I just forgot?

But she's also the vol Yeah, she's the voice of
one of the.
Speaker 5 (04:33):
Characters on Archer.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
Yes ah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 7 (04:35):
She used to be on E Entertainment.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
Yes ah, I love her. She's a badass. Yeah, beautiful woman. Anyway,

Angel and Savannah that can help you.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
Okay, okay, all right.
Speaker 6 (05:25):
This Detroit native now think of all the celebrities that
come from Detroit. This Detroit native will oversee productions, presentation,
and the talent selection for the Thanksgiving Day halftime performances
from this year twenty twenty five to twenty twenty seven.
This artist has entered a multi year partnership with the
(05:45):
Detroit Lions to exclusively produce the team's halftime show for
the annual Thanksgiving Day.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
You know a game that we all usually watch, name him?
Speaker 6 (05:55):
Who is it that is in charge of the halftime
show for Thanksgiving too?
Speaker 10 (06:00):
From there? So, I'm gonna go with kid Rock.
Speaker 6 (06:02):
Kid Rock is incorrect and it's not kid Rock. Who
do you want the help? Do you want Savannah? Do
you want Angel? Or do you want Ryan Holmes?
Speaker 5 (06:10):
Let's do Angel, Angel vera.
Speaker 6 (06:12):
This Detroit native will oversee the production and presentation of
the Thanksgiving half the halftime show performance.
Speaker 1 (06:20):
He's from Detroit. Who do you think it's not kid Rock?
It is No.
Speaker 7 (06:24):
I'd love to have a conversation with Will after all
of this about who he thinks is the biggest star
out of Detroit, especially when it comes to hip hop. Yeah,
that's it's your boy. Was the second one is always
the first answer.
Speaker 5 (06:42):
Detroit.
Speaker 6 (06:43):
See when I think Detroita from I think Bob Seger.
Speaker 1 (06:46):
But that's all. I'm older than you guys. But you
know here.
Speaker 7 (06:49):
Detroit, Bob's in his grumpy phase right now. So I
don't know if he would enjoy that job.
Speaker 5 (06:53):
But could have been Jack White.
Speaker 7 (06:57):
That would have been the sneaky one. That would have
been sick.
Speaker 6 (07:00):
Could have been Jack White. There's a handful of folks
from Detroit.
Speaker 7 (07:03):
But yeah, Eminem. In the last few years, Russ, he's
been at a bunch of like he's making this thing
now where he's at the games now and I think
in one of the man you guys hit me up
on roll mooble let me know. But I think in
the last couple of years he did a halftime show
for them, or he did one of the things where
the players are coming out or something like that. So
he's been doing a lot more with the Lions.
Speaker 1 (07:25):
So do you think he's going to do a good
job at that Yeah, that's a that's a cake job
many all right, So Eminem is in charge of, you know,
getting the talent.
Speaker 6 (07:35):
He's not performing this Thanksgiving, He's just he'll be getting
the talent he does the end of the production and
all that kind of stuff.
Speaker 7 (07:42):
So basically he's going to be the jay Z of
that of the Detroit Lions. And not for nothing. I
watch how this goes, there's going to be more athletes
that are I'm sorry, more as teams that are going
to reach out to artists that are connected to them,
right and have them do that that role, because.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
Like who would be in Tampa, Like in Tampa?
Speaker 7 (08:04):
Who that's a good one.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
I don't know who in Tampa.
Speaker 9 (08:08):
No, that would be No, Jacksonville, rog Spot actually.
Speaker 8 (08:12):
Brook Hogan Bank.
Speaker 1 (08:17):
Okay Taylor, Yeah, Yeah, I love her. She's she's funny
and she's hot.
Speaker 7 (08:23):
She's always been a smoke show. But her role on
the animated series Archer is where I definitely fell in
love with her.
Speaker 1 (08:32):
Well, her role on whose line is it anyway?
Speaker 6 (08:34):
Is great because she laughs at everything like she's a
good host.
Speaker 1 (08:37):
Yeah, she's a good host.
Speaker 6 (08:38):
Of it and she you know, she plays along with
those guys and laughs.
Speaker 1 (08:41):
Anyway, all right, well take it.
Speaker 7 (08:43):
We come back that Environment Board of Comedy environment.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
Somewhere laughs at everything. I just gave you a symbol.
You just got a symbol.
Speaker 9 (08:52):
Yeah, it's all right.
Speaker 4 (08:54):
At least you're getting talked to you today. I just
might as well not you.
