start on Monday. Diet starts on Monday or fucking you know,
like I'm gonna do this. But here's the thing a
lot of us, Monday is the beginning of the week.

all have to pick a starting date. We all do,

it's all about getting started and keeping the movement going.

with motivation. A lot of people have a hard time
with trying to stick to what their goal is. You
know what I'm saying. We use the word accountability, but
a lot of us don't hold ourselves to accountable. You
know what I'm saying. We don't hold ourselves accountable in
any sense of the way. You know, we give ourselves
excuses like I'm tired, I'm exhausted, I don't want to cook,
we don't have food. You know what I'm saying that

there are so many excuses. You know what I'm saying.
And guess what, there are great excuses out there. Do
not get me fucking wrong. I understand when shit hits
the fucking fan. But if you have a small excuse,
if you have a time, any excuse, if you have
an excuse that doesn't measure to fuck up, well, guess
the fuck what. That's not an excuse. That's you fucking
failing yourself. That's you sabotaging yourself, that's you fucking yourself up.

If you need to cook some food, guess the fuck
what stop being fucking lazy, cook the fucking food. I
know you're exhausted, I know you're fucking tired, but guess
the fuck what. Being tired is not an excuse to
fucking grab some garbage, eat some fucking food, and then
feel horrible and miserable, and then for the next three
weeks feel bloated, sick, exhausted and not knowing why you
feel this fucking way when you should absolutely know the

you didn't want to fucking cook for yourself. You know,
a lot of us open the fucking fridge hoping food
will be there. Well, guess the fuck with a lot
of us do go shopping, but we don't buy process
fucking food. We don't. We're not buying microwavable food. You know,
like when you eat healthy, Whole foods is the thing,

to cook. Whole foods requires you to prep. Whole foods
requires you to put in the fucking time and put
in the fucking effort, you know what I'm saying. And
the one thing too, is, oh, it doesn't taste good.
This and this. Guess the fuck what if you're just
starting out, make the food taste fucking good. Get used
to fucking cooking, Get used to setting yourself up, Get

used to fucking just putting in the time and putting
in the effort to put yourself on fucking track. We
all have goals, all right. We all wish we could,
We all wish we can, We all wish that it
would happen. But guess the fuck what. You gotta stop
fucking wishing and start fucking doing. You gotta start putting
that fucking shit in the front of your head. It's required,

We live in this perfect fucking world, But that's not
our fucking reality. All right. Your time, your effort, your

certain amount of effort, all right, And putting in that
effort into the key places in your life can actually
take you to the goals and success that you want
in your life. I cannot stress it enough. You know
everybody wants, but no one's willing to do. You have

to be willing to do. You have to be willing
to fucking put in the work. You have to be
willing to eat the fucking food. You have to be
willing to put in every fucking step, every fucking workout,
every fucking meal. You know, you gotta hold yourself accountable,
and it's practiced, all right. It doesn't happen overnight. So
even if you fuck up and you don't hold yourself

accountable here and there, guess the fuck what it's okay.
And the reasons okay is because you fucking mentally market
I fucked up. I didn't do this, and this is
how I feel. This is my reaction. I feel like, shit,
I'm fucking depressed, I have anxiety, and that it's because
of all this fucking shit. And then you'd be like,
I don't want to feel like that, so then you
fucking build up the habit, all right. It is hard

to fucking eat, right, It is hard to fucking put
in the right nutrition. It is hard to fucking put
in the time and put in the fucking effort, but
guess to fuck what it is worth it. But you
have to practice it. Nobody's fucking perfect. Everybody fucks up,
even fucking me. But at the same fucking time, I
try to acknowledge it, I try to accept it, and

then I fucking work through it the next fucking time.
You have to recognize the patterns that you have put
in your life, and you gotta recognize these negative fucking
patterns of like, I don't feel good internally, so I'm
just gonna say fuck it and eat this fucking shit.
I'm gonna I feel horrible internally, so I'm not gonna
fucking work out. I'm having anxiety and I need something

to comfort me. You need to recognize when that fucking happens,
say it out fucking loud, speak your fucking mind, and
then guess what You'll make the better fucking decision the
next time. Every time you self sabotage and you fucking
have those feelings and you have those emotions, write it
fucking down, speak it out fucking out. Just don't keep
it in your fucking head. Just don't keep it to

your fucking self. You have to speak it into existence
to acknowledge it, because once it exists, you can fix it.
You can fix these issues. You can fix these fucking problems,
You can fix these patterns that you've developed in your
fucking life. And it takes time and effort to do it.
You have to be willing to look at the horrible
shit you do to fix the horrible shit you do.

