In Quebec, an average of 36 drowning deaths happen per year in pools. To address the situation, the Quebec government has implemented a new pool fence law which states that all residential swimming pools are required to have a compliant safety fence. Mathieu Lalonde, President of Clôture Enfant Sécure, spoke with Andrew Carter.
