As we wax now toward the Libra New Moon on October 21, we can see that the Libra Sun opposes wounded healer Chiron, & Eris, the dwarf planet of chaos, discord, & strife. And that this opposition is forming a square to Jupiter as it waxes toward an opposition to Pluto.
That this is occurring as we head into the nationwide No Kings protest day on October 18 is troublesome to say the least. Republican governors from Texas, Virginia, & Missouri have already called up their National Guard in preparation for these protests.
And that means, even before the Libra New Moon hits on Tuesday, October 21, that protesters must call upon their inner Libran archetype to emphasize their peacefulness rather than fall prey to any coercive actions by others who try to make them respond otherwise (read: aggressively.)
Billed as the largest protest in American history, millions will gather in all 50 states to protest the current policies ordered by President Trump & his administration since he took office in January 2025. The caution here is not to get sucked in to losing one’s cool, as the heavens are telling us that even the slightest provocation might land one in trouble now.
Given that political rhetoric has coarsened to the point of 
becoming radicalized since Mercury, the god of communication, entered Pluto-ruled Scorpio on October 6, now is not the time to release anger in any way other than verbally. 
However, the tension increases since Mercury will join Mars in Scorpio exact late on October 19/early October 20—depending on your time zone--making this waxing energy extremely strong on October 18’s No Kings day. Take this as a warning not to lose your cool now, whether you’re part of these protests or engaged in any other dispute personally with those with whom you disagree. 
Rather, as stated, channel your inner Libran archetype to simply stay calm & carry on!  
GIVE ME THE MAN & I WILL FIND THE CRIME
Meanwhile, more vindictive prosecutions were announced this past week as we head toward the Libra New Moon on October 21. The U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ), which has been weaponized against Donald Trump’s perceived enemies—as Attorney General Pam Bondi & Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche now serve as his personal lawyers--indicted former National Security Advisor John Bolton accusing him of releasing classified information to unauthorized individuals.
Whether the charges stick or not, the fact that Trump has stated publicly that he’s going after his “enemies” & is hell bent on “retribution” is clearly reflected by the waxing Mercury/Mars energy in Scorpio now. Trump has already forced his DoJ to indict former FBI Director James Comey, NY Attorney General Letitia James, & District Attorney Fani Will of Fulton Country, Georgia, (& others) against experienced DoJ attorneys’ advice & with little evidence. 
“Vindictive prosecution” is a great way to define not only the Mercury/Mars conjunction, but also the Sun waxing toward its exact square to Pluto on October 24 & Jupiter’s current out of sign opposition to Pluto. All of those smell of “retribution” against one’s enemies through legal recourse. 
The Scorpionic & Plutonic nature of these aspects, however, reek of underhanded methods to achieve one’s goals. And that is part & parcel of what the No Kings day protests are about. In the short-term, however, it’s clear that the U.S. Government shutdown is on peoples' minds as well, as the fight between the two congressional parties--where one refuses to negotiate & compromise with the other--continues.
Why? Because the capitalist-oriented GOP majority in Congress believe they are being “responsible” by cutting the federal budget’s Medicaid & Affordable Care Act health insurance subsidies—along with a host of other aid to poorer citizens--to offset the growing federal deficit.
However, they fail to acknowledge (though clearly they MUST realize) that part of the reason for the expanding budget deficit is due to the Big Ugly Bill they passed at the behest of Donald Trump in July which granted huge tax relief to the richest among us in the country.
At the same time, the same people who refuse to compromise accuse anyone who disagrees with them—particularly the millions of citizens (many their own constituents) scheduled to protest on October 18--of being members of Antifa.
Woe to the poor soul who doesn’t have the intellectual capacity to understand that Antifa stands for ANTI FASCIST. Or that this country has been anti-fascist to its core, particularly since its citizens fought & died during WWII against the FACIST Nazis in Germany.

oh my god, this person is driving me to drink

But so the universe actually doesn't do that. It just
keeps giving us moments of opportunity to recognize that we
can grow in consciousness. And it's one of the reasons

that the person never really gave a lot of you know,
thought to stuff that they skip over because they're just
part of your normal daily experience. I mean, it's almost
easier to identify trauma, right, because trauma can stick with

Buried in the subconscious.