That's just what it is. That's absolutely what it is.
It takes time, It is not fucking easy, It is
not fucking purty. It fucking sucks. It's uncomfortable, you know
what I'm saying. You have to really deal with the
raw feelings and emotions that you have towards all the
fucking things that fuck up your life. As soon as
you start realizing and seeing it, you realize all these

fuck ups, all these bad habits, all these fucking negative
things in your life add the fuck up and put
you into position that you're in right now. And that's
how you fucking change. That's how you fucking grow, that's
how you become the better person you want to fucking be.
I cannot fucking put enough emphasis on this because it sucks.
It hurts, you know, we all put it off in

our fucking mind. We all put it on the fucking
back burner. We just don't fucking think about it. But
as soon as you start thinking about it, and you
start having these feelings, and you start having these doubts,
and you start having these negative fucking thoughts of like, oh,
I'm really doing all this, this is really fucking happening,
and guess the fuck what. Guess the fuck what. Once
you fucking acknowledge it, you can fucking fix it. You

can fucking change it. You can fucking grow. You know,
I want everyone to be successful. I want everyone to
fucking have happiness in their life. I want everyone to
be their ideal weight, their ideal shape. I want people
to fucking get what they fucking deserve in their life.
But you have to fucking work for it. You have
to fucking push or you have to understand that. You

have to hold yourself accountable, not for anybody but yourself.
And by holding yourself accountable to yourself and recognizing, seeing
it and understanding it, it will put you on put
you on the next fucking level. It will change your perception,
it will change your life, It will make you feel
fucking better. Happiness is on the other side, and it

just takes you to figure out what you need to
fucking fix, what you need to fucking change every time
a mistake happens, every time a self sabotaging behavior happens,
every time a pattern pops up that puts you in
a deficit, that fucks up your fucking life, fucks up
your fucking emotions, fucks up your fucking feelings, makes you
feel horrible, depressed, sad. Think of every one of those

negative emotions, what caused it, acknowledge it, fix it, and
change it, because the next time that emotion happens, the
next time that feeling happens, what is triggering it, and
how do I solve it? Because as soon as you
start eliminating every one of those things, you will never

have those feeling links again, You will never have those
emotions again, You will never put yourself in that position again,
because every time you put yourself in that position, you
feel horrible. All the emotions, all the wave, all the overstimulation,
everything that builds up that puts you in this negative

fucking state can be fucking corrected. And the way it's
corrected is by you. You know a lot of us
look for outside influence to help us. Well, guess the
fuck what this is. I will always point out what
the fucking problem is so you can see it, acknowledge it,
fucking fix it, correct it, because every time it starts

coming up on that road as you're driving down the
fucking street, Oh, let me just avoid that by not
even fucking doing this again. And then next thing you know,
it's a smooth fucking road again. It's a smooth fucking trail.
You're not having any issues, you're not having any hiccups
because you recognize what is about to fucking happen. And
let me not put myself in that fucking situation. Let

me not have these emotions, let me not have these
fucking feelings, let me not put myself through this suffering
of all this negative fucking bullshit that I always fucking
put myself through. You have to catch it. You have
to fix it before it fucking happens, because it's easy
to happen. You know. I'm say life will put us
in every situation to put us fucking down, to fuck

up our fucking diet, fuck up our training, fuck up
our nutrition, fuck up our mental health. Because guess what
that's what the world fucking does. But by recognizing seeing
it and paying attention to what the fuck's going on
around you, you can change your life. That's just what
it is. That's the fucking truth right there. Shit gets

fucked and crazy. You know, I still have bad days.
I still have fucking ups and downs. I still have
times where I'm like, oh my God, I don't know
what to do, and then I just want to eat
something fucking sweet. I want to eat something fucking crunchy.
I want to eat something that's gonna make me feel
good and give me that fucking dopamine release of happiness.
But after I've eaten it, after I've had it, after

I've gone through those motions, I'm having all that regret
because I knew what I felt. I know what I
fucking did. You see what I'm fucking saying. These are
the this is what happens when you fucking succumb to
the fucking pressures of all this fucking bullshit. But the
thing is is to always try to recognize it as
it's happening. Acknowledge your body, Acknowledge your feelings, Acknowledge the

thoughts that are happening in your fucking head, because as
soon as you do, you'll see the fucking pattern of like, oh,
this is what I'm about to do next, let me
not do that. And when you fucking start catching yourself
as you start falling, guess the fuck what. You'll feel better,
You'll be better, and you'll have everything you ever fucking

want in your fucking life because you're fucking acknowledging it,
you're stopping it, you're catching it. You are changing your
fucking life. These are small fucking steps in our fucking
lives that we can fucking take. But the thing is
is acknowledging it first, seeing it first, and putting yourself
through it first. It just is what it fucking is.
