Speaker 1 (00:00):
Straight ahead on Real America.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Tonight, the consequences of the Schumer shutdown are about to
be on full display, folks, This as Secretary of Transportation
Sean Duffy announces that on Friday morning, over forty major airports,
we'll see a reduction in flights, resulting in massive delays,
backups at security.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
Checkpoints, and of course cancelations.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
Plus remember that judge that tried to stop the deportation
flight mid air of the illegal criminal alien Kilmar Obriga
Garcia that Democrats called a Maryland man. Well, now there's
a push to get him thrown off the bench and
a recipe for disaster. This is what happens when you
give thousands of illegal aliens who don't speak English a

(00:42):
commercial driver's license and access to a forty ton eighteen wheeler.
Deadly results.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
I'm Dan Ball and Real America starts right now.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
And if you're keeping count, this is day thirty seven,
thirty seven. It seems unbelievable to us that we've gone
this long. It is officially and shamefully the longest shutdown
in US history.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
You heard the Speaker of the House right there voicing
his frustration and the frustrations of millions of Americans with
a Democrat party that has been held bent on keeping
our federal government out of service for a record thirty
seven days. Republicans note, there's nothing to negotiate. It's a
clean continuing resolution or CR that was passed by y'all

(01:36):
on the left and right on September nineteenth. So what's
the big deal Democrats? It was merely the status quo
to keep the lights on. Actually, I wasn't thrilled about that.
I wanted to see some cuts. But the point being
is it was the same thing, and both sides of
the aisle agreed before, so why aren't they agreeing now?

(01:56):
Because Democrats turned it into a political games of working
for you and me, a game that has serious consequences.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
One point three.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Million active duty military personnel required to continue serving are
now at risk of missing their paycheck. This week, six
hundred and seventy thousand federal employees have been furloughed due
to the shutdown. Another seven hundred and thirty thousand essential
federal employees continue to work without a paycheck. Forty two

(02:25):
million SNAP recipients or food stamps. Those folks are at
risk of losing their benefits thousands of government employees now
are filling out claims for unemployment, not to mention the
millions billions of dollars that should have been put out
to help small businesses, which means they could have you know,
paid their people more, given raises, expanded their business. You see,

(02:47):
there's so many consequences all because Senate Democrats want to
extend and I know I say this almost every night
for thirty some days. They want to extend Obamacare subsidies
to ill legal criminal aliens. Meantime, here's another big one,
and this is going to get real dicey, folks, the

(03:07):
Federal Aviation Administration announcing that it's taking extraordinary steps of
trying to now reduce air traffic by up to ten
percent across forty high volume markets beginning tomorrow. You know
what that means, folks. The airport's affected are in more
than two dozen states, and these are some of the
busiest airports across the nation. Okay, we'll just hit a

(03:29):
few Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Orlando, Miami, San Diego, San Francisco,
New York, Houston, Chicago. That's good. There's forty of them. Why,
because you have air traffic controllers and TSA agents who
are working without a paycheck. They've been putting in mandatory overtime.
People are working six days a week. I mean they

(03:51):
are stressed out, they got fatigue. We could have a
problem here at thirty five thousand feet folks.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
Back to the SNAP.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
Those recipients are going to receive only up to sixty
five percent of their normal food stamps in November. The
Trump Miministration warned last month that food stamp payments would
not go out for November because of the ongoing shutdown. However,
a group of municipalities and nonprofit organizations sued, and a
federal judge in Rhode Island ordered the US to tap

(04:20):
into some emergency funds.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
Again, those funds are only going to cover a little bit.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
So we've got problems with SNAP, we got problems people
not getting their pay check, We've got problems in the air.
And Democrats appear in Bolden now because of a couple
wins they're calling huge wins. Yeah, in Blue Jersey, in
Blue California, in Blue New York, and in Blue Virginia.
So give me a break. So I don't know if

(04:46):
they're going to continue to hold our government hostage. I
thought if they got their wins, they'd reopen today. President
Trump refusing to meet with the Democrats, insisting reopen the
government and then I'll meet with you. He continues to
urge center Republicans to go nuclear and scrap the filibuster.
Then you'll need a simple majority one vote, don't need ten.

(05:08):
When it comes to that Speaker of the House, Johnson
points out that all the socialists pie in the sky
promises are smoking mirrors, and that guy in New York
is full of it.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
The Democrats have now set themselves on a collision course
in their own tent. If you look at Spanberger in
Virginia and Sheryl in New Jersey, they tried to run
as moderate pragmatists, that's how these self described. But there
will be no match for the coming communist wave taking
over their party. Right now, the energy is on the
side of the Marxists.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
Meantime, get this and this will take you back a
few months now. There is an ongoing effort to boot
a radical judge from the bench, and this is connected
to the Trump administration and his move to deport the
illegal aliens, which, of course, the illegal aliens is why
we're in the middle of a government shutdown because it

(06:00):
all goes back to free health care for them. So
let's talk about one of those illegal aliens that got
us so upset in this country for weeks and weeks.
Do you remember in March, US District Judge James Boseburg
ordered the Trump administration to immediately halt efforts to deport
certain illegal aliens from Venezuela. Try to turn the plane around.

(06:22):
Remember the plane was like mid flight. President Trump said, no,
the planes were over international waters, were not stopping them. Whatever.
In August, a three judge panel the US Court of
Appeals for the DC Circuit Court slapped down Boseburg's attempt
to determine if trumpministration officials were guilty of disobeying his orders.
The appeals court reversed Boseburg's April finding that there was

(06:46):
probable cause to believe the administration committed criminal contempt by
ignoring his verbal order to turn the planes around. I
think that Kilmar o'brega Garcia was involved in all this.
Remember the Maryland man. Yeah, well, guess what this is
the same judge. Okay, this is what you got to
pay attention to, the same radical judge that approved secrets

(07:08):
of poenas in gag orders for Special Counsel Jack Smith's
Arctic Frost investigation. We've been talking about where they targeted Republicans,
Republican lawmakers, conservative supporters of Trump, folks like this guy,
Texas Senator Ted Cruz, and even Texas Congressman Brandon Gill.

(07:29):
While this sparked GOP outrage, accusing Bosberg of abusing his
powers to surveil political opponents, he did. In response, Congressman
gil formally introduced articles of impeachment against Bosberg for abuse
of power.

