Since 1987, Josh oversaw the creation and growth of entertainment brands including AMC, BBC AMERICA, IFC and SundanceTV and signature series including “Mad Men,” “Breaking Bad,” “The Walking Dead" and “Killing Eve.” Sapan also oversaw the creation of the film production and distribution company IFC Films as well as AMC Studios and AMC Networks International, along with several popular subscription video on-demand brands beginning with the horror genre service Shudder and Sundance Now, after 35 years with AMC Networks, 25 as CEO and currently Executive Vice Chairman, Sapan left the company at the end of 2022 to embark on a third Act of his own, one sure to entail moves in more creative avenues. He shares how his Third Act is going so far and what he’s learning along life’s way. But one thing is certain, he’s passionate about all things The Third Act holds.
