We’re now heading into the first quarter monthly lunar square late August 30/early the 31st, according to your time zone, since the August 22/23 Virgo New Moon which urged us to take care of ourselves in order to be healthy enough to then be of service to others.
However what’s become overwhelmingly clear since then is how this lunation also asked us to plant seeds that lead to greater discernment, aka, becoming true critical thinkers. As we’re doing this, more numbers—statistics & data—are emerging making us more consciously aware of using our ability to discern what’s fact & what’s fiction.
As always, this podcast looks back before moving forward to better see clearly in hindsight what energies have triggered what might come next. So, as we waxed toward the Sun/Uranus square August 24, Venus entered Leo August 25--& then exact opposed Pluto in Aquarius August 26/27—we’ve experienced some shocks & surprises.
One related to the plan to infiltrate of federal troops into Chicago, others related to firings of top officials at the Federal Reserve Bank, & the Centers for Disease Control (CDC)--& yet another violent school shooting in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
As we move toward a more “tell it like it is” phase of discernment as part of this Virgo New Moon monthly lunar cycle, we’re experiencing also the intensity of emotions around such events. This podcast looks at the factual events that have occurred this past week, including the Venus/Pluto opposition’s position in the U.S. Sibly natal chart & its relationship to capitalism as we’re still undergoing the U.S. Pluto return’s already triggered energies.
This podcast discusses the intensity of the backlash by blue state’s governor’s against President Trump’s current power grabs, as well as the VE/PL opposition’s repercussions to limit the foundational freedom of governmental agencies & others.
We also witnessed the firing by President Trump of the Federal Reserve board member, Lisa Cook, on a “non-proven” claim of mortgage fraud, thus endangering the independence of the U.S. federal bank which its had since its inception.
Likewise for Trump’s firing of the head of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) now under the control of vaccine denier Health & Human Secretary Robert F. Kennedy’s control. More children will now contract & possibly die from Covid, which is currently rising now as we approach the fall, as the CDC, now filled with kooks & non-medically trained sycophants. Measles diagnoses, once thought under control in the U.S., has also been rising slowly but steadily in the recent past too.
All of this as we approach the upcoming wounded healer Chiron’s conjunction to Eris, the goddess of discord, chaos, & strife by October 9. That these two, both now retrograde in Aries, will conjoin again next year, does not bode well for calm & continuity in the short term as we finish out this year & begin the next one.  
Then there’s the horrible mass school shooting in Minneapolis, MN, after the Venus/Pluto opposition perfected on August 27 that sparked yet again the call for “thoughts & prayers” for the two children shot to death & the 17 others wounded in the church of the Annunciation Catholic school there. 
Reality bites, as they say, & when Uranus sextiled Neptune August 28, we received the opportunity to grow in consciousness, assuming we recognized the facts that led to any revelations born out of reliable Virgoan statistics & data. 
The question becomes: Are people waking up to not only the creeping authoritarianism in this country AND that it’s time to FINALLY legislate effective gun control. This sextile notes that the universe can lead us to the waters of consciousness, but it cannot make us drink. 
Meanwhile, the first quarter monthly lunar square of the Sagittarius Moon to the Virgo Sun August 30/31 reveals the tension between Sadge Moon’s urging expansion of our critical thinking skills to “call a spade a spade versus the quest of the Virgo Sun for “perfection.” The latter represents “telling it like it is,” while the former is wishful “pie in the sky.”
When Saturn retrograde reenters Pisces September 1, we’ve the opportunity to review what truly makes us feel secure & to ask ourselves whether we find security only in our material world. Or whether, deep down in our soul, we have the security of knowing that—no matter what happens we can always take care of ourselves & survive.
Mercury then enters discerning Virgo on September 2 (until October 6) & promptly squares Uranus in Gemini September 3. Are more sudden announcements coming—perhaps ones that precede or precipitate more communication around movements of federal military troops into our cities.

let's get into this week's astro news you can use now.
Last week we experienced the Virgo new moon, which occurred
late on August twenty second early on the twenty third,
depending on your time zone, which asked us to plant
seeds that allow us to improve our own health and
well being so that we can be of service when

(06:49):
we are called upon to others in need. However, and
I think this has become clear since the Virgo New
Moon and as we're waxing towards its first quarter square
tomorrow and the next day depending on your time zone,
is that it also asked us to become more discerning,