Speaker 1 (07:46):
I love it so.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
Here now to comment not only on the possible impeachment
of this corrupt judge where he thinks he can just
dictate everything from the bench, but bigger picture, the shutdown
over ill legals and this whole mess that has been
going down in the swamp the last thirty seven days.
He's a member of the House Jusiarian Oversight committees. Texas

(08:08):
Congressman Brandon Gill back on the program. Brandon, nice to
see you. Well, you're the one going after Bosburg. I'll
let you pick the beginning. Would you like to start
with the longest shut down in government history?

Speaker 1 (08:21):
Or this corrupt judge up to you, sir.

Speaker 4 (08:24):
Well, we can jump into the shutdown right now.

Speaker 5 (08:26):
I hope that Democrats come to their senses and vote
for the same bill that they voted for thirteen times
in the past, including earlier this year, so that we
can keep the government open, keep the lights on, and
then we can have all of these policy debates that
we want to have. But listen, we're not going to
put ourselves in a hostage situation during a negotiation. It's

(08:47):
time to open up the government. Then we can have
policy discussions. And by the way, we're not going to
agree to give healthcare to illegal aliens.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
Yeah, thank you, you know.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
And look, you guys even took some grief from Republicans
on these seas over the last several months, right because
a lot of us, like me, Brandon, you know, off
off line.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
I've told you this before.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
I look at it as kicking the can down the road,
and I wish we would have cut cut, cut, cut cut,
So again, I don't know how they even have this
debate with you guys, or anybody in the media or
their constituents where they're blaming Republicans. Thirteen times you voted
for this and y'all aren't cutting anything. You just don't
want to give healthcare subsidies to illegal criminal aliens.

Speaker 5 (09:28):
You're exactly right there, Listen. We went out of our
way to pass a continuing resolution that Democrats would find palatable.
I don't like continuing resolutions. I don't think most Republicans
like them either. No, I'd love to see us pass
a budget that's filled with Republican or conservative priorities, that
cut spending, that does all kinds of great things. We

(09:49):
didn't do that specifically so that we could have those
debates later on, so that we could just.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
Keep the lights on in Washington.

Speaker 5 (09:55):
In other words, we went out of our way to
meet Democrats to keep this going, to get them something
they've voted for in the past. And they said no
to that because they are so far left that they're
willing to shut the government down to give taxpayer funded
healthcare subsidies to illegal aliens, and because they want to
refund state sponsored media like NPR and PBS, and because

(10:16):
they want to fund all kinds of left wing social
programs like LGBTQ awareness all.

Speaker 4 (10:22):
Over the globe.

Speaker 5 (10:22):
And we've said no, you know, there's nothing to negotiate here,
we put forward a clean, non political continuing resolution and
they said no. And now we're you're about to see
the consequences, especially as flights start getting delayed as or
you see air traffic get pulled back because we've got
air traffic controllers and TSA agents who have been working
for weeks now and haven't been paid because of the Democrats.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
Yeah, and they're strapped then I've heard. I mean, these
guys and gals are working six days, they're working ten
twelve hour shifts. You just don't have enough of them
to go around. So pretty much, Brandon, we should be expecting,
unless a miracle takes place in the next twenty four
to forty hours by this weekend, definitely by Monday, we're
going to see some issues at major airports unless these

(11:08):
dang Democrats work with Senate Republicans and reopen the government period, Right,
is what we're going to see.

Speaker 4 (11:15):
Yep, that's what we're going to see.

Speaker 5 (11:16):
And we know that that's coming, and Senate Democrats know
that that's coming as well.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
Glad I'm flying next week.

Speaker 2 (11:22):
Snap benefits, where are we at?

Speaker 1 (11:23):
There?

Speaker 2 (11:24):
Will some get paid half a quarter, three quarters, none?
What's going to happen with the food stamps.

Speaker 5 (11:29):
Well, the President has been clear that he wants to
continue getting these programs funded, that he's finding money from
other sources to fund these programs. But eventually, whenever our
appropriations lapse during a government shutdown, the money runs out.
You simply can't fund programs with money that doesn't exist,
that hasn't been appropriated. So that's the position that we're at.

(11:50):
President Trump is doing everything that he can to alleviate
any kind of pain whatsoever from this government shutdown so
that it doesn't impact the American people.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
But the Democrats don't care.

Speaker 5 (12:01):
They've said, they've been very clear that elapse in funding
for SNAP or for other federal benefit programs provides them
with leverage and negotiations. I think that's a kind of
a dark way to look at government negotiations, but that's
how they see it. I think that they're wrong there.
I think that the American people are going to see Listen,

(12:22):
this shutdown is because Democrats won't come to the table.
It doesn't give them more leverage, It just exposes them more.
But that's where we're.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
At, all right, brand I know you got to run.
But the last question is we'll end with the judge.
He went after you and Ted and a lot of
other Republicans. He helped Jack Smith with that bogus investigation.
Now you're taking it to him. Fill us in.

Speaker 5 (12:43):
Well, listen, this is a judge that was acting as
part of the Arctic Frost investigation. Remember Arctic Frost was
the same investigation that raided mar A Lango. They took
the President's cell phone, that surveiled Scott Perry, Representative Scott
Perry at his house, then took his phone, and then
once it was taken over by Jack Jack Smith, it

(13:03):
got totally blown with the doors wide open, going after
all kinds of different conservative organizations and Republicans. And part
of that was surveiling the phone records of at least
eight sitting United States Senators, and Judge Bosberg's role in
that was signing off on non disclosure orders telling carriers

(13:28):
not to tell these senators that they were being surveilled.
That is an egregious abuse of power. It's a purely
obvious weaponization of the courts, and it's clearly impeachable. It
is so far beyond anything that I think our founders
would be contemplating within the constitutional purview of the courts,

(13:48):
and I think it's entirely impeachable, and I think multiple
of my colleagues agree with me there.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
All right, we'll see if it gets brought up for
a vote and if we get another corrupt judge off
the bench. Representing the twenty sixth district down in the
big Great lone Star state, Texas, Congressman Brandon Gill, thank you, brand,
appreciate you, brother, keep the.

Speaker 4 (14:06):
Fight, thanks for having me.