Speaker 7 (09:01):
More is getting hot over there, roast.
Speaker 9 (09:03):
More me Friday.
Speaker 3 (09:04):

Speaker 5 (09:04):
I haven't been here in weeks, that's the way.
Speaker 9 (09:06):
I haven't been here for weeks, and I've had a
pretty big journey to your sentences.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
We got business, we got business taking.
Speaker 7 (09:14):
You're not about that business?
Speaker 4 (09:15):
Well know I'm not about the business because I'd much
rather spend the first two.
Speaker 9 (09:19):
Hours here talking about the same two hours you guys
spent yesterday with George Wallace.
Speaker 5 (09:23):
Hey, likely next segments about cleaning shoe.
Speaker 7 (09:25):
Come on, we're gonna talk.
Speaker 9 (09:28):
To thing to say about that.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
After we talked to Will, we're gonna talk to Savannah.
Speaker 9 (09:34):
I don't want to be part of Will's segment. Let
Will have his own segment. I'll just sit here and
play on my phone.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
Always do talk about.
Speaker 4 (09:42):
Maybe if I bring up Shamwell or something that has
that is completely inappropriate.
Speaker 5 (09:46):
Russell conspiracy theories, because then Russell love you.
Speaker 9 (09:49):
I do have some conspiracy.
Speaker 7 (09:50):
Actually, he tried to get you a part of the conversation.
I wanted to see if you would blestings. That's right,
that's what that's his way of trying to bring you
into the conversation.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
Shut me down. You get nothing.
Speaker 9 (10:01):
Sometimes you get nothing.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
All right, Well, we will.
Speaker 6 (10:04):
Have more Savannah when we will.
Speaker 1 (10:08):
A little Will a lot of Savannah.
Speaker 7 (10:09):
How's that You don't know well enough to say that.
Speaker 4 (10:11):
I'm not having a half of a segment like I
do other radio shows and they give me full segments.
Speaker 9 (10:18):
I'm putting my foot down.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
Star. We're talking to Will when we come back. Don't
go anywhere.
Speaker 3 (10:23):

the show, buddy? Oh?
Speaker 10 (12:03):
A couple of years, maybe closer to three.
Speaker 6 (12:05):
Oh that's awesome. I love hearing to me. That's a
new listener. Uh, and it's great. What what? What what
got you to start listening?
Speaker 4 (12:13):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (12:13):
What?
Speaker 10 (12:14):
My brother in law kept leaving it on in my
car when you borrow it and never I started enjoying
it and never turned it off.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
Well you know what you did, that guy? You tell
him we love him. I appreciate that. What do you
do for living?
Speaker 10 (12:25):
Will I drive a septic truck up in Palm Coast
septic truck?
Speaker 1 (12:31):
Well you don't. You never want to wreck that thing,
do you. That would be a complete mess.
Speaker 3 (12:34):
That'd be a mess, Yeah, a real mess.
Speaker 6 (12:39):
And then what would you like to plug and promote
and tell us.
Speaker 10 (12:41):
About bud That's that's a good one too, But I
thought I'm on that one. And you know, I rode
motorcycles my whole life and I've recently given it up
because it become more of a choy chore than enjoyment.
Like to promote motorcycle safety and.
Speaker 1 (12:57):
Awareness, that's a good idea. Nice, that's yeah, yeah, yeah,
Actually for the rest of.
Speaker 6 (13:02):
Us to look out for motorcycles, you know, make sure
you look at that h that blind spot and all
that we.
Speaker 7 (13:08):
Just was did you have a scare or something or
it's just or just life in general.
Speaker 10 (13:15):
I've lost a few friends and then being in a
big truck, everybody just nobody pays attention anymore. No, every
time on the news, somebody you know getting hurt.
Speaker 7 (13:24):
On the bike, gotcha. Yeah, yeah, having.
Speaker 10 (13:27):
A family, what happens to them?
Speaker 7 (13:29):
You know?
Speaker 6 (13:29):
Well, right, Ryan was really close to buying a motorcycle
about a month ago.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
We had to daytotally Davis, what what happened with that?
Speaker 4 (13:36):
You?
Speaker 1 (13:36):
You obviously changed your mind Thistock Market.
Speaker 5 (13:39):
Oh, I see, it took a big old dump so
the video money.