(07:10):
especially about the information that we hear or take in now.
Discernment defined as quote, the ability to perceive, understand, and
judge things clearly, especially those that are not obvious or straightforward,
is the positive Mercury ruled Virgo archetypal trait we're also
being asked to focus on this month, and this follows,

of course, the August eleventh station direct of Mercury in Leo,
which told us then that it was time to become
more observant to what's going on in the world around
us now. While the Virgo archetype often gets a bad
rap for being critical, and by that I mean often
overly critical, being overly critical is the low side of

this archetype's energy, which the universe will ask us to
release when we reach the Pisces full moon lunary clips
on September seventh. At that time, the Pisces moon will
reflect the light of the Virgo sun back onto itself,
imploring the Virgo sun to stop trying to control everything

and everyone as part of the human quest to achieve perfection. Now,
I spoke last week at length about how striving for
perfection is a useless goal because the universe, in correlation
with virgos or the Virgo archetypes relationship to numbers as
in sacred geometry, is already perfect and its divinely orchestrated

But therefore, given this this you know, holistic astrological fact,
the universe is already perfect again and its divinely orchestrated

geometric design. And therefore, since we're part of this universal
divine energy, each and every one of us is perfect too,
and so we have no need to try to strive
for perfection by controlling our environment. In other words, it's
the Virgo Pisces zodiacal polarity that tells us right now
via the collective energy of the transiting nodal axis is

Virgo south node and Piss's north node. That we actually
don't control the goddamn thing. Let go and let it
flow is the mantra now in general until January twenty
twenty six, and in the more specific message of the
upcoming Pisce's full moon lunary clips. Now, I'll talk a
little bit more about that towards the end of this

because that's not happening until next week. But and I
mentioned January twenty twenty six because that is when the
transiting nodal access will regress back from Virgo Intolio and
from Pisces into to arias I'm sorry, Aquarius, so you
know we have until then to learn these lessons as

the transitting nodle access is trying to teach us about
moving away from the negative aspects or manifestations of Virgo
and towards the positive aspects of Pisces. But yet we
live in a world where higher consciousness is rarely, rarely
realized in terms of understanding that we need to let

go much less understood. And here in the United States,
we live currently in an environment where people are trying
to control that which should run freely and independently, including
our physical bodies. I mean, anyone familiar with issues like
the Supreme Court's Dobbs decision from God it's like over
three years ago now, from June twenty four to twenty

twenty two, which limited women's rights to bodily autonomy. You'll
get where I'm going with this now. However, since last
week's Virgo new moon, and as we wax toward again
the first quarter monthly crisis and action square of the
Sagittarius moon to the Virgo sun, which occurs late tomorrow

excuse me on August thirtieth or early on the thirty first,
again depending on your time zone. Issues related to numbers
read things that are quantifiable, such as data and statistics,
which Virgo the Virgo archetype represents our front and center
in our observable environment. So it's now during the first

half of this month's lunar cycle that we might note
where discernment, or the ability to understand things clearly, which
corresponds also with both critical thinking and constructive criticism, will
prove extremely useful as we navigate our way forward this month. Now,
when I looked up constructive criticism, I found this quote.

There are three main types of criticism, destructive, constructive, and instructive.
Destructive criticism tears down. Constructive criticism builds together, and it
identifies a problem and offers solutions. Instructive criticism adds on
to what somebody knows. To further clarify, Instructive criticism means

providing feedback that adds to someone's existing knowledge or understanding,
rather than simply identifying flaws or offering solutions. Okay, so
where am I going with this? Well, first, let's not
forget that the Virgo sun perfected its square to Uranus
and Gemini on August twenty fourth, just after the Virgo

new moon, setting the tone for the month of potential
shocks and surprises. And given that this was a mutable
square from Virgo to Gemini and both signs ruled by
communicative mercury, we heard several announcements since then. The first
was as this Saturn Uranus square was still waxing. Well,

I mean, the first thing was the John Bolton raid
by the FBI, but it feels like at this point
that's old news. So you know, I'm not going into
the details of that. You either know about it or
you don't. But it's part of, you know, President Donald
Trump's campaign of retribution against anyone who spoke out against him,

either during his first administration, during the period that he
was out of office or now. And John Bolton was
one of his national security advisors during his term from
starting in twenty seventeen, so regardless. More currently, we have
this from the Washington Post on August twenty third, which

