(03:42):
of fun. Weather gonna be pretty pretty pretty good, and
of course it's friggin Ay Friday. We're giving away beer
case Keystone Light could be yours. What was your first CD?
What was your first CD compact disc? For those who

(04:05):
don't know. And for the young ones, you used to
have to hold music in your hand. You used to
have to have some sort of place to keep it.
You used to have to have a visor in your
car that you slid it into when you went around turns.
After you packed too many in there, they would all
fall out. You used to have to have a photo
album that was specifically designed for CDs, and everybody had

(04:27):
their quote system, but nobody ever understood that system except
for the person that created it.

Speaker 8 (04:33):
Those books were the worst for compact discs. Scratch them
every time, every time.

Speaker 6 (04:42):
Well, if you were like you driving, you're not getting
one right.

Speaker 8 (04:46):
I beg to differ, but I know you could. You
gotta drive with your knees and kind of one eye
on the road and the other one you're looking all
cock eyed while you're trying to flip through. I don't
know fifty pages of CDs, right.

Speaker 6 (05:02):
I know, I've just listened to that one yesterday. And
whether you had the slide out ones are the ones
with the little tab in the middle you had to
push on it.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
Those were the worst.

Speaker 6 (05:10):
It only had like six I always wanted a six
disc disc changer in the trunk of the car.

Speaker 8 (05:16):
Yeah, yeah, that was status, mister rich fans pants.

Speaker 6 (05:20):
That's what I wanted. Yeah, and then when you and
then when you had a friend who had one, You're like, hey,
can we put in this CD? And he'd be like yeah,
dim dom dim DMD do pull over because you got
to get the trunk.

Speaker 8 (05:32):
Uh yeah, because not all back seats folded down at
that time. No where you can just crawl your way
back there and all right.

Speaker 6 (05:40):
There was room and it was quote safer because no
one would steal it in the trunk of your car. Anyway,
we'll get to that. What is your first CD? Uh?
Feeling better?

Speaker 8 (05:51):
Yes, loads better, man, after a day of rest and
more Nike will for like the past couple of days. Man,
it's been Will and soup. That's my been my diet,
Quill and soup, progresso chicken noodle. Right, I could gone
with the classic campbells. That stuff's way too salty for me.

(06:13):
That and I'm forty four.

Speaker 6 (06:17):
You get some orange juice and some sprite as well.

Speaker 8 (06:19):
Actually I did have to rob my orange juice from
my beer mosa. Yeah, no collection, because that's why I
got the orange juice. So I'm like, no, we'll just
leave the beer out and just drink this straight. But yeah,
I literally slept. I left here today's Wednesday, right, and

(06:42):
went home, took some medicine, cataw right out cold.

Speaker 6 (06:47):
Woke up four or five hours later.

Speaker 8 (06:50):
I'm hungry, eat some soup, another shot an equill boom
done cause you know, you know me, I'll ride this
donkey out and I'll try to make it in if
I can't.

Speaker 6 (07:00):
That's just how I've always been. You will be uncomfortable,
you will put yourself through the torch. Absolutely, absolutely so.

Speaker 8 (07:06):
Yesterday I get up one thirty in the morning, like
I do every day when it's time to go to work.
I got the PlayStation on. It's on, and I'm, you know,
made my coffee and everything, just a normal routine, trying
to get in it, just trying to get in it.
And I'm sitting there on the couch in my robe
and the dogs are staring at me, and I got

(07:27):
my head on my head and I'm slumped over, and
I'm just like, oh God, oh God.

Speaker 6 (07:35):
And I'm sitting there. You could do this, you could
do this.

Speaker 8 (07:37):
And then it hit me, if you are sitting there
slumped over with your head in your hand. You probably
shouldn't go to work. That's when I texted you, guys.
I'm like, okay, this ain't it ain't happening. It ain't
happening at all. So uh sat around for a little
while waiting for some kind of response, at least that way.

Speaker 6 (07:59):
I know you guys, and you don't come in here,
like wow, you're better than me. I'm not coming in.
So I waited around for a little bit.

Speaker 8 (08:05):
Finally I get the response from you, and then I
go back to bed and I stayed in bed. Oh god,
I don't even know when I got out of bed noon,
maybe even maybe a little bit before you.

Speaker 6 (08:19):
And I text. It like like I almost didn't text.
It was like ten o'clock. So yeah, I almost didn't
text you, but so.

Speaker 8 (08:24):
Yeah, it was uh it was shortly before that before
you text me, and when I had gotten out of
bed finally and I felt loads better, you know, I'd
sweat all that jive out, like I was stinking it
was bad. I was like, I need to go to
the store and I need to get some things, but first,
oh god, take a shower before we go in it.

Speaker 6 (08:43):
It feels like a good idea, like it's kind of
like a barrier. Yeah, it was rough.

Speaker 8 (08:48):
So after that though, after I sweated all out, you know,
and I ate my soup and monock wheels and all
that stuff, woke up and I was feeling feeling all right,
continued on with my night. Still got a little bit
of a cough and I'm sure you can hear it,
and some congestion here, but no fever, no body eggs, none.

Speaker 6 (09:05):
Of that jive. So it's like, all right, I think
I can handle this now.

Speaker 8 (09:09):
So I got my emergency, you know, a little powdered
orange goodness.

Speaker 6 (09:14):
You're going with all of them, right, your orange juice,
you got your emergency. You got your chicken noodle Soupah,
that's what they say.

Speaker 8 (09:21):
You need fluids, you need plenty of vitamin C, and
for whatever stupid reason, chicken noodle soup. So I did
eat some solid foods yesterday for breakfast, lunch or whatever.
Had some fifties diner door dashed to me. And I
don't know if it's the fact that I haven't smoked
really much in the last couple of days, or maybe

(09:42):
it was the medicine or whatever, but that s was salty,
a f like I I love bacon. I'll eat the
hell out of some bacon. I took a bite out
of that bacon. I'm like, oh god, it was like
licking out of salt lick.

Speaker 6 (09:58):
Man. It was bad. I mean, I hate it.

Speaker 8 (10:00):
Anyway, We're not going to let all that good food
go away.

Speaker 6 (10:06):
Door like food delivery is wild. I was watching there
was some commercial and it was like for a pregnant
woman and you know, for like Target delivery or something,
and to go back to when you were pregnant and
having food delivered when you were at home and maybe
like your husband went back to work or whatever, to
have stuff delivered, diapers, whatever. That looks like what a godsend.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
We didn't have door Dash when I was pregnant.

Speaker 8 (10:35):
Pizza and maybe Chinese exactly right delivery, and even the
pits pizza stuff was like.

Speaker 6 (10:43):
Certain hours. Yeah, but yeah, the game changer when you're
sick and having food delivered or groceries, you didn't have
to go out. If you wanted to subscribe to that,
you could have paid to have your groceries delivered.

Speaker 8 (10:55):
I already paid way too much for the wood to
be delivered to the house. No good cheap, asked me.
I'll go to the store, got groceries and food delivered.

Speaker 6 (11:06):
It's that thing you're like, I can eat this frozen
pizza to save money, and then the moment you get
home you order food.

Speaker 3 (11:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (11:13):
Yeah, a good thing. We went to the grocery store.
M Yeah, being six sucks. I was telling Gimpy the like,
I don't know what it is, but as you get older,
it's worse. I think it's worse.

Speaker 3 (11:25):
It is worse.

Speaker 8 (11:26):
It is it really is. You said, Oh, when you
were younger, you probably would have toughed it through, like
younger gimpy, And that makes it sound like, you know,
mid twenties gimpy, mid thirties gimpy. Hell just last year
A yeah, toughed it out and dealt with it. But
you know, I crew these sick days for a reason.
You know, they give it to us. We have benefit
for a reason. I am going to use it.

Speaker 6 (11:48):
Yeah. I know the listeners don't like it, but sorry,
it is what it is. The show went on. Obviously,
when I'm on my deathbed, y'all ain't gonna be there,
all right, you'll be busy or you won't know, right,
So that's the way I look at it. Yep, yep,
ain't I'm using them. Ain't nobody there at two am
when you're like.

Speaker 8 (12:06):
Oh god right, you don't get a special reward or
a medal of honor or anything like that for working
through it.

Speaker 6 (12:13):
So fit I'm taking off, right. You gotta do what's
best for you. Even when we talked yesterday, I was like, dude,
if you need to take another day, do it to
get yourself back one hundred percent, like you got those days.
God knows how many days you have. Yeah, I don't know.
I gotta look. Do they roll over? Yes, God damn,
And I know I've got a butt load up.

Speaker 8 (12:33):
Yeah, then if they roll over, Because I ain't started
using sick pay until just this year. What was it
just a couple of weeks back before the snowstorm that
was really the first time I've ever actually used them,
and then yesterday, so I'm pretty sure I got a

(12:53):
boatload of them in there.

Speaker 6 (12:55):
Okay, Okay, I'm looking at my sick days. It's almost
as much as my time off. But I have thirty
three sick days, okay, And I think you get like
two or three a year or something like that. I
got because it hasn't listed in hours yeah, you get

(13:16):
divided by eight. Yeah, how many did you say you have?
Thirty three? But I've used a lot with like my
kids being sick and stuff like that. I have even looked.

Speaker 3 (13:25):
I haven't just go ahead, gets I think mine's sixteen.

Speaker 6 (13:28):
Go ahead and guess if you were to get how
many sick days I had?

Speaker 3 (13:33):
Oh ninety?

Speaker 6 (13:35):
Oh no, I bet he's got to have over two hundred.

Speaker 8 (13:39):
I've got three hundred and twenty eight hours, which comes
out to forty one days, like yeah, forty.

Speaker 6 (13:45):
One yeah day? And if you get fired, like, if
you get fired, what they don't pay for that?

Speaker 2 (13:51):
No?

Speaker 8 (13:52):
Well, which that they should, but whatever, cashing and all
that stuff. My unused holiday pay what else?

Speaker 6 (14:00):
Guy?

Speaker 8 (14:00):
Here my personal holiday, community day, even my spirit day?

Speaker 6 (14:03):
For real, give it to me. Have you ever use
your community day? Never? Ever? I have? What? Oh yeah,
I have? Really? Absolutely?

Speaker 3 (14:10):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (14:11):
Absolutely to actually do something for the community or that's
just what we're labeling it as.

Speaker 6 (14:16):
I mean, community is a wide you know definition, yeah,
white man? Oh yeah, I mean do I volunteer my time?
When I when I when I take that day?

Speaker 3 (14:24):
Yes, I went on a field trip with my kids
and I used it. And uh, when DC was here.
He was like, what is this community that was? Like
it was available, so I use it, and he goes
good enough for me, Like you didn't know what it meant?
And yeah, yeah, yeah he didn't know.

Speaker 6 (14:40):
Funny because when I did it, he went was because
she's got bigger boobs. I'm working on it. Yeah. The
idea that that you don't use any day that's given
to you is wild to me. Yeah, that is I'm
going to start.

Speaker 8 (14:57):
I'm want to have to use that spirit and community
day and then you know, eight hours on a personal holiday.

Speaker 6 (15:03):
I mean it's another vacation day. Absolutely. I never really
thought about that. I just go straight for the just
use my vacation time. Yeah, that's it. Did you use
all your vacation time last year? Oh yeah? Is that
the first year? No?

Speaker 8 (15:17):
No, I always use all my vacation time for sure,
because I know for fact that that does not roll over. Yeah,
you know, that doesn't roll over the next year. There
used to be a time where your vacation days would
roll over into the next year, but now it doesn't happen.
So I'm making sure that I'm using every bit of
those vacation days, you know. And sometimes yeah, I'll take

(15:37):
a random Tuesday off to go to a concert in
Arkansas that's on a Wednesday or whatever.

Speaker 6 (15:43):
Yeah, what I mean?

Speaker 8 (15:44):
So, I'm all about using the vacation days, but never
really thought about personal or spirit days. I am now
though you are on my radar.

Speaker 6 (15:52):
Yeah, it's part of your compensation package. I'm thinking I've
got a couple of shoes. I'm gonna have to I know,
I will say this that you should. You don't. I
am not a lawyer, and I'm definitely not your lawyer,
but you should definitely make sure there's something involved that
if you get called to the car you can be like, ah,
all right, yes, I'm sure I helped park some cars.

(16:16):
I would have something.

Speaker 8 (16:17):
Yeah, they're volunteering at the VA helping the veterans.

Speaker 6 (16:23):
Why not played in a charity golf disc golf tournament? Yeah,
sure sounds great. I'd have to read. I'm not clear
on what the parameters are for our spirit day.

Speaker 8 (16:33):
Oh sure, that's in our handy dandy handbook that nobody
ever's opened up.

Speaker 6 (16:37):
Ever. Have you seen this? So give me maybe not?
Maybe Lindsay because she listens to some podcast. You can
take any PDF and upload it to this website and
it will make any pdf a podcast. So if you
have a handbook that you don't want to read, it'll
you upload the PDF and it'll turn it into a

(16:58):
podcast so you can listen to make it.

Speaker 8 (17:02):
Yeah, technology and a voices uff like that.

Speaker 6 (17:09):
Yeah, can you choose the voice? Like, can I get Morgan?
Probably not Morgan Freeman, but maybe a Morgan free Freeman
esque voice, maybe male, female, not Morgan Freeman, Gorgan Freeman,
maybe Gorgan Beaman. Yeah, but I love the idea of

(17:30):
that because they're like if my kid, like the handbook
from my kid's school comes out, or even the one
we get here, I will go through it. I'm that
guy only because I just want to know there is
slide something in there.

Speaker 8 (17:44):
Right, you never know about it because Dirk, we don't
open up read it.