Speaker 7 (13:44):
So you and I had a really extensive because the
one bike that we were interested and again it's just
in our scenario, and I think it would be strictly
for commuting purposes. You know, we lived fairly close and
so this was a particular Harley Davison h They don't
make it anymore right now, but they had to run
with it. And it was their electric bike Russ the
(14:05):
live Wire, and we were trying to get it set
up that we could test drive those out there and
they had just sold the last one they had on
the on the deal at the dealership.
Speaker 1 (14:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (14:12):
So yeah, I've been eyeing a couple of those lately.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
Remember they had they had Ryan on the hook man
that one sales dude he had to do with.
Speaker 5 (14:20):
Sign It was it was sad because the.
Speaker 8 (14:23):
Bike that I thought I wanted. He was like, oh,
you're too tall for it. Yeah, and it was that
was first of all, that was disappointing to learn that,
like I'm being discriminated against. But then he showed me
an even cooler bike that I could have.
Speaker 7 (14:36):
That way, he knew what he was doing because that
bike is better at Los LNG and for tall guys,
it's a better bike.
Speaker 1 (14:41):
Hey will. Thank you buddy for listening for the past
three years.
Speaker 10 (14:44):
We were pretty wonderful.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
I hope you enjoyed. Did you get trans Hiberian Orchestra?
I hope you enjoy it.
Speaker 6 (14:51):
If you see me there, come say hello, because I'm
gonna be at the event and all the real radio
listeners are I think are sitting together.
Speaker 4 (14:56):
Got that trick right up in front of that Doctor
Phillips building, and just.
Speaker 1 (15:01):
I'll probably see you there, buddy, Yes, sir, I'll look
you up a man. Take care all right, there you go? Thanks, well,
thank you will. So anyway, uh, Savannah, you went, you went.
Speaker 9 (15:13):
I'm not having a half a segment.
Speaker 7 (15:16):
We got two minutes and then why are you gonna
give me.
Speaker 9 (15:18):
Two minutes to talk about so many days?
Speaker 6 (15:20):
Okay, I could take a break in two minutes, or
or we can go to thirty eight and you have
an entire all Savannah segment said, thirty seven, thirty eight,
it's all willy nilly, so so I will.
Speaker 5 (15:34):
You know, it doesn't matter number one of the ratings.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
That sign is exactly what it is. On our way
obviously works Angel. Whatever we're doing.
Speaker 7 (15:46):
But you're not what gets that gets the ear tug
Winner like, hey man, what's going on with your guys' breaks?
Speaker 1 (15:50):
And just be like rest, don't listen to second old man.
That old man you know that's set in his way
sounds thinks he knows what he's doing.
Speaker 7 (16:00):
Feeling.
Speaker 6 (16:01):
They know that I've earned this spot, guy, I earned
be an old gripping man that does what he wants
to do.
Speaker 7 (16:07):
They know that that doesn't stop them from.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Take a break.
Speaker 6 (16:11):
We're gonna come back and it's all Savannah aah, nothing
else but than Angel.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
I'm doing.
Speaker 4 (16:21):
Thank you rush, Yeah, but you're trying to give me
some bunk ass half ass segment will in his septic trust.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
You see, thank you, thank you Uncle Russ, bitch.
Speaker 4 (16:32):
Please wow, you've got like clearly, clearly the submissive females
that are coming on the show have made you think
that that everything's different, but I'm not.
Speaker 1 (16:45):
You can't even speak, not the one. All right, we're
gonna take a break when we come back. You do it.
Speaker 6 (16:49):
I'm in a good mood. I'm poking on all right.
You're listening to the Manches of the Morning. Hey, welcome
(17:14):
out to the Monsters in the morning.
Speaker 7 (17:15):
We're already on one on four. That's a Friday.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
It's gonna be great weekend. Whether it's gonna be awesome?
I right, are you doing kettle corns tomorrow morning?
Speaker 9 (17:24):
Uh? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (17:26):
But they moved the farmers Market this week.
Speaker 1 (17:28):
Oh that's right. You told me that.
Speaker 8 (17:30):
Yeah, And I'm not quite sure where it's I've been
gouring my email trying to find out where they're moving
it to because I need to.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
Know now and tonight and tomorrow night. You are? Is
it featuring? Is other? Probably featuring.
Speaker 5 (17:42):
I'm just doing guest set. Guest set, Yeah, popping in.
Speaker 8 (17:45):
For all four shows for George Wallace. That's gonna be
a ton of fun to come out say. I'm sure
he'll be doing a very personable persons. I'm maddened he's
gonna just be saying hi at the end of the
show as well.