(13:47):
I'm saying is representative of the Saturn Urinus Square quote.
The Pentagon has for weeks been planning a military deployment
to Chicago, as President Donald Trump says he wants to
cry down on crime, homelessness, and undocumented immigration in a
model that could later be used in other major cities.
Officials familiar with the matter said. The article continues the planning,

which has not been previously disclosed. This is as of
August twenty third, involved several options, including mobilizing at least
a few thousand members of the National Guard as soon
as September to what is the third most populous city
in the United States. The Chicago effort would further expand
Trump's use of military force domestically, even when state and

local authorities call the idea unwelcome. And unwarranted endote now
just mentioned briefly that had originally written the whole thing
that was going to kind of bombarde you again with
the Pluto return and the larger forces in play. But
this relates to me to the Saturn Neptune near conjunction

in in early areas, which is the dissolution of the
foundational structures of the government. But particularly as they relate
because Mars Is areas is ruled by Mars, and Mars
is the war god due to our military right, So
the boundaries between the federal military, whose mission is not

to involve themselves in civil in the local disputes or
disputes within states, but rather to protect us from outside aggression,
is a bleeding or an obscuring or a dissolving of
the boundaries that this nation has always lived under, Okay,

which is that the National Guard is usually used for
disaster relief. Anyone who lives in a state where there
has been climate change and you know, floods and fires
and tornadoes and and you know threatened tsunamis and earthquakes
and things like that already understands what the National Guard does.

They don't protect us from outside invaders. As much as
they help states in need, and it's to supplement the
state's regular National Guard in times of you know, disaster
mostly so this use of them, as well as some

of the FBI members and some of the State Department
of People and some of the regular military is completely
you know, unwarranted and unwelcome, as I just said. So
by now we should all be aware that Trump sent
four thousand members of the California National Guard and seven

hundred active duty Marines. These are the marines that are
prime to fight again on foreign lands and protect our
international borders, despite the protests of state and local leaders,
and more than twenty two hundred Guard members have been
deployed to Washington, DC thus far, according to the Washington Post.

Now by the time Venus entered LEO on August twenty fifth,
after Trump threatened to send National Charred troops to Chicago,
which was revealed by the facts were revealed after the
Virgo new Moon by the Washington Post on August twenty third,
and as we waxed towards her opposition that's a Venus

opposition to Pluto on late August twenty sixth and early
twenty seventh, again depending on your time zone. Illinois Governor
Pritsker spoke out to tell everyone like it is. Now,
here's what I said last week about this planetary ingress
of Venus into Sun ruled Leo, which was followed by

the Venus Pluto opposition from Leo to Aquarius. And I
said this on the podcast last week, but I'm going
to reiterate it a to remind regular listeners or those
who didn't catch last week's podcasts. And I said quote
in Leo, Venus wants to shine, be noticed as the
center of attention and magnanimously shine her good graces on

those she deems worthy of love. She may disregard, however,
those she deems unworthy. And while in Leo, the sign
of individuality, Venus opposes Pluto and group oriented Aquarius. Again,
this is just a few days ago August twenty sixth
and seventh, depending on your time zone, highlighting an intensification

of our emotions, both individually and collectively, at being forced
to submit to the power of a group. Now the
Venus Pluto opposition in Air, the modality most representative of partnership,
denotes an intensity of emotions. Well, the air is Pluto

and Aquaria's Venus is in Leo, but Venus is about
partnership and Pluto's in the AirSign. The modality most representative
of partnership denotes an intensity of emotions that prevent us
from recognizing or quote accurately evaluating the potential of a

relationship that tries to exert power by manipulating jealousy, guilt,
or some other negative emotion. And that's according to astrologer
Rob Hand and his book Planets and Transit. So by
the time Venus entered Leo and was waxing toward her
exact opposition to Pluto and Aquarius, we heard this intensely

emotional pushback response to Donald Trump's threat to send federal
troops in the form of State National Guardsmen to Chicago
from Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker on August twenty fifth,
And at this point this has been all over the
news since August twenty fifth, which was last Monday, or
you know, just this past Monday. But I'm reiterating this

because I'm making the point that this portion of the
Waxing Virgo New Lunar monthly cycle is about discerning what
is factually true and then telling it like it is so,
Pritzker said, quote, I want to speak plainly about the

(20:32):
moment that we are in and the actual crisis, not
the manufactured one that we are facing in this city
and as a state and as a country. If it
sounds to you like I am alarmist, that is because
I am ringing an alarm one that I hope every
person listening will heed, both here in Illinois and across
the country. Over the weekend, we learned from the media