Speaker 6 (17:47):
It's been the same thing for years. I don't read everything,
so like I don't read about you know, sale stuff
that has nothing to do with me. But you can
bet your sweet bitpy, I read the time off the
stuff that matters, the bereavement, right, compensation, what happens with vacation,
all that stuff.

Speaker 8 (18:04):
Yeah, because I don't get caught coming for you spirit day.

Speaker 6 (18:11):
Take us to Kevin Hart. We're gonna give those away,
and we want to know for freaking a Friday to
get beer, what's your first CD? What was your first CD?
Bmmss and whatever that is to eight two nine four five.

you gotta text us bmmss and whatever that is to
eight two nine four five. If you don't want in

our Instagram as well, which is BMMS six time. We'll

(18:32):

Speaker 9 (18:34):
Elsa's Morning show.

Speaker 6 (18:45):
Good Morning, It's the Big Mad Morning shown four six
oh kmod. You can also text bmms and then what
you want to say to eight two nine four five.
That's also how you get on here for freaking a Friday.
What was your first CD? Bmmss and whatever that is
to eight two nine four or five. We will be

(19:06):
doing some beer giveaway coming up here in a minute.
To get your text to us. While you're doing that,
let's do news quikies. On Fridays, we do just the headlines.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
It's time for news quakies, world news, local news and
news that just makes you say, what the Here's Corbyn
Gimbi and Lindsay with what's going on? Newsquakies from the
Big Man Morning showing nineties on the Five.

Speaker 3 (19:27):
Man lived as a nun for twenty two years.

Speaker 6 (19:33):
We talk about all the time when someone commits a
crime like going into hiding, the saying a bad take. No,
surely they won't look for you in the convent as
a as a nun? Right, how did you get away
with it for twenty two years?

Speaker 10 (19:48):
Though?

Speaker 6 (19:49):
Bathroom time, shower time? I don't know.

Speaker 8 (19:52):
I don't think they do it together. You don't think
they It is in prison group showers, nuns, no no hours.

Speaker 6 (19:58):
Im sure in some movie you watch, Yes.

Speaker 3 (20:02):
For one, I'll talk about it.

Speaker 6 (20:03):
Nine. Yes, we're all sisters here. Come on, oh sister. Stop.

Speaker 8 (20:11):
Carriage driver uses whip on passengers trying to ride and dash.

Speaker 6 (20:16):
That's the line, yeah horse, yes, people whoa, whoa, whoa?
Never mind? All right, nay? Please are looking for a
person who calls himself the box Demon. If you don't
know this story, it is worth the read and worth

(20:38):
the lookup. I want to tell you about it. It's dumb.
I can see this as a movie, but it's worth
the look just to see who the Box Demon is.

Speaker 3 (20:47):
Coming soon to Netflix, Lifetime, Ah call Mark, no Comedy Central?

Speaker 6 (20:54):
Yeah, who did Sharknado?

Speaker 11 (20:57):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (20:57):
Yeah? FX? I think uh, young woman on social media
are reviving man repeller outfit trend.

Speaker 6 (21:09):
Man repeller outfit? What would a woman have to be
wearing gimpie assuming the woman's a ten for it to
be a man repellent outfit?

Speaker 8 (21:19):
Kate Upton is when I'm picturing a woman as that's
that's your man repellent?

Speaker 6 (21:26):
Uh?

Speaker 8 (21:26):
Do you remember the SNL character Pat?

Speaker 6 (21:31):
Yes, there he goes slacks in a button up shirt
would be a man repellent the way she wore it
though the high waist.

Speaker 8 (21:41):
And wasn't there didn't Pat have like a bow tie
on as well?

Speaker 6 (21:44):
I think so something screaming bow tie and a name tag?
Yeah so so Kate Upton's wearing slacks and a button
down Oxford a slit up with a with a bow
tie and you're being like hard passed slacks.

Speaker 8 (21:59):
Two her nipples and some orthopedic shoes. Yes, I mean yeah, yeah, I.

Speaker 3 (22:06):
Mean those pants were right underneath the booths.

Speaker 6 (22:09):
I don't know, dude, I don't know what do you
say say? I don't think there is if you're a
ten year ten, I'm gonna I want to get you naked.

Speaker 3 (22:17):
I don't.

Speaker 6 (22:17):
I'm not picking you up because your outfit does help though.

Speaker 8 (22:21):
I mean listen, I mean, Kate Upton's a ten, but
if she's dressed like Pat she had, knocks her down
to a four.

Speaker 6 (22:28):
Still wouldn't slow me down much. But I mean it might.
I mean the pictures that they're showing of like what
a male are they cute outfits? No, but I would
hardly kick this person to the curb. I'd hardly ignore them.
And these ones of like that from any like from
the runway they're using as some of the examples. That's

(22:49):
not real clothes. No, that's just to get people talking
about the designer. People are like, oh, look at the
latest from fashion week or whatever, and it's some atrocious
thing and you're like garbage back, yeah, and you're like, yeah,
that's not real yo.

Speaker 3 (23:02):
Yeah. I think of it more as wearing, like when
you see like the people of Walmart, those videos or photos,
it's like wearing that out in public or on a date.

Speaker 6 (23:15):
Again, you're you're using an example of a one and
wearing that, Because if a ten wear sweatpants or a moomoo.
I'm in true.

Speaker 8 (23:26):
Dad, I've seen this thing on a TikTok. Take it
for what you want. But guys are now wearing mumus
like it's like it's a thing.

Speaker 6 (23:35):
I don't Again, We're back to seeing something and believing
it to be true. That's it's not a thing.

Speaker 8 (23:40):
Yeah, I mean, I'm all for comfort now, but I'm
not wearing a moomoo outside of the house anyway.

Speaker 6 (23:48):
I mean, you're porky picking in it essentially.

Speaker 3 (23:50):
Essentially, So you want one for Christmas, just.

Speaker 8 (23:53):
Make sure it's classy. Is there such thing a fine one?
I'm sure Amazon's got one.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
On with tweetybird audit for even better.

Speaker 8 (24:02):
That's I know Florida man is beating egg prices by
eating iguana eggs.

Speaker 6 (24:08):
Who I want to say you, but I don't know.
I've never had an iguana egg. I can't imagine they
happened as fast as chicken eggs.

Speaker 8 (24:18):
True, but it makes sense. You're down to Florida and
they're in a vasive species down there. That true, so
it's like, hey, why not again?

Speaker 6 (24:25):
Yeah, but they I think they're they're not just turning
them over so fast. I don't know. How fast iguana
can lay an egg? Is that a joke? Did I say?

Speaker 3 (24:33):
I think so?

Speaker 6 (24:36):
Border patrol has seized more eggs than fitting all so
far this year. Wow, do what you gotta do, man.

Speaker 8 (24:43):
Prices are out of control, So it's either get your
over the border smuggled through somebody's butt eggs or iguana eggs.

Speaker 3 (24:52):
Man tries to cash fake check from county commission he
got from men in a parking.

Speaker 6 (24:57):
Lot when you're just like walking through a park and
like was just handy a check. So a nice, terrible,
terrible shame.

Speaker 8 (25:06):
Mickey Mouse imposture threatens tourists in Italy with a knife.

Speaker 6 (25:15):
Damn Mickey, no more pictures. I mean, I'm sure, I'm
sure it looked just like Mickey right, pilot back in
the skies after snorting drugs off woman's breast before flight. Good. Good,
get back to work. Man.

Speaker 8 (25:28):
Ah, Hey, if Denzel can do it, that guy can
do it.

Speaker 6 (25:33):
Denzel didn't do it all.

Speaker 8 (25:34):
I was.

Speaker 6 (25:36):
Just saying.

Speaker 3 (25:37):
I'm just saying, ultra rare perfectly round egg auctioned off
for over five hundred dollars.

Speaker 6 (25:47):
I mean the price of eggs is crazy.

Speaker 8 (25:49):
Yeah, FAA, says chunk of ice that fell through a
roof wasn't from a plane.

Speaker 6 (25:57):
Where did it come from? How do they know? Mm hmm,
I mean, I guess they test the chemicals of maybe
the ice to know where it came from. Right, Like
we planes don't use any of these chemicals. It's not
blue water like, right, But again, where did it come from?
I was walking in to get my Starbucks, right and
walking back to my car, and I could see up

(26:18):
above me peripheral something like falling, and I like flinched
out of the way. It was just a leaf. But
but that's not a common I don't see. It's not
the fall, right, and it wasn't windy, So like this
leaf just like falling towards me with no trees above me.
So what I'm basically what I'm getting as things fall

(26:39):
out of the sky. Get say, five men arrested for
shutting down downtown intersection with torquing. Is that the story
you read? Didn't you read a story like this? Yeah?
I believe that's a week old story. Yeah, okay, my mistake.
But hey, whatever you gotta do to shut trapping down
and go. I don't know if I could for okay,

(27:02):
I don't know if I could work. I don't know
if I can to work, and I definitely won't have
four other people that can work.

Speaker 8 (27:08):
I'm sure you could work. I'm sure you can learn
how to work, and I'm sure you could teach four
other people how to work.

Speaker 6 (27:14):
I don't got time.

Speaker 3 (27:16):
Yeah, no, nobody got time for that unplanned eight hour
flight to nowhere leaves passengers stuck where they first started.

Speaker 6 (27:26):
That sucks.

Speaker 8 (27:28):
Yeah, Pokemon shaped Cheetos sells at auction for eighty seven
thousand dollars and eight hundred and forty eighty seven and
forty dollars for a crusty cheeto.

Speaker 6 (27:42):
Right, those people don't stay at a Marriotte. I'm just saying.

Speaker 8 (27:45):
No, no, if you got that much money to waste
on a cheetah.

Speaker 6 (27:49):
Yes, Supreme Court rules that Clean Water Act doesn't actually
require that water be clean. It's literally in the title.
Right one Lindsay.

Speaker 3 (28:00):
Oh driver allowed to use bathroom after crashing into la home.
I really got to be I'm sorry, by but.

Speaker 6 (28:13):
You ain't that has You ain't using the bathroom. You
sit right there? Yeah right, the cops will make you
piss your pants, right. I don't want you dumping your
drugs it right or whatever is on you sit right there.
The police will tell you if you can go potty.
It still makes upset s yourself. Dude, I can't do that.
You just ruined my house. Bro, You're fine, right, I'm

(28:37):
still in a worse scenario.

Speaker 8 (28:38):
We got tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage here.
You can ruin your twenty dollars pants.

Speaker 6 (28:44):
Oregon could become the latest stainting Oh sorry, I got
a good one here. I'm sorry.

Speaker 8 (28:49):
Someone has invented a vape tamagatchi that dies if you
stop puffing.

Speaker 12 (28:56):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (28:57):
Okay, I'm gonna go ahead and say this. It isn't
the worst case scenario if your tagamachi dies, No, it's
literally you can get another one or put a new
battery in it. That's it. That's it. No, Yeah, you
go ahead. Oregon could become the latest state to ban
underage marriage. There's an operative word nuts sentence.

Speaker 8 (29:19):
Latest, I mean nope, underage could could So they ain't
done it yet.

Speaker 6 (29:26):
Huh. Oregon could become the latest state to ban underage marriage,
and they might not do it hence could right. All
these stories are on our Facebook page at facebook dot com.

Speaker 9 (30:34):
Are you all good man?

Speaker 6 (30:34):
What was your first CD?

Speaker 10 (30:37):
It was Ugly Kid Joe, And if I'm not mistaken,
it was I think the America's least wanted out one.

Speaker 6 (30:42):
Heck, I think everybody had that. When I worked at
CD warehouse, I remember there being that and a lot
of Counting Crow CDs.

Speaker 3 (30:48):
So uh.

Speaker 6 (30:51):
Now that what I think is interesting about Ugly Kid
Joe is not very many people have seen them live.
They had the CD, they know the song, But did
you have you ever seen them live? I have not. Nope,
I haven't either. I don't think I've ever seen them live,
and I had that CD.

Speaker 3 (31:08):
Do they do a lot of touring or did they?

Speaker 6 (31:10):
I mean I think you had to have been you
had to have done a lot of touring. They're probably
on touring sure, and yes, they are doing shows currently
all over the country. So maybe maybe, maybe that'll happen, man.
But what's definitely gonna happen is you're gonna get the
hook up gimpig. Go ahead and tell him exactly what

(31:31):
he's gonna get your tasting? Is it just scored you
a case of castone light Back to you, Corbyn hand
online friends of gimp can get your info and have
a great weekend.

Speaker 10 (31:44):
All right, You all did the same time, buddy.

Speaker 6 (31:45):
I appreciate you. Let's see what Lindsay has for Balls
to the Wall Sports.

Speaker 3 (32:01):
The Pistons wrap up their three game road trip tonight
in Dallas against the Mavericks. Detroit is two and zero
on the track so far, following wins in New Orleans
and Miami earlier this week. The Pistons remained sixth in
the East at thirty nine and thirty one, just a
half game behind the Bucks for fifth March Madness has begun.
The men's NCUBAA Tournament got underway fully yesterday and sixteen

(32:24):
teams have now punched their ticket to the second round.
One seeds Auburn and Houston cruised to big wins to
begin their respective journeys toward a potential first national title
in program history. The biggest upset of the day was
twelve seed McNeese knocking off five seed Clemsons sixty nine
to sixty seven for the program's first nc DOUBLEA tournament victory.

Speaker 6 (32:48):
It was atrocious to watch Clemson. It's like they didn't
know there was a game. There were men like multiple
chunks of minutes where Clemson not going to score it.
They were ranked twelfth in the country. Yeah, and McNeice
wasn't ranked at all.