Speaker 6 (17:55):
I can't imagine he's not already sold out. I mean
the response yestera for George Wallace was it made? And
you get you get to open for him. So that's
super cool. And that's all weekend long up at the
Funny Bone, which are great partners with the radio show.
Speaker 1 (18:08):
We've known them so long and they've.
Speaker 6 (18:10):
Brought so many really cool people in here, and uh
and yeah, bring in George Wallace and yesually was.
Speaker 5 (18:15):
Was that another legend coming?
Speaker 1 (18:17):
Next week we do.
Speaker 6 (18:18):
And then today we've got to Ali's sideque is coming
in and uh, I kind of looked him up and everything.
He's a big deal.
Speaker 1 (18:24):
Oh yeah, yeah, he'll be in here in a little bit.
Speaker 5 (18:27):
So I don't do the Doctor Phillips Center if you're
not a big deal.
Speaker 6 (18:30):
You I saw all your stuff online. You got to
go to New York. I did and tell everybody what
what happened.
Speaker 4 (18:38):
So my friend Jackie Siegel, who will be here later, Yeah,
the Queen of Versides she is. She has a Broadway
show and the Broadway show is all about her, which
is amazing. And I learned so much about her from
watching the show that.
Speaker 9 (18:53):
I didn't know.
Speaker 1 (18:55):
And tell me who plays her?
Speaker 4 (18:57):
Kristin Chenaworth, who is the she's like the star of Broadway.
She's like the most amazing as the most amazing voice.
And it was written by Stephen Schwartz, who also wrote Wicked.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
And Tony Award winning.
Speaker 4 (19:12):
Yeah, absolutely, absolutely and and uh so I flew up
there and I went to we went to a fancy
dinner at this place called Sarties, which is the place
where all the caricatures are of all the stars. So
we had a big dinner at Sardis with a bunch
of fancy people. We met the producers of the of
(19:33):
the show. This was before, like Jackie seen the show
a bunch of times, I had never seen the show.
Speaker 6 (19:37):
So Savannah goes to Sardis. What does Savannah order at Sardi's?
Are you are you concerned about like how you you
know how you eat properly?
Speaker 7 (19:47):
You don't know how to use a fork in public?
Speaker 5 (19:50):
At Fartis?
Speaker 9 (19:51):
Do you want do you want me to tell you
what I ordered?
Speaker 4 (19:53):
Yeah, chicken case of dea that I could eat with
my hands. Think about what everybody was ordering too much stuff?
Speaker 9 (20:01):
And we also were on a time limit.
Speaker 4 (20:02):
And what I've learned about hanging out with Jackie and
her friends is you don't need to order a thing
because no one eats.
Speaker 9 (20:08):
So they all order big meals and food and stuff
like that, but they only take like a few bites.
Speaker 4 (20:13):
So all I needed to do was wait for everybody
else's food and wait for them to finish, and then
I could have some really good food, like some steak
or some vio parmesan or something like that.
Speaker 9 (20:23):
Now, this was a.
Speaker 4 (20:24):
Star studded cast at this restaurant, right, So it's not
only Jackie, it's the people that produced this show.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
What's the name of the show is called.
Speaker 9 (20:34):
The Queen of Versailles, and.
Speaker 4 (20:37):
And so, so there's the producers of the show, the
Attorney General for the District of Columbia, who I love
is the new best friend, the new Ambassador to India,
the United States Ambassador to India, Matt Mains, who is
like an amazing hair dresser, just not as good as mine.
Speaker 9 (20:55):
Shout out to Chris Martin.
Speaker 4 (20:58):
And then a bunch of other very affluential people and me.
Speaker 1 (21:03):
Now what I know about Sardis is it's a little expensive.
Speaker 4 (21:07):
Which is why I only ordered this chitucation because I
like to pay for my own food.
Speaker 9 (21:12):
I don't like for anyone else to have to do that.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
You won't let you won't let paper your stuff.
Speaker 9 (21:17):
No, but then someone else ended up paying for the food.
Speaker 4 (21:19):
And I was so mad because they swept in at
the last minute, and had I known they were paying
for the food, I to order something different.
Speaker 7 (21:26):
Measure looks fantastical.
Speaker 6 (21:28):
Hold, angel, I got to make a point here. You're
so shot. You definitely don't want any of those people to.
Speaker 1 (21:34):
Buy your buy your dinner. You're very anti that. But
you don't mind asking me for money for breakfast money.
Speaker 9 (21:41):
No, that's a whole different thing. That's a work related issue.
