The Supreme Court is expected to take up the question
of whether district judges can issue nationwide injunctions. Josh Blackman
with South Texas College of Law, Houston, says the High
Court can't avoid this issue anymore.

and they turned injunctions for almost a decade now, an
issue even more since Trump came to office because judges
are issuing these orders. They're even hard to appeal right
away because they're so broad. I think the court worries