Speaker 3 (33:07):
And you can, I mean, you can have good days
and you can have bad days, but sure during the
NCAA Championship games, you can't have bad days.

Speaker 6 (33:16):
No, you got you gotta bring it and you can't go. Well,
we're play mcnease State, So what's the big deal. We
got this, We're Clemson. That's what I love about college
basketball that doesn't transfer over to college to football, right,
is that any team can beat anybody at any given moment.
You can be a lesser program and still whoop some
mass Yes, and they whooped him. Now they almost came back,

(33:40):
but they couldn't get it done.

Speaker 3 (33:41):
Yeah, I mean close, sixty nine to sixty seven. It
wasn't that way the whole game exactly. The action resumes
today with sixteen more first round contests. The ten seed
Arkansas Razorbacks held off a late Kansas comeback during a
seventy nine to seventy two win in the first round
from a Meeka Mutual pavilion. The Razorbacks led by eleven

(34:04):
in the second half before seven seed Kansas stormed back
to go up three. However, the Razorbacks defense tightened up
down the stretch and allowed just one midfield goal during
the final four and a half minutes of regulation. The
Razorbacks take on two seed Saint John's tomorrow.

Speaker 6 (34:22):
Mcney State winning is a big story. This might be
a bigger story KU preseason number one, people thought they'd
do well. Yeah, first time they've been eliminated in the
first round since two thousand and eight. Wow, he just
signed a big deal to make him like the lifelong coach,
and there's no way you don't have buyer's remorse now,
and you're like, what's happening. You get this big contract

(34:42):
and you just sit back. Yeah, not a good look
for self.

Speaker 3 (34:47):
The Drake Bulldogs have recorded their first NCAA men's basketball
tournament victory in over fifty years. The eleven seed Bulldogs
upset six seed Missouri seven to fifty seven in the
first round of the West Region in Wichita. Drake advances
to face three seed Texas Tech in the second round.

Speaker 6 (35:09):
I mentioned earlier like, don't sleep on Drake. They may
still win another one. Their head coach Ben McCollum stud
they handled Missouri. Missouri has a seven footer and bitch yes,
and they could not manage it. They could not figure
it out. They pulled in within close and then in
the in the final minutes, Drake just suffocated them by

(35:29):
just playing smart basketball. It was It was awesome to watch.
And I'm a Missouri fan. I'm only a Drake fan
because of been McCollum, but it was a fun game
to watch.

Speaker 3 (35:41):
A former Michigan football coach.

Speaker 6 (35:42):
Hold on, you're not even hitting your story that you
are so excited to post yesterday, and I think.

Speaker 3 (35:47):
You need to so excited to post it.

Speaker 6 (35:49):
Yes, you need to own it.

Speaker 3 (35:51):
Okay, I well I'm gonna I'm gonna own it how
I saw it yesterday.

Speaker 6 (35:56):
No, just own it, don't set it up. Just tell
everybody the story and then you can. You can if
you feel the need to course correct it can.

Speaker 3 (36:02):
Aaron Rodgers posted to social media that he is retiring
and I hoay, I called it. I was like, I
think he's going to just retire because nobody wants his ass.
He's got I mean, yes, he's got all the talent
in the world.

Speaker 6 (36:21):
However, one of the best quarterbacks of last year.

Speaker 3 (36:23):
Yes, yes, but I just don't think that they like
his ego or his attitude. And and you and I
talked off air a little bit yesterday, like you don't
have to be coachable at this point obviously, but I
think you and you said you have to be a leader.
And I don't know if he necessarily wants to be
a leader. I think that he just wants everyone to,
you know, do as I say. And that's not good

(36:47):
leadership either. So he's done. I think he's just realized
nobody wants me.

Speaker 6 (36:54):
Oh you don't know. Oh, this is awesome. You don't know.

Speaker 3 (37:00):
What don't I know? Yeah, apparently what don't I know?

Speaker 6 (37:03):
Tell me? In all your preparation for this morning, did
you see any story that said he was retiring he
changed his mind? Lindsay, did you see I'm asking you
a question? Do you think that would be a huge story?

Speaker 13 (37:18):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (37:20):
So now I did look and I did wonder, But.

Speaker 6 (37:24):
You fell for Ai. It's not real.

Speaker 3 (37:29):
Hmm. Okay, it's not real yet.

Speaker 6 (37:33):
That it's it's not real, and God love you. You
went on there and you own it.

Speaker 3 (37:39):
You're like this, I did, done, I did. Okay, it's
not real yet. Damn I did. I fell for Ai.

Speaker 6 (37:50):
You completely shame on me. You didn't even check a source.
You went from a website called outrageous ai dot com. Really, yes,
you didn't even check the I'm so excited you didn't
even check the source.

Speaker 3 (38:02):
Oh, I got so excited to see that. Damn, damn
you Ai.

Speaker 6 (38:09):
That is what we call confirmation bias. Yeah, you wanted
it to be so true. You didn't did.

Speaker 3 (38:14):
You're right?

Speaker 6 (38:15):
I did?

Speaker 3 (38:17):
Son of a crap, Son of a crap.

Speaker 6 (38:19):
Indeed.

Speaker 3 (38:20):
Well, I'm still sticking to it though. That that's what's
gonna end up.

Speaker 6 (38:24):
Not no, that's what Yeah, dig in, I really do,
I really think, yeah, dig in Yeah.

Speaker 3 (38:29):
It'll He'll sign one day deal with Green Bay and
retire from their hands down And that's your balls to
the wall sports. I'm Lindia in ninety seven to five KM.

Speaker 6 (38:56):

(39:53):
should pick it up. Could be me, all right, uh,
we're giving away beer for frigging a Friday. Bmmss and whatever.

Speaker 6 (39:59):
The answer to this question this to eight two, nine,
four five could get you a case of Keystone Light
for freakin' a Friday. What was your first CD? Your
first compact disc? Lindsay, what was your first CD?

Speaker 3 (40:10):
Okay, so I'll never forget this day. My parents must
have gotten like a really good tax return because they
decided to put in a stereo system in our living
room and they got a Bose system nice yes, with
surround sounds, and it was a ten disc changer system.

(40:35):
It was really nice and they were my dad was like,
all right, I'm on Saturday. And someone came in and
installed it for us and it was really cool. So
we went to lunch and we went to Sam Goodie
and he was like, you can get two CDs. So
I got two CDs at the same time, and they

(40:55):
were Boys to Men was the name of that album
that had that had I'll Make Love to You and
on Bend and Knee and all the good songs.

Speaker 6 (41:10):
Sure, yep, there you go. How old were you? Oh?

Speaker 3 (41:15):
Probably fifteen okay? Fourteen fifteen okay. And the second album
that I chose was Green Day's Dookie album and I
played that until oh man, I mean, something happened to
that album because I had to go and replace it,

(41:36):
so I bought that. I ended up buying that album
twice and I and I, if I'm not mistaken. What
was so great about both of those is that they
had the lyrics on the insert oh yeah, yeah, came
with lyrics, and I love that. I always thought that

(41:57):
was such a bonus when CDs came with and lyrics.

Speaker 8 (42:00):
The bonus was the secret song at the end.

Speaker 3 (42:03):
Of that that is, I love the secret song on there.
I couldn't listen to it when my mama was around,
but it was a great That was such a great album.

Speaker 6 (42:14):
I was trying to I wanted to see. So nineteen
ninety four is when two came out, and then what
year did Dukie come out? Same year? Ninety four?

Speaker 8 (42:25):
Yeah, no kidding, yeah, And you say you got that
when you was fifteen, fourteen fourteen, So.

Speaker 6 (42:30):
What year were you born? Eighty one? Okay, So she
was a little late to the game she was thirteen.

Speaker 3 (42:35):
Yeah, I mean that's I mean I probably had them
both on cassettes, but we didn't have a CD player, right, nice?

Speaker 6 (42:43):
So what about now, how many CDs do you think
you have? What was the most you ever had?

Speaker 3 (42:49):
Oh? I had filled? I mean I had the biggest
CD case that I had was I think it held
two hundred CDs and I had one of those, and
then I probably had ten to fifteen smaller cases that
held at least fifty CDs.

Speaker 6 (43:12):
But how many do you think you had? And you
didn't keep cases? You just put them in sleeves, correct,
I just put them in sleeves.

Speaker 3 (43:17):
I mean I probably had over a thousand CDs. I
mean and over the years, when you know when you
get CDs when you work at radio stations too, Yeah,
you get a bunch there too. So and every year
that's what usually that was what I would have on
my Birthday list or Christmas list, was I want music? Yeah,

(43:41):
So that was yeah huge, And I still have them.

Speaker 6 (43:45):
You still have all of them?

Speaker 3 (43:45):
I still have most of them, I would say. I'm
sure over the years I've gotten rid of ones that
were just like promotional items or things like that. But yeah, No,
I have a majority of them, the ones that were
in the big books. I know I still have.

Speaker 6 (43:58):
You have the books?

Speaker 3 (44:00):
Yeah, I don't know why, because I don't own a
CD player.

Speaker 6 (44:03):
You mentioned taking them to Vitage stock. I don't think
you can take just this. They need the whole case.
They need it, so they're worth absolutely zero.

Speaker 8 (44:10):
Well, I mean if you still have like the covers
and the sleep that's what I'm saying. Yeah, you can
get jewel cases, empty jewel cases off of Amazon, sure
and stuff them on in there.

Speaker 3 (44:19):
Nope, not gonna be.

Speaker 11 (44:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (44:21):
I don't know very many people to get a quarter.
There's no way they're paying anything that's worth your time.

Speaker 3 (44:27):
Yeah, I'm better off, like I said, taking them to
like the property and using them as uh discs and
shooting them or something.

Speaker 6 (44:36):
At target practice is what you say, And like throwing
them up as clay pigeons.

Speaker 3 (44:40):
Yeah maybe, who knows? What else do people do with
old CDs?

Speaker 6 (44:45):
I mean I think you throw them away?

Speaker 3 (44:47):
Yeah right, that's no fun.

Speaker 6 (44:49):
So what you're currently doing is a grand old time.

Speaker 8 (44:53):
Well, if you had a hydraulic press, you could get
them all together and smash them down in a hydraulic press.

Speaker 6 (44:58):
If you were good with cutting them, you could we
make a very pretty collage. Or why not do what
you told me yesterday people do with trash from the
ocean and break them up and put them inside a
lamp shooting Adams way more fun. Yeah, also involves work, true, Dad,

(45:22):
What was your first CD? BMMS and whatever that is
to eight two nine four five case Keystone Light could
be yours, gimp. What was your first CD?

Speaker 8 (45:29):
It took me a little while to figure it out, right,
because like, okay, the first CD in my house, this
was back in like nineteen eighty seven, eighty eight. My
folks went out and bought a CD player, single disc
player right when CD players first came out. On the
first two albums they purchased was the Good Morning Vietnam

(45:52):
soundtrack Solid and then it was like a Billboard's Hits
of like nineteen sixty five or some jive like that. Right, So,
but my and then I had a lot of cassettes.
I didn't get my first CD until I was seventeen

(46:13):
and moved to Tulsa, and it was this bad Boy
Nice Yeah mcavelly, the Don Caluminati just moved here, was
just forced to move here from from Takuah, Oklahoma. My
parents had already moved down here because Mom started working here.

(46:34):
I finished up school, and uh, They're like, it was you're.

Speaker 6 (46:39):
Coming with us.

Speaker 8 (46:40):
I was supposed to stay with my brother that summer
right and then moved down here right before school started.
But my parents thought differently in They're like, your ass
is coming with us right now.

Speaker 6 (46:52):
So I was pissed.

Speaker 8 (46:53):
I was upset revel rebel pulling me away from my friends.
So my ma, you know, try to make things a
little bit better. We end up going to a blockbuster
down on one hundred and first and Memorial when one
was down there, because when I first moved here, I
lived at ninety first to Memorial, the sun Chase apartments

(47:14):
down there, and and I was digging around and I'm
bummed out and I found this CD here and I said, Ma,
can I have this?

Speaker 6 (47:24):
I gotta have it.

Speaker 8 (47:26):
She looks at me, and she looks at the CD,
and then she looks back at me and she says,
all right, just don't let your dad find it, because
he was strictly against the rap music.

Speaker 6 (47:35):
Jungle music is what he called it.

Speaker 8 (47:40):
So she purchased that one for me, and I wore
the holy hell out of that CD. That's the only
thing I listened to for oh goddang for a long
time until I finally started picking up more and more.
Got a job, right, my first job, and then I
started buying my own CDs or whatever.

Speaker 3 (47:59):
Yeah, yeah, freaking a Friday.

Speaker 6 (48:04):
What was your first CD? A case of Keystone Light
bmms and whatever that is to eight two, nine four five.

Speaker 3 (48:10):
I looked up the nineteen the Billboard nineteen sixty five CD.
It had some bangers on it.