Speaker 2 (14:07):
Yep, all right, Sticking with the latest on that Arctic
frost investigation straight ahead after the break, retired Lieutenant Colonel
and Green Beret Vet Ivan Raklan's going to join us
to weigh in on the investigation. Viewers are always asking
me how can they watch Away in live? The solution
is simple. It's a streaming platform called cloud tv now

(14:30):
it's spelled klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com
and subscribe to watch twenty four to seven live feeds OFAYN.
The live package is only two dollars and fifty cents
per month for all you can watch. Again, Simply go
to cloudtv dot com and do it today. Hey, did

(14:53):
you know that One America News network has launched a
twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're
calling it free Talk forty five. So why is it
branded free Talk forty five. Well, free talk because you
will not be censored for expressing your opinion there, and
forty five because forty five is a really lucky number.

(15:15):
So join us at free Talk forty five and express
yourself with no fear of cancelation. Ever, Hey, if your
cable provider doesn't offer one America News Network, you should
give them a call and kindly demand that they carryan Now,

(15:35):
you're the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider
will not know that there is a strong demand across
this country for one America News Network. So please call
your cable company today and kindly ask or demand that
they ADDAANN to their channel Lineup. Hey, everyone, here's a

(15:59):
question for what does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon
fireTV all have in common. The answer is that all
three platforms offer you the ability to live stream One
America News Network from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or
Amazon Fire device. Simply go to the app store, search

(16:19):
out for an, then enjoy all the great programming offered
by OEN, including my show Real America Welcome Back. A
bombshell revelation by ag Pam Bondi shows that the Biden

(16:40):
regimes weaponized Department of Justice seized President Trump's official cell
phone from.

Speaker 1 (16:46):
His first term and also issued subpoenas for his personal
phone call logs.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
Bondi stating at the unprecedent action was part of that
ridiculous investigation Arctic Frost. This is where they went after
Trump and his allies, remember, because they were like, oh,
they all conspired to try and screw over the twenty
twenty election. No, that was you guys that did that.
We were just trying to uncover the gasterly deeds. Bondi
blasting the move on social media, she wrote, this special

(17:12):
Council Jack Smith subpoened all of President Trump's personal prone records.
We can never again allow this kind of government weaponization
in America. Turns out the Arctic Frost probe extended well
beyond Trump and his close associates. The subpoenaing of records
involved more than four hundred individuals, also Republican conservative entities,

(17:34):
including at least eight Republican senators and at least one
House Republican member. Then you've got dozens of civilians, one
hundred and sixty three businesses, financial nonprofit groups, all connected
to Conservatives or Republicans. Senate Diuciary Chair Chuck Grassley condemned
the investigation as a partisan quote phishing expedition targeting the

(17:58):
entire Republican politic apparatus, calling it quote way worse than
Watergate Florida GOP. Senator Rick Scott now demanding answers from
Verizon about why the telecom giant released cell phone data
without calling these people, specifically like the President. Why wouldn't
you call Trump? Hey, by the way, we know, we

(18:19):
tell you our phones are secure. We don't give up
your info. But Biden's government just called us and they
want your phone records, mister Trump, No, they didn't do that.
Senator Scott criticizing the Biden regime for what he called
secret surveillance of Congress, calling it up violation of constitutional
separation of powers and a direct violation of federal law.
He also sent a letter to the ag Pambondi requesting

(18:42):
a full investigation to what he calls a gross abuse
of power. And remember the radical judge who signed off
on the secret subpoenas and gag orders in the Jack
Smith investigation Judge James Mooseberg. A new res Musem poll
shows fifty one percent of voters favor impeaching those radicals

(19:04):
that wear black robes. Those supporting the impeachment of Busberg
accused him of abusing his power and enabling this weaponized
government period. Joining me, Now, if you're ever on social media,
especially X, and you're in spaces and you want to
talk about anything when it comes to Arctic frost or

(19:24):
how they've been treating Republicans and conservatives over the last
ten years, then you'll want to follow this guy. Attorney,
green beret, vet retitle a tenant. Colonel Ivan Rakland back
on the program. I even nice to see you.

Speaker 6 (19:36):
How you been brother, get to see it's been a while, Dan, I.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
Know Artek frost Man. Were you being surveilled? Did they
get your phone?

Speaker 2 (19:44):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (19:44):
So I was looking at all one hundred and ninety
seven subpoenas, and apparently the four most important ones that
were dated February tenth of twenty twenty three, four of
them had my name in there, meaning Jack Smith was
targeting Save America joint fundraising committee Save America Pack excuse me,
Save America Make America Great Again pack and Trump Make
America Grade Again Committee. I'm looking over my shoulder here,

(20:05):
and I was listed as the target to identify whether
or not any of Trump President Trump or Candidate Trump
at the time fundraising Infrastructure was communicating with yours truly,
And so it begs the question why didn't the campaign
or any of these packs release right shortly after February
tenth of twenty twenty three that they were subpoena because
I think if had I known, I would have been

(20:27):
in a position to apply maximum pressure on Jack Smith,
on maximum pressure on the signatory of those subpoenas, which
is his assistant Maria Vento, who's been fired or retired
since the Clerk of Court Angela D. Caesar, and then
the two special agents that it says at the bottom
of the spena please direct any questions to special Agent

(20:47):
Jeremy Disre who cast just fired. By the way, on Monday,
after I went trick or treating, I went trick or
treating at the Washington Field office, asking folks whether or
not they knew this guy Jeremy because he was still
on the books. And thank you Cash for launching this
booger hopefully very far, and maybe there'll be some further
litigation against him as well as his partner Walter Jardina. Basically,

(21:10):
I just listed to the five individuals involved in violating
my personal fourth Amendment, as well as the four hundred
plus other people.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
Well, I was just talking about Boseburg, the judge too
that signed off on this crap with Congressman Gill, who's
obviously the one pushing for the impeachment.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
I would assume you'd like to weigh in.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
On that possibility to see one of those radical judges
go bye bye.

Speaker 1 (21:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (21:31):
At this point, we don't have the courage necessary. Unfortunately,
I hate to say this because I voted for President
Trump three times in the primary, three times in the
general election, campaign for him, fundraised for him, And right
now we don't have the necessary courage to go after anybody.
Not a single arrest yet. We've had three indictments, but
that's not an arrest. They continue to treason freely. Judge
Boseburg has not been impeached. I mean, there needs to

(21:53):
be a litany of impeachment. So Mike Johnson, if you're
listening in, maybe you need to have a pair of something,
you know, I'm referring to to add to your Johnson
in order to be able to go ahead and go
after Judge Boseburg, in order to go after not only
this judge, but also go after everybody in the executive
branch that is still continuing to treason or formerly as

(22:14):
part of the executive branch. At this point, I have
no faith in Pam Bondy in order to be able
to go after these people. So maybe we need to
have the sergeant at arms ordered by the Speaker of
the House to go ahead and start to detain some folks.