(20:53):
that Donald Trump has been planning for quite a while
now to deploy armed military personnel to the streets of Chicago.
This is exactly the type of overreach that our country's
founders warned against, and it's the reason that they established
a federal system with a separation of powers, built on
checks and balances, and he goes on. What President Trump

(21:14):
is doing is unprecedented and unwarranted. It is illegal, it
is unconstitutional, It is an American. To the members of
the press who are assembled here today and listening across
the country, I am asking for your courage to tell
it like it is. This is not a time to

(21:34):
pretend here that there are two sides to this story.
This is not a time to fall back on into
the reflexive crouch that I so often see, where the
authoritarian creep by this administration is ignored in favor of
some horse race peace on who will be helped politically
by the president's actions. Donald Trump wants to use the

military to occupy a US citizy, sorry, to occupy a
US city, punish his dissidents, and score political points. If
this were happening in any other country, we would have
no trouble calling it what it is, a dangerous power
grab end quote. Now, this portion of his remarks are,

in my opinion, at least the very definition of what
discernment looks like in real time. However, Pritsker continued by
providing his listeners with some statistics in true virgo and
fashion quote. Crime is a reality we all face in
this country. Public safety has been among our highest priorities.
Since taking office. We have hired more police and given

them more funding. Crime is dropping in Chicago. Murders are
down thirty two percent compared to last year and nearly
cut in half since twenty twenty one. Shootings are down
thirty seven percent since last year and fifty seven percent
from four years ago. Robberies are down thirty four percent
year over year. Burglary is down twenty one percent, our

vehicle thefts down twenty six percent. So in case there
was any doubt as to the motivation behind Trump's military occupations,
take note, this is still Pritzker talking. Thirteen of the
top twenty cities and homicide rate have Republican governors. None
of these cities is Chicago. Eight of the top ten

states with the highest homicide rates are led by Republicans.
None of these states is Illinois. Memphis, Tennessee, Hatticksburg, Mississippi
have higher crime rates than Chicago, and yet Donald Trump
is sending troops here and not there. Ask yourself why
this is not about fighting crime, Pritzker continued, This is

about Donald Trump's searching for any justification to deploy the
military in a blue city, in a blue state and
try to intimidate his political rivals. This is about venus
oposit pluto, get it. This is about the president of
the United States States and his complicit Lackey Stephen Miller,
searching for ways to lay the groundwork to circumvent our democracy,

militize our cities, and end elections. End quote. So by
part of the point that I'm trying to make here
is that even though many astrologers say, well, Venus opposing
Pluto is a pretty you know, momentary kind of energy,
but you know, it's an opposition. And I looked up

when Venus last conjoined with Pluto, and that was February twelfth,
which I'll talk about a little bit later when I
get into some other topic related. Okay, so hang on,
But meanwhile, California Governor Gavin Newsom's recent remarks, as well
as his attempts to use social media, are designed to

ridicule Ryle and Go Donald Trump, to get him to
understand that he cannot simply railw everyone into allowing the
US to be turned from a democracy into an autocracy
without any pushback. Again, this is part of you know,
the Venus opposite Pluto, which follows, you know, the trajectory

of the Sun and its opposition to Pluto. So while
the Illinois Governor Pritzker uses Virgo in discernment, Gavin Governor
k Newsom favors the more scorpionic tactic of trying to
hold a mirror up to Trump to reflect back to
him his own manipulatively dictatorial maneuvers. Both fit the current

astrological energies, as I just said of this Virgo monthly
lunar cycle and the recent Venus Pluto opposition. But let's
get back to the subject of both numbers and clarity
of understanding aka discernment or the ability to turn those
factual data into statistics that help us clarify the world

around does. And late on August twenty fifth, while we
were still waxing toward the exact Venus Pluto opposition, there
was this from the New York Times quote Trump says
he is removing Lisa Cook from the Federal Reserve Board,
and the article says, Lisa Cook has served on the
Federal Reserve Board of Governors since twenty twenty two. I

don't have here. I think her term isn't up till
twenty thirty eight or something like that. Hang on, I'll
double check that. Oh, goody, I was right. It's twenty
thirty eight. I mean she was in twenty twenty two.
It's twenty twenty five. Okay, she has obviously like like
thirteen more years to serve. So the article goes on.