Speaker 6 (48:17):
It's a compilation. They're all obscure songs. You'd be like,
this is stupid. The problem with this question is you
want to look cool, but the chances of you not,
you may have picked something that wasn't and that definitely
lands for me. I was Now some of you may

(48:38):
think it's cool. It's not any of the things Lindsay
or Gimpie have mentioned. But I worked at Chuck E
Cheese when I was sixteen fifteen sixteen and earned money
and I bought a stereo system for my room my brother.
I got my hand me down want Sanyo one speaker cassette,

(49:00):
AMFM stereo that was a gift like at Christmas, and
I wanted a stereo, and so I saved my money
and probably paid like three four hundred dollars for It's
like a stand up system, right, and it had dual
cassette with high speed doubing, nice and a three disc

(49:23):
carousel for a Sony system. And I didn't have any CDs,
so I was like, well, I got to buy CDs too.
My parents took me to go buy it with my
own money, and I bought. I know, I bought two CDs.
I don't remember what the second one was, but I
definitely remember I bought Eric Clapton's twenty four Nights Okay,
which is a live CD. He did a twenty four

(49:44):
night residency in London and in the nineties, and I
bought this and it had it had I shot the Sheriff.
It had like all of these things. But he didn't
play just his songs. He played a bunch of blues.
And because I liked Derek, I didn't really know Eric Clapton.
And yeah, that was my first CD, kind of an

(50:08):
obscure Eric Clapton CD, but it was double disc, so
in my mind I was getting two CDs. Yes, yes,
I felt like I was winning for sure. Uh, and
I didn't play it nearly as much as some of
my other ones, But in the beginning, that was my
first CD. It's the only thing I had, So I

(50:29):
would be so proud to go to my room after
dinner play play Eric Clapton twenty four Nights, see him
doing like, you know, I don't know some blues person,
me not knowing how to play a guitar, not musically
inclined at all, playing stuff off this album, being like

(50:50):
so good, it's live, that's him, and it sounded so
cool and I could channel the speakers. It had some
basic EQ in it, like yeah, my friends would ask
me to dub stuff and high speed, I mean, like yeah,
can you get done? Like no time.

Speaker 3 (51:07):
I had one for a birthday present in high school.
I got a stereo from my bedroom and it had
I think a three disc and then it had two
cassette players on it. But it was also a karaoke machine,
and so I would listen. I would tape Chicago radio
stations and listen, and then I would tape over the

(51:28):
DJ and pretend to be that person.

Speaker 6 (51:31):
Sure, yeah, it had My had had a cabinet with
like a glass case, like a glass thing like you
had to push in, and I would not let my
brother touch it. I know he did when I wasn't there.
Drums set, I'm sure he did. I'm sure he did.

Speaker 8 (51:48):
I never had the fancy stereo system like you guys.
I was stuck with my walkman, my discman, by the way,
because I think my parents learned from my older brother.
Now he was the envy of everybody. This cat. Listen
to this man, and I did touch his stereo when
he wasn't looking at So this cat, he went to

(52:11):
like a Rentis Center sort of deal or whatever with
his own money, purchased this big, badass stereo system with
one hundred disc carousel out. Wow, four fifteen's on this
sign of a bitch, along with all the other you know,
speakers that go with it.

Speaker 6 (52:27):
We would rattle the holy hell out of that house.

Speaker 8 (52:30):
But because of that, I think that's why my folks said, yeah,
you're not getting a stereo, gimp be sorry. So I
just stuck with my discommended made little headphones that went
over the ears.

Speaker 6 (52:40):
Right, those horrible like headphones that like they were they
were disc with the disk swit in your ears ship
and it was supposed to be good because it was
pointing into your ears so stupid they would break because
you don't take care of them.

Speaker 8 (52:52):
See yeh duct tapum or scotch tap them and then
it would poke into the side of your head and
rip your hair out. It's terrible times.

Speaker 6 (52:59):
Yeah, yeah, we want to know from you, what was
your first CD BMMS and whatever that is to eight
two nine four five case Keystone Light could be yours

Call up. Decide what category you want? Good morning, you're

are you today? Good?

Speaker 9 (54:23):
Now?

Speaker 6 (54:23):
You do? Good man? Travis? What category do you want? Numbers,
percentages or averages. Let's do per percentage as it is.
It's five questions from GIMPI, and then when you're finished,
Lindsay will return to the room get the same five questions.
Whoever's closest to the actual answer the most will win
those tickets to see Kevin Hart in Oklahoma City. Are

(54:45):
you ready, sir, Yes, sir, Here we go, Travis.

Speaker 8 (54:48):
What percentage of strippers in the US are female of
eighty percent?

Speaker 6 (54:56):
Eighty percent? Travis?

Speaker 8 (54:58):
What percentage of in the US have been dancers for
twenty years or more?

Speaker 6 (55:07):
What percentage? Seventy seventy five percent? Travis?

Speaker 8 (55:12):
What percentage of strippers come from religious backgrounds?

Speaker 6 (55:18):
What for?

Speaker 10 (55:19):
Thirty two p?

Speaker 6 (55:20):
Thirty two Very precise, Travis.

Speaker 8 (55:23):
What percentage of female strippers dance as a part time job.

Speaker 12 (55:31):
We'll say.

Speaker 8 (55:33):
Eighty five percent, eighty five percent. Last one here, Trav,
what percentage of strippers work as teachers during the day?

Speaker 10 (55:48):
Twenty five percent?

Speaker 6 (55:49):
Twenty five percent? You ever dated a stripper there, Travis,
that you do?

Speaker 10 (55:56):
They've lots of body.

Speaker 6 (55:59):
Kind of data. All right, Lindsay, percentages is the category?
Are you ready?

Speaker 8 (56:04):
Yeah, Lensey, what percentage of strippers in the US are female?

Speaker 3 (56:10):
I would say at eighty two percent?

Speaker 8 (56:16):
Eighty two percent, Lindsey. What percentage of strippers in the
US have been dancers for twenty years or more?

Speaker 6 (56:26):
Forty percent? She says, Lendsey.

Speaker 8 (56:30):
What percentage of strippers come from a religious background?

Speaker 3 (56:37):
Thirty?

Speaker 6 (56:39):
Okay, Lindsey.

Speaker 8 (56:41):
What percentage of female strippers dance as a part time job?

Speaker 3 (56:50):
Forty percent?

Speaker 8 (56:51):
Okay, Lindsey. Last one here, what percentage of strippers work
as teachers during the day?

Speaker 3 (57:00):
Really? Ten?

Speaker 6 (57:04):
Ten percent? She said? How do you think she did.

Speaker 3 (57:06):
Their, Travis?

Speaker 8 (57:08):
She probably did pretty good.

Speaker 6 (57:09):
Let's find out for grabs par tickets. See Kevin Hart
in Oklahoma City on April tenth.

Speaker 8 (57:15):
Question one, number one here, what percentage of strippers in
the US are female? Travis said eighty percent of them,
Lindsey said eighty two percent of them.

Speaker 6 (57:25):
The answer ninety two percent near all of them. Lindsay's
up one to nothing and she needs three total, Travis
to block you. I can't think of ever seeing a
male strip club anywhere now es. That's a traveling thing, right,
I'm talking about a strip club all the time.

Speaker 3 (57:42):
Well, I almost said ninety percent, and then I thought, no,
Chippendale's that came to mind.

Speaker 6 (57:48):
Eighteen percent of the.

Speaker 3 (57:48):
Green they have them, they have them internationally.

Speaker 8 (57:51):
That's again, that's traveling thing. There's not like a brick
and mortar like that's all they do. Yeah, it's just
male strippers, and they don't do it all the time.
I don't know how big the traveling.

Speaker 6 (58:03):
I don't know if it's not like tso, I don't
know if they have multiple groups or if it's one group. Right,
do they also do they do two things like they
also do Thunder from down Under and Chippendale's.

Speaker 3 (58:14):
Yeah, right, two separate entities.

Speaker 6 (58:16):
Yeah, the percentage wise yea right? Right? All right?

Speaker 8 (58:20):
So Lin's got that one number two here? What percentage
of strippers in the US have been dancers for twenty
years or more. Travis says seventy five percent of them,
and then Lindsey said half.

Speaker 6 (58:35):
Yeah you think damn near half have been doing it
for twenty years or more.

Speaker 3 (58:39):
I think so. I think it's a hard I think
once you're in, it's hard to get out of.

Speaker 6 (58:42):
Okay, it's like crack. Well, the answer is six percent,
six percent. I don't see any of them with the watch.

Speaker 8 (58:50):
No, right, they move from dancing to like, you know,
floor manager.

Speaker 6 (58:54):
Or no to real estate leasing agent, hair stylist, right,
part of their manager. We'll find out, all right. So yeah,
Lindsay got that one as well. Umber, she's up to
to nothing, thank you. Yeah.

Speaker 8 (59:09):
Number three here, what percentage of strippers come from religious backgrounds?
Travis said thirty two percent and Lindsay said thirty percent.
The answer ninety percent, all of them.

Speaker 6 (59:22):
Finally on the board, Travis with one you need you
need to lock it out the rest of them to
win those tickets. See Kevin Hart down Oklahoma City on
April tenth. Yeah, they've been pushed away so much. They've
got a really you know, preacher's daughter type of thing. Right,
I'll show them. I want to go get on stage
and dance on a poll.

Speaker 8 (59:40):
Question four number four here, what percentage of female strippers
dance as a part time job? Travis said eighty five
percent and Lindsey said forty percent.

Speaker 6 (59:49):
The answer is sixty percent. Sixty percent. That got it
up to three for Lindsay. So I'm sorry, Travis, You're
not gonna win anything, friend, but I appreciate you playing.

Speaker 3 (59:57):
Thank you.

Speaker 6 (01:00:00):
Uh that means I'm sure the only fans world has
kind of made it a little tougher. Yeah, and I
would consider it being a part time thing, but I don't.
I can't imagine, you know. Do you get into it
and you're like, I'm gonna make all this money and
you realize you don't in the beginning, and you gotta
I don't know, have another job. Maybe makes sense.

Speaker 3 (01:00:17):
Yeah, yes, you're really good at it.

Speaker 6 (01:00:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (01:00:19):
Last question, last one here, what percentage of strippers work
as teachers during the day? Travis said twenty five percent
and then Lindsay said a mere ten percent and the
answer is fourteen percent.

Speaker 6 (01:00:32):
Yeah, Lindsay got that one right. I was shocked by
that number. You think it'd be higher or lower. I
thought it'd be lower, to be honest. Yeah, that's fair.
Not that we're teachers at one point or became teachers.
I think that number would be higher, but that are
also teachers. Yeah, I mean teachers don't get paid that much.
So no, they sure don't get.

Speaker 3 (01:00:50):
Right, But I think that if they are, that it
jeopardizes the ond percent. That's why I would assume it
would be low.

Speaker 6 (01:00:56):
I would too. I I like, I be a for
you to run into parents or how do you keep
that a secret? Or worked on varsity blues?

Speaker 3 (01:01:06):
That's and and the sure did it?

Speaker 6 (01:01:09):
Sure sure did? Yeah, sure did? All right, we're giving
away beer for freaking a Friday. What was your first
CD case Keystone like could be yours? B M A mess?
And what that is to eight two nine four five.
We'll do freaking a Friday when we come back. So
you get nothing, good day, sir.

Speaker 2 (01:01:29):
You gept nothing.

Speaker 11 (01:01:39):
Take you get you know you get you know you
get you get you gift you gift.

Speaker 2 (01:02:00):

Speaker 11 (01:02:01):

Speaker 2 (01:02:10):

Speaker 2 (01:02:17):

Speaker 11 (01:02:20):

Speaker 6 (01:02:23):
Bab you lose you lose.

Speaker 14 (01:02:31):
Tulsa's Morning Show is coming right back, The Big Miss
Morning Show, Tulsa's Rock Station ninety seventy.

Speaker 6 (01:02:38):
Five K M O D. Good morning, It's the Big

(01:03:01):
Mad Morning Show. I went eight four six oh KMOD.
You can also text BMMS and then what you want
to say to eight two nine four five. It's Friday.
That means it's frigging a Friday. That means we're giving
away beer. That means you need to text the answer
to this question. What was your first CD? BMMS and
whatever that is to eight two nine four five For good,

(01:03:25):
we get you on the phone and you tell us
what your first CD was. You can get a case
of Keystone Lights and Steve is on, Hey Steve, how
are you good? Are you good? Steve? What was your
first CD?

Speaker 10 (01:03:38):
Who's gangs this Paradise? Mark Wholio?

Speaker 6 (01:03:41):
No kidding? And did you pursue that on your own,
like out of the blue or did you hear it
somewhere and wanted to buy it? My mom just gave
it to me for sure reason.

Speaker 10 (01:03:51):
I don't know why. I was like seven years old
and my mom was like, hey, here you goad this
little portable CD player.

Speaker 12 (01:03:59):
But no CD, He's got gifted for Christmas and uh, man,
I'd listened to that thing on the way.

Speaker 10 (01:04:04):
To school, uh birthday parties, at the flea market, anywhere
my mom took me.

Speaker 11 (01:04:10):
I'd have that thing on.

Speaker 6 (01:04:11):
I'd listened to it. Yeah, what was your favorite track?

Speaker 10 (01:04:16):
I mean obviously the title track there?

Speaker 6 (01:04:22):
Okay, right on, man, do you think you could still
sing some event Ooh?

Speaker 4 (01:04:28):
As I walked through the Valley of the shadow Wood
to take a look at my life.

Speaker 10 (01:04:32):
Be real, there's nothing left but I forgot for the
rest of it.

Speaker 14 (01:04:36):
I'm not gonna watch.

Speaker 6 (01:04:36):
But that's calm down, ladies. I'm not giving out his
number soon. Did you wear a wife beater or do
you no? Bro?

Speaker 12 (01:04:46):
I definitely wanted to do rag for a long time.

Speaker 6 (01:04:49):
And brace right on, man, we're gonna hook you up.
Give me go ahead and tell him exactly what he's
gonna get. Commons first CD.

Speaker 8 (01:04:57):
He took him back to his childhood where they would
get around the phonograph and listen to You're the Cream
in My Coffee from Scrappy Lamber.

Speaker 6 (01:05:05):
Here's a kase keys. Don't light back to you guys.
You can get your info, man, and have a fantastic weekend.

Speaker 12 (01:05:13):
Thank you guys.