But you know it's the same deal, right, anything that's
buried in the subconscious. The chart can show us through
the way that I do. A chart reading is looking
at your hero's journey. And again that's you know, where

to and from the nodal aspects. We look at the

First, My apologies to anyone who missed me last week.
Did you miss me for my being a wall I
actually had COVID all week and I'm pretty much recovered now,
so I'm ready to get down to astro business. So first,
let's recount that. Right now, we're still in the under

(06:38):
the monthly auspices of the Virgo new moon solar eclipse
from September twenty first, when the Virgo sun and moon
opposed Saturn and Neptune. Saturn in Pis season, Neptune and areas,
which hopefully did not delay our process to serve ourselves first.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
This is what we planned Seeds to do so that
we're better able to serve others.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Though we may have had some confusing or you know,
moments or stops and goes between then and now. Neptune
opposite the sun of the moon confusion and or easily
easy distraction and opposite Saturn is like you know, coming
up against.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
The brick wall. I'm trying.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
You know, the key there isn't to try not to
play the victim. Now, next, we experienced the first quarter
crisis in action waxing monthly square of the Capricorn moon
to the libre Sun on September twenty ninth, which somewhat
repeated the same theme.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
Of the solar eclipse lunation.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
And that's because the Saturn ruled Capricorn moon squared the
Venus ruled Libre Sun, indicating tension that led the recalcitrant,
recalcitrant Capricorn moon to not compromise with the Venus ruled
libre Sun, which is predisposed to want to negotiate and compromise.

(07:59):
And the result, as we know at this point, at
least here in America, was the US government shutdown by
October first, which was the day that Mercury in Venus
ruled Libra exact squared Jupiter in moon ruled Cancer. Then
I discussed previously. How this indicated that some overlooked details
behind the decision by both parties not to negotiate a

(08:22):
budget compromise might eventually come back to haunt them. Now
next Mars entered Scorpio and the Sun entered Libra, just
hours before we experienced the Aris full moon on October sixth,
and it was then that the Aris Moon opposed the
Liber Sun from the excuse me, tenth house to the
fourth house in the chart cast for Washington, d C

(08:46):
at the time of that lunation. So, given that the
tenth house represents the wider world and one's reputation, it
seems more obvious in hindsight that the Aris Moon placed
their wanted to be perceived as fighting for the people.
The tenth house is naturally Saturn ruled, so it wants structure, right.

(09:13):
But it's so the Areas Moon in the tenth house
can be a little hesitant. I mean, it's going to
be impatient and impetuous, but the fact that it's in
Saturn's house holds it back a little. But the problem, however,
laid with the fact that the Areas Moon's opposition to
the Liber's son in the fourth house of Home family

(09:35):
nurturing and compassion, among other things, seemed too impatient to
stop and think about the fact that its fight is
based on fiscal responsibility in terms of the government's budget
reduction efforts, rather than the responsibility the government has for
the care and nurturing of its citizens, including which you know,

(09:57):
in its context represent its families. So we can see
how it plays both ways given the current situation in
the US Congress, which has both parties believing their responsibilities
lie in different directions, the GOP with fiscal responsibility regardless
of how it might hurt individuals and families, and the

(10:19):
Democrats with their responsibility to keeping government services at a
minimal cost for Americans, particularly healthcare services.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
So what we saw at.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
That area's full moon in the charts set for Washington,
d C was that the moon sun opposition was square
to this chart's ascendant descendant. Furthering emphasized that the conflict
between who is the most responsible party was affecting the
relationship between these two political parties in a frictional way.

Speaker 3 (10:51):
At that time too.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
As I discussed previously, the goddess asteroid of health HYGIEA
was square to actually series, which is the dwarf planet,
and she's the goddess of the grain. I have a
little pet peeve because I can't stand when astrologers, including
very knowledgeable professional ones, say that the slower moving planet

(11:15):
was aspecting the faster moving planet. And that's why I'm
catching myself here, and excuse me, because I meant to
change a Series is moving faster than Hyjia, So she
squared Hyjaiya, and Series is the goddess of the grain,
hence representative of sustenance, as I've said many times before,
as in both literal food and figuratively in our sense

(11:36):
of faith. And Hyjia, of course, is the goddess asteroid
of health. I went into detail about her two weeks
ago in my podcast, so you can always go back
and listen to that if you want to know more.
But she's health and healing, and this square denoted a
conflict that, as it seems to be playing out now,
concerns losing faith in the government's ability to sustain its

(11:59):
citizen's good health, health and well being. Now, when I
think about it, there's a kind of Scrooge like theme
at play right talking about Charles Dickens, screw the Christmas Carol,
you know where he didn't. He's rich and he's sitting
on his piles of gold, but he has no wife
and no kids and no family, nobody to care about
him when he gets older, and the Republicans focus more

(12:21):
on money, much of which they believe must come from
the Affordable Care Acts subsidies, meaning reducing those subsidies come
out of veterans' benefits and food programs like Wick and Snap,
despite the fact that they've ballooned the federal government's budget deficit,
which they're trying to reduce. But they caused the deficit

(12:46):
by cutting taxes for billionaires. So simple math tells us
that the less the government takes in from taxes, the
less money there will be for government services.

