the universe is benign. It has no vested interest in
making any of us suffer. Rather, it provides us with
opportunities every moment of every day to grow in consciousness.

It's simply up to us to recognize such moments. Now again,
when we listen to different astrologers speak about astrological energies
and how they might affect us, I think it's important
to recognize that all of the archetypes, the zodiacal signs,
and the planets ruled by them do not have any

mal intent. And this is where some of us evolutionary
astrologers and psychological astrologers differ from traditional astrologers, who interpret
a lot of the planets, such as say Mars and
Saturn as the lesser and greater malifics, or Venus and

Jupiter as the lesser and greater benefits, as always being
destined to bring something negative or bad in the former case,
or positive and happy and in the best interests of

soul growth in the latter. This is not necessarily true,
and as astrologers have advanced into more modern interpretations. I
think it's important to recognize that since I studied with
one of my mentors, Stephen Forrest, for several years, I
really learned to jettison some of these faded descriptions, which

isn't to say that sometimes they aren't true. It's just
a matter of really looking at an individual's chart determining
what their past habits and behaviors, both positive and negative,
were based on in terms of their past experiences. And again,

that's either early in this lifetime or in past life karma,
or both, depending on one's beliefs about reincarnation and past
life karma. If one doesn't believe in reincarnation, that's well
and good. It's just about what we've experienced in early
life then, but that still sets our behavioral patterns, and

often these patterns become unconscious because we don't recognize or
remember the derivation for them. And that's what I do
as an astrologer, and it's why I'm continuing to offer

this podcast. The retrograde parade begins as Saturn and Mercury
joined Neptune and Pluto retrograde, and Uranus is in Gemini,
which amounts to a time to review what's changing. So
let's start with a review of this past week, which
included Neptune's station retrograde at two degrees and eleven minutes

of Aries on July fourth. What happened that day would
certainly seem to reflect the Neptunian archetype of water and
the Mars ruled Ares archetype of aggression and potential violence
when the downpour of rainfall in Central Texas exceeded that
of one month in one day, and we might also

note that Uranus was still at twenty nine degrees in
fifty one minutes of Taurus. The Pleiades point I've spoken
about quite a bit recently, which represents the seven Weeping
Sisters from Greek mythology, and weep they did, and weeping
they are still Uranus's movement to Gemini on July seventh,

So again we might view this incident as Mother Earth
weeping for the man made destruction of her previous I'm
sorry of her precious and previously bountiful natural world due
to the man made climate change that it's undeniable at
this point, has been occurring for years now and is

of the physical world. Jupiter's now in Cancer since June
eighth or ninth, and Cancer, which is ruled by the Moon,
is the archetype of the Great Mother, which also symbolizes
in Jupiter and expansion of the outpouring of tears. And

this occurred while Saturn and Neptune or in areas representing
at least in this interest, water overflowing its bank in
boundaries in this case rivers overflowing their banks. As regular

confirmed dead, according to local law enforcement and Governor. Texas
Governor Greg Abbott, Ongoing search operations are underway to find
anyone lost in the debris after the catastrophic weekend storm,
which caused the Guadalupe River to swell rapidly to near

unprecedented levels, and the article continues, A large majority of
the flooding deaths occurred in Care County, where officials have
confirmed at least ninety six people died. According again to CBS,
there are one hundred and sixty one people known to

the state capital, bore the brunt of the disaster. At
least ten more people are missing in other parts of

as catastrophic flooding. Crews continued to search for five missing
campers and one counselor from Camp Mystic, and one child

this administration's Secretary of the Office and Management and Budget.

