we think of our schedule, we think of our plan

is just go, just start moving, start, just start pushing forward.
As soon as you have the thought, the energy, the
mindset you need to just go. You just you just

need to start head first, dive in, no fucks given,
just push fucking forward. This is real fucking talk. These
are the things that people need to understand. When you're
feeling like you're ready to go, that means you fucking go.
It means it's start time. It means fuck everything else,

in our own paths, a lot of us stand in

our own way because it's not the right time, it's
not the right moment, it's not the fucking like. You know,
the stars aren't aligned, it's not perfect. It doesn't have
to be perfect, it just needs to be now. Being

get going. And a lot of that always fucking happens,
and it's just us stopping us, stopping ourselves. You're subconsciously
hurting yourself, your self sabotaging. Nothing has to be perfect.
Everything just needs to be now. If you have the

urge to go for a fucking walk, you go for
a fucking walk. You have the urge to go on
a hike, you go on a fucking hike. You have
the urge to eat better. Guess the fuck way you
eat better. You do not make excuses, You just go.
You just feel you just acknowledge this. And every time
you do this, it's a mental fucking beat down of
your brain of like, oh this feels good, Oh this

fucking is right. That dopamine hits that fucking that that
that satisfied feeling that you accomplished what you felt like
at that moment in time feeds into building these better
fucking habits. You know. Sometimes you gotta be something spontaneous.
Sometimes you just gotta fucking act on impulse, and it
will kickstart something in you that you didn't know you

fucking had or wanted to fucking do. You know, And
every time you have these moments, every time you have
these urges of fucking just getting it fucking done, you
fucking go for it. You push fucking forward, you persevere,
and you just fucking handle it. It might be ugly,
it might be messy, it might not be perfect, but
guess the fuck what it is something and something is

better than nothing. That's the goddamn fucking truth. Pushing your
life in the direction you want is hard. You'll give
yourself every fucking excuse you'll make every fucking moment like oh,
I just can't you know you're gonna step on your

the reason I know it's real fucking talk, it's because
I used to do it to myself all the fucking time.
I'm not I don't have enough money, my job's not
going good. I have a fucking poor work schedule because
I work at night, So how am I supposed to
sleep during the day? Take care of the fucking kids,
all these fucking things. All right, excuses are a dime

a dozen, But you know what's not success. It has
to be fucking earned. It has to be fucking work towards.
It has to just be done. Nothing's gonna ever help you,
save you or fucking you know, give you what you want.
You have to put in the time, you have to
put in the fucking effort. You have to put in
the fucking work. And sometimes it's gonna to take something

random to get your fucking going, to get you fucking motivated,
you know, you gotta kickstart that fucking brain. And once
it kickstarts and it fucking starts going, it'll feed for
more that satisfying feeling of you did what you wanted.
A lot of us deny ourselves what we truly fucking want,

and it's because it's too hard, it's too much fucking work,
and I'm gonna, I'm gonna I'm too tired to fucking
do it. But once you get past that, once you
get fucking over that fucking hump of these fucking excuses,
all of a fucking sudden, you have time. You are
not tired. This is worth it, you know, no one's

ever said, you know a fucking oh, this workout sucked,
This walk fucking suck. Once you get the blood flowing
and the fucking dopamine in your fucking brain going, guess
the fuck what it's It's euphoric, all right. It's a
high that you can ride every fucking day, And all
you gotta do is put in the fucking time, put
in the fucking effort. That's just what it is. I'm

just saying, these are the facts, right, hard work pays off,
but also too sometimes you gotta fucking force yourself into
that hard work. Sometimes you gotta trick yourself into that
hard work, and sometimes you just gotta do what you're
ready to do right there. And then don't wait for
the perfect time, don't wait for the perfect moment. Guess
the fuck what. This is just what I'm gonna fucking do.

That's just what it is. You know, Like I said,
you could be sitting on your fucking couch, boord out
your fucking mind, scrolling through your fucking phone, TV playing
at the same fucking time, wondering what you're doing with
your fucking life, and then you have that little spark
in your head. I'm gonna walk around the block, do it.
I'm gonna take my dogs for a walk, fucking do it.
I'm gonna go to the gym, fucking do it. I'm

gonna make myself a healthy fucking meal, fucking do it.
I'm just saying it just takes something in your fucking
head and you just have to acknowledge it. That sounds
like a good I fucking dia. Get it fucking going,
get it fucking moving, push it fucking forward. That's just

to it. You know. It's hard to explain. It's hard
to fucking like, give you something fucking physical. But you
just have these trigger points in your life that can
absolutely change your whole path. And all it is is

acting on it, fulfilling it, taking care of it, scratching
that fucking scratch that you have in the back of
your fucking head, and you just don't know what it
fucking is. And you know what it. I'm gonna fucking
say it. It's you becoming better. It's understanding you are
fucking worth it. It's understanding that it is worth it.

I cannot stress this enough, all right. I've been that
fat ass on the fucking bed, on the fucking couch
too tired. I'm exhausted. I can't play with my fucking kids.
I have no fucking energy. I just worked a twelve
hour fucking shift through the fucking night, working six pm
to six am. Take them to fucking school, come home,

fucking eat, sleep, wake up, take pick them up from
fucking school. Like I said, I've had all these fucking excuses,
all right, I've lived the real fucking life. And all
it is is you putting the effort into you and
understanding that I want this. Don't deny yourself what you

truly fucking want, whether it's going to school, getting in shape,
fucking upgrading your fucking life, getting more fucking energy, fucking
just eating or eating healthier, or fucking just putting a
little time and effort into your fucking self. That's just
what it is. I've never felt like I was ever

something lingering in my fucking head telling me that I
am that it is. You. Just keep pushing forward. It
will pay for its fucking self, and it fucking did.
Like I said, life isn't easy. Life will give you
every excuse. Life will knock you down and make you

feel like absolute dog shit, but you got to ignore it,
push fucking forward and understand, just act on the impulses
that are happening in your fucking head. Don't deny yourself,
don't fucking devalue yourself. Understand that you are capable of
everything you fucking want. And if it takes a random

fucking moment, if it takes a fucking a spark and epiphany,
a fucking moment in time where you just had that
little bit of self realization, I'm going to do this,

fucking started, and get it fucking moving, because that that's

I fucking I'm constantly reminding myself. Everything always comes back
to me because I've been there, done that, and had
those feelings, had those emotions. You were not alone in
the thoughts that you're fucking having. You know, I never

and understanding if I had this information that I'm fucking

saying right now, it could have changed me then and
it can change you now because it's changed me in
my whole entire fucking life, concentrating on myself, just acting
on the impulses. I'm going to do this. I'm going