Speaker 3 (12:57):
Period, full stop.

Speaker 2 (12:59):
The issue here, as noted, is one of who feels
more responsible. So clearly Republicans believe their primary responsibility is
to balancing the budget. However, they seem to be evading
and ignoring the simple math, which is at the less
they taxed the rich, the less money in government coffers

(13:22):
for the poor, disabled, sick, families and children, veterans and
others in need. That is boiling it down to its
simplest equation, of course, so the following the areas full
moon on October sixth, we had Chiron conjoined eras exact
in areas on October ninth, and the implication of this conjunction,

(13:44):
and bear in mind these two have been running side
by side for quite a while. I think I mentioned
two weeks ago. I think it was May twenty sixth
that they conjoined previously in ares But the upshot of
the implication was that chaos and wounding would undoubtedly result.
I don't think there's anyone who can doubt or dispute
that chaos and wounding have been happening since the inauguration

(14:08):
on January twentieth of a new president, but that this
particular conjunction happened in the tenth House of the Washington
DC chart illustrates that the resulting chaos would be obvious
to the world rather than hidden. And during a government shutdown,
which most of you listeners probably know already, essential services
related to national security and public safety like inpatient and

(14:33):
emergency medical care, air traffic control, law enforcement, border security,
disaster aid, and power grid maintenance continue, though they may
face disruptions. And this is despite the fact that we
also know that those in the government are attempting to
cut a lot of these things. I saw yesterday something

(14:56):
about FEMA, right, the Federal Emergency MA. I don't know
this association, but the ones that go in which a
lot of the National guardsmen are called in from their
states when there is a natural disaster in their state,
or perhaps too they are called to another state to
assist with their natural disaster. That the Trump administration is

(15:20):
cutting off more money to FEMA to assist the states,
which basically means that they don't feel responsible for using
citizens taxpayers federal taxes to pay for state or services
that occur within one state. Anyway, therein lies the rub,

(15:40):
as they say, because food supplemental services are due to
run out of money, along with President Trump threatening to
withhold back pay for those civilian federal employees deemed essential
during the shutdown, and that this was one of the
little old details that was overlooked when the budget impasse occurs.

(16:01):
Now there have been different rulings. I'm not going to
go into all of the details, where you know, in
different judges in different states, in different courts have said, okay,
you have to pay. You know, you can't lay off
certain civilian federal employees now, or you have to stop
not funding whatever. So you know, this is an ongoing thing.

(16:22):
But as you'll see, it relates to the bigger picture,
which I'll get to in a minute. So, of course,
the whole point of the Democratic reluctance to vote to
reopen the government lies with the fact that under the
big ugly bill signed into law by Trump on July fourth,
people's medical premiums subsidized under the Affordable Care Act are

(16:43):
due to expire by the end of this year, twenty
twenty five, and that means a drastic increase in medical
care premium costs for millions of Americans. Hence, we refer
again to the series Hyjia square as I. As I
mentioned now that particular square faith in your healthcare right,

(17:06):
faith that your government isn't going to let you get
sick and die and leave you on the on the
you know, on the floor of your living room or
on the street after an accident or whatever. Now, on
November fifteenth of twenty twenty four, because I went back
and researched this Hyjia conjoined with the dwarf planet eris

(17:29):
at twenty four degrees in thirty nine minutes of Ares
in the sixth House of Health in the Washington DC chart.
By November twentieth and twenty first of twenty twenty, fourth
Series in Capricorn formed a square to them both from
the third house, and by December seventh of last year,
Venus can join Pluto Exact and Aquarius, and Series then

(17:51):
Exact can join Pluto on December eighth, so essentially there
was a Venus Pluto Series Stellium in Capricorn. On those
days we held memorials for the attack on Pearl Harbor,
which was December seventh, nineteen forty one, which launched the
United States into World War II. Also, the Syrian government

(18:14):
fell as Assad fled to Russia. This was last year
and the wars between Russia and Ukraine and Israel and
Ramas continued with no end in sight. Also, December eighth
this year marked the forty fifth anniversary of John Lennon's
murder in New York City.

Speaker 3 (18:33):
Well, I guess it was the forty fourth. This year
is the forty fifth, but.

