeah, I was having the
tea. You loved the boat andthe waves for you. You were like,
this is so yeah. For whateverreason, waves like that in a
boat, even when they're like prettysevere, don't feel like they're gonna like

(28:32):
flip my chair or like, andI'm terrified. I don't like boats.
I'm very scared of boats. It'sa very manageable motion for my body,
so it feels like you roll out. But I'm surprised you're not scared,
because you're so scared of like airplaneturbulence and I'm shafted into my chair.
I'm shopped in on the plane inmy heart seat. That's why I hate

(28:56):