Speaker 2 (22:28):
Yeah, I agree. I mean, look, we keep looking around
and going this is what I voted for, This is
what I voted for when I see deportations, when I
see drug boats blown up, when I see new tariff deals.
But then when it comes to getting the people who
weaponized our government, who went after and attacked us over
political differences, yeah, we are falling short. And I'm not
going to throw that on President Trumpe because he's put

(22:49):
cabinet people in charge. It should be, as you just said,
growing a pair and doing this. But nobody in the
House or the Senate seems to have big enough ones
to actually go and do something, or the DOJ, yeah,
or the DOJ At least Cash is doing a little something.
I mean again, I get that the red tape and
the bureaucrats that work behind the scenes are not working

(23:11):
with Trump's cabinet members and trying to screw them over.
We know that they've been hiding documents. Come on, they
found a burned bag in a room a few months
ago with top secret crap in it. So I get
that it's a hard swamp to deal with, but they're
still in charge, and so I agree with you, we
need to see some butts in jail bay. The final word,
what are you doing to fight and keep your name

(23:32):
clear and fight back against this weapon?

Speaker 6 (23:33):
Is absolutely I mean, over the last five years, I've
been fighting back internally because I spent twenty five years
in the national security ecosystem. I have a network of
folks that I was able to leverage to make sure
that they were keeping an eye on those investigating me
so that they would stay within the legal framework that
we authorize them. But one other point I wanted to
make is that you got to keep in mind that
it is so important to understand that John Brennan's Lackey

(23:56):
at the CIA is now the governor or the incoming
governor of Virginia and her Attorney general is going to
take what Jack Smith wasn't able to do and will
Letitia James wasn't able to do and put that on
steroids starting in January. So bottom line here is this
administration really has sixty days before they are going to

(24:17):
feel maximum weaponization and beyond from the Democrat leadership in Virginia.
Because most government officials that are in this admin live
or work in Virginia.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
Why they want you now?

Speaker 2 (24:30):
They wanted the government govern ag so much they could
do battle right next door. I agree with you, and
they better grow a spine. Lieutenant Colonel retired Ivan Raklan,
come back on any time. Brother, Thank you, thanks, I
appreciate you. Keep the fight straight ahead. Thanks to Joe
Biden's wide open border policies and Democrat governors around the
nation allowing illegal aliens to get CDLs or commercial driver's licenses.

(24:52):
Guess what the result has been, images like this non
English speaking illegals killing American city listens.

Speaker 1 (25:00):
More on that when we come back.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
Hey, did you know that one America news network has
launched a twenty four to seven Twitter like social media replacement.
We're calling it free Talk forty five. So why is
it branded free Talk forty five. Well, free talk because

(27:22):
Welcome back. So California's lawless practice of issuing commercial driver's
licenses or CDLs to illegal aliens comes with very serious
and now deadly consequences, folks, and we, the American citizens,
are paying the price with our blood. There's more cases
now to tell you about. We'll start with this one.

(27:43):
Twenty one year old Jashani preet Zing sing whatever illegal
alien from India. I don't really care. What I care
about is he plowed his eighteen wheeler into eight vehicles
in southern California, then has the audacity this Tuesday to
please not guilty to three counts of vehicular manslaughter with

(28:04):
gross negligence. Wow. The pile up that happened on October
twenty first, as I said, killed three four others injured.
He's facing up to only ten years behind bars if convicted.
Sing illegally crossed the border, of course, into California in
twenty twenty two.

Speaker 1 (28:23):
Thanks to Joe Biden.

Speaker 2 (28:24):
The state of California then gave this illegal criminal alien
a commercials driver's license so he can drive eighteen wheelers
and buses around our country.

Speaker 1 (28:34):
Even though just.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
Don't get me started, I'm gonna go off. Florida's Attorney
General is now calling for a federal investigation and urging
the Department of Transportation to revoke any and all commercial
driver's license programs that allow illegals to get their CDLs
in states like California and Washington. His call for action
comes in the wake of another deadly crash, this one

(28:56):
in Davy, Florida, where a guy named hard Gender sing
alien who got a CDL in California, killed three people
while making an illegal U turn. There were signs that
said no U turns. Singh, who entered the US ill legally,
is now in custody on trial multiple charges, three counts

(29:17):
of vehicular homicide and immigration violations throw him out put
him in prison. First since June get this, more than
six thousand commercial truck drivers have been pulled off the
road for failing roadside English proficiency tests. The tests have
been conducted at waste stations by transportation officers simply asking

(29:39):
questions like where are you going, what was your starting point?
What are you carrying? What state you get your CDL in? Yeah,
President Trump signing executive order in April requiring truck drivers
to demonstrate they can speak our frecking language. On October thirtieth,
the Department of Homeland Security in Indiana State Police connected

(30:01):
and operation in Northwest Indiana called Operation Midway Blitz. Get this,
They arrested two hundred and twenty three illegal aliens, including
more than forty commercial truck drivers that had CDLs. This
is disgusting. It must end right now. Joining me to

(30:21):
sound off, because I'm sure he's got a lot to
say about it. He's the co owner and vice president
of JKC Trucking in Chicago, Illinois.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
Mike Kirk Jarsky very very Chicago.

Speaker 2 (30:33):
Name. What's up, big Mike?

Speaker 1 (30:34):
How you ban?

Speaker 2 (30:35):
Brother Dan?

Speaker 7 (30:36):
I've been well, thank you for having me on your
show again.

Speaker 4 (30:38):
How are you all right?

Speaker 2 (30:39):
Well, I'm pissed, That's how I am. I mean seriously.
I only talked about two, but there's been multiple deadly
crashes this year alone from illegals. And I saw a
video of an Arkansas state trooper pulling an illegal alien over.
I don't know what country. Looked like. He was Asian,
couldn't speak a lot of English, puts him in front
of a laptop. Breathe these street signs for me, he says,

(31:00):
and the guys are going his cruiser. Uh.

Speaker 1 (31:03):
He couldn't read street signs.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
He's driving forty tons, Mike, forty tons.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Your reaction as a business.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
You know.