Speaker 2 (18:36):
On December eighth of this year, Series at three degrees
in twenty four minutes of Capricorn will form its waning
square to Hygieia at three degrees in twenty four minutes
of areas, and by February twenty sixth of twenty twenty
sixth next year, series will conjoin exact with Chirn at
twenty three degrees in fifty six minutes of areas, and

(18:58):
then will conjoin exact at twenty four degrees and forty
nine minutes of areas on March first of twenty twenty six.
Bear in mind though, that series will then be sandwiched
between Chirron and Eras, who will then again can join
exact at twenty four degrees in fifteen minutes of areas

(19:19):
on March nineteenth of twenty twenty six, with faster moving
series beginning to pull away at one degree in thirty
four minutes of Taurus that day. So as Yogi Bara
once said, it ain't over till it's over, As, series
will then move on to exact square Pluto from five

(19:40):
degrees and nine minutes of Taurus to five degrees nine
minutes of Aquarius on March twenty eighth of twenty twenty six.
So all of this tells you that we're still in
a long term phase of chaos and wounding, much as
we'd like to believe otherwise, Chyne and Eris will still
be transiting neck and neck. Then relate to issues again

(20:01):
around sustenance read literal food and figurative faith that may
well get more chaotic before they come to a head,
and that will likely happen when Series exact opposes Pluto
from six degrees and fifty seven minutes of Leo to
six degrees and fifty seven minutes of Aquarius, which doesn't

(20:21):
happen until June eighth of twenty twenty seven, so Pluto
control series food. Let's remember too, that Pluto is Hades
in Greek mythology, and that Series is Demeter, and that
Hades kidnapped and raped Demeter's daughter Persephone, bringing her into

(20:41):
the underworld and sitting her on the.

Speaker 3 (20:44):
Throne there as his queen. Now.

Speaker 2 (20:46):
Demeter then goes into mourning, stops the crops from growing,
and when mankind begins to starve to death and die out.
Only then do the gods on Mount Olympus finally agree
to brok her a deal for Persephone's return. And this
is how those in ancient Greece, which forms the basis
for Western tropical astrology, explained the seasons. The rule quote

(21:10):
unquote was that if you ate anything while in the underworld,
you could not return above. And when it was determined
that Persephone had eaten only six pomonngrant seeds since her abduction,
the Olympian gods broke her to deal with her with
their brother Hades, Zeus and Poseidon that allowed Persephone to

(21:30):
come above ground for six months out of the year,
one for each pomongranate seed eaten. Thus, this, according to
the Greeks, is why we have spring and summer when
mother and daughter are happily reunited, and fall in winter
when she returns to the underworld, and series grieves, leaving
the land cold and barren. And of course this is

(21:52):
a northern hemisphere thing. It doesn't apply to the summer,
you know. But these are the myths and the archetypes
out of a again western tropical astrology, which had its
birth in Babylonia and Assyria and Egypt and ancient Greece
and then moved on to Roman times. So there are
several connotations here, the first in terms of the transits

(22:16):
that I'm talking about, the first being the violence of rape.
Since it was Aphrodite the goddess of love and beauty,
who had originally whispered in Hades's ear that Persephone was
a maiden whose unnatural connection to her mother existed long
past the time she was to have become initiated into

(22:37):
the quote unquote natural rights of marriage read sexual intercourse.
And in the psychological terms, Persephone went from being maiden
to wife and mother as well as queen of the underworld.
That in and of itself is a psychological transformation. Okay,
that you know, it was born of rape, and that's horrible,

(23:06):
but there is always mention in Greek mythology that she
was then made his queen and treated very well.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
But anyway, we'll leave that be for now.

Speaker 2 (23:18):
So when Series forms her exact waxing square to Pluto
on March twenty eighth of next year, it will be
a crisis in action time. Ok So, opening square, there
will likely be budding awareness that the people starving in
foreign places like Gaza, the Soudan, Haiti, and others globally

(23:38):
is at least partially the result of the cut of
things like US AID funding by the US government as
part of the elimination under billionaire Elon Musk's DOGE Department
of Government Efficiency moves.

Speaker 3 (23:53):
So we've already seen.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
If you're a newshound like me, you've already seen some
of the repercussions with the deaths here or there in
international news. But my point is that we'll start seeing
more of that. So between then and when Series Exact
squares Pluto in twenty twenty seven, Wait a minute, Oh

it's not twenty twenty seven. Hold on, Okay, sorry I misspoke.
So between then and when Series Exact opposes PLT opposes
Pluto squaring now opposing in twenty two more squaring, Yeah,
in twenty four and seven, I'd say that by then,
any US governmental cuts that affect both domestic and international

aid will be documented statistically for all to see more clearly.
In other words, the results of how this Trump administration
and GOP current majority Congress's fiscal responsibility will prove to
us all unequivocally whether it was quote unquote successful or not,

And that, of course depends on one's definition of success,
which is also a metaphor for the tenth House energy
that I mentioned before.