Speaker 1 (21:44):
Out to the fifties, I was like, the food.
Speaker 9 (21:47):
From the corisons is going to be forty eight dollars.
Speaker 7 (21:50):
I'll take the fifty right rightfully. So, yeah, I get it.
Speaker 1 (21:53):
That's boulder Dash, it's not anyway. Go ahead, you're gonna
be able to retire at sixty three. You're good. But yeah,
the Queen of her size a billionaire. Anyway.
Speaker 6 (22:03):
So you're at Sardes, you ordered your case of dia.
Everyone else is eating fancy food and you don't drink.
So now were they drinking?
Speaker 9 (22:11):
Everybody drinks?
Speaker 4 (22:12):
Everybody so so imagine so here's Jackie like she's the
center of the universe, She's the Sun, right, and then
there's an orbit. There are different levels of orbits that
go around her right at different times.
Speaker 9 (22:25):
So it's this movie.
Speaker 4 (22:26):
It's this moving queen celestial being through all these different things, right,
and like if you're not, if you're in it, you
get swept up in it, right, Like I've seen other
people get swept up in it. And it just moves
like it's this living organism that moves all.
Speaker 9 (22:42):
Around New York. And that's where I was, right.
Speaker 6 (22:45):
Yeah, Now, what I know about you is you don't
you don't like being second Banana, but you don't mind.
Speaker 1 (22:51):
Hanging out with her. Is that why you want to
make sure you're she's not paying for anything with you,
because you want to be independent.
Speaker 4 (22:59):
I I think she has a lot of great friends
and wonderful friends, but also there are some people that
may or may not take advantage. It's not for me
to say that, it's for her to say that, but
I see that occasionally because I'm very street smart.
Speaker 9 (23:14):
You don't want to be considered I'm not I'm not
playing that yet.
Speaker 8 (23:17):
Saying the ambassador to India could pay for dinner.
Speaker 1 (23:22):
No.
Speaker 9 (23:23):
So anyway, it's like it's it again.
Speaker 4 (23:25):
It's this moving organism of Jackie, right, and then her
kids have their own orbits that they're in as well,
So it's like this big functioning thing. So the first
night I get there, because I didn't fly up with them,
like I had my own plane to get I flew
up and back on my own.
Speaker 1 (23:41):
Why did you fly with them?
Speaker 4 (23:43):
Because there were like there were some family members that
wanted to be on the plane. If I take a
seat on her plane, it's taking up a seat from
someone else, and I didn't really want to do that.
Plus I had to leave earlier than everyone else, so
I wanted to have my own way. So the first
night I get there, like they had just come back
from somewhere, and they were like Jackie was trying to
cut something, and I was like, here, just use my knife.
Speaker 9 (24:04):
So I hand off my knife like a gator knife.
Speaker 4 (24:07):
You have, yeah in my bag, And so I hand
off my knife, not even thinking like Jackie might not
know how to use a spring loaded knife, right, And
I don't even consider those kinds of things. And so
I'm in the bathroom and then I come back in
and she's like, man, I cut my finger and I'm.
Speaker 5 (24:25):
Like, oh my god, why, like why.
Speaker 9 (24:28):
Did you do that?
Speaker 1 (24:29):
What kind of knife did you handle? Like one of
those springloaded knife? Springloaded? Yeah, So the Queen how to work.
Speaker 9 (24:37):
We have those conversations all the time.
Speaker 4 (24:39):
She'll be like, oh, I'm going to this country, and
I'll be like, oh, you need to be careful for this, this,
this and this, and then I have to think, oh, well,
she doesn't travel like me, so she doesn't even have
to worry about that kind of thing. So be careful
about the swamp's no, okay when you go to this country,
remember their arm guards that are that are at this border,
so just kind of stay to the west side or
the east side. And then she'll be like well, and
(25:00):
I'll be like, oh, yeah, that's right. But anyways, I
love Jackie and I learned so much about her from
the show. Right, So did you know she had a
computer engineering degree?
Speaker 1 (25:11):
I did not?
Speaker 9 (25:12):
Yeah, well neither did I.
Speaker 4 (25:13):
So I was in this show and I see like
where she grew up in this teeny little town.
Speaker 9 (25:18):
There were two ways.
Speaker 4 (25:20):
There were two ways to get out, get married or
work for someone who had an engineering degree and worked
at IBM, right, So she said, huh, well, I could
either be the one that I could be the secretary
for the engineer, or I could be the engineer. So
she went to school, got her degree, went to IBM,
and then they still made her like a secretary kind
(25:40):
of thing.
