This is really neat. A boxing gym and Makita, Illinois
is helping people in recovery by offering structured workouts focused
on physical and mental well being. It's founded by a
gentleman named Joe Leonard. He and his family established this
in memory of his late brother Brian. It's called BVL
Boxing Solutions, and they provide a supportive space where participants

can rebuild strength and confidence while trying to recover from
their addiction. Operating as a nonprofit, the gym allows people
to pay what they can while using boxing based fitness
to help them stay on track in their recovery. I
just think that is so neat, and that's why it
makes our smile file this morning.
