Have you ever been bumped from aplane or had your flight full on canceled?
No, I've had delays. It'snever fully canceled or bobbed. Yeah,
it happened to me about a yearago, and they didn't tell us

why. But come to find out, they were having staffing issues. A
lot of places having staffing issues.Airlines are no different. But they didn't
have the flight crew because there hasto be like a certain number of hours
between flights and sleeping time if they'vebeen on and off, which is a
very good thing, by the way. I appreciated that support this, but
I just figure a company or abusiness that works within logistics like that,

they would have figured that part out. Yeah, but we got bumped and
they basically put us up in ahotel and then booked us, you know,
the next morning, okay to goback, but I had to miss
half a half a day of work. There. There's a bunch of issues
that that went into this. Sothe White House is actually now posing new

rules that would require airlines to compensatepassengers a little more significantly when they have
these types of flight delays, especiallywhen it's controllable. Oh yeah, because
the reality is most starlines aren't verygood at this, which is why.
Actually I was talking to our bossRickie the other day, He and I
both now buy the insurance, reallyget all of your money back. But

now the government's basically saying we shouldrequire this industry to pay that money back,
compensate, you hold them accountable.Happens. Yeah, yeah, and
they're gonna look at things like mealvouchers, overnight accommodations, rebooking, and
ground transportation to and from the hotel, because all that starts to factor in,
like I was a hungry little boythat they and they didn't provide any

of that. Obviously something to bethinking about because everybody right now is planning
their summer vacations booking those flights.Yea, again, I've started to buy
the insurance that's offered. It's youknow, it adds a little bit more
to your ticket, but it makesyou feel a little better. But yeah,
when the when the airline full onbumps you from a flight or cancels
it, they're gonna have to startpaying for it. Yeah. Nice,

I went on a trip. Iwas going to be traveling to Syracuse,

New York and it was a redeye, and it ended up that
the plane was delayed for four hoursand it flew into Rochester. So they
had to take the luggage off ofthe plane that I was on because they
did a transfer plane and they endedup losing my luggage in doing the transfer.
They sent it to Japan. Ohwow, Oh my gosh. All

right, right, and I'm supposedto be in New York for ten days.
They lost the bags that went toJapan, gave me a fifty dollars
voucher only to Walmart, and Ididn't end up getting my regular bag back
for nine days. Wow. Sofor nine days I'm in New York with
just the close on my back andthe flip flops that I had on,

and it was horrible. There wasno hotel voucher, there was no food
