You know, a lot of times we have to recognize
in ourselves what we're willing to do. You know, I
recognized and I say a lot of things. You know. Uh,
And what I'm talking about is like a lot of

people like I would die for my kids, I would
die for success. I would do all these absolute extremes
to win in life. What would you live for success?
Would you live for your kids? Would you sacrifice your
time and effort to have these things? A lot of

people don't look at that, you know, say, what would
you do in a positive manner to get what you want?
What would you do in a positive way to change
your fucking life? A lot of us don't know what
we would do in a positive sense. All right, That's
something that we have to the ponder to think about,

to really fucking put our minds too. You know, I
will eat healthy to live better. I will train to
live better. I will educate myself to have a better life.
We never think about that aspect. A lot of us
are like, oh, I just wish this would happen. I will,

you know, like hoping and praying and like I would
die to have this kind of lifestyle. Would you fucking
live to have that fucking lifestyle? Would you put all
your efforts and all your eggs in one basket to
fucking succeed and all you have to do is invest
in yourself. It's a different aspect, it's a different look,

it's a different approach. You know, there's a lot of
things that I would give up in my life to succeed.
But one of the things I never really thought about
is what I'm willing to do in a positive fucking sense.
All Right. What those positive sens are is, guess what.
I'm gonna be mindful of what I eat. I'm gonna
be mindful of how I train. I'm gonna be mindful
in the approach that I take everyday life. I'm gonna

be a nicer person. I'm gonna be a better person.
I'm gonna be more concerned, caring and concerning person in
my life in a positive fuck and sense. You know
what I'm saying, a lot of times I talk about
the negativity in life and guess what, negativity will always
be there, But it's putting yourself on this other line,
this other side of thinking that like, I'm willing to

do these great things in my life to become better,
to become the person I want to become. You know,
like I said, negativity downward thinking, it's it never takes
you anywhere. But positive thinking, positive attitude, positive approach, a

different vibe in your life to change who the fuck
you are internally. It's the most absurd, difficult thing to
think about. But that's the thing. It's what it takes.
It's absolutely what it takes. It's a different approach that

can change your life. That approach, like I said, it's
a shift in the mindset. You know. There's a thing.
You know, people say Olympians would take this pill to
win a gold medal, but it would shave ten years
off their lives. All of them would take it. I

guess the fuck what a regular person? I will take
this pill? Add ten years to my life, and I
would take it because it adds to my life. I
don't want to take away anything. I understand the peak,
the fucking tier one tip of the spear, athletic understanding.

But I'm not at that tip of the spear. I'm
a regular fucking person. I'm a regular fucking dad, I'm
a regular fucking husband, all right, I'm a regular fucking
dog owner. I'm saying these things because we need to
fucking quantify what we are and what we want in
our lives. I know exactly what I want, I know
exactly what I want to do, I know exactly what

I want to fucking happen. But I'm taking these positive
steps to understand how I can live a more peaceful, tranquil,
and happy fucking life. All Right. I understand sacrifice, I
understand giving, giving all you have. I understand all these things.

But the thing is is that the positive things that
I'm willing to do in my life will change. I'm more,
I'm wanting to have more conversation, I'm wanting to think,
I'm wanting to fucking give my opinion and listen, you
see what I'm fucking saying. Like like I said, I
speak the way speaking, I talk the way I talk,

and a lot of times I don't understand if people
fucking understand what I'm actually fucking saying or what I'm
actually fucking mean meaning. But understand what I'm trying to
get across is what would you do in a positive
fucking manner? Ask yourself that fucking question. Write it the
fuck down, all right, today, I'm willing to do this
to be happy. Today, I'm willing to fucking do more

to be happy. I am willing and I want, and
this is what I'm going to do to succeed in
my fucking life. Hard work pays the fuck off, but
also to writing it down, understanding, taking this positive fucking
spin of what I will say, how I will act,
how I will treat people in my fucking life, to

achieve my fucking dreams, to achieve my fucking happies, to
achieve the success that I fucking deserve, and we all
deserve success. But what it takes to get that success,
that's the fucking thing we're talking about, right fucking now.
All right, Everyone's willing to lose, to give up, to

cut off a piece of them to succeed. But what
are you willing to add to yourself to succeed? All right,
let's shift that fucking mindset. Let's change this fucking outlook,
let's approach this in a different fucking way. The world
won't fucking see and they'll fucking be fucking surprised, throwing

the fuck off guard because it's this path that I
choose to fucking take. I've sat in the negativity, I've
sat in the depression, I've sat in the anxiety, and
it's never taken me anywhere. It's never added to me.
It's never fucking put more on my fucking plate to
fucking eat and to succeed. But guess to fuck what,

positive thinking, positive attitude, a willing to add to my life,
a different way of doing things has definitely changed who
the fuck I am, what the fuck I do, and
how the fuck I approach it. It's just this mindset.
Like I said, we all not I can't speak for everybody,

but for the majority of the people that I've grown
up with, for myself, you know what I'm saying. We
only see the world one fucking way, and until I've
changed the way I fucking looked at things is the
only time things have fucking changed. I wanted a different result,
so I had to do something fucking different. I had
to do something difficult. I had to mold, fucking form,

change reposition, change all aspects of my fucking mindset, my
thought process, and how I fucking approach things with my
feelings and my fucking and approach them with a sense
of fucking positivity and not a fucking negative fucking outlook.
And that's the only way things have changed in my
fucking life. That's what I'm trying to get across. What

are you willing to do to add to your life
and not subtract? What are you willing to do positively
in your fucking life? Really think about this. This is
the fucking question to start off the fucking week, all right.
What are you willing to do in this different way
of thinking, in this way of positive activity, in this

way of fucking like mentally manipulating yourself to fucking change
the way your life is rotating around you. That's what