Speaker 6 (01:05:14):
All right, man, let's see what's a gibbe score by four?
Did you some digging for that joke? By the way,
it is a real song, by the way, yeah, oh well.

Speaker 8 (01:05:23):
Corvina says here that the State Department says Russia and
Ukraine are close to a ceasefire. The State Department says
Russian Ukraine are just a breath away from a full ceasefire. Yesterday,
the Department spokesperson said the countries are close to making
a deal and credited America for facilitating the conversations. The
news comes one day after Ukrainian President Lewinsky banked President

(01:05:46):
Trump's push for a limited ceasefire with a Russia. Linda
McMahon says dismantling the Department of Education will be done legally.
Secretary McMahon spoke you yesterday evening, hours after President Trump
signed an executive order aimed at gutting the Department of Education.

(01:06:06):
McMahon said Trump wants to close the department as quickly
as possible, citing low reading and mass.

Speaker 6 (01:06:12):
Scores among American children.

Speaker 8 (01:06:14):
However, White House officials have confirmed they will wait for
congressional approval before the department is shut down completely.

Speaker 6 (01:06:21):
That's good that they're following the rules. By the way,
there are plenty of countries that don't have departments of
education or similar entities. They all share the same problem.
But it is a thing that happens in modern societies
that it still works out have to have it, you
don't have to, but you will have gaps of areas
of the country where.

Speaker 8 (01:06:41):
Education is really really bad. Right right, What else we
got here? The EU delays their retaliatory tariffs. The tariffs
will now go into effect in mid April to allow
for more time for negotiations. Tariffs on US goods such
as whisky and clothing items were set to be implemented
on April. The EU had announced the tariffs in response

(01:07:03):
to President Trump's decision to place tariffs on European aluminium.

Speaker 6 (01:07:07):
And steal steal.

Speaker 8 (01:07:10):
The EUSA and EU spokesperson said the slight change in
timeline will not diminish the impact of the EU's response.
And then, lastly, here there's a new site that offers
weekly summaries on Oklahoma measles cases, hospitalizations, and exposures. The
Oklahoma State Department of Health launched a website to serve

(01:07:31):
as a centralized location for Oklahoma measles updates. According to OSDH,
a case summary will be posted on the website every
Tuesday at noon. If there are no new cases to report,
the page will not change. The weekly summaries will include
total cases, probable and confirmed hospitalizations, deaths, and vaccination status

(01:07:52):
of cases.

Speaker 6 (01:07:54):
When you said this, I was like, oh my gosh,
it's so large. The number now so big though they
need this, it's at for just so not that that's
small number, but it's just four. I thought it was
gonna be like forty. Right, Let's see what lindsay. As
for Balls to the Wall Sports, the.

Speaker 3 (01:08:18):
Seahawks will be keeping one of their pass rushers next
season on a reworked contract. Seattle and outside linebacker o
Chenu Nuosu have agreed to terms on a reworked deal
that will reduce his twenty twenty five salary cap number.
His new deal is for two years and nineteen point
five to one million dollars. Seattle's general manager John Schneider

(01:08:41):
said that Nuosu underwent offseason surgery and it is unclear
if he will be ready for Week one in September.
The twenty eight year Old has been limited to twelve
games over the past two seasons due to injury. The
Boston Celtics are being sold to a new owner in
a record setting deal. Symphony Technology Group managing partner Bill

(01:09:04):
Chisholm has reportedly agreed to purchase the NBA franchise for
just over six billion dollars. It's the largest sale of
a North American sports franchise in history. The Gruzbeck family
have made a massive profit off the sale, having initially
purchased the Celtics for three hundred and sixty million back
in two thousand and two.

Speaker 6 (01:09:25):
There's some interesting things happening with sales of teams. You
might remember when Cuban sold the sold his into his
rights to the Mavericks to a lady who wanted to
build a casino in Dallas. She was a Las Vegas
slot machine, Okay, air right, And the rumor is whether

(01:09:46):
this is true or not. It got denied that she
could build this casino, and so now the belief is
whether this is true or not. She traded away Luca.
She's foiling the team so she can move them to
Las Vegas and she could have her slot machine. She
can have her casino. Arena.

Speaker 3 (01:10:06):
All that stuff interesting if you know what the.

Speaker 6 (01:10:09):
Movie Major League is about.

Speaker 3 (01:10:11):
Yeah, yeah, she's that woman. A pair of Georgia football
players are being punished by the team following two separate
driving incidents. Receiver Nitro Tuggle has been suspended indefinitely after
police say the sophomore was charged with speeding and reckless
driving early Thursday morning. Freshman offensive lineman Marcus Easily was

(01:10:32):
involved in an accident Monday night and is also banned
from team activities. UGA has a long history of driving
related issues with its players.

Speaker 6 (01:10:41):
By the way, they have at least thirty one incidents
within the last like three hundred and sixty five days.

Speaker 3 (01:10:47):
For a while, Georgia, what are you doing while taking
a sweet time trying to figure out which NFL team
will continue to be patient waiting on his quarterbacking services.
He's not retired, and Rogers reportedly has representatives scoping out
other opportunities retired. With the Minnesota Vikings out of the mix,

(01:11:07):
the top two contenders are the New York Giants and
the Pittsburgh Steelers, both of whom can't be happy playing
the waiting game. With retirement also a possibility, Rogers camp
has been exploring perhaps entering the broadcast booth. There's a
problem though. Reports now say there's been very little interest

(01:11:28):
in Rogers because of a perception that he's a pompous
and know it all who would turn off viewers. Of course,
those who feel that way weren't willing to go on
the record with their thoughts, but one source reportedly called
Rogers insufferable and in need of an image rehab.

Speaker 6 (01:11:46):
I mean, he wouldn't be the first guy on TV
that is insufferable, right, there have been countless people that
are good on TV. I can see him in a booth,
but I could see him as an analyst. Yeah, I
could see him at as a special one off analyst.
I could see him do that. He's incredibly football knowledgeable

(01:12:06):
and like crazy good. By the way, He's going to
go somewhere. In terms of quarterbacks that are available right
now in free agency, the choices are Sam Darnold, which
I'm sorry that's the one. Those are the ones that
are taking available, Trey Lance, Drew Locke, Joe Flacco, Jameis Winston,

(01:12:32):
Carson Wentz, case Keenum, Teddy Bridgewater, Russell Wilson, Tyler Huntley.
I'm Desmond Ritter. Do you see what I'm saying? Like,
of the best ones that are out there, Aaron, Joe,
maybe Drew, maybe Teddy Bridgewater, maybe Russell are the best

(01:12:57):
ones He's gonna place somewhere if he chooses to.

Speaker 3 (01:13:03):
And that's your Balls of the Wall Sports. I'm Lindsay
A ninety seven five KMOD.

All right, time for Day's Time trivia. This is where
we have to answer questions we have written. You probably
will get yours wrong, and if you get it wrong,
you get shocked. You gotta do it three times. I
was the last one to go last week, so I'm
drawing a name to see who goes first, and Gimpy
is gonna be first. I think you were first last
week as well. Keep going. Lindsay's gonna ask the questions,

(01:14:51):
and I've got the shocker here. Gimpy's gonna get that
all set up. While they're getting set I'll remind you
if you want to win some beer. Friggin Ay Friday?
What was your first sea BMMS? And what that is?
To eight two, nine four five A case of Keystone
light could be yours for freaking a Friday. All right,
we're ready, all right?

Speaker 3 (01:15:10):
Question number one, Gimp, what was the name of the
German military strategy of rapid overwhelming.

Speaker 6 (01:15:17):
Attacks blitzkrieg final answer.

Speaker 3 (01:15:21):
What was the name of the German military strategy of
rapid overwhelming attacks? So you said blitz krieg final answer?

Speaker 6 (01:15:29):
That is correct Technically I think it's.

Speaker 3 (01:15:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:15:34):
I didn't want to trigger anybody, you know what I mean. No, Well,
you know some people are sensitive to World War two stuff.
I loved World War Two in history class. Historically, it
is an incredibly fascinating story, and people never want to
acknowledge the part that America played in it before we

(01:15:54):
joined it, and the Nazi rallies that would happen in America. Yeah,
but I digress.

Speaker 3 (01:16:03):
Question two, what is a group of hedgehogs?

Speaker 6 (01:16:08):
A bit nice of hedgehogs? He's gone once. This is
a second question. A group of hedgehogs. I should know this.
I have no idea. I'm not gonna lie. And when
you found the question where you're like, oh, this is

(01:16:29):
gonna be a good they're not gonna know it.

Speaker 8 (01:16:32):
And usually I'm good at this sort of thing, like
groups of animals and what they're called. I know I'm
gonna get shocked. A group of hedgehogs is a it's
not a pack a bundle, A bundle of hedgehogs. It's
not sonic, I'll tell you that. Or tails or knuckles.

(01:16:57):
We got nice knuckles of hedgehog over here. I I
I have no idea, So I'm going to say a
group of hedgehogs is called a trollop.

Speaker 6 (01:17:15):
Final answer, sure, final answer. Just shock me down and
get it over with. Okay, I know I'm wrong.

Speaker 13 (01:17:23):
Though, I feel like this this question should be googled
because I can't even I don't know why would this
be the answer. But what is the group of hedgehogs
is known as pickles?

Speaker 6 (01:17:36):
See I knew it, goddamn pickles. This says, what is
a group of hedgehogs called an array? Okay? Or can
I see the Yeah? This does say pickles. But this

(01:17:57):
also says that a group of hedgehogs can be called
a prickle prickles.

Speaker 8 (01:18:02):
So whoever put the answer down, copy and paste, whoever
put it, I mean pickles prickles. That makes sense because
hedgehogs are are spidy prickling.

Speaker 6 (01:18:18):
Yeah, that makes sense? All right? Question three? All right,
you learned something, prickles array.

Speaker 3 (01:18:30):
Question three, gimpy, What is the largest Spanish speaking city
in the world.

Speaker 8 (01:18:37):
The largest Spanish speaking city in the world, you would
imagine would be in Spain. The largest Spanish speaking city, Yes,
you said city, right, Are you pulling the spiders off
your face?

Speaker 3 (01:18:50):
I got something stuck in my eye?

Speaker 6 (01:18:53):
What is the largest I'm buying time here. I don't
want to get shop.

Speaker 3 (01:18:59):
The largest Spanish speaking.

Speaker 8 (01:19:02):
City, city in the world, largest Spanish speaking city, Well,
obviously it has to come from Spanish descent, right. So
you've got Spain, right, And I'm just thinking countries right now.
I'm not narrowing it down to cities or anything. So
you got Spain, you got Portugal, you got Mexico. Those
are the biggest ones, right.

Speaker 6 (01:19:23):
I think.

Speaker 8 (01:19:25):
Mexico City is pretty bid. I don't know how big
Madrid is so far as like size wise, is it
bigger than Mexico City?

Speaker 6 (01:19:35):
Right? And that's kind of where my head's at.

Speaker 8 (01:19:38):
You think, all right, Spanish speaking, it has to be
in Spain, that's where it originated from. But this is
the largest Spanish speaking city in the world. So, I mean,
one could say East Tulsa, I mean, but that's not
a city that's part of a city. La maybe even

(01:20:02):
Los Angeles. No, not knowing the answer and not knowing
which is bigger, Mexico City or Madrid. I say Madrid
because that's the only city in Spain that I really know.
That's the and I guess the Barcelona because we had
some Olympics there, Madrid being the capital, right, Barcelona because

(01:20:23):
of the Olympics.

Speaker 6 (01:20:27):
I'm gonna say Mexico City.

Speaker 3 (01:20:29):
Final answer, what is the largest Spanish city in the world.
You said Mexico City. The correct answer is Mexico City.

Speaker 6 (01:20:45):
God damn Mexico City, one of the biggest cities on
the planet. Wow, all right, I love that. You congratulate
him like he just deduced the hardest question ever. It
was the hardest question ever. How's harder than a group
of hedgehogs? Right? Prick more prickly for sure, more prickly

(01:21:06):
for sure. All Right, So Gimby is gonna pick the
next person that's gonna go. It's gonna be either Lindsay
or I. That would be you, my friend. All right,
take that. So there is this and I'll think shifted
around there and uh so Gimby will be asking the
questions and Lindy's going to control the shaker.

Speaker 3 (01:21:22):
There it's strapped on here, all right.

Speaker 6 (01:21:26):
I don't think of the ones that you had. I
don't know if I would know any of them. Oh yeah,
anything yet there it is.

Speaker 8 (01:21:34):
Okay, whirling my little hand around in the bowl, Gonna
pull out the first one that I can get my
fingers on, and uh, Corbyn, are you ready? Okay Corbyn?
What was the name of the first cloned sheep hitting
headlines in nineteen ninety six? What was the name of

Speaker 2 (01:21:55):

Speaker 6 (01:21:56):

in nineteen ninety six.

Speaker 6 (01:22:24):
This isn't like the one we had last week where
I was like, I no clue. This feels like I
know this, and when we say it, I'm gonna be like,
damn it, Oh my gosh, I cannot like it's not
popping in my head. And when I know when we
hear when I hear it, I'm gonna be like, I'm
gonna be like, oh right, right, ah.

Speaker 8 (01:22:47):
What was the name of the first cloned sheep hitting
headlines in nineteen ninety six.

Speaker 6 (01:22:53):
I'm just gonna say a name because it's not popping
in my brain. I'm trying to remember news stories. It's
not Gertrude, it's not baby damn it. Think back, long
and hard.

Speaker 8 (01:23:13):
What was the name of the first cloned sheep hitting
headlines in nineteen ninety six? Kind of a big deal?