How ironic is it that the guy who introduced algorithms

so much more. What's clear is that Musk is the
one who's caused so much chaos in the foundational structure
of American government that it will likely last for years now.

wound us more here at home than abroad, especially since
transiting the transiting Virgo South node will be in the
US ninth House, signifying how the attempt to control as

and he is moving towards conjunction with the South node

a loss in belief in America's stability as a safe
haven for foreign funds and trade among former global allies,

bringing true chaos, and here I'm talking about real and
obvious chaos. To the security of the United States. What
that portends exactly, I can't say, but remember that Eiris,
the goddess of chaos and discord, was Mars's sister in
Greek mythology, who roamed the battlefield, bringing additional pain and

suffering to the wounded and dying. And don't forget also
she's the one who triggered the Drojan War. Now transmitting
Saturn then squares Natal Pluto after he meets up with Eras,

remember that I posited that the US Pluto return began
at the January sixth, twenty twenty one Capital riot and insurrection,
which was spurred by sore loser Donald Trump, and that

conjunction of transiting Pluto to the US Natal Pluto, and
that in terms of recurring energies going back to the
birth of America, that this energy of the Pluto return

destruction to America as a democracy, to be replaced at
some point by something different, and that something different looks

That money and trade have become the source of America's
shifting reputation in the world is already more than obvious

Elon Musk's displeasure with the Big Ugly Bill passed on

to his tesla EV sales under former President Biden's Inflation
Reduction Act bill. But Musk, who's completely unconscious that he's
the one who's in charge or has been or was
in charge of taking a wrecking ball to the basic
fundamental foundations of the American governmental structure. It just, you know,

it's just like his actions started the ball rolling, right,
And that was fairly early in Trump's administration, since he
was inaugurated on January twentieth, and I think Musk was
put in charge sometime in February, but certainly my early
to late March, he started, you know, information started coming

out about what cuts were going to be made, and
then subsequently were made. Now, you know, people would argue,
is there any doubt that there's waste in the US government?
Of course not. But for every nepotistic hire or employee
who slacks off at his job, there are millions more
who are dedicated federal employees. And at this point, you know,

I'm not sure what the statistic is, but it's probably
going to get into the six figures before everything is over.
So Musks move fast and break things. Mentality mentioned several
times previously. Combined with the passage of the GOP majority,
Congress's big ugly Bill, I'd say we're likely in for

quite a future. Now, some of this is related to
unnescent Gemini. Hey, let's use technology to change what goes
on in everyday people's lives and neighborhoods. Let's cut FEMA,
NOAH WNWS, that's the Federal Emergency Management Administration. Then oh organization,

and the conversation goes like this, Hey, let's use technology
to change what goes on in everyday people's lives and neighborhoods.

to escape someone like Musk, who many still think is
a genius, though I'd submit if there's validity to that claim,
then he's kind of genius who can't find his way

lack of limited knowledge about how the government works and
to become more mature and responsible by developing a stronger
sense of empathy and compassion for others, especially at yesterday's

here are some of the news on the day that
Uranus entered Gemini July seventh. Here are Trumps from the
New York Times. Here are Trump's new tariff threats. President
Trump has told fourteen countries that they will face tariffs

they don't reach agreements by then, and from the partner's perspective.

tariffs via letters to world leaders, with rates taking effect

thirty six percent on Cambodia. More tariff announcements are expected
soon as the administration expands its trade offensive against Asia,

is his name. He is actually the son of Lev Parnas,
which I think I mentioned last week, but you can
research it. Who is a lawyer who decided about a
year ago to dedicate himself to journalism instead. I believe
he does a great job of summing up news on
a daily basis, and often more than once daily as

news increasingly breaks. But he wrote on July seventh, newly
revealed text and emails from fire DOJ attorney Eras Revenne
show how officials handled court orders on the Alien Enemies
Act and Kilmar Abrego Garcia supporting Revenni's claim that email

the Senate is now considering, as we speak, confirmation of
Trump lawyer email Bouve to fill a vacancy on the
Third US Circuit Court of Appeals, which here's cases from Delaware,
New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Beove served as the acting US

March of this year. His time at Department of Justice
has been controversial, with whistleblower allegations that he suggested ignoring

twenty sixth of twenty twenty six, Urinus will settle into Gemini,
where it will stay for six years until it begins
to move out of Gema den and into Cancer from
August twenty thirty two. As both Neptune and Urinus will

and twenty twenty six, the second half of this decade
will look and feel quite differently to the first half.
In Gemini, Uranus will bring disruptive and inventive energy forward
around many Mercurial topics, like education matters relating to children,

the rapidly changing nature of society and the needs of
modern humans. Borders and boundaries will shift as people migrate
and move and the way we live evolves. Like all

being interested in many things and constantly wanting to flirt

books and you know, address books and contact lists, and

systems and coalitions. This looks like current allegiances coming apart
and new associations or organizations forming now. Also reported by

is what sustains human life. So as we contemplate this
and how to deal with the discompassionate way in which