It's a House of success, right.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
Will the budget deficit? US budget deficit have been reduced
based on the cuts made by DOGE and other cabinet
cuts like to the Department of Education, and if so,
at what cost will more people die from the chaos
and confusion from directives by Robert F. Kennedy Junior's CDC

(25:40):
Center for Disease Control concerning vaccines As the COVID winter
approaches once again now and measles have begun to rear
their ugly head, as more and more parents refuse to
vaccinate their children based on ignoring science, and as these
illnesses grow with a devastation done in places like Gaza

(26:03):
ninety percent as the report of all buildings in Gaza
have been demolished by Israel, and part of the help
that is supposedly coming in right now is supplies of
tents for people to continue to live outside walls.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
And a roof.

Speaker 2 (26:25):
But anyway, well, the devastation done in places like Gaza
result in any kind of ability by twenty twenty seven
for its inhabitants to grow their own food and re
establish their connections to clean water, never mind have safe
places to sleep and to cook and to eat and
clean sewage. Never mind the health of the rest of

the world. And I'll mention now that transiting Hyjaia exact
conjoined Uranus at twenty twenty six degrees and from fifty
nine minutes of Taurus on May twelfth of this year,
twenty twenty five. Meanwhile, Hyjaiya at four degrees in fifty
six minutes of Virgo will make an exact waning square
to Urinus just part of the cycle. Right, So she

conjoined Urinus about six months ago in May, and she's
going to make a waxing square opening square to Uranus
at four fifty six gemini on October twenty third of
next year. All right, So if you want to watch
that cycle, which I'll try to do to talk about, right,

Urinus is change Hyjia conjoined it was in Taurus changes
to your health, to the health of your body. Right.
Taurus is a physical ruled by Venus, a physical planet,
and Taurus is an Earth sign represents the physical body.

and futuristic because I'm going into these asteroids and dwarf
planets and all that, it's just the rabbit hole that
my astromind is going down right now. But let's go
back to looking at what's happening in the microcosm, and
with the understanding first that there may well be other

aspects in play during the times that I just mentioned,
or that I you know, these aspects that I didn't
cover during the times that I just mentioned, such as, say,
the February twenty and twenty six exact conjunction of Saturn
and Neptune at zero degrees in forty three minutes of areas,
by which time both planets will again be direct. But

you know, let's just take a step back look at
the larger energies that I talk about frequently, because I
think that so many astrologers, you know, and people who
are interested in astrology are only interested in what's happening
next week, next month, and not looking at next year

since the Saturn Pluto conjunction and Capricorn occurred on January
twelfth of twenty twenty. Number two, the Jupiter Saturn conjunction
at zero degrees in twenty nine minutes of Aquarius on
December twenty first of twenty twenty. So they both happened
the same year. But almost a year apart, which represented
the issues issues between the courts and the Department of

Justice as we look at it now in hindsight. Five
going on five years later. So let's remember Jupiter rules
the natural ninth house of higher law, while so it
tends it represents the courts right, while Saturn represents the
judge or the highest authority figure which in twenty twenty

four the Supreme Court ruled is the President of the
United States. Three the movements of Neptune into Aries, Saturn
into Aries, and Urinus into Gemini in March, April, and
July this year, respectively. And the retrogrades of all three,

the first two back into Pisces, and the second one
which hasn't reached yet I think Uranus was July fifth.
I think it was that it stationed retrograde, so it
hasn't quite got into Taurus yet. And four, last, but
not least, the US Pluto return, which I believe began
when Pluto transiting Pluto was a few degrees away from

exact conjoining the US. Natal Sibley charts Pluto at twenty
seven degrees and thirty three minutes of Capricorn, and we
experienced the Capital Insurrection on January sixth of twenty twenty one,
approximately a year before the exact conjunction of transmitting Pluto
to Natal Pluto. And there were three exact conjunctions, actually,

the first one on February twentieth of twenty twenty two,
the second one July tenth, twenty twenty two, and the
third one December twenty eighth, twenty twenty two, respectively. And
they occur in the second house of resources, money work.
And this is in the Sibley chart, the US Natal
Sibley chart, where it's Natal Pluto is situated. The second

house represents resources, money, work, and sense of values based
on one's sense of self worth and self esteem. And
that this foreshadowed many of the issues around all of
these subjects that we're dealing with now. For example, this
Trump administration's loss of prestige and respect from around the

world as other leaders flatter or bribe.

all manner of traditional allies like Mexico, Canada, India, et cetera.
And he plays taco with his threats, his recent threat
to charge China one hundred percent tariffs. Meanwhile, as both

the cost of groceries and other goods and services rise
in this country, as does the rate of inflation, and
with competitors such as China, which produces the minerals necessary
for batteries used for a variety of necessary products needed
by a variety of US industry producers, such as those

who produce automobiles, computers, smartphones, AI batteries, et cetera.