Speaker 6 (01:23:19):
Yeah, massive deal, I Marge, final answer, I know it's wrong.

Speaker 8 (01:23:29):
What's the name of the first cloned sheep hitting headlines
in nineteen ninety six?

Speaker 6 (01:23:33):
You said, Marge, do you know this?

Speaker 3 (01:23:35):
Yeah? I know it?

Speaker 6 (01:23:36):
Go ahead. What do you think of this?

Speaker 3 (01:23:37):
Dolly?

Speaker 6 (01:23:38):
Dolly? Okay, it is Dolly, o son of a bit
Dolly the sheep. Whose question is it? I think it
is mine? Okay.

Speaker 3 (01:23:46):
When you said and when you said it is big,
and you said massive, and I was like, oh my god,
they're all over it. I just kept thinking of boobs.

Speaker 6 (01:23:54):
Yeah, I think of sheep boobs.

Speaker 8 (01:23:58):
To lindsay yeah, Dolly, all right. Question number two, only
have one, all right, Corbyn. Number two? What is the
longest river in the world. What is the longest river
in the world?

Speaker 6 (01:24:16):
This is a fun one because most people will not
accept that they know this the Nile final answer.

Speaker 8 (01:24:25):
Okay, what is the longest river in the world? You
said the Nile final answer? The answer is the Amazon
or the Nile River.

Speaker 6 (01:24:38):
I would have accepted either one. I was like, son
of Yeah, that's good man, I deserve that. Yeah, all right,
Last one here. So I was thinking this morning. I
was like, all right, we got Taye's time. Okay, yeah,

(01:24:58):
that's fine. I'm you know, I'm comfortable. It's better than
the wheel. Like my heart is racing so fast.

Speaker 8 (01:25:06):
If I have a grabber, it might be during the segment.
All right, last one here, corbon. What is the most
abundant gas in Earth's atmosphere? What is the most abundant
gas in Earth's atmosphere?

Speaker 6 (01:25:22):
I mean I want to say oxygen. That feel if
it was something else, we wouldn't be able to breathe.
That's why we can. I'm going with oxygen. Final answer.
Not overthink this.

Speaker 8 (01:25:35):
What is the most abundant gas in Earth's atmosphere? You
said oxygen? The answer is nitrogen.

Speaker 6 (01:25:42):
Oh what ah, that's what it says. Nitrogen. Mm hmm.
I can breed nitrogen huh, that's okay.

Speaker 8 (01:25:53):
Yeah, sure, why notta mixed with everything else in the world.

Speaker 6 (01:25:57):

(01:27:16):
can't believe you put this question in here? You know,
I try to mix it up? What Bravo Leberty is
married to the senior vice president of Big Lots. What
what Bravo Leberty is married to the senior vice president
of Big Lots. I mean, I hate that Gimbia and

(01:27:37):
I put you know, softballs in there.

Speaker 8 (01:27:39):
For lindsay, Yeah, why don't you just here put it

choke up on that bat, lindsay, if.

Speaker 6 (01:27:45):
You weren't sure, skimpy and I love to throw around
the word Bravo Leberty. I even had to slowly sound
it out in my head.

Speaker 3 (01:27:53):
That would be miss Meredith Marx.

Speaker 6 (01:27:57):
Yeah, that's right. I'm not even gonna go through all.

Speaker 8 (01:27:59):
That's pretty good pool right there to get your own question.

Speaker 6 (01:28:07):
Okay, now we're gonna even it out. I like it
shuck or twice as hard.

Speaker 11 (01:28:11):
As you know?

Speaker 6 (01:28:13):
What year was the United Nations established? Nice? Feels like
we just even the world?

Speaker 14 (01:28:19):
Right?

Speaker 6 (01:28:19):
Yeah? What year was the United Nations established? Do you
know what the United Nations did?

Speaker 3 (01:28:32):
The United Nations was established in nineteen eighty one.

Speaker 6 (01:28:38):
Finally, answer what year was the United Nations established? You
say nineteen eighty one? The correct answer is nineteen forty five. Man,
you were so close is that thing not working? Yeah, okay,
just want to make sure I'm going to start doing that.

(01:28:59):
I'm going to start doing that. I'm gonna barely hit
it the first time, But was it not working? Just
so I can hammer it longer. Third one? Oh? Is
this another one? In Boy Meets World? What is the
name of Corey's older brother?

Speaker 11 (01:29:19):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (01:29:20):
Fun, I think that's mine in boy O. In Boy
Meets World, what is the name of Corey's older brother?

Speaker 3 (01:29:27):
Actually, I think I know this because I watched that show.
I should know this. I watched it. He had a
little sister who I don't know. I know, I remember
Tapanga was his girlfriend. His older brother was very quirky,
right or Strong played his best friend.

Speaker 6 (01:29:48):
It's a good porn name too, by the way.

Speaker 3 (01:29:49):
Wright Strong, it is a great porn.

Speaker 6 (01:29:51):
Name for which sex? Either one.

Speaker 3 (01:29:57):
I I don't remember the actor that played his brother, but.

Speaker 6 (01:30:01):
I feel like just to work Claire looking for a
character name. Okay, I am screaming in my head right now.
In Boy Meets World, what is the name of Corey's
older brother?

Speaker 3 (01:30:15):
I think I think Corey's older brother's name was Eric,
unless that was his best friend's name who was played
by Wright or Strong. It's the only name that's coming
to me. I can see him saying it, So I'm
gonna stick with Eric. Final answer. I don't know who

(01:30:37):
that actor was that played him, But final answer is Eric.

Speaker 6 (01:30:41):
In Boy Meets World, what is the name of Corey's
older brother? You say Eric? The correct answer is Eric.
Nice Sean was the best friend name Jean. Yes, blows
my mind the things people remember. Yeah, I can't remember
certain things, but Eric, you got the brother name nailed Phoeni.

(01:31:04):
I mean everybody knows Fiena and Topanga. Yeah, I don't
even know the name of the boy in Boy Meets World.
I don't know his name, Corey Corey. Yeah. See, I
would have never remembered that, and you just probably said
it one hundred times.

Speaker 8 (01:31:17):
Ben Savage the actual actor's name, yep, old Fred Fred's brother?

Speaker 6 (01:31:24):
Is that Fred Savage's brother? Yep, yep, yep, yep.

Speaker 8 (01:31:28):
The only thing that they have that you can be like, yeah,
that's his brother, it's the hair.

Speaker 3 (01:31:32):
Definitely.

Speaker 8 (01:31:33):
They Other than that, they do not look like at
all whatsoever. Their similarities Okay, maybe I don't think so anyway.

Speaker 6 (01:31:40):
Have a sister looks just like both of them, Oh god,
oh god, that longer hair. You're like, Oh that poor family.
They all have the same cabbage patch face. A bunch
of boheads. Yeah, all right, we're giving away beer friggin
a Friday. What was your first CD? A case of
Keystone like could be yours? When we come back, we're
giving away beer.

Speaker 14 (01:32:01):
Til says morning Show, The Big Bad Morning Show, the
a Sonic Genius, next ninety j ot.

Speaker 6 (01:32:26):
Good morning, It's the Big Man Morning Show. Nine one
eight four six O K M O D can also
text BMMS and then what you want to say to
eight two nine four five. It's Friday. That means we
are giving away beer for freaking a Friday. Burfood, got

(01:32:47):
a pair of tickets. I'm sorry, you're gonna get your
first answer this question? What was your first CD? Case
Keystone like could be yours? BMMS? And what that is
to eight two nine four five. It looks like on
the line Nathan is joining us. Hey Nathan, how are
you good? There?

Speaker 10 (01:33:04):
You guys good man?

Speaker 6 (01:33:05):
What's your first CD?

Speaker 10 (01:33:09):
It was Lincoln Park Hybrid Theory.

Speaker 6 (01:33:12):
Yeah, how did you discover them?

Speaker 2 (01:33:14):
Like?

Speaker 6 (01:33:15):
What made you want to get the CD? Uh?

Speaker 10 (01:33:18):
So I went to school with a friend of mine
that kind of he was totally had different parents than
I did. My mom was very Christian, and if if
I got anything, it was you know, Christian CDs. And
I think the most heavy CD I could even get
was like switch Foot, and he had it at school,

(01:33:44):
and of course, you know, at school we were able
to bring our walkmans, our CD players, and he let
me listen to it, and then I asked to borrow
it and I ended up just keeping it until my
mom broke it in front of me.

Speaker 6 (01:34:00):
Why did she break it?

Speaker 10 (01:34:02):
So she was she was super Christian, and she had
a it was like a Christian website that you could
go and look up lyrics of bands and all the CDs,
and they would go, you know, this is what the
lyrics are. This is depressing for children, This is blah
blah blah blah blah, and this ends a horrible message.
So she comes out of the out of the room

(01:34:25):
after she looks at it, and she was like, give
me that CD. And she was so mad that I
even had it in the first place, and she broke
it in front of me and told me I wasn't
ever to listen to that stuff again.

Speaker 9 (01:34:35):
How long?

Speaker 6 (01:34:35):
How long? Did it take you to replace it?

Speaker 10 (01:34:38):
About two days? I went. I went back to school
and told the guy that let me borrow it. I said,
you know, hey, my mom, you know, broke the CD.
And I was like, I'm really sorry, I know it
was yours and he goes, that's fine. I got another one.
And I said, well, how did you get another one?
And it's kind of like a nostalgia trip. He goes,
have you ever heard of LimeWire.

Speaker 6 (01:35:00):
Damn?

Speaker 10 (01:35:01):
And I was like, no, I haven't. So he got
me a CD with all the same songs on it
the next day, and thankfully he didn't mark on it.
He didn't put anything on it. It was just a CD.
So when I took it home, I I'm pretty sure
I put po D on it. Yeah, Steve Wynnwood, right, boys,

(01:35:25):
switch Foot?

Speaker 6 (01:35:26):
What were there any other like music your mom stopped
you from getting?

Speaker 3 (01:35:32):
Not really?

Speaker 10 (01:35:33):
After that, I know, there was a lot of CDs
that I started getting from friends, and I would actually
end up putting you know, different band names, and she
looked up p O D. And she said, oh, that's
that's totally fine. You can totally listen to those guys.
They're cool. So I would mark down pod and then
I would put another album name and then put another

(01:35:55):
album name.

Speaker 6 (01:35:56):
Wow, And uh, do you have kids now? Like how
are you old enough to have a family now?

Speaker 10 (01:36:02):
Yeah, I've got three kids at home. I got three,
eight and eleven.

Speaker 6 (01:36:08):
So, like as we, I think when you give families,
you can kind of relate to how your parents acted.
You still may not agree with what they did, but
you can kind of empathize with like why they did
what they did. Where do you land with how your
mom acted with that? And is she still alive? Like
have you had a conversation with her about it?

Speaker 10 (01:36:27):
I believe we have. And she kind of just laughed
it off because back then she was definitely more Christian
than what she is today. They would go to church
all the time. Now it's maybe every once in a while,
and we kind of just laughed it off. And we
definitely have a relatable situation because the other day I
caught my kid listening to like Kendrick Lamar and kind

(01:36:52):
of you know, risque Eminem songs and all kinds of stuff,
and I'm just like.

Speaker 6 (01:36:56):
I don't know, you wanted to take it, you wanted
to not let them listen to it is that what
it was.

Speaker 10 (01:37:04):
I mean kind of yeah, I mean it's for an
eleven year old, I mean just and Drake on a song.
I mean it just kind of seemed a little inappropriate.
So I was like, I don't know, maybe let's check
with mom and see.

Speaker 6 (01:37:17):
I kick the can I love it. Yeah. I was thinking,
as you were telling this as a parent, like my
first answer was like, I'm not blocking my kid from
listening to any CD. And then I backed up with
that thought and I was like, if you're listening to like,
you know, crazy music that is associated with some sort
of neo Nazi group or noon, like, I may be

(01:37:41):
a little more cautious and maybe I don't know if
I would block it, we would definitely have some conversations.
But that was It just feels different when you're a parent.
You go, well, now, wait, yeah, hold on, Like, what
do you think is the worst case scenario with your
kid listening to Drake or Kendrick Lamar.

Speaker 10 (01:37:58):
I mean I don't, I don't really know. And that's
kind of where I was, you know, hesitant on the thought.
I don't, of course want them to go around school
and be saying the stuff that's not edited and songs,
you know, I don't.

Speaker 6 (01:38:11):
I mean, hey, old man, did you do that? Did
you do that with the Lincoln Park music? Did you
go around like saying the quote hateful quote things that
were in the music? No, not really, no all, but
we did dirty nursery rhymes, scored. No, yeah for sure.

Speaker 10 (01:38:35):
But nowadays you know you can't like just go and
take a kid CD. I mean they have any in
every way to download the music and listen to it
anyway they possibly need to.

Speaker 6 (01:38:45):
So that's true. I've never thought of that, Like, if
my kid was listening to music, how am I going
to stop him? Because I've always said, listen, I'll just
break your phone. I don't care. It's just a phone
to me. But that makes no sense either, right.

Speaker 10 (01:39:00):
Because then they could just go online and do it
somewhere else.

Speaker 6 (01:39:03):
Right, that's just the vessel of which it served. It
is not the host place. Yea wild All right, gimp
you go ahead and tell him exactly what he's gonna get.

Speaker 8 (01:39:13):
My first CD was a George Michael CD. But can't
even blame me after seeing him and all that. Venim
keys don't light a to you call me, Nathan.

Speaker 6 (01:39:23):
Thank you so much for sharing with us man, have
a fantastic weekend and hang on the line so gimpe
can get your info. Okay, you got to do you.

