(00:01):
All right, we are rounding outwhat matters in such a great way.
First of all, wait till youguys here from our next guest, and
I have to say, see,we might have to put this on Facebook
live as well. Oh I thinkit's a definite, Like I have no
question that we're going to have to. This is a this is a feast
for the eyes and the mouth.Oh yeah, that's coming up here at

(00:21):
five thirty five. But it istime for me, myself and I to
be I hate to do this becauseI'm embarrassed, that's why. But in
summer and we got to think aboutthat. You gotta go put yourself out
there. Well, here's the deal, and I'm going to be brutally honest
with all of you right now becausethis has been going on in my life
since probably the winter time. Itwas not here last summer because I would

(00:42):
have known, I would have seenit. But several months ago in the
winter, I noticed that I wasgetting these dots like a rash on my
lower legs and on my ankles andmy feet. So I thought, huh,
did I change detergent? Did weDid I change eat something different than
I haven't eaten before? And Ithought, like I do with so many

(01:04):
things in my life, I'm notgoing to a doctor. It'll go away,
and everything goes away in time, right, And it did go away,
Michaela for a little while, butit came back. So I have
been going through this, you guys. It is horribly ugly. I mean
it is terrible. My husband callsme polka dot. And it's basically just
on my legs, and now it'sgrown up to my thighs. It gets

(01:26):
sometimes on my arms, sometimes onmy belly. And I have been to
urgent care. I have been toa doctor. I have been to a
dermatologist. I have been to anallergist and an immunologist because they're one and
the same at this one location. And I have taken blood work, I
have had a urine test, Ihave had a biopsy. Nobody knows what

(01:49):
the heck these dots are. Didthey just scrape the dot for the biopsy?
You were telling me this the otherday, But I don't know what
to do anymore, guys, becauseI told MICHAELA several weeks ago that the
dermatologist gave me this cream to puton it. I think it was a
steroid cream, and I used itand it went away, but then it
came back again, and they alsogave me prescription from pretozone. Well,

(02:13):
I've never taken predazone. And soI literally said to Mindy when she called
me and said I think I needto start taking predazoone. I was like,
you know that steroids, right,She's like, what, it's steroids.
S Yeah, they don't put itin the name, but that is
the drug name for steroids. Andshe goes, oh, And I said,
you're gonna you can get mean, not the only person. They said,
Mindy, you'll have mood swings, you'll gain weight. I wouldn't take

(02:36):
it if I were you, Andso I asked the one specialist about preda
zone. He's like, well,it'll definitely take it away because it's like
a hammer. It takes away everyit can kill anything. But the problem
is you're not really figuring out thesource, so it'll probably come back again.
And then when I talked to himagain at the end of the week,
like on Friday, he said, yeah, I'm just not finding anything,
no rhyme or reason why you havethis. There's no and you're so

(03:00):
healthy, there's no reason why yougot this. So there's no reason why
it might just go away. Ithink your best bet to take that Preda
Zone. When before he told meit's probably a good thing you didn't take
it, now he's telling me totake it. What is your experience,
listeners? Have you ever taken PredaZone? Should I do this or not?
Six one four eight two one nineeight eight six six one four eight

(03:20):
two one WTVN call with your experiences, guys, because Mindy really doesn't know
what to do, and you knowI have taken it before. I think
there are situations where I haven't alwaysfinished the dose because it made me feel
awful and I was snippy and snappyand not a happy person. Did you
have to take it? Because,as it's been described to me, you

(03:40):
take four pills for a week, and then you take three pills the next
week, and then two the nextweek, and then one, So I'd
be on this stuff for like amonth, and I don't even take aspirin
for stuff. I just don't knowwhat to do. But I don't want
these dots on my legs anymore.I would rather have figured out a source
why this is happening to me,And I don't know. MICHAELA. It's

(04:01):
very frustrating. So there literally isnothing else you can do because we are
we are getting into that summer season. You love to soak in the sun.
You love to go out there. You're always out there outside during these
months. You gotta wear shorts, you gotta wear like dresses and things like
that. I mean, if thisdoesn't work, what do you do?
I don't know. Do we havesomeone on the line, Hannah, Yes,
we do. We have Renee onthe line. Okay, Renee,

(04:23):
do you have an answer for thesedots? I just feel so sorry for
you, Mindy, because I livewith the rash too, and Rena's zone
only clears it up. It justlike makes your body going to overdrive to
clear it up. But I don'tthink it'll go away in time. Oh
do you? And then it comesback? Did your rash come back?
Maybe? Yes? So I justwanted to warn you. And it does

(04:46):
kind of make you feel different. It makes your face hot and your neck
get a little bigger, and Idon't know, Michaela is right. I'm
not trying to discourage you, butthat's just really to clear it up,
and that's normally what dermatologists will giveyou. But it speeds up the clearing,
but then I don't know if it'sgoing to take your rash away permanently.

(05:09):
Yeah, I know. I justwish I knew how it was and
why I keep giving it. Idon't know. I've lived with a rash
off and on for years, andnobody has a solution, and sometimes I
think I should go to doctor Pemple. Paper don't. I'm just saying,
I'm confirming what michaelis says about howpred his own makes you feel. But

(05:30):
it is good at clearing it up. Yeah, I don't know what to
do. I appreciate you call.I really do prayer for you. Thanks.
I've definitely believe in the power ofprayer for sure. I mean,
maybe it's like it's like some kindof a chemical thing and it's in the
grass, because sometimes you can geta rash around your ankle from walking through

(05:51):
grass. But I'm not a dermatologist, but it seems strange it's on other
parts of your body now, Iknow. And you would think that I've
been to all these people, youthink someone would know something. Twenty three
right, I have actually lived withthis rash. I have no answers.
I know people get tired of hearingme say, it hurts sometimes the rash

(06:12):
can really be painful and itchy. It's uncomfortable and it's just really hard.
And I ask the same thing, who is the person that can solve the
problem. I've even gone to otherdoctors other I do have a lot of
chemical allergies, and um, Ihad that patch testing done, which I

(06:32):
think the dermatologists will do for you, well, you know, identify certain
allergies. So with the allergists Italked to said I could do a test
on you, but to be awaste of time. I can tell you
right now you're not allergic to anything. Yeah. So I'm like, he's
like, you're so healthy. Ijust so, I have no answers.
I just wanted to share it withall of our listeners because I'm kind of
honest that way. I just think, pregno zone is it does make you

(06:56):
feel differently, it's not. Idon't know if they do give it sometimes
when you have a cold too,so it promotes feeling I think quicker.
So I mean, maybe try it, Yeah, I mean it would be
a month out of my life, right And a friend of mine said that
she took it for poison ivying. It worked but I just wish I knew
the source. Thank you, goodRenee. Yeah, thanks, well,

(07:25):
we'll make it. We'll make itwith me and Dan with you. Thanks
for your call and thank you. We're gonna say we're doing a little you
know, I know, we're gonnakeep it up beat. Let's go up
beat, and we're gonna have agreat time with Posh. Tea time now,
tea time. So we're gonna dothat right now. Next on What
Matters. This is six ten wtvN.
