(23:07):
I am so happy to be ableto share this good news with you all,
Oh my gosh, oh my gosh. Get ready. For those of
you, I would say, ifyou already know you or someone that you
love, has you've been renting, you want to be able to make that
come up. You want to getyour own place, or you know,
(23:30):
you may already have your own property, but you're trying to get other property,
or trying to get refinancing. Thereare renovations you need, you're not
able to get approved. All thesedifferent things. Baby, all of that,
there's this program. Regal City Investmentsin Social Club has added on a
program that's very affordable. It's flexiblebecause naturally there are things that you're going
(23:56):
to have to do in order toget yourself in place, but you are
already know those things. And Iknow you're like, look, I've tried,
or hey's taken too much time. But no problem. We got
a whole team of people who aregoing to be able to assist you.
People. This new real estate OwnershipAssistance program is able to help those who
have been traditionally denied home ownership aguaranteed way to be approved. I mean,
(24:19):
it's all about helping families achieve theAmerican dream. Nobody should have it
to where they're forced to keep renting. And while yeah, some of us
you know, because I know Iwas a renter for a long time,
and I'll get into my story alittle later, but when I tell you,
(24:40):
I would just sum it up bysaying I only wish someone had well,
and maybe someone had this all theyears I was trying to do it
myself, and you know, butbut I just didn't know about it.
But at least this way you allhave a chance to know that there is
help out there. You don't haveto have it to it would take you
(25:00):
five years to get to a positionto where you can buy property and you're
a business owner. Because okay, let let me tell you my story.
Well first, let me give youthis real quick before I go into that,
because I know some of you guys, your time is real tight.
So you just need to know,Okay, what is this about? What
do I need to do? Thisis what it's about. If you know
(25:22):
that you need to get your creativecleaned up, and even if if your
credit is good, but for somereason you keep being denied. Maybe it's
because on your tax returns, youknow you're an entrepreneur and you write off
things that you can write off andyour AGI or you adjusted gross income now
has it to where they're like,no, whatever the case, because that's
(25:45):
one of the things I went through. But anyway, but whatever it is,
you don't have to have it towear. It take you as long
as it took me. You don'thave to be going all this stuff alone,
baby, A team of attorneys whocan go through and clean up not
only clean up your credit report. But I even know of someone who has
gotten a refund back from But anyway, but and i'll later maybe get into
(26:12):
those testimonials. We'll see, youknow, based on the time. But
and I'll try not to go offon too many tangents. But people,
this is a lot. This isgreat, this is wonderful, and I
want you to take advantage. Ifyour credit score needs to be improved,
Hey, there are people who arealready a part of the team who will
automatically take care of that for you. If you need have it to wear.
(26:36):
You know you need to get itunderwritten. You know that everything is
there, but for some reason, you've already applied a couple of times you've
been denied. No problem. Wehave people who will write underwrite it for
you, guaranteed, literally licensed mortgageloan officers through a federal credit union.
(26:59):
So it doesn't matter where in theUnited States you are, anywhere in all
of the fifty states, whatever pieceof property you want to get, whether
it's vacant land. Whether it isa single family home, whether it is
a commercial property, a multi unitresidential, it doesn't matter, religious property.
(27:21):
Whatever it is that you want toget, wherever it is in the
fifty states of the United States, you will have the chance to get that
property. Garronteaed baby. Because ofcourse they're underwriters. The people who are
part of this team licensed mortgage loanofficers for a federal credit union whose sole
(27:47):
purpose is to make sure that peoplewho have had a hard time getting this
piece of a pie get them theirown nice slice and on a nice little
pretty plate for you with nap andgive you your little desert for all of
that, or if you want todesert spoon, whatever it is that goes
for you. But when I tellyou it gets even better, it gets
(28:07):
even better. Believe it or not, it gets even better. Say,
for instance, well, first let'slook at the numbers before I get into
this. Whether or not you know, but I'm sure you've noticed that fewer
than fifty percent of people who arenot Caucasian actually own property here in the
(28:32):
United States. When it comes topeople of Aboriginal descent, newbiing people in
the African diaspora make up what Ithink, what about forty two percent something
like that. Definitely less than fortyfive percent, but more than forty percent.
