HS FB (2021) Lucas Rolls Past Fort Loramie

The Lucas Cubs got a key player back from injury in Andrew Fanello, who was big in the Cubs 31-8 win at home over Fort Loramie. Fanello, who had an incredible over the shoulder TD catch in the back of the endzone, was all over the field on defense making tackles and knocking down passes vs a very good passing offense in Fort Loramie. Lucas QB Andrew Smollen threw 2 TD passes and Grant Barrett & Corbin Toms each had long TD runs of 45 and 70 yards, The Cubs defense held a good Fort Loramie offense to just 1 score to improve to 7-1.