Speaker 7 (31:11):
I've seen the same video and it was even more
terrifying because that video that you're talking about, he's showing
him road signs. He's asking what these road signs do,
and he's one of the road signs said, uh, speed
limit thirty five and he's pointing to he's helping the
driver out, pointing to the numbers, and the driver could
not understand. He goes, what is this a picture of it?
He goes, I don't know. Two people? Two people?

Speaker 8 (31:31):
What?

Speaker 2 (31:31):
He goes to people.

Speaker 7 (31:32):
Walking and the trooper asked walking a where That's how
bad it was.

Speaker 2 (31:35):
Not only was he.

Speaker 7 (31:36):
Didn't speak English, I think the guy was illiterate because
he couldn't read even numbers. And I don't care what
country you come from. Math is a universal language that
he should be able to read those numbers.

Speaker 2 (31:45):
That's that's scary.

Speaker 7 (31:46):
You know, this is this is a very serious crisis
issue that we're having because there's a loophole of unlicensed
and experienced hetail drivers in majoring the motor public. You
know two main issues, safety liability. You know, somebody who's
worked in the tracking industry for three day, I could say, safety, integrity,
and accountability is.

Speaker 2 (32:03):
The heart of everything we value.

Speaker 7 (32:05):
And this is how we have to move forward as
a country because the trucking industry is the heartbeat of
ville US economy.

Speaker 2 (32:09):
Yes, if you guys shut down, we don't get good.
It's not we just get them from a train or
a plane. We gotta have trucks. And this is a
serious issue. I read I think earlier. It's like sixty
some thousand CDLs have been issued to illegals over the
last several years. That's insane to me. Even if Trump
got a few thousand off the roads this year, there's
still tens of thousands of potentially illegal drivers that don't

(32:34):
have a clue of what they're doing out there.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
And Mike talk about the weight and the dangers.

Speaker 2 (32:39):
You're not driving a you go here, Okay, you're driving
an eighteen wheeler. Correct. Correct.

Speaker 7 (32:46):
This industry depends on trust.

Speaker 9 (32:47):
You know.

Speaker 7 (32:48):
That means ensuring that every driver on the road is
probably licensed, well trained, mentally, and physically fit to operate
heavy equipment. You know, we also have to continue monorizing
how we eat, vet and train these d invesent compliance
systems and create pathways for lawful qualfiit individuals to join
the pasures safely because right now it is not happening,

(33:08):
you know. It's it's about human lives, you know, and
it's on all of us well.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
And we got to punish the Democrat politicians in those
blue states that are allowing the governors and the people
in their transportation. But my final question is would you
be also in favor of punishing the companies that hire them,
because aren't they vetting Like you just said, you vet
your guys, you've been in business over two decades. Should
we go after the companies that are allowing these guys
to drive for them?

Speaker 7 (33:33):
Of course they should be punished because the vast majority
of professional drivers, including our company, you know, do things
the right way, and if they found a loophole, they
should be punished. The carriers should be punished, the drivers
should be punished, The insurance companies, shou should be punished
because they all allow this. You know, this just didn't
sneak in and happen overnight.

Speaker 2 (33:51):
You know, I mean everybody.

Speaker 7 (33:52):
Everybody who's responsible should be punished because this is causing
the demise of many American family trucking businesses, a lot
of business, killing generations of truckers every day that put blood,
sweat and tears into their companies.

Speaker 2 (34:05):
Yeah. Great way to end it. You said it best,
Mike or Charski co own or vice president JKC Trucking Company.
You see them roll around Illinois. You'll know those drivers
are legal and they can read signs. Thank you, Mike,
Appreciate you, God bless you. Thank you for your support. Yep. Up, Next,
from tariffs to tax cuts. How's the Trump economy doing?

(34:25):
Our friend Seamus Brunner from the Government Accountability Institute, we'll
be here next to give dj T the grade. Is
it A A B, A C A D. Stay with us, Hey,
if your cable provider doesn't offer one America News Network,

(34:46):
you should give them a call and kindly demand that
they carry away in Now you're the customer, and without
your feedback, your cable provider will not know that there
is a strong demand across this country for one America
News network. So please call your cable company today and
kindly ask or demand that they add o ANN to

(35:09):
their channel lineup. Hey everyone, here's a question for you.
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream one America News
Network from your Roku TV, Apple.

Speaker 1 (35:31):
TV or Amazon Fire device.

Speaker 2 (35:33):
Simply go to the app store search out FORAAN, then
enjoy all the great programming offered by ON, including my
show Real America. Viewers are always asking me how can
they watch OAN live? The solution is simple. It's a
streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled KLOWDTV. Simply

(36:00):
go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch twenty
four to seven live feeds of AAYN. The live package
is only two dollars and fifty cents per month for
all you can watch again, simply go to cloudtv dot
com and do it today. Hey, did you know that
one America news network has launched a twenty four to

(36:22):
seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it free
Talk forty five. So why is it branded free Talk
forty five? Well, free talk because you will not be
censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five because
forty five is a really lucky number. So join us
at free Talk forty five and express yourself with no

(36:45):
fear of cancelation. Ever.

Speaker 8 (36:57):
And I'm pleased to report that today the United States
says the strongest economy, the strongest borders, the strongest military,
the strongest friendships, and the strongest spirit of any nation anywhere.

Speaker 2 (37:08):
We have the greatest economy right now. President Donald J.
Trump given remarks at the American Business Forum in Miami
just yesterday, touting his huge economic accomplishments and recapping the
one year anniversary of his election win. Can you believe
yesterday was a full year since the big win? He
called it the single most consequential election victory in history.

(37:33):
I got to agree our nation was head in a bad,
bad way. I mean a lot of people say Lincoln,
because yes, obviously that was a big deal at that
time and period in our nation. But when we were
looking at a socialist dingbat taken over versus this guy, Yeah,
was it a pivotal turning point in our nation, the

(37:54):
world's history. It was. The President also reiterating that trillions
and trillions of dollars are now pouring back into our
country instead of fleeing our country, reminding us they just
one year ago, economically wise, we were a dead country.
And now a Trump says we're the hottest in the world,
the hottest.

Speaker 8 (38:14):
If you look at what's happening with all the factories
AI auto plants all over.

Speaker 2 (38:19):
The country being built.

Speaker 8 (38:21):
That if you would have thought about that two or
three years ago, it was the opposite.

Speaker 2 (38:25):
They were all leaving.

