Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's new with Medace, What's up everybody? And Welcome to
another edition that was Duke plod I met Us. I'm
joined by bort Ak Brett. He's an audio expert and
syndication expert with The Woody Show Morning show that you
can hear across the United States and around the world
on The Woody Show Podcast. We are joined today by

(00:23):
Julianne who's coming to his live from Covina, California. No
one else. We're doing a really quick late recording today,
so a lot of people are unavailable for the pod,
and we are currently getting ready for the iHeartRadio Festival
that's happening this weekend in Las Vegas, which is gonna
be so much fun because even if you're not gonna

(00:44):
be in Vegas, you can watch it. You can watch
it on Hulu, or if you're in Vegas you don't
have tickets, you can either buy some last minute tickets
or go outside the t Mobile arena where we set
up this entire village. And I don't even know if
I'm supposed to say this or not, but I'll just
say it anyways, Diplo is going to be DJing outside
in the village. Nice I believe on Friday or Saturday.

(01:06):
Just pay attention to the iHeartRadio Instagram account, Twitter account
and they'll let you know when he's djaying. And I
know another performer is gonna be coming out as well.
I don't remember who that is. People don't know. Diplo
used to have a show on ALL ninety eighty seven
and our old program director, Mike's Showkiller drove Diplo so
crazy that Diplo quit And yeah, this is true story.

(01:31):
So I when I met Diplo for the very first time,
I went to this like random secret party and it
was Diplo and it was Scrillis and they have a
group called jack you right, And I was talking to Scrillicks,
not the name drop. But he used to be in
like a scream O band and my friends used to
tour with them, so we have mutual friends. Very nice guy.

(01:53):
Diplo always a nice guy. I've met him multiple times.
But the very first time I met Diplo, I'm new
to Los Angeles, I just got a job at ALL
ninety eighty seven. I knew that Diplo used to have
a show on ALL ninety seven, and I go, hey,
many and nice to meet you blah blah, dude, your
program director. Man, it's crazy. He was micro managing my show.

(02:16):
So I had to stop and I was like, dude,
I feel you, dippy, but I think he's doing all
right without us.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
It's funny. I remember doing the show I used to
work on was the Overnight Show syndicated here on ALL
ninety seven in LA, and we used to do promos
for Diplo, right, yeah, hey, coming up this time, Diplo
coming up in the morning, blah blah. It's before the
Way Show. And then even with the Way Show, we were,
you know, still doing that. But at one point we're like,
what happened to Diplo? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (02:42):
Where's he at?

Speaker 2 (02:43):
Is he gone? What happened?

Speaker 1 (02:44):
It's kind of well known guy.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
But it lined up right with the time that Mike
the show Killer joined the station, because it was this
huge thing with Mike coming in and us having to
deal with him, and it was this big meeting, very weird.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
Let's take this super famous guy and make sure he's
not on our radio station.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
But but yeah, he was there before Mike was there,
because I remember, do you remember Julie Pilot, Yes.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
Yeah, okay, very famous in the radio music industry. Yeah
she is.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
She's awesome.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
So my first year at iHeart, we all dressed up.
It was Halloween time and she was a ballerina and
she had me go against the all ninety eight seven
wall and do a handstand and put my feet on
the wall.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Oh yeah, because that's like a Major Laser dance. So
he's also part of another group called Major Laser, right.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
Yeah, So she had me do that, and I have
a picture of me, I think, doing it, so I'll send.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
It to you if you could see.

Speaker 1 (03:35):
All right, but did you have any interaction with Diplo?

Speaker 3 (03:40):
No, he was no, no, because I worked during the
day and I don't remember what time I would leave,
but it was I think it was before he would
even be there.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Because ladies love Diplow, I would think you would stick around.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
Yeah, I you know, I don't think I was a
really big fan back then, so I just knew of
him and then that was it.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
Yeah, but now what do you think?

Speaker 4 (04:00):
Yeah, that's not my type of music, you know.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
Yeah, boy, he can get you into stage Coach. He
has his own tent at stage Coach.