Grain represents archetypally, it will be time to review the
situation due to all of this planetary retrograde motion, particularly
of Saturn and Neptune as they moved back from areas

at the full moon, it was announced that the birthright
Citizenship Trump executive order was blocked by a judge in
a class action suit. Some of you may be aware
that the Supreme Court's recent decision barred judges from instituting

nationwide injunctions, and that the only workaround to that would
be to bring The point said, if you bar national
injunction injunctions, the judge can only rule for the plaintiff
who brought the case, but he can't extend it to
(39:11):
the nation right. And so in that case, the only
way around that is through class action suits. But it's
kind of a well known fact in legal system that
the Supreme Court also frowns on class action suits. So
a class action suit was brought I believe this was
(39:34):
in New Hampshire, and the judge saw grounds to actually
block Trump's Birthright Citizenship Executive Order as mentioned. So we'll
see how that goes, because it will probably likely be
appealed by Trump and his administration to the Supreme Court again.
And that's because the Supreme Court, in ruling against nationwide

injunctions or the ability of district and federal court judges
to to impose nationwide injunctions was shortsighted and an attempt
by the Court to not deal with the substance of
Trump's Birthright Citizenship Executive Order and the fact that baby's

born henceforth in the United States from parents who were
not born in America or who are not American citizens
will not have citizenship. And also, I just thought this
was kind of amusing that Texas Lieutenant Governor Ken Paxton's
wife filed for divorce. Now Paxton's running for He's running

for governor of Texas. I think he's a governor, not senate.
Hang on, let me check. Okay, Sorry, my mistake. He's
running for the Senate and he'll be running in the
twenty twenty six mid term elections and he'll challenge the incumbent,
who is Senator John Cornyn. So what ironic or amusing

or however you want to look at it is that
the quote I have as State Senator Angela Paxton of Texas,
the wife of the state Attorney General Ken Paxton, current
announced on Thursday. I'm sorry, I said he was a
lieutenant governor. He's the attorney general announced on Thursday that
she had filed for divorce, saying she made her decision

quote on biblical grounds end quote in light of recent discoveries.
The divorce petition, filed by Ms Paxon Paxton in Collin
County on Thursday morning, lists the grounds for divorce that
the quote respondent has committed adultery and that the couple
has not lived together as spouses since June twenty twenty four.

I just thought it was amusing that we have a
religious woman filing for divorce in the state on religious grounds,
which really with separation of church and state. I don't
know what the Texas divorce laws are, but I'd be

surprised if they were based on religion. But who knows.
Some of you in Texas may know, so let me
know if you do. Meanwhile, let's get to these retrogrades too. Then,
the last two the Saturn and Mercury. Saturn station's retrograde
at one degree in fifty six minutes of aries on
July twelfth and thirteenth, but depending on your time zone,

but re enters Pisces on September first and remains retrograde
until he stations direct at twenty five degrees and nine
minutes of pices on November twenty eighth, So July to November.
Saturn Direct then moves forward again and re enters Aries
on February fourteenth of twenty twenty six. Now, the basic

meaning of the Saturn retrograde period requires us to understand
that we are looking for how to become our own
best authority rather than seeking authority from the outside, and
to that end, in combination with Neptune retro great as
they both repeat their backward swim through Pisces, the question
becomes will the veil be removed and people learn that

what they thought to be true about their leaders is
all a bunch of bs. That's because Saturn is authority figures.
So if you don't revere your own authority and you
hand it over to other people, they are the people
that you make your leaders. And that's a substitute for parents.

