like I said, the beginning of the New Year's getting
ready to happen. Well, let's let's let's get this habits
built now. Let let's start, folks on what it's gonna
take to achieve the goals. Everyone says New Year knew me,
And it always starts with diet, It always starts with exercise,
It always starts with this, I'm going to change, I'm
going to be better. Well, guess what I'm trying to

with you. It all starts with your mindset. It all

week I talked about how simple breakfast is getting up,
eating breakfast and being prepared for the day. Well, the
next fucking preparation is lunch, lunch, snacks, all this shit,
and you have a huge amount of time to prepare
for the next day. Look, I understand, when you get home,
you're tired. I understand when you get home, you're exhausted,

you barely want to eat fucking dinner, you barely want
to make dinner. Well, guess the fuck what the very
next day, you know what you're gonna have for breakfast,
you know what you're gonna set yourself up with success. Well,
guess what we have to set ourselves up for success
for that next day for lunch. And everyone's gonna tell you, oh,
I'm not hungry during the day. I'm you know, like
I'm always on the go, I'm always on the move. Well,

guess the fuck what if you skip out on lunch,
You're causing an effect for your body to hold onto
the weight. You're causing your body to literally fucking survive
off of what you're already eaten, all the garbage, all
the energy. And guess the fuck what if you eat trash,
your body's gonna burn that feel for trash, and then
you're gonna hold on to it. You just don't burn

fat the way you think it's gonna store it, it's
gonna keep it, it's gonna hold it in the reserves.
And the way you get around that to release that fat,
to get your to have your body, fucking get rid
of it. To use it up as energy is, you
have to continue the metabolism. You have to continue to
eating from breakfast to lunch. You should have had those

meals and then your body's like, oh, we have an abundance.
Get rid of the fucking bullshit. Because when you start
starving yourself and everyone's gonna tell you fasting, this fasting,
that well gets the fuck. What if you are not
fat following the fasting protocols, you're not fucking fasting. There's
a whole mechanism, there's a whole trigger, there's a whole
protocol to understanding what fasting is. All right, and we'll

cover that, we will cover it fasting here. But here's
the thing. A lot of us ain't fasting. We're just
fucking starving our fucking selves. And that's what we want
to avoid, all right. You want to avoid starving yourself.
You want to avoid your body in this fight or
flight mode of like I'm not eating, hold onto all
this fucking weight. That's what we're trying to avoid here.

And it's all about setting yourself up for fucking meals.
You know. Here's one of those things everyone says three
meals a day. If you can do four meals a day,
that'll dramatically fucking help so much more. And I'm not
talking about huge fucking meals. I'm talking about eating two
eggs three eggs in the morning, a fucking cup of
oatmeals and peanut butter, a fucking cup of coffee with
a scoop of protein in it. I'm not asking you

to eat this giant fucking meal, all right, And even
when you get to your lunch, it should be three
to four ounces of food, of three to four ounces
of protein, a little bit of fucking carbohydrates, maybe some
fucking fruit, you know, something to fucking drink, even if
it's a diet fucking coke. I don't give a fuck.
Even if the smallest change you make is like, hey,
guess what, I'm switching from regular sodas to zero or

diet sodas. That will dramatically change a lot of fucking
things in itself. Everyone's gonna tell you, oh, it's still
fucking bad, it's still fucking this will get the fuck.
What if you're used to drinking full, fucking you know,
full fucking, fully loaded fucking sodas that have five to
six hundred calories and you switch to a zero fucking soda.
You've done the exact same fucking thing, just got rid

of the fucking calories. Because there's zero. Diet is zero
zero zero sugar, zero zero calories. Guess the fuck what.
That's a small, minute fucking change that you just fucking
accomplished just by making the fucking switch. It tastes different.
I don't like the flavor of it. Well, guess the
fuck what. You'll get used to it, because that small

shift can start a fucking snowball effect. You know, everyone's
gonna fucking get on here and be like, well, soda soda.
I was like, no, it's fucking not. Make the fucking switch.
Enjoy yourself. And I'm not sitting there like, just because
it's zero soda, you can drink it all fucking day.
Enjoy one, all right. I'm not telling you enjoy two.
I'm not telling you enjoy three. Enjoy fucking one, one
fucking serving, one fucking glass, one fucking bottle, And I'm

talking about a fucking personal size fucking bottle of soda
that's a zero or a diet that's a small fucking
shift in the aspect of what you're trying to do,
and that's to make it enjoyable. Dieting is different, all right,
But making habits is like, this is something that's sustainable.
This is something that I can do on a regular basis.