Speaker 4 (04:07):
Oh see, I didn't know that. Now I love him. No,
I want his number.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
Oh my god, that was a Tyler responsorright there.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
What free Speaking of Tyler, I want to mention Tyler
real quick though. I will be at Lazy Dog in
Downey Thursday, September twenty fifth, from four thirty to six
thirty doing a bunch of giveaways. So if you're listening
to this podcast, I would love for you to come
out to Downey Lazy Dog Restaurant. We've been there a

(04:36):
bunch of times before. It's always super fun. Come hang out,
win some prizes and have a good time. But Tyler,
Tyler and I we went to Disney. Now. Disney is
having Halloween time now until October thirty first, and Disney
they invite us to come out and do like content,
you know, make people awhere, like they reeved on the

(04:57):
Han Mansion and done all this stuff for Halloween so
people can celebrate. If you're really into Halloween, it's really
really cool.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
They want you to share the depth of how far
they'll go to make the park look fantastic experiences.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
Right, So Tyler, like how much was he hammering me
all day? Like when are we gonna get there? When
are we gonna do this?

Speaker 2 (05:14):
Like he was really into me He wasn't hammering you
all day. He was hammering you for weeks.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
For weeks.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
It was weeks, and he was even asking me questions.
I don't I don't know what you're talking about, and
I have no idea, man like, I don't know what's
going on. This is the best part. Yeah, he literally
said to us, Oh, I don't know if I could
podcast on Friday, So you can't podcast on Friday with
the rest of us to go to Disney with Menace. Well, yeah,
isn't Menace also going to Disney with you that you

(05:43):
just said?

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Oh yeah, oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
Well I mean, well, it's like, I'm also gonna be
tired because I got work.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
I'm like, okay, So I'm glad he brought that up.
So we're at Disney and we're doing a bunch of
cool stuff. Invited Tyler and I to a private club
at Disney, right, Yeah, I'll just say that. So we're
hanging out there for a long time. Then we get
out of the club and then we get to meet

(06:12):
up with some other people and they say, Hey, it's
somebody's birthday. We're gonna go to the car's Ride. I'll
tell you this, Tyler knows people that works at.

Speaker 2 (06:22):
The Car's Ride, right, he's well informed.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
Yes, so he goes, oh yeah, like, let's let's walk
on over. So we walk on over to the Car's Ride.
This guy who always tells us how he's so plugged
in about hearing about the Car's Ride forgets that the
Car's Ride is being revamped right now for months. So
you let this whole group of people walk all the

(06:45):
way across the entire park and it's closed. It gets better,
not a big deal. It's California Venture. There's plenty of rides,
there's tons of stuff, right, it's close, all right. So
we said, you know what, We're gonna go Gardens to
the Galaxy. So we're walking over there and Tyler's like, well,
I'm not going to go on guard you know he's
afraid of that kind of stuff. Right, Yeah, I'm not

(07:05):
going to go on Guardians the Galaxy. I'm just gonna
wait outside for you and then we'll get more content.
We get to Guardians the Galaxy and suddenly his story changes. Guys, Hey,
you know what, I gotta go. I gotta work really
early in the morning. I should get home and go
to sleep. When in your life has Tyler ever been
a responsible person to say, I need to get some

(07:27):
rest and not burn himself into the ground whenever, never, right, whenever.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
He'll be there on time. Yeah, that doesn't mean that
he didn't stay up the entire night out of the
bar drink.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
Yeah. Yeah, he'll show up, he'll do his job, right,
But when has he ever been a responsible person like that?
And I thought to myself, Oh, he's totally ditching me
right now to go hang out with some chick. That's
what I thought in my head. Didn't tell him that.
I go all right, fast forward, Julianne. We start talking
about dating on the on the Woody Show, right, and
we start talking about out like bumble and Tinder and

(08:01):
all that kind of stuff. And then we brought up
Tyler saying, oh, aren't you on bumble and Tinder and
all this kind of stuff? And he goes, oh, no, actually,
I've been hanging out with this chick for like a
couple of weeks. I haven't been on these right, So
he's been doing this podcast for a couple of weeks.
Never mentioned that he was hanging out with this chick, right.