Speaker 5 (25:41):
I knew.
Speaker 3 (25:42):
I knew.
Speaker 8 (25:42):
That's why you got along with her so well, because
she knows Python that does computer joke.
Speaker 7 (25:48):
Okay, I'm gonna go now, but.
Speaker 8 (25:51):
Computer giggling his ass off all the guys there.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
You go, Why didn't get it?
Speaker 4 (26:01):
But she so then she goes to her boss. Right,
she has the same degree as the boss, but the
boss is a man, and it was a different time, right,
And she goes to the boss and she's like, hey,
what are you working on? Can I help you work
on something? You know, because I know how to do
all this too, write code, all that kind of stuff.
And he's like, yeah, I just finalized. I just finalized
(26:22):
a program that'll count down every year, month, hour, week,
second until I retire.
Speaker 9 (26:32):
And she's like, well, why did you do that?
Speaker 4 (26:33):
And the guy says to her, because that's when I
can start living.
Speaker 9 (26:38):
And she quit that day.
Speaker 4 (26:39):
Like after he said that, she was like Nope, that's
not going to be my life. And then she moved
to New York and she was a model in New York,
and she met this guy that she thought was going
to take her to.
Speaker 9 (26:49):
Florida and be like and be like, you.
Speaker 4 (26:52):
Know, the Queen of Florida, right, because she was in
pageants and things like that. So so she marries this guy,
she moves and it's not there, not moving to South
Beach like he said. They moved to like Homestead or
like Kendall. Right, So now she's down in South Florida.
She doesn't know anyone, she doesn't have any family there,
and she's with this guy and she wants to and
(27:14):
I guess things maybe weren't going well. And it tells
you all this in the play, right, I never heard
these stories, right, just like when her husband passed away,
Like I got to hear stories from the kids that
I had never heard. So she moves down there, and
she wants to obviously get out of her situation, right
because the guy's drinking. He's not who she thought she
(27:34):
was he was. And now she's down there with him,
by herself and also pregnant. So she enters the missus
Florida contest and she wins, right, So she goes home
to tell him that she won this contest, and he
punches her in the face, busts her face open. No,
I don't know how much was going on before or
after that. That night he goes to jail, they put
(27:58):
in He goes to jail, and she goes home, gets
all her stuff together and just moves to Orlando to
stay with her friend that just happens to be in Orlando,
and and then you know, they get divorced obviously. Like
she has this little girl, Victoria, who you know passed
away eventually, but like she has this little girl, and
(28:20):
she meets David Siegel and he's like, I want to
give you the world and I want to make you
my princess.
Speaker 9 (28:25):
And he's single at the time, and they fall in love.
Speaker 1 (28:28):
Did she meet him at one of the pageants? Was he?
Speaker 4 (28:31):
Like she said after it was a pageant and then
she was there as.
Speaker 9 (28:35):
Missus Florida or something like that.
Speaker 4 (28:37):
Yeah, and then and I will tell you, like I
saw Jackie with David before he passed away. There's no
doubt that the two of them were super in love.
Speaker 9 (28:47):
Like it it was the cutest.
Speaker 4 (28:51):
Relationship I've ever seen in the way that they talk
to each other and things like that. And he just
wanted to give her the world and that's what he did.
And he took her to He took her to Versailles,
the real Versailles, and came back and said, you loved
it so much there, I'm gonna build you one right
here in Orlando.
Speaker 9 (29:08):
And you know, the play itself is a little you know,
not a little. It mocks the rich, like it absolutely does.
Speaker 1 (29:15):
It was a comedy slash drama.
Speaker 4 (29:18):
Yeah, and it but it just goes through and and
so sitting in so sitting where I'm sitting right and
watching watching a play about a person that's sitting next
to me and watching her watch the play about herself
was like the strangest, most surreal moment that I've ever
had in my life.
Speaker 6 (29:38):
And this is on Broadway. It's on Broadway. It's not,
it's not off Broadway.
Speaker 9 (29:43):
On Broadway show one of the shows.
Speaker 6 (29:45):
It was sold out, and it is one of the
ones that people really trying to get tickets to.
Speaker 4 (29:49):
Yeah, it's hard to get tickets there.
Speaker 9 (29:53):
She is the baby doll of Broadway.
Speaker 4 (29:55):
Right, So, like all of these people come to this show, right,
everyone dresses in pink because it's Queen of Versailles. Okay,
everyone has crowns on male female, It doesn't matter.