(26:45):
President Trump on Monday said he was taking the extraordinary
step of removing Lisa Cook from the Board of Governors
of the Federal Reserve in a legally dubious maneuver that
can undermine the independence of the nation Central Bank. Mister
Trump justified the firing, which he said was effective immediately,
by pointing to allegations that Ms Cook may have falsified

(27:05):
records in order to obtain favorable terms on a mortgage. Now,
let's use our discernment and critical thinking function and note
the words may have Okay, The article goes on. Mister
Trump said the accusations had compromised Mis Cook, the first
black woman to serve on the board, and her ability
to perform as an effective financial regulator. He invoked a

power in the Fed's founding statute to dismiss her for cause.
But Ms Cook, who was confirmed by the Senate to
the position on the Fed's board, has not been charged
with any wrongdoing or convicted of a crime, and she
is now filed a lawsuit against the government to fight

(27:48):
her dismissal, which is touching off what could be a
landmark battle on the president's power over the Federal Reserve. Now,
the article still says the dismissal nonetheless under scool, the
extent to which mister Trump has sought to remake the
roster of the nation's central bank, which sets the nation's
benchmark interest rates. All along, the President has made no

secret of the true source of his anger with the FED,
which he has savage for months for keeping borrowing costs
higher than he would like. End quote. Now Let's note
now that this Venus Pluto opposition took place with Venus
in the eighth house and Pluto in the second house
of the US sibling chart, and that the second house

is where Natal Pluto resides, where we had the Pluto
return back in twenty twenty February twenty twenty two. The
article continues quote. The legal fight to come and again
Cook has already filed suit in court, is foreshadowed in
a line in Trump's letter. He cites the statute that
says FED board members may only be quote removed for

cause by the President, But it adds a phrase not
in the statute, telling the law says she can be
removed at my discretion for cause. So that's the seed.
The time says of potential litigation is what counts a
sufficient cause and objective standard, So courts can adjudicate whether

this mortgage issue is serious enough to remove her or
is it a standard that is met just because Trump
says it's met. End quote. All right, Let's remember two
now that eris the dwarf planet of chaos and discord

foundational structure of this country that with Pluto in the

Federal Reserve Bank and its board to help fashion healthy
economy essentially through interest rates and other things. Right, So again,

I don't think we're in a period of calm for
a while. And that's because Chiron, which moves much faster
than eris, will first exact square the US natal second
House Pluto a twenty seven thirty three capricorn from the
fourth House on May first of twenty twenty six. So

it says though the vigonis Pluto opposition from the eighth
to the second eighth House joint Resources, second House, your
personal sources, okay, and very indicative in the US chart
of capitalism since Pluto resides there, and it you know,

Pluto is opposed by mercury in cancer in the US
natal chart. In the eighth House, which kind of indicates
that's a that's an energy of potential obsession, right, so
obsession with capitalism and making money and you know, being rich,

et cetera. Now I'm not saying that's a bad thing, okay,
but you know it is something that is inherent in
the nature of this country by virtue of its birth chart. Okay. So,
so on May twenty sixth, when Chirn exact squares Pluto

from the fourth to the second, at that point, Saturn
and Neptune both will be direct in ares and they'll
be moving into a square. Saturn will already have squared
the Venus and Jupiter portion, and the Neptune will just
be squaring Venus of the us Natal Venus, Jupiter, Sun, Cancer,

Stellium in the seventh House of partnership. So what I'm
trying to say is that chaos and discord will arise
in part from our natal wounding right. Who was allowed

to own land only white men? Who was allowed to
vote originally only white men. You know, how long did
it take from seventeen eighty nine until twenty twenty for
women to get the right to vote? How long did
it for black people to get the right to vote.
You know, these are inherent in the fact that natal
Chiron sits at twenty degrees. I think it's eight minutes

of areas in our natal chart and forms part of
the chiron configuration to that cancer stellium in the siventh
house and also opposite the chirone opposed to Saturn and
Juno and Libra in the tenth. So we have this
pending triggering of these wounds that have long been dormant.