Speaker 4 (08:22):
He actually did mention it to me personally.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
Never never on a button. He was pretty much put
on the spot though on the Woody Show because I'm
sure this chick listens, and he's like, you can't say,
oh yeah, I'm all up on Tinder and bumble.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
I can confirm it. I have heard she does listen
to something.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Yes, So then I called him and I'm like, oh see,
I knew he left me the other day to go
hang out with some chick, which I don't mind. Look, dude,
if you want to do it, just don't lie to
me in pretend you're gonna be a responsible person. Oh,
I got to get some winks in before I go
to work. I know you're lying.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
Is maybe he meant some pumps in?

Speaker 2 (09:06):
You know this?

Speaker 1 (09:07):
How accommodating have I always been when it comes to
Tyler and his dating life? Have I ever been a hater?
Have I ever thrown him under the bus and all
this stuff?

Speaker 2 (09:16):
Ever? No? Know?

Speaker 1 (09:17):
Why is he lying to me about this?

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Because it's literally what I've been telling you and what
I've been preaching, and haiti God into calling him out
this entire time. Tyler always has to be sketchy, weird
under the radar Tyler because he wants no one to
call him out on anything. But he's always pulling some weird,
quirky as master plan to hang out with some girl

(09:40):
at some event or some weird way to make it
work best for him. Why bro at the detriment of
the other people around him. I'm not saying it's not
a good thing for him to hang out with the person.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
That I want him. I want him to hang out
with something like this has a good job too, so
I support that job, right, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
I think it's it's just because like he doesn't know
if it's going to be that serious or not, because
it is kind of fresh, so he doesn't want to
like say something to you and then you ask about
just like a follow up about it, and then boom,
he's not talking to her.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
Well, so it's me again, the guy that is the
most commentating that does not like make fun of him
all that kind But.

Speaker 4 (10:19):
No, no, he doesn't think you're going to make fun
of him.

Speaker 3 (10:22):
He just doesn't want like one day he's talking about
this girl and then like the next week, you know,
they're not talking. It's just embarrassing sometimes for certain people,
and I think it's embarrassing for him.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
He's one of those people. That get embarrassed by it.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
On the contrary, I have a completely different thought. I
think Tyler thinks with below his waist constantly, and he
will burn his friends no matter what to get where.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
He needs to get. I told you, I said on
the Woody Show. I was like, this is a guy
that will drop his friends on a dime and how
hang out with some chick.

Speaker 5 (10:52):
He will burn you And he doesn't mean to. That's
just he probably does. But you know he's not thinking
with his brain. He's just not being straightforward with it.
And here's the thing.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
Julianne is making the argument which I could see and
maybe I probably agree with that. Hey, I just recently
started hanging out with this person. Why I'm gonna just
kind of like inform you. But dude, we're guys, Julianne.
You act like one of the dudes too when it
comes to this kind of ish, Like all you gotta
say is like, I'm gonna go hang out with some chick.
That's all the information that we need, right, you don't

(11:26):
need any like dirty details and like tell me everything
about her. But apparently, yeah, now I just got slipped
a note here that you do know a little bit
about her and apparently she lives far. He always has
to pick convenience, so this person lives far.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
Yeah, I mean there's on California and there's Jeri still nearby,
but they're are freaking dry.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
Really yeah, yeah, found out this information yesterday out so
I menace. I do have to confess. I didn't know
that he was planning on hanging with I didn't know
when I knew that he was planning on doing it. Afterwards,
really afterwards, I didn't know when everything was going on

(12:08):
or when it was all ending, he said.

Speaker 5 (12:10):
He you know, while I'm down.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
There, you know, I was texting. He was texting a
lot when he was in that club.

Speaker 2 (12:16):
See, and that's the thing when you see Tyler texting,
pay attention to this. When he's texting and he's in
the soon, he starts smiling to himself and he starts
always laughing at his own head. That's when he's focused
and he has a master plan about to happen.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
He should always regret not recording the pod with us.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
Guys, I'm tired.

Speaker 1 (12:39):
I just drove five hundred miles. Well that's what he
just said.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
Earlier. He's like, oh, yeah, do it, but you just
call me all wake up. Yeah, I'll be accommodating. So
Tyler is actually telling me a little bit more about
his personal life, but I have to promise that I
won't share very many, too little details. But the same
thing with Tyler. I have to ask him all these
extra questions because I genuinely want to know about his life.