And there's so much more.

But along with the dissolution of the foundations of traditional government,
it's hard to dispute that what began with the Saturn,
Neptune and Ares pair, we're seeing a bleeding of the
structural integrity of the separation of the three branches of government. Here,
I mean, for those of you who keep tracking the news,

this is is not even an arguable point, right. There
is no boundary now between President Trump and his cabinet
and the GOP majority in Congress. They do what he says,
or they leave. They leave for one reason or another.
They get tired and they quit. They and you know,

will wait and see what the midterms ring. But or he,
you know, just just makes them unpopular through his President
Trump's truth, social insults and nicknames and things like that,
you know, or general bullying. And there is no boundary

now between President Trump and the formerly independent Department of Justice,
as he demands that government lawyers work only for him
and that they seek to indict only those he considers
his political enemies. We can go back to the waxing
twenty year synotic cycle between Jupiter and Saturn that began

in December of twenty twenty, which only had its first
waxing square on June fifteenth of this year. You can
see it's just short of five years later, be four
and a half years later, so we've got a ways
to go before this one reaches its zenith when Jupiter
and Libra conjoins with Mars there and both of them

will oppose Saturn and areas, which will happen circa late
September of twenty thirty one. So some may remember that
I believe, because we're in a recurrence of the energies
that birthed a new nation, initiated by the first ever
US Pluto return in February twenty twenty two, that this

period is akin to the beginning of the Revolutionary War
in April seventeen seventy five, when the first shots were
fired in Concord and Lexington, Massachusetts, through to the inauguration
of our first President, George Washington on April thirtieth, seventeen
eighty nine. This was when we seeded the first Supreme

Court justices as well. Altogether, that's a fourteen year period.
As I've said a good number of times before. So
if we began this return, the recurrence of that energy
from seventeen seventy five in early twenty twenty two, and
it's now the fall of twenty twenty five, and we're

only about three and a half years in then, as
much as folks probably won't like to hear that, it's
a matter.

So let's look now at the fact that as we
reached the third cour order crisis and consciousness waning square
of this month's lunar cycle on October thirteenth that it
was followed by Venus's entrance into Libra and her opposition
to Neptune retrograde and Ares, as well as Pluto's station

direct So for the first first the third quarter square
was from the Cancer Moon to the Libre Sun and
brought us into the second week of the US governmental shutdown.
On the other hand, leading up to October thirteenth, we
saw the first phase of the Israeli Hamas peace agreement
go into effect, as Hamas released all twenty remaining living

Israeli hostages and ten bodies of those who perished in Gaza.
Israel also released at least seventeen hundred Palestinian prisoners as
part of the accord. Now, while this garnered a huge
amount of attention and huge accolades for President Trump as
both Middle Eastern and European leaders kvelled over his forcing

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu to finally stop the bombing, the
question now is what comes next?

Remember what I said about that Mercury Jupiter square back
on October first, lacking in details, well, because that was
the first day of the government shutdown and they were
negotiating this peace deal at that time.

Well, it was followed by Mercury's entrance into Pluto ruled
Scorpio as series had already conjoined with the Aris moon

to Pluto in Aquarius on October seventh. And to top
it all off, we then had the exact chiron Eras
conjunction that I mentioned on October ninth. So we are
in a new phase, is I think anyone with any
sense of awareness has gleaned not only here in the US,
but globally as well, particularly due to a shift in

the US his attitude and posture toward other nations and
global and international alliances. Now I've spoken about the dissolution
of the foundations of the US government since both Saturn
and Neptune entered areas this year. So with both of
them now retrograde, Saturn is in Pisces retrograde and Neptune

is about to retrograde back into Pisces. Neptune is from
its retrograde in areas and it will retrograde back into
Pisces next week on October twenty second, which is the
same day the sun enters Scorpio a few hours later.
And I think in terms of the bigger picture of

the whole Pluto return here, we're getting now a review
of what kind of infection has been coming to the
surface during this Pluto return period. Right because we just
right now as everything is breaking, like eight or nine
months after Trump's taking the presidency and being inaugurated right

January February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October,
the beings eight and a half months or something, well
almost almost nine months that because of the dissolution of
previously sound foundational structures and government which were not without

their flaws. This is what I'm trying to communicate right
after two hundred and you know, however many years because
it's not quite well. It's supposed to be two fifty
next year, right for the for the declaration of independence,
so two hundred and forty nine, and Pluto's orbit is
around two hundred and.