The same is true for people ofHispanic descent, those people they actually
(29:00):
make up. I want to say, maybe it's like about forty four percent,
but I do know it's just acouple of percentage points, a few
percentage points above what it is thatthe Black Americans make up, that Latino
Americans make up just a little bitmore of that. For home ownership,
you know, but when you lookat say European Americans, they make up
(29:23):
more than seventy percent of home ownership, you know, more than seventy percent
of them. My apology our homeowners, property owners, and so we
have to find a way to closethat gap. And that's why Regal City
is making it a point to dothat. And so let me give you
their website because I had mentioned itbefore but fail to even tell it to
(29:48):
you. Also, my apology forthat oversight. So for those of you
who are like now, you knowI need this information right now. I
already know I want to head over. I know that there's a fee because
naturally you're not going to be ableto get all these professionals to be committed
on a contingency basis and ongoing basisto do all this work for you and
to be getting it done and positionyou. And they are not paid.
(30:11):
You know, we know that,No, it doesn't work that way.
So the website is debt cleanse dotcom slash regal City debt cleanse dot com
slash regal City d E B TC L E A N s E dot
com slash regal City. You canalso head over to regal Cities website regal
(30:32):
City dot x y Z to goahead and tap in as well if you'd
like. And as you know,Regal City Investment and Social Club allows people
to pool funds so that that waythey will be able to make purchases that
they otherwise will not be able tomake. So even with this, if
say, for instance, you're likeokay to sign up, and these are
just me throwing out some numbers basedon what I remember when I went and
(30:53):
looked at everything. Say, forinstance, for you to sign up for
the program, you pay three hundreddollars to sign up for the program,
and then after that you just paylike what like I'll say ninety dollars one
hundred dollars a month for them tobe going in each month, doing the
(31:14):
credit monitoring, doing all of thatwork, all that. But anyway,
you know, say you have itto be okay, yeah, three hundred
dollars the first month, one hundreddollars each month after that, so that
that way everything will get done, get in position, and yeah, you'll
be able to with the funds thatyou already have saved for your home.
You'll be able to do that aswell as of course you'll be getting educated
(31:36):
along the way, and they'll letyou know all the other things to do
too. And if you have not, if you're a first time home owner,
there are so many first time homebuyers, there are so many different
programs that they'll make sure that youtake part in. They'll even fill out
the paperwork all of that stuff. And naturally even with the underwriting process once
you for those of you who arelike, well, yeah, you know,
I don't even need that credit cleanup, I just need to go
(31:57):
ahead and start the underwriting, thenthat you know that, no, you
won't have to be in the programas long as someone who needs to be
taken from point A all the wayto point z. You know, no,
just jump on in and enroll inthe program, let them know the
property that you have already identified, and then of course, yeah, you
can immediately be and of course, naturally you know all the other things that
(32:21):
they'll need to know, and they'llimmediately assign you a loan officer, a
licensed mortgage loan officer who will beable to no matter where in the fifty
states in the United States, yourproperty is that you're interested in, they
will be able to underwrite that loanas long as you qualify for it.
Your credit is there, you know, you have your numbers in and believe,
(32:43):
let me say this, people, your credit score does not have to
be perfect. You do not haveto. They don't have to work with
you until you get to an eightto fifty. No, no, no,
no, no, no, baby. They have lenders who will be
able to get you and approve thatmortgage that will be underwritten. They have
people who will approve it even ifyour credit score is less than eight hundred
(33:07):
or less than seven hundred. Okay, you know, but definitely you want
to get it up as high asyou can, get it up as quickly
as possible. But it's gonna takesome work, and you're gonna have to
be vigilant. And for those whoare like, now, I can do
this myself, Definitely you can anddo it because even I did it myself,
and even though it took me fiveyears, it may not take you
(33:27):
five years. You may have help, you may have resources, you may
have access to larger cash flow, more consistent cash flow, a lot of
variables, you know. But forthose who are like, look, I've
been trying, I'm tired. I'mtired of renting. I want my privacy.
I already know that the same moneythat I'm spending to rent, I
(33:52):
can be spending the same amount ofmoney to not only have my own,
but to be building equity because peopleto have it to wear, you have
something that one day is going tobe worth more than what you paid for
it, and to be able toget it at a time when interest rates
are going down, which means thatyou won't be texted as heavily as those
(34:15):
of us who you know bought herewithin the past couple of years while the
you know, rates were up andthings like that. But people, this
is a very good time to makesure that you get your piece of the
pie that you go ahead and grabup that property. And I know there
are some who are like, well, no, I don't want to get
a house because oh, you know, I don't want to be taking care
(34:36):
of the fixing up of stuff becausewith renting, I could just let them
know what needs to be fixed.Yeah, but you're still paying for that.