Speaker 8 (38:25):
Now they're all coming in, they're all coming back and
then some And I think that we can honestly say,
and I think you're going to see it even more
so over the next twelve months, that this is the
golden age of America.

Speaker 2 (38:38):
This is the golden age. Nobody thought the tariffs would work,
but they seem to be doing okay so far.

Speaker 1 (38:44):
Now.

Speaker 2 (38:44):
When it comes to the tariffs, Common Secretary Howard Lutnik
remains highly optimistic about their future. Lutinix saying that the
Supreme Court will rule in favor. He believes of President
Trump's tariffs policies, despite a lot of skepticism from a
couple of the justices. High Court heard the arguments this
week challenging the legality of the President's tariffs imposed under

(39:05):
Emergency Powers Act. The case centers on whether Trump exceeded
his authority by using the International Emergency Economic Powers Act
of nineteen seventy seven to impose these broad tariffs on
imports from multiple countries without congressional approval. Lower courts ruled
the tariffs were illegal, saying the President overstepped his authority,

(39:25):
prompting to the Supreme Court to now look into the case.
Nearly half of all goods that enter the US are
now subject to new tariffs. US tariff revenue surge to
a record breaking one or ninety five billion dollars this year,
more than tripling comparing the previous years. Monthly customs income
arose dramatically from about seven billion dollars in January of

(39:47):
twenty twenty five to thirty billion by September of this year,
bringing about one hundred and fifty one billion dollars in
the second half of the fiscal year alone. Now some
analysts are estimating that the entire tariff program could potentially
raise and this is why Trump uses the T word.
Could potentially raise up to three trillion in revenue over

(40:07):
the next ten years. If nobody touches it, nobody screws
with it. One of America's leading global investment banking, securities,
investment management firms, Golden Sachs, is predicting another likely interest
rate cut next month, right by the end of the year.
We actually called these right, we said we'd probably have
three to four and I believe we said that this summer.

(40:28):
And let's let the firm expect the Fed to lower
its target interest rate by a quarter, followed by two
additional quarter cuts in March and then June.

Speaker 1 (40:36):
Of next year.

Speaker 2 (40:38):
Don't forget the current FED chair will also be out
by the summer. Depending on who uh Trump positions for
that spot, we might see a lot of change. But
let's ask an expert joining me now to weigh in
on the Trump economy. He's the director of research over
at the Government Accountability Institute and the author of the

(40:58):
great book Control a Guard my friend Seamus Brunner back
on Real America. Seamus, if you're given a grade, you're
the economic professor, and you're looking at the.

Speaker 1 (41:13):
Sandwich.

Speaker 2 (41:13):
I censored myself today, the sandwich that was given to
President Trump by Joe Biden Kamala Harris. I'm just thinking
about the way our economy was last year. In the now,
what it's end of January that he takes over. Let's
be real, beginning of November. So in a short nine months,
where would you grade President Trump on the economy? Looking

(41:34):
at all the roadblocks and hurdles and the sandwich he
was handed.

Speaker 10 (41:39):
Dan, thank you so much for having me. He's top
of the class. He's at an A at least on
the trade issue. I mean, he's completely rewritten the global
order on trade and is put in place the most
aggressively America first trade policy that we've seen in over
a century, if not, you know, longer.

Speaker 11 (41:58):
It's crazy. More than half of the goods come coming in.

Speaker 10 (42:00):
And by the way, the Democrats said that he was
going to crash the economy, so compared with that A plus,
you know, he did not crash the economy. They said
that all of the tariffs were going to be passed
on to the consumers.

Speaker 11 (42:12):
Right, that's not happening.

Speaker 10 (42:13):
Inflation is down near two percent. That's exactly what you
want to see with the economy. So all around, it's
great stuff.

Speaker 2 (42:22):
I love that. What do you think? And what's the
whisper mill and rumors up there on the hill as
far as what we think Scotus might do with this ruling,
because let's be real, some of those lower court judges
that said Trump overstepped his authority by using that old
what nineteen seventy seven Act, let's be real, they're activists

(42:45):
with robes on. So some of these federal court judges
that I've seen step in on the immigration stuff, on
this tariffs now and other things. The Supreme Court typically
is rule in favor of Trump. He is the president,
he has these executive authorities. When there's an emergency, and
I would say, our economy was heading downward into a
freaking possible depression, if not easily, we're in a recession.

(43:07):
So why can't he declare an emergency and do it?
Did with tariffs? Where do you think they'll land?

Speaker 10 (43:13):
Yeah, well exactly, I mean it is an emergency. The
entire world has been waging trade war on us for decades.
It's not just China, it's Europe, it's everywhere else. They're
dumping cheap goods. You've got the fentanyl and crime coming
up from the southern border. You know, it is a
war against us. It is an emergency. And so that,
you know, the issue comes down to kind of a

(43:34):
semantic difference. The nineteen seventy law doesn't, I guess, say
the word tariff. It uses the word license. But everybody
understands that to mean being the president has the right to,
you know, issue trade policy.

Speaker 11 (43:48):
I mean that's kind of been the case since forever.
So we'll see.

Speaker 10 (43:52):
I mean, I don't want to predict that the court
comes down on the right side. They've gotten a few
things wrong in my opinion, but overall they've been pretty good.

Speaker 2 (43:59):
Well, the Chief Justice has been a little flip flopper.
So let's call this one might go five to four
Trump's favor instead of six to three.

Speaker 1 (44:07):
You want to you wanna do a little off off
air wager, I'll.

Speaker 11 (44:10):
Call you that. I would expect that, Yes, you.

Speaker 2 (44:12):
Think it will be five to four, Okay, all right,
there you go, Seamus and I we're calling it five
to four. Scotis decision favorite. Trump, keep the tariffs, got
it fed chair and the FED cut. We kind of
talked about these. This was already pre kind of determined.
I remember us talking months ago saying He's going to
do three quarter cuts by the end of the year,
which he did, did one month ago, did one the

(44:34):
other day, Going to do one next month, got that
next year is a different ball game. When's he up?

Speaker 1 (44:39):
Paul and May?

Speaker 10 (44:43):
Yeah, and I you know, as we all agree, I
think he needs to go.

Speaker 11 (44:46):
So looking forward to the next pick.

Speaker 1 (44:49):
What do you think should be done?