So the thing is that, as I've noted previously, I
believe that the effects of this Pluto return represent a
recurrence of the US Revolutionary war against the tyranny of
the British monarchy, which obviously involved taxes, as per our
Natal Pluto in the Second House of Money. Right, and

now we've got issues over taxation which have shut down
our government. And why is that because, as noted, this
shutdown was sparked by the granting of greater tax relief
to the rich at the doing of both the President
and the Republican majority in Congress, which the GOP now

believes necessitates budget cuts.

To current governmental services.

In addition, remember the Second House represents work, but it
represents work not in terms of the jobs that we do,
but in how we make our money. And the current
threats to not only the jobs of federal civils servants,
but also all of those at places like universities doing

federally funded research on diseases, on future pandemics, on cancer, well,
that's a disease and more in the realm of health
is dissolving.

Right.

Speaker 2 (41:17):
And then there are simply the interruption of the smooth
running of the government in general due to those random
cuts by the Department of Government Efficiency. Remember Musk's comment
that he wanted to quote move fast and break things.
There's Urinus Hygeia for you, and excessive layoffs during this

government shutdown period. And the context of the chiron Eras
and Hyjaea series transits, as well as Series Pluto, which
I just outlined here, it's pretty easy to see that
we're in a long period that will ultimately culminate in
the realization of what all this will mean in terms
of the quality of life, not to mention the actual

cost of life lost both domestically and globally based on
actions being taken today. Now, let's look at the fact
that Pluto's station direct on October thirteenth at one degree
in twenty two minutes of Aquarius, after his long retrograde
period that began at three degrees in forty nine minutes
of Aquarius on May fourth of this year. That's a

little over five months, so backward motion. Pluto's primary purpose,
as I've mentioned before, is to ensure the evolutionary process continues,
and that means that change is coming whether we like
it or not, and those who don't adjust to changing
conditions may not survive. We see the reality of this

with the extinction of species, which has occurred since the
Earth was born. While we may mourn such losses in
modern day times, we also realize, you know, save this
and save that. We also realize that they were either
unavoidable or we did not do enough as humans to
avoid such extinctions. Because we are thinking creatures capable of rationality,

we can realize now that Pluto's energies are also directed
toward rooting out infection and wrought by bringing it to
the surface read bringing it into consciousness so that we
can first see it and then attempt to cure it.
Given that the US is in its Pluto return, we
can look at how diseased our way of government, and

for some individuals, their way of life has been rotting
underneath and now needs either to be cured or they
will perish. While that's not a happy message, it is
the way of the universe change or be changed, as
Pluto's mission as youngi and astrologer Liz Green often used

to say in her lectures and writings. Plus resistance is futile,
especially when Pluto is transiting through humanitarian and group oriented
Uranus ruled Aquarius. The problem here is whether or not
the recurrence of the Revolutionary War involves having to fight
or to lose our rights. Death of one's freedom may

not mean we stop breathing, but it sures, how curtails
our ability to individuate and blossom into who well, blossom
into being free enough to be who we actually came
here to be. Right, So, as we approach next week's

on the nineteenth Pacific time or early on the twentieth
Eastern time. And on October eighteenth, as this energy is waxing,
we have the No Kings protest scheduled, which will reportedly
draw millions from all fifty states that day onto the

streets to protest Donald Trump and his government's attempt to
dis destroy the separation of powers in our current branches
of government in favor of a quote unitary executive theory
as spoused by Project twenty twenty five and several Supreme
Court justices, including Chief Justice John Roberts, that will essentially

transform an elected president into an all powerful king. Now
Mars Mercury, Mars Conjunction and Scorpio portends quote irritability at
the least, which will be in play this weekend, as
average citizens in many elected local and state officials will

doubtless voice their displeasure with the current administration's policies, including
that of immigration and customs enforcement goons, arresting people without warrants,
denying them due process, throwing them into jail without medical.

Was going to be indicted.

So if you don't know he is who he is,
you can look him up. But you know Trump has
meant after him for quite some time. He's the one
that they Trump had Cash Betel, the head of the FBI,
raid his house, claiming that he had classified documents in
his possession.

So it's just.

