It's seven six, Happy Friday morning to you Morning Breeze
with Carolyn and Court. It is Friday morning, and that
means we are going to be revealing right now our
Morning Breeze Person of the Week. And I don't know
what was in the water this week, Court, but we
received so many great nominations.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
It makes it so hard to choose.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
It was really difficult to choose. But I really like
our choice. And we say this every time, but I'll
say it again in case you haven't heard us mention this.
If you have nominated somebody for the Morning Breeze Person
of the Week and we are not choosing that person
for this week, your nomination is still in our in
our system like we hang on to it.

It will not be doing it.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
Know you very well. May get a phone call next week.
But this week for our Morning Breeze Person of the Week,
it's Renata, who nominated her mom, Sophia.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
Yeah, and we've got Ranata on the phone. Vernata, tell
us about your mom.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
Oh my gosh, she's just like she's seventy three and
she has so much energy, and she participates in so
many different programs for theater and kids and churches, and
just like, I don't know how she does it, and
she's just an inspiration. So I heard about this and
I wanted to nominate her because how she beautifies the

world basically and involves children in it, and she just
children how to participate in theater and arts. She belongs
to three different churches and she participates in the theater
programs in all three of them.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
And like you said, she's doing all of this as
a seventy two year old with so much energy.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
Seventy three Yeah, yeah, this sounds exhausting. She also has
a full garden in her house that she takes her
because she loves plants and she loves nature. And she
just said it hiking, So.

Oh god, why she's putting? Why can cat tell from
your energy that you obviously get a lot of your
energy from your mom.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
I think that would be true. Yes, yeah, we're.

Vibing on it.

reach her?

Is she free?

They're calling because I nominated you for a Person of
the Week because you do so much for the community,
and I thought that it would be great to recognize that.

Yeah, Renata told us about all the great stuff that
you do, how you're giving so much time and energy
to make the community beautiful, all the work you do
with the church, leading the theater program, all.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
The things as Artis productions.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Yeah, we wanted to call and recognize you and just
thank you for being such a staple and a pillar
for the Bay Area.

Speaker 3 (03:28):
Oh, thank you so much.

Thank you. It makes me even dear.

Neatest thing here is that your daughter sees how much
you do and wants to take the time to say, Hey, everybody,
look at my mom. She's pretty awesome. Like, I love that, Renata,
that you recognize that in your mom.

Randa also pointed out that you never treat yourself, Sophia,
maybe some time for yourself. So that's where we're going
to step in and do it for you and send
you out on a city cruises brunch cruise. Wow, that's
the proper response right there.

My mom's birthday is coming up just in a few days,
so this is like a birthday present.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