That's still rolled into your rent andyou still have to compromise your privacy
when they need to come over.So it's still the same thing. So
and even you know, if you'relike, oh, I don't want to
be cutting grass all the time, you're not cutting the grass. Nobody cuts
the grass all the time. Youknow, it's just once or twice a
(34:59):
month, and you don't want tocut it, just have somebody else cut
it for you. Otherwise, justlet it grow. I mean, it's
but anyway, you know, forthose who want it, they don't have
to be convinced of it, Andthose are the ones who I need to
focus on, because yeah, Isee that I've already kind of gone over
the time. But for those whowant to have it to where they have
(35:20):
real estate ownership, whether it's fora property you're going to live in,
a property you're going to buy foryour loved ones a property you're going to
lease out, something you're going todo the Airbnb on or whatever it is
that you have planned a commercial propertyfor your business so that that way you
can have your own office whatever itis. Whatever it is, you have
the chance to enroll in a programand invest in yourself, in your family,
(35:45):
your future dreams, breaking free fromall financial bondages and literally setting it
up to where you can break generationalcurses in generational curses and even teach your
children and grandchildren and friends and familyhow No, it's worth it to invest
in yourself because it does if fornothing else then giving you that peace of
(36:06):
mind of being able to have thatplace that you can go to and close
out the rest of the world andrebuild yourself before you have to go back
out and enter into the spiritual warfare. Baby, the value of investing in
yourself and having your own space thatis your own that hey, as long
(36:27):
as you keep paying your bills onit and keep it up, you're not
gonna have any problems with anybody elsewho have any ties to it. Because
we know it's nothing that goes onin this world that we can completely do.
One hundred percent by ourselves without anyoneelse, not even brushing our own
teeth unless you're making your own toothpaste, making your own toothbrush, you're filtering
your own water, you know, well, even poting your own water.
(36:50):
So yes, a lot, asyou see, you know, y uh
a lot, you know. Solet's make sure that we apply the wisdom
by using the lessons that we've learned, and you know, sharing the good
news of all the great help thatis there and to know that no weapon
formed against us will prosper because Godalways has a roum in the bush.
(37:15):
And yeah, you may have beendenied all this time. Yeah, those
around you have had a hard timegetting approved too. Yeah, you can't
seem to find the help that youneeded. Yeah, in the past,
you paid a credit repair company toclean up your credit and they didn't do
anything yet. But maybe these areattorneys that you're dealing with now, not
(37:37):
regular people who say that they're gonnado for you what they did for themselves.
These are professionals that you're dealing withnow, real licensed underwriters, real
licensed attorneys all at your end, real home ownersh your educators. Because yes,
(38:01):
let me just mention that quickly andI know we have to go,
but yes, there's a lot toit. Even if you're like, well,
I don't know what to do,but they're gonna tell you everything.
They're gonna train you, walk youthrough it, hold your hand, make
sure you get your house this year. This is your year. Now is
your time. Twenty twenty four.Baby, you coming up. This you're
(38:22):
finna glow up. You gonna comeup because you have grown up and baby
you're about to get your money up. It's about no, it's it's worth
it because, as we know, any given time we blow away more than
that splurging, treating ourselves, showingother people a good time, just getting
(38:44):
by, why not use that sameamount of money to make sure that you
rise up, that you elevate, that you evolve, and that you are
able to be so prosperous to whereyou literally can save one day. Thank
you Lord, this I'm here,or even I'm glad that I made sure
(39:07):
I got me here, whatever itis, but you're a day that it
comes where you're gonna be able tosit and breathe in nothing but gratitude and
realization that you put in that work, you made that investment, you stayed
true, you were a good stewardof the money that you were given.
(39:30):
You took care of what you neededto take care of, and now you
have something that is worth more thanwhat you paid for it. And that
if you decide that you want todo something else, whether it's get a
refine, get a loan for renovation, or buy another property, you got
people the same people who you cancome right back through and have the process
(39:54):
even easier for you because, asyou know, anything we do more than
once, it's easier each time around. Baby, Yeah, yeah, get
ready. It's for the best experienceof your life to get you on that
path of home ownership because they trulyare helping families achieve the American dream.