More of the rot that we see right coming to
the surface. Because what's so interesting about this whole period
is that it's no longer hidden.

Everything is out in the open. You know.

I have a son who says that, like when the
immunity decision came down in twenty twenty four June or
July of twenty twenty four, that President Trump or presidents
of the United States are immune from criminal prosecution for
official duties or official acts. My son said, it's always

been that way. And when I sat and thought about it,
I was like, you know, because one of my memories
is the fact that George W. Bush had an administration
that condone torture. Right, to me, that's the most horrible thing.

Then you fast forward to Trump's first term and you
have the separation of children from their parents at the border.
And if you go back to some of the Obama days,
there are documented use of drones to kill American citizens
in foreign countries. These things are all recorded and searchable,

but the thing is that they've been ignored. Okay, So
now Trump comes along and he's doing all these things
out in the open, and that's part of the Pluto return.
That's part of my point. Now, all of a sudden,
everybody goes, oh my goodness, look what he's doing, and
look what he's getting away with. But presidents have gotten

away with a lot. Although we'd like to hark back
to Watergate and think that put the kebosh on it,
that's not true, especially things having to do with the CIA,
et cetera. So anyway, what I want to finish talking
about here is that, yeah, the Mars, the Mercury, Mars conjunction,

and Scorpio. We, as I said, have these doj indictments
because they're just purely based on retribution. We have the
cutoff of medicaid funds. Trump's transforming the Department of Defense
into his personal Department of War, that blows boats out
of international waters, threatens to invade Venezuela and Mexico depending

on what day it is, and much more now, as
NPR reported yesterday October sixteenth, and as we waxed toward
the October sixteenth, seventeenth sun Jupiter cardinal square, which can
mean energizing yourself enough to achieve something big if you
are disciplined and you don't extend yourself beyond your current resources.

Donald Trump quote confirmed that he has authorized the CIA
to conduct covert operations inside Venezuela, and NPR further reports
quote he portrayed as part of a pressure campaign against
the country's drug trade. On Tuesday, which is October fourteenth,

and Pluta, the US military struck a fifth boat that
the trumpetman stration said was carrying drugs. The US has
also built up forces in the Caribbean in a way

two year war. The Republican President did not say how
he would follow through on his threat posted on his

us to plant seeds to better partner, first with ourselves

and secondly with others, and that means being open to negotiation,
to understanding the other side's perspectives, opinions and potential insights,
and for both sides to come to a compromised agreement.
But this is not going to be easy, as trying
to plant these seeds will be tempered by how wounded
we feel as the chaos mentioned earlier continues. Now. Jupiter,

as previously mentioned, represents higher law, but also higher education, philosophy,
foreign travel, read immigration, and religion as it represents one's
philosophy in life. Further, we see that this Libernu moon
falls in the sibly Charts tenth House, where people's hearts
and minds are theoretically in alignment but also visible to all,

while it's opposed by Cairon and Eras from the fourth
house Moon ruled for a fourth moon ruled house of home, family, roots,
and tradition. Also, Jupiter in Cancer falls in the US
Sibley's eighth House of Joint Resources and the Natal Mercury
in Cancer. Well, Jupiter can joins the natal mercury in

Cancer there which opposes the US natal second House Pluto
and Capricorn. So the Natal Mercury Pluto opposition to me,
represents this nation's obsession with capitalism, as it reflects our
preoccupation with the stock market, the concept of working hard
to quote, pull one's self up by one's bootstraps, and
the lack of sympathy or empathy historically for those less fortunate,

which capitalism often blames as laziness or lack of motivation,
rather than understanding other causes that keep people out of
the capitalist system, you know, such as being a stay
at home parent, or helping out being helped out during
or after pregnancy, or protections that you won't lose your
job or your normal play if you have to go

out sick for an extended period of time, or you know,
like say during a government shutdown. I think Jupiter waxing
toward conjunction with the US natal mercury in the eighth
right now may provide this Saturday's No Kings Day protesters
with a strong sense of optimism that their voices will
be heard. I also believe that, like last time, organizers

and others may well inflate the numbers of protesters present
across the nation and perhaps draw.

In general, however, we can hope that positive vibes will
exist between the protesters and any local police, national guardsmen,
or federal troops stationed now in certain areas such as Chicago, Portland, Oregon,

allow peaceful protests to continue. However, Jupiter, opposite Pluto, is

the is the energy of a different animal entirely, it
can stimulate a rather ruthless desire to get ahead. According

we come out of our plutonic review of what's been
rotting that we might not have realized before, we also
have the opportunity to review what is real and what