(13:06):
I want to help him in any way possible. But
he reserves himself and he makes it so I have
to start digging and I'm like, what are you up to?
There's a weird plan you're doing. Just tell me what
it is and I'll stop.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
Get in a car and have him drunk and he'll
tell you everything.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
I can't survive that. I'll throw myself out.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
So much. Tyler and this girl, you know, you know what,
Like Tyler has confided in me in the past about girls,
and I don't say a word to you guys because
I don't. I don't want anybody to feel like they
can come to me and like say something and then
I run my mouth. Yeah, So whenever he tells me anything,

(13:47):
even if he says don't say anything, or he forgets
to say that, I still won't say anything.

Speaker 4 (13:51):
But because you guys are bringing it up.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
I feel like, yeah, well it was brought up on show,
so it's free game. Well if this was brought up
off the air, we probably want to have this discussions.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
Yes, exactly.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
And also Tyler went to the school of Randy, which
is Randy would always go, oh, hey, guys, don't tell anybody.
You're the only one I'm telling.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
He's the biggest mysterious.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
But then he'll tell seven different people what's going on. Yeah,
and we're all like, do we all know? Same thing
with Tyler, He's like, look, you're the only one I'm
really talking about this. Apparently not Juliette knows everything.

Speaker 1 (14:20):
Yeah, so yeah, that's what's going on. He is releasing
his video series of all the Baseball Parks. If you
are really into baseball, check him out. It's at Heavy
Tea Underscore on air at hasy t Underscore on air.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
Can I can I make one comment about that?

Speaker 1 (14:40):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (14:41):
I said to him, Hey, look, man, I've I've missed
the first couple and I meant to watch them. Can
you send them in the group chat?

Speaker 1 (14:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (14:48):
So that way I know and we can comment and
you know, react to it pretty quick.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Oh no, I don't want to be that guy.

Speaker 1 (14:56):
Uh, I don't.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
I don't want to pretty much ask you guys to
like watch my stuff. And I'm like, uh, I do
it all the time. I said that though we're here
to support each other. Yeah, I want to know what's
going on. And so today he was like, what do
you think? I think? I think I'm gonna release video
five a little late, and I'm like, I have one
video what yet? Tell me what it's there.

Speaker 1 (15:16):
I don't want to be that guy. So is he
talking back on me for asking you guys?

Speaker 3 (15:20):
I no, not you.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
Now you know how the algorithm works. You need people
to like like your stuff and comments right away. No,
it's not you.

Speaker 2 (15:28):
I think this is where I will agree with Julianne.
Tyler has some he has some weird overconfidence in many
things he shouldn't. But then he does have some weird
insecurities where he's like, I don't know, I don't I
don't know if I want to make you because maybe
he's also worried that we're going to comment on it
and say stupid things about him, like right away before
it even you know anyone else can see it.

Speaker 1 (15:47):
But he's the worst at doing that ike you. I
asked him to comment to help the algorithm, and he
puts the worst comments and I have to get him
back and be like, dude, like that.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
Again. I'm not gonna say where it was when there
was one where he said something about like either punching
somebody in the face or killing them, but I would yes, yes, yes,
what are you doing enjoying that conversation?

Speaker 3 (16:15):
Later he's trying to be funny and he forgets his position,
you know, in life, and how he shouldn't be writing that.

Speaker 1 (16:23):
Like on I know, you're like, oh, hey, go check
out this new Arby's meal. Oh I would murder somebody
for that.

Speaker 4 (16:29):
He's like, oh, McDonald's is so much better.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Yes, that's the type of don't crap you yesterday.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
Yeah, He's like, why would anyone ever thread anything with violent?
I'm like, I don't know. You're always saying I'm gonna
murder somebody or I'm gonna kill somebody for something.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
Oh jesus, this guy.

Speaker 5 (16:45):
You know.