Speaker 2 (44:51):
And final question with rates and will it help kickstart
the economy of a lot of naysayers that say no,
inflation is still high, spendings out of control, and I
can cut the rate too far, it's only going to
increase inflation. Trump and other economists are saying, no, it
will help kickstart because then we'll go pay our credit
cards off and buy a new house and buy a
car and do other things. Because rates are so much lower,

(45:11):
we can borrow money. What does Seamus Brunner say, Yeah, why.

Speaker 10 (45:16):
I mean home ownership is you know, it's not a
reality for most and it's because rates are so high.
So that will definitely help people get into their homes.
But there's you know, also the concerns that you mentioned.
The economy is while strong, you know, we've got a
lot of headwinds we're facing with just with the job
layoffs and all of the you know, the H one

(45:37):
B issues.

Speaker 11 (45:38):
So if Trump and is economic team.

Speaker 10 (45:41):
Believe they can jump started and get ahead of the
curve here, I'm all for.

Speaker 2 (45:45):
It, all right, Seamus Bruner check out his book ConTroll
of Guards.

Speaker 1 (45:49):
Thanks for weighing in. Trump scored or you score Trump
and A.

Speaker 2 (45:54):
And we think the tariffs will get approved and we'll
have a better fed chair that will lower rates. Those
are the three predictions today. It is November sixth I
got you on the record. Thank you, Seamus. Thanks ed
all right, brother stick around. Coming up next, It is
a disease that affects over seven million Americans over the
age of sixty five, and folks, it is only getting worse.

(46:18):
But why straight ahead, We're going to dive into the
unsolved mysteries of dementia and Alzheimer's in America when we
come back. Hey, everyone, here's a question for you. What
does Roku TV, Apple TV and Amazon fireTV all have
in common. The answer is that all three platforms offer

(46:39):
you the ability to live stream One America News Network
from your Roku TV, Apple TV, or Amazon Fire device.
Simply go to the app store, search out for an,
then enjoy all the great programming offered by OEN, including
my show, Real America. Are always asking me how can

(47:01):
they watch OA in live? The solution is simple. It's
a streaming platform called cloud tv. Now it's spelled klowd TV.
Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe to watch
twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN. The live
package is only two dollars and fifty cents per month

(47:23):
for all you can watch. Again, simply go to cloudtv
dot com and do it today. Hey, did you know
that One America News Network has launched a twenty four
to seven Twitter like social media replacement. We're calling it
free Talk forty five. So why is it branded free

(47:43):
Talk forty five? Well, free talk because you will not
be censored for expressing your opinion there, and forty five
because forty five is a really lucky number. So join
us at free Talk forty five and express yourself with
no fear of cancel. Ever. Hey, if your cable provider

(48:06):
doesn't offer one America News Network, you should give them
a call and kindly demand that they CARRYAN. Now you're
the customer, and without your feedback, your cable provider will
not know that there is a strong demand across this
country for one America News Network. So please call your

(48:26):
cable company today and kindly ask or demand that they
ADDANN to their channel lineup. Before we leave you tonight, folks,
I want to talk about one of the most devastating
diseases affecting millions and millions of Americans each and every year,

(48:49):
robbing them of their most precious memories and abilities to
remain independent. We're talking, of course, about Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
According to a twenty twenty five Alzheimer's Association report, an
estimated seven point two million Americans sixty five or older
are living with Alzheimer's right now. Nearly two thirds of
those suffering from Alzheimer's are women. Alzheimer's the seventh leading

(49:13):
cause of death across all ages in the US back
in twenty twenty two, the most recent year when such
data was actually recorded. Dementia cases in America are expected
to double by twenty sixty, reaching one million new cases
each and every year. However, there is some hope a
new Alzheimer's drug currently being tested aims to at least

(49:36):
slow down the disease by removing harmful protein clumps in
the brain. It uses a very special delivery system that
allows it to cross the blood brain barrier more efficiently
than any drugs on the market now. Early studies show
it clears up this plaque faster and with fewer side
effects than existing treatments today. Our next guest, Lisa's is

(50:00):
a behavioral expert in the field of Alzheimer's disease and
the author of the book Truth Lies and Alzheimer's, described
as an unconventional path to peace of mind for families
that are facing Alzheimer's and dementia. This really hits home
for me, Lisa. We have been affected by dementia Alzheimer's

(50:21):
in my family, personally, in my family, professionally here at
OWAYN and so this is something that really hits close
to the heart and I hope it's something that we
can figure out in our lifetime. So, Lisa Skinner, welcome
to the program. Thank you for coming on.

Speaker 9 (50:37):
Thank you Dan, thank you for having me, and I
totally feel for what you're going through.

Speaker 12 (50:43):
I've had eight of my own family.

Speaker 2 (50:44):
Oh my goodness. Okay, so I can relate to about three,
like I said, in the family, outside of the family,
but very close to my family.

Speaker 1 (50:54):
So it is.

Speaker 2 (50:55):
It is difficult to watch, it is difficult to talk about.
But when I hear there's anything on the market that
might be possibly something, anything that could be a light
at the end of the tunnel for these folks, I
got to grab on to it and say, let's talk
about it. So tell me about this new possible wonder
drug that's getting rid of that plaque. We've all seen

(51:16):
if anybody's dealing with this, we've all seen the images
of They'll show you the brain scan of your loved
one and go, here's the dark matter, the gray matter,
here's the plaque on their brain. And we don't know
how to get rid of it. So what's this new
drug called and why is it better than what's on
the market now? Phillis in Lisa.

Speaker 9 (51:32):
It goes by lacanamab or it's also referred to as lakembi,
depending if it's generic or not. And it was only
approved by the FDA in the past year, so they
have started to use it. It is a drug that

(51:54):
is administered intraveniously. It's a long, long course. The patients
go in and the course of the treatment is about
eighteen months or so.

Speaker 2 (52:10):
Oh wow.

Speaker 9 (52:11):
Now it's too early to really tell what kind of
results we're going to be seen from this new drug.
But the research that I've done, unfortunately, is telling us
that as.

Speaker 12 (52:29):
Of now, it's underperforming.

Speaker 9 (52:33):
The expectations that the medical field had for it. And
the main reason why you just said it is.

Speaker 12 (52:45):
Piercing the blood brain barrier.

Speaker 2 (52:49):
I've heard that that's the thing that we just can't
figure out. I feel like the brain is still like
the ocean. Right, We've only discovered ten or twenty percent
of it. Doctors still can't get in there and really
figure out.