Right in the US. They've raised their head periodically and
slow progress has been made, but this period by the
spring of next year is going to really illustrate for us.
You know what my friend and former guest on this show,

Mitchell Lewis, used to say, You know, the Pluto brings
infection to the surface and you can tell when the
when the pus comes out, which is a particularly disgusting
metaphor or visual image. But that's what this is going
to look like, and it's going to concern the formation,

you know, the foundational formation of this country and how
it's wounded us when it squares Pluto, particularly in the
form of capitalism. You know, I won't lecture on and
on and on, but it's clear to say to see
right now, especially as billionaires influenced since Citizens United decision

by the Supreme Court in twenty ten, millionaires and billionaires
who contribute to political candidates rule the day. Look at
Elon Musk right nuff said. Right, So again, I won't
belabor it now, but this is going to bring to
the surface the original wounding from the time of this

nation's inception as part of our long term current Pluto
return energies about which I've spoken at length in the past,
and this Pluto Chiron Pluto Square in May of twenty
twenty six is likely to deal with inequity in the
form of things currently under attack, such as voting rights
for black and brown people, women, et cetera, in the

form of jerrymandering in the form of the current attempts
to shift state voting district boundaries as part of Trump's
effort to coerce red states into gerrymandering in order to
pack the House of Representatives with a GOP majority or
a heftier GOP majority than currently But we'll talk more
about that another time, all right, So back to the present.

By August twenty seventh, after the Venus Pluto opposition perfected,
and we waxed toward the Uranus Neptune sextile, which perfected.
On August twenty eighth, we had yet another horrible mass shooting,
this time not only in a school, but in a
Catholic school's church as students were praying at Mass. At

the time of this recording, two children ages eight and ten,
had died, while seventeen others, including three elderly people present
at the time, were wounded. Now, the shooter ultimately turned
their gun on themself. And I use these pronouns because
it's not quite clear to me if the former Annunciations
school shooter in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was transgender. Reports indicate that

the male born killer, Robert Weston, filed to change his
legal name to Robin in twenty seventeen. There was an
article I read in the New York Post, which I
really don't put that much stock in, but it did
seem to have some factual details about this, So you
feel free to google that if you want more information.
I haven't seen, but I haven't looked for more in

(37:51):
the mainstream press. But regardless, simply more proof that this
kind of horrific event. Another in a long list of
school shootings and the murder of both children and adults
there since twelve students and one teacher were shot and
killed at Columbine High School in Columbine, Colorado, on April twentieth,
nineteen ninety nine, that it continues until this day. So

(38:16):
thus began the discussion of whether or not to limit
the sale of guns, which led to the extreme I
talked about Columbine, which led to the extreme lobbying in
Congress by the powerful National Rifle Association the NRA for
support of the Second Amendment's right to bear arms. This
most recent incident, however, once again highlights the fact that

(38:37):
thoughts and prayers are not enough to stop these mass
shootings by requiring greater gun safety restrictions across states. Well. Instead,
what's need necessary, right is requiring greater gun safety restrictions
across states to keep citizens safe from harm. Now, I
outlined the basic meaning of the urinest nepteinne Neptune sextal

last week, and remember, as sexal always represents a potential
opportunity as an energy that can ultimately raise our consciousness.
What I'm getting at is whether or not this shooting
might be the straw that breaks the camel's back of
resistance to gun regulation change quote. If you live consistently
and are willing to deal with the real world and

handle its challenges, this transit can open up aspects of
reality that you have never dreamed of, explains Rob Hand
in his Planets and Transit book. Quote. It can signify
an enlightenment experience at some level, he writes, adding, but
if you try to avoid reality altogether, this transit may
bring about the state of unconsciousness you desire, but with

undesirable consequences. Now, as I say at the beginning of
most of my podcasts and I said today, the universe
is benign and has no vested interest in making any
of us suffer. Rather, it provides us with opportunities every
moment of every day to grow in consciousness, and this
is one of them. Despite the fact that the universe

has provided numerous opportunities for this for more than a
quarter century, this particular gun regulations and topic for more
than a quarter of a century now. And what I
take from this is that so many elected officials have
had their heads stuck in the sand on this issue,
not the least because a good number would rather kowtow

to lobbyists who fund their political campaigns to stay in power.
So clearly the Venus Pluto opposition leading up to this
event highlights the venality of using money to gain power,
which again goes back to my comments about capitalism and
the detrimental side of it. So, entities like the Supreme

(40:47):
Court and those of its justices who interpret literally the
Second Amendment's right to bear arms may well ultimately realize
with greater clarity that avoiding or at least the rest
of us can have this opportunity, that avoiding the present
day contextual reality that things have changed since the seventeen

(41:09):
eighty nine ratification of the US Constitution. In other words,
this year Inus Neptune sex style tells us their still
hope for the future. As the mayor of Minneapolis pointed
out on August twenty seventh, the day of the shooting,
there the time for thoughts and prayers is over. I
say the universe is continuing to point out through this

latest horrible event, the irony of shooting little children while
they are kneeling in prayer in a house of worship.
You really can't get a more direct message than that,
Assuming we're applying a greater level of discernment and using
our critical thinking skills, combined with recognizing that this is
part of our mission. During this waxing period of the

