He complained the judge was being unfair by limiting the scope of questions he could ask. Then Glenn talks about the fate of 5 Proud Boys who are charged with various crimes in connection with the January 6th riots. They jurors who are still deliberating sent a note to the judge asking about the seditious conspiracy charge. Glenn explains even if the jury is hung - they will get another trial and another chance to flip on other insurrectionists.