That it's been an image projected of a savior to
the collective, to which the collective has replied, Yes, save us,
save us from those deep state folks, those illegal emigrants,
those pedophiles, those horrible baby killers. Save us please. So

and distracted, for sure, And even that won't stop a
lot of us from continuing to be confused by whether
artificial intelligence presents us with factual information or not, and
whether even though those of us who are more liberal
can refrain from passing unsubstantiated information or gossip or conspiracy

theories that mirror what the right has been doing for
so long. So I can tell you I have seen
a lot of this coming from the left and it's
really upsetting. It's kind of like they become, or they're
slowly becoming, the mirror image of the right. But more
on that on another podcast. This is a pitfall of

Urinus and Gemini, in my opinion, that will move so
fast mentally that we won't fact check or won't believe
the fact check, and therefore won't be able to distinguish
between what's true and what's not. And that's a scary
place to be. So returning to old school habits of
doing our research to verify the facts will become imperative.

And not only the facts but the background of what
led to factual conclusions, especially as information continues to flow
fast and furiously, and some of this can be done
during the Neptune and the Saturn retrograde periods, there is
a lot that will happen with changes to how communication
is transmitted while Uranus is in Gemini as well. I've

mentioned on a previous podcast that most of the world's
communication ninety five percent flows through undersea cables. If that
ain't Neptunian, I don't know what is and ares this
is factually true, despite the fact that most of us

undersea mineral mining, a competition in which the US is
currently involved in as well. But the real issue with
Saturn and Neptune and areas, at least for the United States,
is the dissolution of our military from throwing out existing

members of the LGBTQ community to denying potential new military
recruits the opportunity to serve who come from that community,
to the misogyny inherent under DoD Secretarian resident alcoholic Pete Hegseth.
No surprise Neptunes and areas while an escapist through alcohol

is in charge of our military. Huh to the removal
of federal troops from their mission to protect Americans from
outer harm, to placing them on the streets of our
cities to aid ICE agents in their illegal roundup of
legal aliens, some illegal, many legal. We've got a reason

to worry, at least in my opinion. That's because, according
to the publication Defense News on July seventh, quote, two
hundred Marines are deploying to support US Immigration and ICE
immigration and Customs enforcement in Florida. US Northern Command announced
the Marines from Marine Support Squadron two seven to two

Marine Air Corps Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina,
are part of the seven hundred troops mobilized by Secretary
of Defense pe tag Seth to provide logistical support to
Department of Homeland Security operations after the agency requested assistance
on May ninth. These seven hundred troops will include active

duty National Guarden Reserve forces under Title ten authority. The
Marines traveling to Florida will be the first wave of
Northcomb's mobilization to assist with quote critical administrative and logistical
capabilities at locations as directed by ICE. According to a release,

other troops will be deployed to Texas and Louisiana. The
support requested by DHS includes tasks related to transportation, logistics
and administrative functions. The Marines are not authorized to make

personnel assigned to the Florida Immigration Detention Center that Trump

the Guard personnel are being used to help secure the
perimeter and perform administrative duties. So our military is now

create our future, As youngie and astrologer Aaron Sullivan notes
in her book Retrograde Planets Traversing the Inner Landscape, Sullivan
says she says this about Mercury's current retrograde and fire

twenty three. During this time, we've been tasked with increasing
our quote capacity to see the past, the present, and

much related to the conduction of electrical energy, which has
to do with the nerves in our own physical body,
that as communication is distributed from the brain throughout the

is that this can spur again quote, new forms of
thinking of yourself and new ways of relating to your

lot of revelations about technology and communication and things like that.
But here on a personal level, this can relate again
during this Mercury retrograde period to inspiration on a personal level,

the source of the restlessness the revision of creative focus

when we listen to different astrologers speak about astrological energies
and how they might affect us, I think it's important
to recognize that all of the archetypes, the zodiacal signs,
and the planets ruled by them do not have any

mal intent. And this is where some of us evolutionary
astrologers and psychological astrologers differ from traditional astrologers, who interpret
a lot of the planets, such as say Mars and
Saturn as the lesser and greater malifics, or Venus and