(41:52):
Virgo new moon monthly lunar cycle, it would seem hard
to ignore the tellet like it is or it's time
to call a spade a spade message as we approach
the Jupiter ruled Sagittarius moon square to the Virgo sun
this weekend. And that's because the Sagittarius moon, which at
its highest manifestation rules all inclusivity, divination, and higher consciousness,

is intension with a Virgo moon that keeps thinking it
has to focus myopically on controlling everyone in order to
have a perfect world. Now, another example of this revolves
around the issue of the health of the United States
as the Center for Disease Control now under the auspices
of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior,

(42:41):
since his Senate confirmation on February thirteenth of twenty twenty five,
fired the CDC director. Oh, what I meant to say
is that he was confirmed on February thirteenth, And of course,

if you don't know by now, I mean Robert F.
Kennedy has the mantra of making America healthy again by
denying vaccines to people. He is a vaccine denier. But
that February twelfth, the day before his confirmation, was the
Leo full moon, which pitted the Leo Moon against the

Aquarius Sun, reminding the Aquarius Sun that we are all individuals,
and hence it's individuals that contribute to the energy of
a group. Each of us is divinely inspired, creative solar
individuals who make up that group, and hence we are

(43:47):
deserving of the independence and respect that comes with that individuality.
Now in the New York Times on August twenty ninth,
they wrote Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Junior had ultimatum
for the director of the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention fire career agency officials and commit to backing his

(44:07):
advisor on vaccines or risk being fired herself. According to
people familiar with the events, doctor Monarez's refusal to do
so led to an extraordinary standoff on Thursday that paraly
paralyzed the nation's health agency, which is still reeling from
mass layoffs and a shooting this month. That there was

(44:28):
a shooting at the CDC center that killed the police
officer and terrified employees. Top officials have quit. Doctor Monarrez's
future is in doubt, and President Trump has yet to
publicly back his health secretary. But late Thursday night, which
was yesterday, mister Kennedy sent an email to CDC employees
saying he had installed his deputy deputy, Jim O'Neill, a

(44:52):
former biotechnology executive note the capitalist bent of that, as
the agency's acting director, and the article continues. The White
House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt said earlier in the day
that mister Trump had fired doctor Monares quote. The Secretary
asked her to resign. Miss Levitt said she said she would,

and then said she wouldn't, so the President fired her,
which he has every right to do. Lawyers for doctor
Monarez insisted that because she had been confirmed by the
Senate and served at the pleasure of the President, she
would leave only if mister Trump personally instructed her to
do so. They said she had chosen quote protecting the
public over serving a political agenda. All right, so let's

(45:36):
just be mindful of this, and I'm going to talk
about this in a moment. I don't have that much
time left, so I'm trying to get a lot in. Obviously,
people want to know about the upcoming eclipses. The first
one is on the Pisse's full moon lunary eclipse on
September seventh. The next one at the next Virgo new
moon on September twenty first, which is the vernal equinom

(46:00):
But I probably will save most of my discussion on
that until next week's podcast. But keep in mind that
all of this leads us next week to the first
of these September eclipses again, when the September Pisces full
moon on September seventh asks us to release the need
to control our environment in order to make it and

(46:22):
everyone in it fit our personal definition of perfect And
at that time, the Pisce's moon will be applying to
the Pisce's north node and opposing the Virgo Sun south
node and Mercury. In other words, we're going to be
asked to release our perceptions about perfection as the Sun

(46:47):
and Mercury moved towards a conjunction with the south node
in Virgo and in Washington, d C. In the Ninth
House of the Law Higher Law as it is up
to the Moon as it applies to the North node
and wide the North Node wide conjunct of Saturn and Neptune.

