this update. At Parliament's Justice Select Committee has agreed to
reopen submissions on the Treaty Principal's Bill. Submissions will reopen
from one pm today to one pm on Tuesday next week.
People who were unable to submit previously will have the

opportunity to submit online. Anyone who emailed a submission to
the committee email address between Monday and this morning because
the website was down, will have their submission accepted, provided
it meets the other conditions for submissions, that includes not
being anonymous, having a name provided, and having no swear
words or racism. US President elect Donald Trump isn't ruling

out using military force to take over Greenland. Trump shocked
the world in a foreign policy announcement expressing his desire
to bring Greenland, Canada, and the Panama Canal under US control,
but Danish Prime Minister Mete Frederickson says what happens to
Greenland is up to Greenlanders. California wildfires continue to rapidly
grow as intense winds fuel flames and hinder response efforts.

In Los Angeles County, at least two people have died.
And tens of thousands are under evacuation orders with widespread
power outages. The Palisades fire has belonged to nearly five
thousand hectares in size, or the Eaten fire covers more
than four thousand hectares. Authorities say there is still zero
containment of the blazers. CNN's Gonzalo Alvarado says guts have
