Welcome to The B Code! Over the past several episodes, we’ve explored the five pillars of The B Code—what it means to be Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest. Each pillar represents a step toward becoming the woman you were always meant to be. And today, we’re arriving at the final pillar: Honesty.

But this isn’t about brutal honesty or saying whatever comes to mind. The honesty we’re talking about here is deeper and far more courageous. It’s the quiet truth you admit to yourself when something inside you begins to shift. It’s the moment you recognize that the life you built may still be beautiful—but it might not fully reflect the woman you’re becoming.

In this episode, I share the moment I had to be deeply honest with myself. From the outside, my life looked full and beautiful. I loved being a mother, a wife, and the heart of my home. But somewhere inside me was a quiet voice asking for more—not more to prove, not more to escape, but more of me. I talk about how learning to honor that truth changed everything, and why honesty isn’t about abandoning your life—it’s about adding yourself back into it.
