A Right To Housing

In the United States, housing is something you are expected to earn. But in too many places and for too many people, buying a home or renting is unaffordable.  So more people are becoming homeless, or just struggling to get by. There's a growing movement of people who say that housing should be a human right in the United States. It should be guaranteed.