Speaker 1 (52:59):
It's not like the right it's a pump.

Speaker 2 (53:00):
They know all the ventricles and valves and know how
to slice it up and use pig parts and can
fix you. But I feel like they just don't know
enough getting in there to deal with it.

Speaker 12 (53:10):
So there's an update on that.

Speaker 2 (53:13):
Oh yeah, go ahead, there's.

Speaker 9 (53:14):
A doctor who figured out how to break that blood
brain barrier.

Speaker 12 (53:22):
By using MRI. Oh, and there's some way that.

Speaker 9 (53:27):
You can use MRI that will temporarily release the protection
that the blood brain barrier provides for us and let
that drug get into more of the drug, more of
the drug.

Speaker 2 (53:43):
By using the Really, you know, there's just doc where's
this happening at?

Speaker 12 (53:50):
I actually saw it.

Speaker 9 (53:52):
It was a sixty minutes episode that I saw about
studies months.

Speaker 2 (54:00):
Are there studies that have been released on finance? Yes?

Speaker 1 (54:02):
Yes, I got this new drug.

Speaker 2 (54:05):
Now let me ask you this one because a lot
of folks obviously look to the drugs. There is I
don't think any real surgery that fixes anything that I
know of is they're right? Okay, so we're talking about
the drugs, there's no surgery. What about the ongoing care
to keep the brain stimulated and keep it from going
downhill rapidly? I know there's a lot of different therapies
and then theories on how to do that, but I

(54:26):
want to hear from you what should people who are
diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer's and their family members and lud
ones be doing immediately and then ongoing to try and
keep that brain sharp and not let this plaque build up.

Speaker 12 (54:39):
More so, can I just clarify one thing.

Speaker 9 (54:43):
Sure, we still don't know if even clearing out the
plaque that tends to accumulate in the brains of people
who live with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia is.

Speaker 12 (55:00):
The cure to the problem.

Speaker 2 (55:03):
Gotcha.

Speaker 9 (55:04):
There have been many many studies out there, one very
famous one called the Nun Study, and then another one
a couple decades later, where they took about one hundred
sample people and they asked permission to follow them through
the duration of their life and ask permission if they

(55:27):
could perform autopsy on their brain postpartum.

Speaker 12 (55:32):
Well, what they found, and this is.

Speaker 9 (55:36):
So intriguing, is well, the first one was done with nuns,
one hundred and something nuns, and they all lived in
the same convent. And the reason why they chose them
to study is because they had pretty much identical lifestyles.

Speaker 12 (55:54):
Sure, so they didn't have to.

Speaker 9 (55:56):
Factor in different lifestyles for different people. Well, the result
of the study was after the autopsies were done post
mortem on these nuns as they started to pass away,
they found plaques and tangles in the brains of nuns

(56:17):
who showed absolutely no signs of Alzheimer's disease dimension were asymptomatic.

Speaker 2 (56:25):
You keep all right, So now I'm going to walk
away from the gray matter thing and go back to
the lifestyle because I've again dealt with this. I'm adding
up three now I forgot my friend's dad who up
raise me. Three I've dealt with and when all three
of the people I'm discussing were diagnosed, and then how
they were leading their lives after, and what they were
doing to keep the brain stimulated. Some declined faster and

(56:47):
some did not. Many were sitting at home doing nothing
to keep the brain stimulated. Others were out doing things,
and it seemed they then could prolong the more severe
side effects of the dementia Alzheimer's and be with it longer.
Let's say the ones that went home and just set
and did nothing to stimulate went downhill?

Speaker 1 (57:07):
Quicker?

Speaker 2 (57:07):
Is there some okay? Is there some reality in studies
to what I'm saying there where we should be doing
more to help them at the initial diagnosis and throughout.

Speaker 9 (57:17):
What you're saying is supported by research and medical science
and has been for decades now. The thing is it
does help people in slowing down the progression of the disease.
It doesn't work for everybody.

Speaker 2 (57:38):
Right, and it doesn't get rid of it, it doesn't
stop it. It just kind of slows.

Speaker 12 (57:41):
It down and in some people.

Speaker 2 (57:43):
In some people, so even if you're doing those brain
teaser games and puzzles and you're staying active and you're
doing things, it doesn't mean always you'll see signs of
getting not better, but prolonging your life. It depends again
on the person and what's going on in their brain.
See this is the favorite. Wow.

Speaker 9 (58:03):
Yeah, every single thing that has to do with these diseases.
And there's over one hundred brain diseases that cause very
similar symptoms, and those are the that's what we refer
to as dementia.

Speaker 2 (58:16):
Sure, I'm running out of time, but I want folks
to learn more about all this. Your book behavioral expert
in the field of alzheimer'ssease. The book is called Truth
Lies in Alzheimer's. If folks pick this up, tell us
just briefly what they're going to find in this book.

Speaker 9 (58:32):
They are going to find that if their lives have
been touched by this and if they dream about being
able to communicate or connect emotionally with their loved ones,
again that this dream is achievable. If they want to

(58:53):
learn tools and strategies about how to go about providing
that type of environment, that's another dream that's achievable. And
I've spent the last thirty years being trained and actually
implementing these principles and methodology, and I personally can tell

(59:15):
you even in my own family, plus all of the
families that I've worked.

Speaker 2 (59:19):
With, better quality of life.

Speaker 9 (59:22):
Miracles have happened, and the increase in the quality of life.
It's a different life, but it's a life that the
family members, caregivers and the folks living with dementia can
have the best with what they have to work with.
And I have personally seen this happen.

Speaker 2 (59:44):
Well, you've been personally affected, like you said eight times,
so you would know. I love the fact that you're
talking about a better quality of life for those living
with it and for their loved ones and family members
around them. I'm going to pick this book up, Lisa.
Thank you for coming on. God bless you, you take care,
got to run.

Speaker 12 (59:59):
Thanks again for having me, and good luck to you.

Speaker 2 (01:00:01):
Yep, good luck to you and your family members. And
as we leave you tonight, folks, and say goodnight. Let
you know about a couple of the guests that'll be

President Trump. Doctor Eric Nepouti will weigh in on that one.
It's a couple of the guests that will join us Friday,

(01:00:23):
eight eastern, five Pacific, all lot of time, be back tomorrow.
You know what to do. Be proud of Americans, be
brave and God bless show. Good Night,

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