Speaker 9 (30:05):
Everyone has feather boas.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
Did you wear pink?
Speaker 9 (30:08):
I did?
Speaker 4 (30:09):
Wow, I wore pink and like stripes, so.
Speaker 1 (30:12):
Uh but yeah, is the only time you've worn pink?
Speaker 5 (30:15):
No?
Speaker 4 (30:15):
I I had a really good pink dress and like,
like it was wonderful and like people just swarmed her
and they love her so much. Like I got I
got put in charge of taking care of the dog.
Speaker 3 (30:26):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (30:27):
So Mochi, who's also in the play, Yeah, was also
at the thing.
Speaker 9 (30:31):
So it was really fantastic.
Speaker 4 (30:32):
There were so many little kids there, like little girls
that want to grow up to be princesses and queens
and stuff like that.
Speaker 9 (30:38):
And just watching how.
Speaker 4 (30:39):
Much everyone loved her and like wanted to be next
to her was like just it. It just filled my
heart with so much joy.
Speaker 6 (30:46):
Hey, when you're hanging out with her and you're in
New York like that was people ask well, who's this girl?
Speaker 7 (30:50):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (30:51):
Absolutely, and you know what I say, like because it
happened like as we walked out, uh, and Ryan knows
I get anxiety attacks even around to Orlando. But as
we walked out of the theater, there was a wall
of cameras and a wall of people in a wall
of videos and like like it's it's just a different
level than you've ever seen and.
Speaker 1 (31:11):
So they miss monster.
Speaker 9 (31:13):
No, it's like it's nice.
Speaker 4 (31:17):
And like the minute we walk out, like it was
just like this lightning.
Speaker 9 (31:21):
Flashes everywhere, screaming Jackie, Jackie, and then like who are you?
Speaker 1 (31:26):
Who are you?
Speaker 9 (31:26):
Who are you?
Speaker 4 (31:27):
And I finally to the point that I had a
complete breakdown, panic attack, and I had to run, Like
so I ran off to the side, ran to the
far back of the crowd where I could at least breathe,
right because the crowd, you know, is moving in, moving in,
moving in, and so I finally got like I got
to the back of it, and then I was kind
of calming down in the back of it, and then uh,
(31:49):
but it was just incredible, Like how incredible to see
your own life played out on Broadway by Kristin Chenna Worth,
Like it's craziest thing I've ever seen.
Speaker 1 (31:57):
There was security there right to c everybody.
Speaker 4 (32:00):
There was security there, absolutely, yeah, but it was just
too much in my face.
Speaker 9 (32:05):
Like there were photographers. They were like who are you,
where are you from? Blah blah blah, And I was like, ah, nope, no.
Speaker 1 (32:10):
Mean like TMZ people or like yeah yeah, and I just.
Speaker 4 (32:14):
Like put my hands up finally, and I was like.
Speaker 9 (32:16):
I'm nobody go out with there take pictures of Jackie.
Speaker 4 (32:20):
Yeah, And I just had to run out of it.
But it was good to like see her in that
crowd from Afar, like all like we met this little
like as we were walking down the street afterwards, there's
this cute little gay boy and he was like, Jackie,
can I please get a picture with you? I watched
your documentary when I was sixteen years old, and my
whole entire life is so obsessed with you, like.
Speaker 9 (32:43):
Like so much love, Like it.
Speaker 4 (32:45):
Was so so beautiful, and she's just the most gracious
and the most wonderful to everyone she encounters.
Speaker 6 (32:51):
So I know you lived in New York for a
little while, and so tell me the difference when you
lived there, you know, when you were in New York
and then being like hanging out with or just being
like Jackie Siegel with so much money and so much
attention and everything.
Speaker 1 (33:04):
It's got to be too different. Oh New York.
Speaker 4 (33:06):
Oh yeah, because when I lived in New York, I'm
like taking the train, like I don't have any money.
I'm trying to eat a street dog, right, which is
what I wanted, a street dog. But I never got
to have a street dog while I was there, Like
every time, like we did this whole like TikTok video,
me and Jackie in front of this hot dog place,
and I was like, and so when we were done,
I was like, Okay, let's get a hot dog. And
(33:27):
then the orbit just keeps moving right, and I'm like, hey, no, wait,
we're just we were gonna try to get a hot dog,
and and and then they're just gone. Yeah, So then
I have to chase them down the street to catch up.
Speaker 9 (33:39):
To them because they just keeps moving right.