Speaker 3 (16:46):
One time, I mean I've done it too on accident.
One time we read it what do You Show Party?
And I was already a little tipsy, and I told Randy,
you guys were endorsed by some I don't remember what,
some kind of energy drink. Yeah, And I told already
I go, hey, go get me a red Bull vodka.
And I have the mic in my hand, and you

(17:07):
looked at me and you're like, at the event.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
We're at the Yes, I remember this. I'm like, we're
at an event that was sponsored by an energy drink.
They put their names all over the entire venue. And
then Julianne on stage in the mic says, can you
give me a Red Bull vodka?

Speaker 3 (17:29):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (17:29):
That's like being at a Monster Energy party that's covered
in Monster Energy and then you're you have the microphone
and you tell the entire crowd that you want a
red Bull.

Speaker 4 (17:39):
I learned my lesson. Okay, Tyler keeps doing it.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
By the way, shout out to our friends of Monster Energy.
We love you, think Monster Energy.

Speaker 1 (17:49):
Julian apparently really wants a red Bull.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
It was so funny. U. Somebody can find this audio.
I know exists. I know it's still up there, but
I know it's a drunk podcast and I'm at the
back of the venue recording. You guys just watched the stage.

Speaker 5 (18:03):
I hear it.

Speaker 2 (18:03):
I just go, oh, it's nowhere.

Speaker 4 (18:09):
It's nowhere. You weren't even on this show.

Speaker 2 (18:12):
Yeah right, I was a part of this entire well.
Because also here's the oar thing that company. Uh, they
had to cover my fridge up because I am friends
with some people Monster Energy. I have a Monster Energy
fridge here, so like we're gonna need to cover this fridge.
We're gonna do like nope, I'll put a you know,

(18:33):
a piece of cardboard over it for like your one
picture you're taking.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
But yeah, no, I was there.

Speaker 2 (18:38):
I was in the back of the room recording everything.
And this is the infamous one that Eric was introduced
to the show on the live podcast because he had
just been hired. Yeah, Tyler hadn't been hired yet, No,
not even close. And he was no, no, no, this
was close. He he was about to be hired, and
he was in the crowd and there was a comment

(18:58):
on stage made up.

Speaker 1 (19:00):
Yeah, this infamous story Julianne.

Speaker 6 (19:03):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (19:03):
He didn't like it, and he wanted to talk to
Woody but he was obliterated. He didn't even know the
planet he was on, and he was trying to get
in the VIP. He's like, I need to talk to
Woody I'm like, nah, dude, not a good time right now?

Speaker 2 (19:14):
Left his crew seven people he searched charge again.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
I need to get in there. No, dude, like, no, sorry,
no more wristbands.

Speaker 4 (19:22):
Gick you.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
Like this is not a good idea. You're like super
wasted and you're trying to talk to Woody like and
you're just about to start with us, Like, no, dude,
you're not coming in the VIP. Get out of here.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
I got a text that says HEO watch out for
this guy.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
Yeahco he writes crazy stuff on the internet.

Speaker 6 (19:43):
He's good and he tells you lies about his location.
Maniat It's okay, guys, don't worry.

Speaker 2 (19:54):
I'll take your responsibility up, but don't take up watching
my buddy hold On, let Me Go by seventeen Lego sets.

Speaker 3 (19:59):
Yeah, God, moments is all I was trying to say. Yeah,
he just has too many, too many moments.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
You know what's funny is the moments with Tyler are
almost a combination of Julianne. Yeah, it's Julianne with the
intoxicated fun which could be explosive at times, and then
Randy with the constantly lying to us about everything and
not telling us what's going.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
On at least I don't want you guys.

Speaker 2 (20:30):
Thank you, Yeah, thank you. That's something we could always
count on, julian Always tell us the truth, even though
you don't want to hear.

Speaker 4 (20:36):
It, honestly, is the best policy.

Speaker 2 (20:40):
They say, Yeah, can we peel back the curtain for
one second? Oh okay, it's been a goddamn week. It
has it's been like two goddamn.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Weeks, Julianne, You're lucky you don't work here no more.
Oh god, this has been so many Well, it's just
like corporate bull crab you know you gotta do Yeah, yeah,
I mean you used to work really on the corporate
side a lot before you joined us on the woodyshell,
and you've probably saw it all, like, can't mention, but yeah,

(21:10):
we're just the unnecessary drama, the overreaction, all kinds of
crap like that.