Speaker 3 (01:39:42):
Speaking of Kendrick Lamar, the numbers are in a lot
of people watched Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl halftime show. I'm
guessing you knew that already, but now we know exactly
how many people witnessed the not like US rapper Troll
Drake biggest halftime show ever. The official NFL account wrote

(01:40:02):
on x yesterday a lot a video boasting that the
Apple music performance netted three points sixty five billion total
global views, including one point seven billion from user generated content.
It seems like a lot.

Speaker 6 (01:40:17):
See this is an asterisk. Okay, this hasn't watched. It
aren't during this, during this. This is the collection of
views overtime across all platforms Internet YouTube. If you made
a video and repurposed it, if you used it as
an overlay on something else like that is what that
number is.

Speaker 3 (01:40:35):
Additionally, Lamar set received more than eight hundred and ten
million impressions and fifty million people watch it on YouTube
within the first seventy two hours of release. Yeah, a
fifty percent increase over last year's Super Bowl.

Speaker 6 (01:40:47):
Yeah, well, how many? What's the numbers on the people
that are like, I'll get it, well, probably a lot
because people are crotchety and you know, aren't weren't with it.

Speaker 3 (01:40:57):
It's fine, right, We don't talk a lot of hockey.
But the NHL could be coming to Space City.

Speaker 6 (01:41:04):
ESPN Respace City.

Speaker 3 (01:41:06):
American billionaire, Yeah, what's Space City?

Speaker 6 (01:41:08):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (01:41:08):
Houston billionaire Dan Fredkin has emerged as a strong ownership
option to bring pro hockey to Houston. Fredkin is the
CEO of the Fredkin Group, a Houston based company that
has purchased the Italian Series A club as Roma and
English Premier League club Everton over the past half decade.

(01:41:28):
The NHL has met with a group several times about
potential interest in a Houston expansion franchise. The sixty year
old also serves as the chairman and CEO of Gulf
State's Toyota And that's your Balls to the Wall Sports.
I'm Lindsay in ninety seven.

Speaker 6 (01:41:43):
To five, Good morning, It's the big Man Morning Show,
nine four six oh kmod can also text BMMS and
then you want to say to eight two nine four five,

(01:42:04):
good morning, Lindsay.

Speaker 3 (01:42:05):
Good morning Corbyn. Happy twenty seventh, the porn star Birthday

Bubble Butts two, Get Your Knees Dirty and Little Red
Rides the Hood. She was nominated for Best three Way
Sex Scene for her work in two Gingers and a Nerd.

Speaker 6 (01:42:28):
Good Morning Gimby, Well, good morning Corbyn. This is the
last time you're gonna hear me say it.

Speaker 8 (01:42:32):
Don't forget to sign up for our Crawl for Cancer team,
the annual Crawl for Cancers coming up in a couple
of weekends and we want you to join us. Just

the contest ends today.

Speaker 6 (01:42:46):
All right, let's do Willy Nilly anything you want to

eight four six o kmod. Earlier I heard Lindsay say, oh,
I'm writing this down for Willy Nilly.

Speaker 3 (01:43:02):
Yes, so I think it was last week we had
a question of what movie have you recently watched That
Surprised You. And last night Kevin and I watched The Gorge.

Speaker 6 (01:43:14):
The Gorge.

Speaker 3 (01:43:14):
Yes, it's on Apple TV and it stars Miles Teller
and Anya Taylor Joy. She was in The Queen's Gambit. Yeah.
Great movie. I feel like, okay. So it is about
these two people that won. Miles Teller was like a

(01:43:39):
Marie an ex marine operative and he had like so
many great kills. He's like awesome sniper and she pretty
much did the same thing, but in Lithuania, and they
get picked to go secure this gorge and they're on

(01:44:00):
opposite sides of it and they have to guard it
to keep whatever is down below them from coming up.
And they're not supposed to like talk with each other,
but like they're stationed there for one full year, and
like six months into the mission, they end up like

(01:44:20):
communicating with each other. And one day he decides he's
gonna go across the barge and go meet with her,
and on his way back, his rope snaps and he
falls and she goes after him, and then they find
out that it's like, holy crap, what are we actually protecting?

(01:44:44):
And it's like this underground world. It's almost like Stranger
Things kind.

Speaker 6 (01:44:50):
Of okay, but it was really good.

Speaker 3 (01:44:53):
It's a thriller, but it's also like a little love
story as well, and it almost felt like this would
be a really cool video game. Okay, yeah, so if
you haven't watched it, then totally check that one out.
And it is on Apple TV.

Speaker 6 (01:45:09):
Okay, Will and Nelly, anything you want to talk about,
bring up something new, go back to something. It's completely
up to you. I have something that I came across
this morning. I always am fascinated by how many what
it takes to call something a museum. And if you
have a collection of things, you can easily go. I
have a museum. Now whether people go or not is
completely irrelevant. And there is a place apparently that exists.

Speaker 15 (01:45:36):
And it is the world's largest two headed calf collection museum.
Oh and it's a large collection of taxidermied cows that
are two headed calves.

Speaker 6 (01:45:51):
Now this isn't a common thing. One in four hundred
million calves are born with two heads, and most of
time they're still born anyway. But this guy go like,
he goes and collects them. And if this isn't you
want to add a creepy scene to your haunt at
your house at Halloween. Put one of these. It's so

(01:46:12):
creepy looking. And he's just got this room of stuff
and I'm just I want to go just to look
at it, because who doesn't love the sideshow stuff? Right?

Speaker 8 (01:46:23):
You could do this with animals, but you can't do
it with Siamese twins that you know, don't make it.

Speaker 6 (01:46:28):
Not anymore, not anymore. He used to that used to
be okay, but it's so fascinating. He's got an Instagram
page and everything where you can see all these two
headed calves that are stuff. Huh like to me going
to see the largest thermometer thumbs down, but stopping to

(01:46:49):
see this thumbs up. I'm intrigued by this. This looks
like something fun. Will only anything you want to talk about,
bring up something new, go back to something. This says,
what fast food restaurant has the best chicken entree where
the chicken isn't fried? Okay, this is interesting. I don't

(01:47:10):
know if I would call any fast food restaurant the
items they provide an entree, but I hear you, okay, right,
it feels a little like mashed potatoes, like whole thing. Yeah,
But and it can't be fried. What do you got, Lindsey?

Speaker 3 (01:47:25):
Probably is it Red Rock Canyon? That is a restaurant,
Dan fast Food?

Speaker 6 (01:47:37):
What do you got, Gimpie?

Speaker 8 (01:47:38):
I want to say Waldo's. Waldo's Chicken. Not only do
they have just regular fried chicken there, but they do
have roasted chicken as well, and drive through and a
pool service bar and you can get your drinks through
the drive through.

Speaker 3 (01:47:52):
I'll be honest, I don't think I've had anything but
fried chicken from a place.

Speaker 6 (01:47:57):
I mean, I think that that's fair. I think you
just forget about it, because my first thought was like
a Taco bell or Taco Bueno, some Mexican food place.
You've probably had a taco salad or a taco burrito whatever,
right with chicken. And then I was like, man, right now,
Chick fil A has this barbecue bacon smoked chicken thing. Yeah, yeah,

(01:48:20):
I haven't had it, but it looks pretty good. And
all their non fried stuff is equally good.

Speaker 3 (01:48:26):
Yeah, you can get the grilled yes nuggets and stuff.

Speaker 6 (01:48:29):
Yeah, it's it's equally as good. But I oh yeah,
hell yeah yeah. Who wouldn't Who wouldn't want something fried?
Nerd war Who would win Deadpool?

Speaker 3 (01:48:43):
Or Spawn, Lindy, I don't know much about Spawn, so
I'm going to go with a Deadpool just based on
my fandom for him.

Speaker 6 (01:48:54):
Okay, give me.

Speaker 8 (01:48:56):
I got to remind myself with SPA Spawned superpowers were
real quick because I want to instantly say yes, uh
he uh he Deadpool. Okay, so Spawn had superhemus strengths,
shape shifting, speed, resurrection, flight, superhuman durability, energy manipulation. Okay, okay, yeah, telepathy, stamina, teleportation,

(01:49:22):
spawn all day long.

Speaker 6 (01:49:23):
Spawn's got Deadpool beat.

Speaker 8 (01:49:25):
Deadpool's got what regeneration some quirky jokes, some good one liners.

Speaker 6 (01:49:32):
Yeah, so Deadpool can can heal himself. That's what I'm
talking about with regeneration. Yeah, but so does Spawn. But
spawn can't spawn like entrap people and like put throw
them into a separate existence. Sure, telekinesis.

Speaker 8 (01:49:48):
Tell just the list of superpowers that Spawn has alone
out does Deadpool a million to one.

Speaker 6 (01:49:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (01:49:55):
I'll go ahead and jack Deadpool's superpowers just to see
how they compare.

Speaker 3 (01:50:00):
Are they the same? Are they the same like Marvel
or DC or oh god.

Speaker 6 (01:50:04):
I don't know, I don't even I'm going with Spawn
only for his ability. It does feel like Spawn of
what I know, has more powers right, and they include
like the ability to mentally erase this person. So with
Deadpool superhuman strength, immortality, healing factor, teleplithy agility, superhuman speed, teleportation,

(01:50:27):
human agility, that's it. That's it.

Speaker 8 (01:50:31):
So two four six eight compared to the dozen or
more that Spawn has. I think Spawn's got wrapped up
and he's taller, and he was played by Michael J.

Speaker 6 (01:50:41):
White. Nice. Yeah, wife thinks I'm a weirder for throwing
my string cheese in the microwave to warm it up
a bit before unwrapping it. Am I on an island
on this one? So the question I think they're asking
us but everyone else, do you warm up your string
cheese in the package before eating it? Lindsay, No, I don't.

Speaker 3 (01:51:06):
However, I will not eat string cheese without stringing it.

Speaker 6 (01:51:11):
I have to.

Speaker 3 (01:51:12):
I can't just bite a chunk of string cheese. Can't
do it.

Speaker 6 (01:51:15):
Gim me tastes different.

Speaker 8 (01:51:16):
What kind of psychopath keats up their string cheese before
eating it?

Speaker 6 (01:51:21):
No, string cheese is.

Speaker 8 (01:51:23):
Meant to be eating cold and strung well, hence the
whole string cheese. I got no problem, just you know,
Hak taking a chunk out of it and eating it
as it is. But much like lindsay, I try to
string it as much as possible. That's the fun part
of it. It's the fun part of eating the cheese.
That's like eating cheese out of a can. The fun
part is squirting it into your mouth.

Speaker 6 (01:51:45):
I glad you're feeling better the umnah. I don't need
anybody to cut my steak anymore either, so I don't
typically peel my cheese. I just eat it. But for me,
the weird part of this warming it up, I don't
think is that bizarre. I think you may be on
an island it because if you've ever had a granola
bar and warmed it up, it's pretty awesome. Yeah, so
I could see the desire to maybe take the chill

(01:52:07):
off of it. I've seen people warm up ice cream
pints of ice cream before they eat it, just to
get it a little more soupy, if you will. So
I don't think that's that weird. I think you may
be on an island. But for me, in the package
is the crazy part.

Speaker 8 (01:52:21):
Is there any other cheese that you can string like
string cheese? I have never seen anybody string Shaddar or Swiss. Yeah, Murcan, No,
that's true.

Speaker 6 (01:52:34):
But it is a character trait of mozzarella, not of
string cheese. It's just mozzarella there. Well, it just doesn't
sell well to eight year olds right now.

Speaker 3 (01:52:44):
There is times where I'll take like Kobe Jack and
cut a chunk of that off and put that in
the microwave and eat it and.

Speaker 6 (01:52:52):
Need it like I don't know, So you do warm
up cheese before you eat it. Sometimes sometimes it's not
one just the okay, So then I don't think he's
on an island then, because it sounds like it does happen.
I've never warmed up cheese to eat it a lah solo, right.
I've done it in tortillas and on sandwiches and things
like that, of course, yeah, but never solo by itself.

(01:53:18):
That seems weird. I don't find it because you can
also leave it on the counter for like a minute.
It warms up pretty fast.

Speaker 8 (01:53:25):
Stick it under your armpits if you need to warm
it up.

Speaker 6 (01:53:28):
Yeah, if you're a woman, you put in between your boobies.
I know that that's kind that's kind of a thing.

Speaker 2 (01:53:34):
Uh.

Speaker 6 (01:53:35):
The string cheese cooker is an absolute psycho needs to
be exiled from civilization. Okay, get all, I'm sure we'll
get to that on all of our problems. Uh, yesterday
when you all we're talking about the phone call being recorded. Yes,
it says it on both sides of the phone call

(01:53:55):
and takes three minutes of explaining any call that is
not withinn returning. But oh, we were talking about Diddy
and he was unaware that that his phone call with
Kanye was being recorded, and how stupid he was. Right,
give me the next time you're out of Chandler Park,
would let us know. We'd love to play a few
rounds of disc golf with you.

Speaker 8 (01:54:14):
Okay, I'd like to know who use is. Yeah, not
going and playing disc golf with serial killers. Just saying
what was your first what was your first cassette you got?

Speaker 6 (01:54:25):
Lindsay? Oh, we were talking Lindsay and I had this
conversation off.

Speaker 3 (01:54:29):
Air, boy meets Girl waiting for a Star to.

Speaker 6 (01:54:31):
Fall, waiting for st I don't know what boy meets Girl.

Speaker 3 (01:54:35):
I think that was the name of the group. I
don't know it was a single, but yeah, there was
a one hit wonder Waiting for a Start of Fall
was the name of the song okay, and uh yeah,
that was my jam.