(47:10):
But really we're just looking again at the fact that
the Pisce's Moon is reminding the Virgo Sun to give
it up and let it go because control is not
the answer right now. Again, next week, I'll go into
more details about these these eclipses, But bear in mind that,

(47:33):
according to Bill Meridian, who wrote a book on the
subject years ago, that the theme of eclipses tend to
start to manifest approximately three weeks before the eclipses themselves,
So you know, just keep that in the back of
your mind. But before we get to the first eclipse,

(47:54):
Saturn is going to retrograde back into Pisces on September one,
and this provides us with an opportunity to dig deeply
into our psyches to separate out what our soul truly
believes is going to make us secure based on what

(48:14):
we were taught, told, or forced to believe by authority
figures about security. In other words, are we secure because
we have the inner confidence to know that no matter
what happens, we will survive, Or do we just think

(48:37):
that the things that people around us have told us
will make us secure a house. I mean, these things
aren't untrue, so don't get me wrong. It's just that
we have to understand when it comes to Saturn, that
if we lose everything, our house, our car, our home,
our family, we can still survive because we have an

(48:58):
inner sense of foundational security. And Venus is going to
enter Virgo on September two, where she'll remain until October thirteenth,
and Mercury is going to square Uranus on September third,
and this is followed by Mars and Liber's exact cardinal
square to Jupiter and Cancer September fourth, which will then

(49:19):
be followed by Urinus's station direct on September fifth or sixth,
depending on your time zone. So again, even before we
reach the Pacific, the Pacific, the Pisces new a full
moon eclipse, the lunar eclipse, and inccordance with all I've
spoken about here, including the waxing exact conjunction of Chiron
to Eris where both are retrograde, which occurs in only

(49:43):
a little over a month's time six weeks time. On
October ninth, the world is likely to experience more mayhem
and and chaos of the wounding kind. Now I mentioned
the Mars square Pluto last week and the fact that
it also ties into a T square with Mars opposite series,

(50:07):
and that both of them are square to Jupiter. Mars
square Jupiter is often an indication that something explosive might happen.
So if we have that coming now, and we have
Mercury squaring Uranus, as these energies wax right, so Mars

(50:27):
square Jupiter the fourth, but the day before that, on
the third, Mercury squares Uranus, and the day before that
Virgo Venus enters Virgo. So some information about specific information
or an announcement of some kind may either proceed and

(50:49):
precipitate or be a result of the Mars Jupiter square,
as it's still waxing and we have yet to see
what that means. Now we'll talk more about Urinus station direct,
but obviously that has to do also with establishing a
sense of individuality as opposed from just being a part

(51:12):
of a group. But there are more specifics about that
we can go into next week. So you know, we've
got to keep an eye on this Mars Jupiter square,
which will be exact at eighteen degrees in thirty five
minutes from Libra to Cancer on September fourth. But again

(51:34):
it will then also begin to wax into an opposition
not only to Series but to Eris and then Chirn,
and that happens on September fifteenth, when Mars and Libra
opposes Eris exact at twenty five twenty eight areas and
then Chirn at twenty six twelve Libra on September sixteenth.

(51:55):
So this should be an interesting time to watch because
first of all, we'll experience the Virgo so Sun Mercury's
superior conjunction on September thirteenth, then the third quarter crisis
in consciousness Gemini Moon to Virgo's Sun lunar square on
September fourteenth, and these will be followed by the two
hits of Mars opposite ears and then Cairn on the

(52:17):
fifteenth and sixteenth during the waning portion of the Virgo
Moon's lunar cycle as just mentioned, but also Mercury's entrance
into Libra on September seventeenth or eighteenth, Mercury's opposition to
Neptune trying to Uranus and Pluto on the eighteenth and
trying to Uranus along with Venus's entrance again into Virgo

(52:45):
on September nineteenth. I'm sorry, I misspoke. Mercury enters Virgo
on September tewod. Venus remains in Leo until she enters
Virgo on September nineteenth. So it's going to be an
interesting time between these two eclipses, the September seventh Pisce's
full moon lunary eclipse and the September twenty first Venus

(53:08):
Virgo new moon solar eclipse as the Virgo a Sun
then opposes Saturn retrograde and Pisces just before the Virgo
second Virgo new moon eclipse occurs at twenty nine degrees
and five minutes of Virgo, and again we'll talk more
about that next week. So I am pretty much out

of time now. There are other things that I would
like to talk about, but I think this Jupiter, I'm sorry,
Mars square Jupiter may well be a time when there's
a lot of energy and activity. But remember Mars is
Marshall and Jupiter is expansive, and we've been talking about

(53:55):
the movement of military troops into cities and states acrossing
their borders. But The other thing is that the opposition
of Mars to series, which I mentioned last week, I
feel may not bode well in terms of the issues
of hunger and malnutrition and starvation occurring in Gaza right now.

(54:22):
So I'm not going to belabor that as I'm at
the end of my time here, but keep an eye
on that situation as well and any other military situation
that might expand, because the caution with Mars squaring and
Jupiter is to not act recklessly. Anyway, I'm going to