This is something that I can do every fucking day
and not be fucking miserable. Your food is supposed to
be enjoyable, but your food, your food is also fuel.
You gotta have a combination of the two. There's a
little bit in the fucking middle that you gotta fucking have.
You know what I'm saying. Enjoy what you want to eat.
But the thing is is be responsible. Understand that, hey,

from this time, this time, I should be eating. I
should be taking the fucking time and I should be
putting this fuel in my fucking body. So then I'm
not starving myself. I'm not fucking miserable all fucking day.
And you know one of the things too, is like
people fucking are like I'm upset, I'm tired, I'm angry,
I got anxiety. I feel this certain kind of fucking way,

and it's because you're starving yourself. You put a little
food in your fucking stomach all of a sudden you're not,
because that's what everyone always feels. They're like, you know,
I would just feel a little bit better if I
had a little bit more energy and I had a
little bit more pepping my Stepwell, guess the fuck what
fuel the machine fuel your body. Put a little bit in,
you will go a long fucking way for your mood,

your attitude, your fucking your your your clarity, your fucking
you know, just the way you move about the world.
A lot of people don't fucking realize that. They just
fucking think this stupid, fucking bullshit. If I starve myself,
I'll get skinny. Well, guess the fuck what you will.
But you'll be sick, you'll be tired, you'll be upset,
you'll be fucking on your nerves. Everything's gonna make you

fucking unhappy. No one wants to live like that. But
if you eat these smaller fucking meals in a responsible
fucking way, all of a sudden, you're a better fucking person.
All of a sudden, you're happier, Your fucking mood is better.
You fucking enjoy your fucking life. You know, it's all
about being reasonable. It's holding yourself a cannible and it's

eating the fucking food, regardless of what the fuck it is.
Just be responsible. Guess what, if you're gonna go stop
at this fast food place, just get something sensible, Get
one hamburger, get two hamburgers and a soda. Or if
you want to have the fucking fries, so well, guess what,
get the meal, get the small fucking soda, the small
fucking fry, and enjoy your fucking day. You know what

I'm saying. It's just all about making the better fucking
choices when you eat. You ain't gotta fucking eat to
your full. You just gotta eat to what you need.
You know, most places, most burger places, offer a fucking
bundless fucking burger. And guess what that's that that's just
slightly fucking healthy. I'm not saying you have to do that.
I'm just saying, be a little bit more understanding of

what these places offer. You know what I'm saying. Don't
go in and order this fifteen hundred fucking calorie meal.
Go in and be like, all right, let me get
this and this and I'm good. You know what I'm saying.
They've already shown studies that if you get two hamburgers
and a diet fucking coke. Guess the fuck what, that's
a lot healthier than getting that whole fucking fry fucking
soda and the hamburger combination. I'm just saying, like I said,

it's just about making small tweaks. It's about fucking just
slightly adjusting how you fucking eat, your perception, your thought process.
You know what I'm saying. Because some of us go
blindly into this, and because we go blindly into this,
we just fucking do it. It's second fucking nature. No,
we're trying to fucking build better fucking habits, better fucking lunches,

better fucking meals, so then we can just just enjoy
what we're fucking doing. That's all I want you guys
to understand. You know what I'm saying. I'm trying to
help point in the direction that you need to fucking
go to achieve these fucking goals for this new year.
Achieving these goals for the new year is gonna set
yourself up for exactly what you want success. Success leads

to happiness, and if you're doing the things you want
to do, all of a sudden life goes right. I
just want you guys, to open up your eyes, realize
that and understand that. That's all it fucking takes. Push
yourself fucking forward, do the right fucking thing, Eat your
fucking lunch, be fucking prepared. Look if you made your

dinner the night before, pack a little fucking tuppleware, put
it in your bag, put it in your backpack. Be
fucking prepared for the next fucking day. It's as simple
as that. And like I said, it doesn't have to
be the fucking perfect fucking meal. It just needs to
be you eating something reasonable and being ready for the

next fucking day. That's all it fucking takes, is being
ready for the next fucking day. Because you start setting
yourself up with these things like I've had my breakfast,
I've had my lunch, I've eaten my dinner. Well, guess
the fuck what you've done more than the rest of
the fucking world because a lot of people don't do
that shit. A lot of people don't eat breakfast, don't
eat lunch and then eat dinner. You see what I'm

fucking saying. So you starve, starve, star eat this huge
fucking meal at the end of the day, and now
your body's just gonna hold on to it to the
next day because you're gonna fucking repeat what you just did.
But if you fucking small meal, small meal, small meal,
guess the fuck what And when I mean small meal,
it's not like you're fucking eating nothing. I just want
you guys to fucking really see, really understand, and really

fucking get how important eating is. It will change your mood,
it will change your feelings, it will change your attitude,
it will change your mind, plain and fucking simple. If
you nourish the body, the body will respect you and
give you everything you fucking need. You know, it's as
simple as that. You can't fucking make it any more

just all about being consistent eating your fucking lunch. You're

putting yourself off, put yourself fucking first above everything and
