a plan. I've been talking about developing a program. I've
been talking about just setting realistic expectations of fucking goals.
You know, it's preparing yourself for this, preparing yourself for
this year, preparing yourself for what you're trying to fucking achieve.

I want you to have the success. I want you
to get what you fucking want out of fucking life.
And how do you do that? I need more energy,

wanted to fucking be able to do everything I wanted

on fucking just really being present and watching them grow up.
And there's not enough money in the fucking world that's
gonna make up for that, all right. I learned probably
halfway through my kids' lives, that I need to be
more attentive, that I need to be present, that I
need to be here, because those memories I will never

get back. All I have is memories of being with
a whole bunch of fucking people at my job, talking shit, complaining,
and fucking not really achieving anything in my life, but
fucking just making money to fucking feed them, feed my family,
roof over their head. Guess what. I could do the
exact same thing, but did a lot less work. You know,

I could have been fucking there for that. You know.
I didn't learn this until I was in my thirties,
understanding that, oh, this is a fucking rat race, this
is a waste. I didn't achieve anything noticeable except for, Hey,

I could have did all of that and never missed

more rich in those memories, in those lives because I
just thought I needed to do this, And now I'm

to be with my kids, to fucking be there when

instead of I'm eating this vegetables out of a can
that has been processed in a way where it has

because all you have to do is take your diet

It's these small fucking tweaks, these fucking small things that

You can change it up, you can mix it up.