Speaker 3 (21:15):
Oh I used to see on our personalities, like storm
into my boss's office, yell, door slamming, like oh I saw.

Speaker 2 (21:24):
I mean I still see that. Yeah, not from our
people at least, but I still see that.

Speaker 1 (21:28):
But we're doing radio, guys. Come on, we're not in
the military. This is not life or death.

Speaker 2 (21:35):
My voice is the biggest voice.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
Yes I'm important, but yeah, anyways, I'm sorry. Oh dude,
and speaking of my showkiller again, like and what he
went through this too? Of You know, when we first
moved to Los Angeles Wood, he had a cake gig
in Saint Louis. I was like sixteen years of radio

(22:01):
in San Francisco. I knew everybody. I can walk in it,
any nightclub that I wanted to. I could go hang
out with all these like cool tech billionaires, all this
kind of stuff. And then I moved to Los Angeles
and no one would return my call in Los Angeles, right,
and I'm trying to meet new people. Perfect example, Diplo
hates my boss. I go to Coachella. You know, when

(22:22):
I lived in San Francisco, I had full access to Coachella.
I could do whatever I want, like artists, pass, go
wherever I want, go to Coachella. When I moved to
La Sorry, you gotta buy your own ticket, right, Yeah? Fine,
I get my own ticket. Then I see Jared Leto
and I'm like, oh crap, it's Jared Letto. So I'm
gonna introduce myself. Hey, Jared, how you doing. Nice to

(22:44):
meet you. My name's menas I work on a ninety
eight seven. First words out of his mouth, dude, what's
up with your program director? Yes, dude, it took years
of being in Los Angeles for people to like give
us any type of love on anything. Yeah, yeah, I
mean brutal.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
Even in this own building.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
And Jared Letto, to be fair, has always been cool
every single time. Adam, he was even cool after that,
but the first words out of his mouth was like,
what's up with your program director? Yeah? Not cool?

Speaker 2 (23:17):
Flashing back to all the emails I used to get
from Mike when I worked on my other show, and
it was always like these giant paragraphs of why things
happened and why isn't this done? And this and this
and this, and I go, Mike, the show airs in
five hours. Man, I could do anything in thirty seconds.
Come on, were you bitching about and writting these freaking
like monologues? And again, I love him.

Speaker 1 (23:37):
We all love him to death. I wouldn't we were
hanging out with them on a daily it would be awesome.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
But I legit was so happy when he came back
into our atmosphere with stuff in Philadelphia, and I was
sad that he wasn't there because I do enjoy talking.

Speaker 1 (23:54):
Yeah, Mike is super fun. I know we like to
make fun of him, but schools I love it. Go
hang out with him.

Speaker 4 (24:02):
I'm trying to get him to go on the country
cruise with me.

Speaker 5 (24:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (24:05):
Get the end of next year.

Speaker 1 (24:06):

Yeah, you're talking about peeling back the curtain and freaking
emails and everything. Oh god, I'm pulled in so many
directions this week. I'm like kids, so we just not
ask me for anything.

Speaker 1 (26:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
Yeah. If you follow me at Saint Port on Instagram,
I told you guys last time that I am on
a quest to be the very best of them all. Yes,
Pokemon Master completing the national Poke decks is using all
Pokemon games and Pokemon Go through Pokemon Home on the Switch.
I'm currently at nine hundred and fifty five out a
one twenty five Pokemon so keep following me as I

(26:54):
continue on the quest, it's gonna take a while. This
sounds like maybe it's not that difficult. Guys, this is
freaking hard. Yeah, this is a lot. I'm literally using
game boys, Nintendo DS's, Nintendo Switches, my phone, and about
say total ten games. Not all of them are in
each game. Some of them are random, legendary, hard to
get ones. And I just I'm just going nice and

(27:15):
it's not costing me any money because I can't afford
anything anymore. So, yeah, this is fun if you wanna.
If you like Pokemon, keep up on the adventure sat

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