Jupiter as the lesser and greater benefits, as always being
destined to bring something negative or bad in the former case,
or positive and happy and in the best interests of

soul growth in the latter. This is not necessarily true,
and as astrologers have advanced into more modern interpretations. I
think it's important to recognize that since I studied with
one of my mentors, Stephen Forrest, for several years, I
really learned to jettison some of these faded descriptions, which

isn't to say that sometimes they aren't true. It's just
a matter of really looking at an individual's chart determining
what their past habits and behaviors, both positive and negative,
were based on in terms of their past experiences. And again,

that's either early in this lifetime or in past life karma,
or both, depending on one's beliefs about reincarnation and past
life karma. If one doesn't believe in reincarnation, that's well
and good. It's just about what we've experienced in early
life then, but that still sets our behavioral patterns, and

often these patterns become unconscious because we don't recognize or
remember the derivation for them. And that's what I do
as an astrologer, and it's why I'm continuing to offer

joined Neptune and Pluto retrograde, and Uranus is in Gemini,
which amounts to a time to review what's changing. So
let's start with a review of this past week, which
included Neptune's station retrograde at two degrees and eleven minutes

of Aries on July fourth. What happened that day would
certainly seem to reflect the Neptunian archetype of water and
the Mars ruled Ares archetype of aggression and potential violence
when the downpour of rainfall in Central Texas exceeded that
of one month in one day, and we might also
(07:41):
note that Uranus was still at twenty nine degrees in
fifty one minutes of Taurus. The Pleiades point I've spoken
about quite a bit recently, which represents the seven Weeping
Sisters from Greek mythology, and weep they did, and weeping
they are still Uranus's movement to Gemini on July seventh,

So again we might view this incident as Mother Earth
weeping for the man made destruction of her previous I'm
sorry of her precious and previously bountiful natural world due
to the man made climate change that it's undeniable at
this point, has been occurring for years now and is

only worsening. So remember, Uranus was in Taurus, a symbol
of the physical world. Jupiter's now in Cancer since June
eighth or ninth, and Cancer, which is ruled by the Moon,
is the archetype of the Great Mother, which also symbolizes
in Jupiter and expansion of the outpouring of tears. And

this occurred while Saturn and Neptune or in areas representing
at least in this interest, water overflowing its bank in
boundaries in this case rivers overflowing their banks. As regular
podcast listeners my remember I pointed out in the past
the breaches of dams that have occurred when Saturn was
in Pisces up until June and until he entered Aries

on May twenty fourth. I'm sorry that was the typo.
We talked about this in the past two and a
half three years when Saturn was in Pisces until he
entered Aries on May twenty fourth. Now at the time
of this recording, Texas had reported that rescue efforts continued
after the July fourth, fourth flash floods continued in central Texas,

and according to CBS News on July tenth, quote, Texas
flood rescue teams continued to search for scores of missing
people as death toll climbs. The search for more than
one hundred and seventy people still missing after flash floods
devastated central Texas stretched into a seventh day on Thursday,
that was yesterday, as the death toll continued to rise.

At least one hundred and twenty one people have been
confirmed dead, according to local law enforcement and Governor. Texas
Governor Greg Abbott, Ongoing search operations are underway to find
anyone lost in the debris after the catastrophic weekend storm,
which caused the Guadalupe River to swell rapidly to near

unprecedented levels, and the article continues, A large majority of
the flooding deaths occurred in Care County, where officials have
confirmed at least ninety six people died. According again to CBS,
there are one hundred and sixty one people known to
be missing in care County alone. Officials said the county,

located in the flood prone Texas Hill Country west of Austin, Texas,
the state capital, bore the brunt of the disaster. At
least ten more people are missing in other parts of
the state, and the article continues that Camp Mystic, a
girl's summer camp with cabins along the river in a
rural part of Carer County near Hunt, at least twenty

seven campers and counselors died in what the camp described
as catastrophic flooding. Crews continued to search for five missing
campers and one counselor from Camp Mystic, and one child
not associated with the camp is also missing. Governor Abbotts
said last Tuesday, so can you see why I connect

and cancer expands our sensitivity and compassion, especially for the
loss of children's lives. Now Now, by July seventh, as

like Marjorie Taylor Green suggests came thick and fast about

residents locally about this impending storm. Although it's taken a

become well known is that the Weather Service employee whose
job it was to make sure those warnings got traction,

Russell Voight's Project twenty twenty five, developed before he became
this administration's Secretary of the Office and Management and Budget.
Now Musk, mister Elon, since his public breakup with Trump,

How ironic is it that the guy who introduced algorithms
as the way to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse in

federal workers' layoffs, the disintegration of US soft power globally
through gutting agencies like USAID, the stoppage of university grants