Speaker 4 (33:41):
And and there are songs in the There are songs
in the play that are actually about what was happening
as we were walking around, and it's all about the
Kingdom and how the Kingdom moves on and her family
legacy and American Royalty and like how they operate.
Speaker 9 (33:59):
And how they moved through things.
Speaker 4 (34:00):
It's like like it was it was like being in
a dream, but being awake in a dream and then
here I was in the whole thing.
Speaker 9 (34:07):
It was crazy.
Speaker 1 (34:08):
How long were you in New York?
Speaker 3 (34:10):
Well?
Speaker 4 (34:10):
I was supposed to be there for three days, but
I ended up being there for four days because my
flight got canceled and they lost my luggage and that
was a nightmare. And uh but honestly, like, look at
all those people in that video. If you're watching on YouTube,
you can see it right now. And Jackie is just amazing.
Speaker 1 (34:26):
Did they from the stage that they point out that
she was there?
Speaker 4 (34:29):
They did the next night, which was the red carpet night,
So we were like the pre preview night.
Speaker 1 (34:34):
Yeah, with all.
Speaker 4 (34:35):
Her friends from Florida were there, all kinds of crazy
people there, And so was.
Speaker 1 (34:41):
That the opening of it?
Speaker 4 (34:42):
It was was the next night? Oh I say, okay,
the next night was the opening of it. So this
was like the night before it.
Speaker 1 (34:47):
So it's going to run for the next couple months
or yeah.
Speaker 4 (34:50):
I don't know how long those shows run, but it'll
run for a really long time.
Speaker 6 (34:53):
Because all the tickets are selling. And then if it's
got word of mouth and it's got Christian chanch.
Speaker 4 (34:57):
And they talk about you know, they talk about her
daughters in the play, Victoria is in the play, and
they talk about you know, drug addiction and what happened
with her, and they mentioned Victoria's.
Speaker 9 (35:07):
Voice, which is a really big deal.
Speaker 4 (35:09):
And they help teenagers get into you know, rehabs and
facilities like that to get them off of drugs and
things like that. Because Jackie's sister and daughter died from
a drug overdose, okay, and so you know, like the
sister the same night basically.
Speaker 9 (35:24):
That the David passed away.
Speaker 4 (35:27):
So there's been a lot of greatness in that family
and also a lot of tragedy in that family.
Speaker 9 (35:32):
And like, you know, I know.
Speaker 4 (35:34):
That people like get this idea about like how she
doesn't have any problems or whatever whatever, But like I'm
not friends with people that are vapid, and I'm not
friends with people that are shallow, right, And Jackie has
proven herself to be nothing other than a solid, amazing
human being.
Speaker 1 (35:53):
Shut up. She's abody to come in.
Speaker 4 (35:56):
Okay, I think I'm not quite sure what time. I
haven't heard from her this, but she's gonna come in.
And like, you know, she's a celebrity, Like she's a
she's a world celebrity, she's a national celebrity. But she's
also based here in Orlando, and I feel like maybe
sometimes Orlando doesn't like love her as much as they should.
Speaker 1 (36:14):
Well, let's be honest. She was on the show.
Speaker 6 (36:16):
She was framed, as you know, they framed her as
someone who was ignorant. That's the how she was framed
on the show, cause they made fun of the things
that she and I'm sure they make fun of her
a little bit well.
Speaker 4 (36:26):
And they even made fun of the one newsperson in
Orlando that was talking to her when when it was
the crash and they lost all that money. Yeah, like
you know, like they had a news reporter that was
supposed to be from Orlando and I don't know who
she was, but I can speculate. And she was like, so,
how do you feel for all the people that are
saying you get what you deserve? Like like they're like,
(36:48):
because the.
Speaker 9 (36:49):
Press has been really aggressive with her.
Speaker 6 (36:50):
Well, she's been on here supper times, and I find
her nothing but the sweetest thing in the world, so nice.
Speaker 4 (36:55):
I think the press has changed, you know since that time, right,
Like the press does and treat people as negatively as
they used to. Now they're not allowed to do that anymore.
And so it's just wondering. It was just amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing.
Speaker 9 (37:09):
That's what I can say.
Speaker 6 (37:10):
All Right, Well, we'll look forward talking to her a
little bit later and see how she thinks about the
opening of her play, which is now on Broadway. We'll
take a little break, we come back. We got our
guest there, okay, Ali sniqu will be with us when
we come back. Don't go anywhere. You're listening to the
much of the morning