Speaker 6 (01:54:52):
Until what the hell.

Speaker 3 (01:54:57):
You had to know this song?

Speaker 6 (01:55:00):
I mean maybe when I hear it kick in yeah, okay, Yeah,
there were women that were like, we gotta get with them. Okay.
Now the song definitely resonates. But I was looking to see,

(01:55:25):
like these people who George Merrill, Who George H.

Speaker 9 (01:55:31):
Merrill?

Speaker 6 (01:55:33):
He's a singer song or. He wrote a lot of
songs for Whitney Houston, Bett Midler, Dolly Parton, Smokey Robinson,
Graham Nash, and then Shannon Rubacan. She also wrote a
bunch of songs for those people as well. She co
wrote how Will I Know for Whitney Houston, that's her
big claimed thing as well as I want to Dance
with somebody makes sense. I am so tired of writing

(01:55:55):
songs for everybody else. We should do it together. Well,
So I love this type of category of people that
write a bunch of famous songs and but they just
aren't famous. And then you see them and you go, oh,
but you don't have the look. Now some of them do,
and just they like that part. They don't want all
the other things to go with it. They make a

(01:56:16):
ton more money and they don't have to tour, and
they don't have to promote albums, and they don't have
to do all that other bs that they that comes
along with Linda Perry has written gazillions of songs. The
lady behind all the Celine Dion songs. You saw, you'd
be like, oh, God, Gimby, what was your first cassette?
Oh that's easy. I'm glad you asked it. It's this one.

(01:56:38):
Of course you would, wouldn't you. Oh you would, wouldn't you.

Speaker 3 (01:56:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (01:56:48):
I relived this memory because we went through Enid going
to a gloss mountain and we stopped at the mall.
We went to Enid for a band competition, and they're like,
we're gonna stop it at the mall all the way
back home and you guys could do a little shopping.

Speaker 6 (01:57:03):
I'm like, hell yeah. So I'm there and I got my.

Speaker 8 (01:57:06):
Fifteen dollars, all right, and I go and I think
it was it was like Sam Goodie whatever music store.

Speaker 6 (01:57:12):
I forget it was. But I was looking for something
to call my own and I was like this, this
album has the word hell on it.

Speaker 8 (01:57:21):
It has to be good. Never heard of Pantherea in
my life. Ever for fourteen year old Gimpy McGhee and
I get and I put it in my walkman in
this su bitch comes on and I was floored, And
this is all I listened to that entire year until
Keith Johnson, that son of a bitch, stole it from me.

Speaker 6 (01:57:41):
I remember going to like music Land or Goodie and
the only time you it was either you heard it
on MTV or the radio, or you went there and
they had them lined up and you could listen. Oh
yeah sometimes and you're like, oh okay. Like the measurement
of whether we would buy music a full album, it's
so wild to think about compared to now. Mine's easy.

(01:58:06):
Nineteen ninety three sports Huey Lewis in the news. Nice,
come on, now, that's awesome. I don't know about all that, but.

Speaker 3 (01:58:15):
Yeah, I think I had that on CD, yes, or
my parents did at least.

Speaker 6 (01:58:20):
Yeah. I don't even know if CD was a thing
in ninety three. I just know I had it on cassette, right,
and I feel like I was gonna look, yeah, I
got Picture This, I got Small World, I got four. Yeah,
I've owned some Huey Lewis in the news.

Speaker 3 (01:58:39):
I remember my cousin was ten years older than me
and I hung out at my grandparents a lot. She
lived with my grandparents, and she would be in her
room jamming to guns n' roses. That was her like,
go to cassette. And I remember getting home from school,
going over my grandparents' house and she's in her room
crying her eyes out. I'm like, what, Tracy, what's wrong?

(01:59:03):
And she holds up her guns and roses cassette tape
and the tape player had eaten it. Yeah, and she
was so bummed out. And then she was like, so
I gotta go to my backup and it was her
uh uh in living color. I think cassette tape was
her second choice.

Speaker 6 (01:59:24):
In living color, like the TV show the band Living
Coloring Color.

Speaker 3 (01:59:28):
Yes, yes.

Speaker 6 (01:59:32):
Color. I was like in living color. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:59:38):
Uh.

Speaker 6 (01:59:39):
Last one if you were going on all expenses paid
vacation for two weeks, but you have to get there
on bicycle. Where are you going and what are you doing?
Assuming the weather will be nice for bike riding? So
you have to get there on a bicycle. Oh good,
oh man.

Speaker 3 (01:59:58):
From here on the bicycle only. Yeah, it's all expenses
paid vacation. Yeah that sucks because I would rather like
hop on a plane and then a ferry because like, honestly,
mcnon Island in Michigan is a beautiful island where all

(02:00:21):
you can do is ride bikes.

Speaker 6 (02:00:23):
Well, you got to ride a bike to get there.

Speaker 9 (02:00:26):
That sucks.

Speaker 3 (02:00:27):
I mean, I'm not going far away from here, so
I guess I don't know, like what's twenty miles away
because I have to ride a bicycle. So the nearest campground,
I guess.

Speaker 6 (02:00:45):
So you're going to Bixby ride like, yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:00:51):
The nicest nearest campground and hopefully they have a swimming
pool or at least a splash pad. Yeah, because if
I have to get there by bicycle, Yeah, you got
a camp bike. Yeah, that's a bummer.

Speaker 8 (02:01:07):
GIMPI surprised she missed this one. I am going to
be vacationing in the great town of Catoosa. We got
the hard Rock Hotel casser right there.

Speaker 6 (02:01:18):
Yeah. Yeah know, all expenses paid. I got my room
paid for a week, meals paid for a week. They
have a pool there. That's They've got all the gambling
I need. Shoot, and it's not that far to ride
on a bikele So you're two weeks, right, it's two weeks.
Two weeks. Yeah, that's a long time. I'm willing to

(02:01:40):
invest four days of travel, okay to get to this location.
I'll go to Lake of the oz x Okay, okay,
one total day of bicycle riding to twelve hours. Yeah, no,
I hear you. It's a lot of upho and Catuosa
is great. Yeah, there's a great bar right there. Huh. Yeah,

(02:02:02):
there's an Oklahoma Joe's Barbecue. Yeah, that's right, and not
a Taco Bueno, a Taco cantina. Yeah, yeah, Taco Bueno Cantina,
and a Wendy's and a wal Green. Yeah, they got
all stuff here, man, Olive Garden. I just don't know
if I could stay in a like the hard rock

(02:02:22):
for two weeks.

Speaker 8 (02:02:23):
See, for me, it's because my brother lives just right
down the street, right, so I can venture out.

Speaker 6 (02:02:28):
I bicycle on over my brother's house, hang out there
for a little Yeah, that'd be a hoot. Yeah. Or
I feel i can go the Leg of the ozarks,
change my bike up, and then I'm done, like I'm good.

Speaker 8 (02:02:40):
For you know, you know, fifteen days. So you go
hunt and fishery o food. You gotta go get supplies
I mean no, Now, I'll have somebody with a car
meet me.

Speaker 6 (02:02:52):
Yeah. Apo, I don't know if they do that up there,
they must. Yeah. I think about the reigning part of it,
but you know again, that's part of the adventure. As
someone who's I did the MS one fifty asterisk, I
feel like I could do this. What are you laughing at?

(02:03:13):
Go ahead and say you're asterisk. Yeah, because I know
what the asterisk is. Now listen of the three of us,
I feel like I can say that I've done the
I've done the MS one fifty. Yeah.

Speaker 8 (02:03:28):
I've never competed in it. I've never done it at
all whatsoever.

Speaker 6 (02:03:30):
And I've done multiple sprint triathlons that are each one's
twelve miles down and back. So now the MS one fifty,
I made it. We left Saint Francis South and I
made it to the sod Farm. I remember being by
myself in the August heat going to Camp Gruber. People.

(02:03:55):
I was by myself. The group I was with the
Peltons with were gone and me going this sucks. And
I remember the Chiefs were on. I remember the Chiefs
were on playing football, and I was like, if I
quit now I could be home to watch the Chiefs game.

(02:04:17):
And I pulled over waited for the car to come by.
They're like, oh you okay. I'm like no, I'm done.
They're like, what do you mean. It's not even It's
not even five miles. I don't even know how far.
I was like, yeah, this sucks. And so they were like, well,

(02:04:40):
we can't go back, we can only go forward. And
I'm like, I swear to god I could see the hospital.
I couldn't, but I was like I don't care. So
they drove me all the way to Muscoge and I
had to call my girlfriend at the time, who became
my first wife or my practice wife. My current wife

(02:05:00):
likes to remind me, and she had to come get me,
and you know that. So it ended up like being
like seven hours.

Speaker 14 (02:05:07):
Like it was.

Speaker 6 (02:05:09):
I sat there showered.

Speaker 8 (02:05:11):
You could have just turned around and not win road back. No,
you're right, been less time. You would have been able
to watch the game.

Speaker 9 (02:05:19):
Clearly.

Speaker 6 (02:05:19):
I wasn't making good decisions, clearly.

Speaker 3 (02:05:22):
And it was August, so it was so hot.

Speaker 6 (02:05:26):
It was so hot, and it wasn't like I was
going fast enough to get a wind to cool me down.
Bugs were landed on me, like bro speed up, like
we landed and die. I'm doing the math and I'm
like I'm not gonna make it to like ten pm.
It's like I'm done, all right, we got to take

(02:05:46):
a break. We want to know what was your first
CD A case of Keystone, like could be yours? Bmms
and what that is to eight two nine four five
Elsa's Morning Show, The Big Man Boarding Show. The assault
continues next ninety seven, Good morning, It's the Big Mad

(02:06:11):
Morning Show nine eight four six, oh kmod. You can
also text bmmass and then what you want to say
to A two nine four five. You heard Gembi mentioned earlier.
This is the last day to sign up for Crawl
for Cancer, as we are going to be pulling names
to join us on April fifth for our annual pub

(02:06:31):
crawl all to raise money for cancer research. It is
a cool event. We've been lucky to be a part
of it for a super long time. And day drinking
is fun, especially in that environment, and we've done it
with some people that are like, we don't know, and
then they're like, this is awesome. We should totally do
like a video of like this is us on our
first drink yeah, and then as people go through the day,

(02:06:54):
because oh my gosh, it's always so funny to see
how people are handling all that. All right, we're giving
away a beer for frigging a Friday. We want to
know what was your first CD? BMMS and whatever that
was to eight two, nine four five? And Marty is on,
Hey Marty, how are you?

Speaker 12 (02:07:10):
Hey? I'm wonderful. How are you guys today?

Speaker 6 (02:07:12):
Good buddy? What's your first CD? What was your first CD?

Speaker 12 (02:07:16):
It was Urrai Heat, Demons and Wizards.

Speaker 6 (02:07:21):
Euryah Heat.

Speaker 12 (02:07:23):
Yes, never heard of Have you no? Check it out sometimes?
Tell me check it out when you get a chance.
Tell me that's awesome. That was back when I have
to say, they were one of the heavy metal bands
that you know that were first coming out on the
scene back in that time. Okay, And and they've got

(02:07:44):
some really great tracks on there. I can't think of
one that's bad. Actually, we have some right here?

Speaker 6 (02:07:51):
Do you have some? Yeah?

Speaker 12 (02:07:52):
Okay, most as ship.

Speaker 9 (02:07:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (02:07:58):
I'm turning this on so he can hear this thing.
Did she get to do that? Yeah?

Speaker 10 (02:08:04):
Okay, living.

Speaker 6 (02:08:06):
Look at that. I love it, man, No, got it?

Speaker 12 (02:08:11):
All right?

Speaker 6 (02:08:12):
That's awesome. I love that man. Thanks for calling in.
Get me tell him exactly what he's gonna get? Well
maybe sorry, cut him off guard. Gimby was doing the
other thing.

Speaker 3 (02:08:21):
You know.

Speaker 8 (02:08:21):
It's no secret that Lindsay loves music from the eighties,
so it's no surprise that her first CD was Mintley Vanilli.

Speaker 6 (02:08:28):
Enjoy this case. The keys don't like back to you guys.
You're the man, Marty, hang on the line, so GIMPI
you can get your info and have a fantastic weekend.

Speaker 12 (02:08:36):
Okay, all right, thanks you guys.

Speaker 6 (02:08:38):
Rock on, man, I appreciate you nice. Love that uh
and I love that you picked that one. All right,
we got to take a break. We'll be back.

Speaker 14 (02:08:45):
The Big Med Morning Show returns next Tulsa's Morning Show
ninety seven KMOT.

Speaker 6 (02:09:14):
Good morning, It's the Big Man Morning Show. Start with Lindsay. Lindsay,
what'd you learn today?

Speaker 3 (02:09:21):
I learned that I got punked by AI and I
also learned iguana eggs. It's what's for breakfast?

Speaker 6 (02:09:29):
Gimby? What you learn today?

Speaker 8 (02:09:30):
I learned that I touched my brother's stuff when he
wasn't looking. Can I also learn and then not related
to item, the fun part is squirting It in your mouth.

Speaker 6 (02:09:43):
I learned Two Headed Cow is not a movie Lindsay
would promote at nine. And I also learned the way
that pilot got out of snorting the coke off the
lady's breast and becoming a pilot again is he was like,
I don't remember doing that. It's Corport saying make sure
that dishwashers loaded.

Speaker 3 (02:09:57):
Right, it's Lindsay stuff tracking my cycle.

Speaker 6 (02:10:00):
They can't you man? I'm sorry, Daddy. Can I get
a call?

Speaker 3 (02:10:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (02:10:16):
Now?

Speaker 2 (02:10:16):
What the hell lay mean?
