THIRD-QUARTER TAURUS MOON SQUARE LEO SUN AUGUST 14/15: STAND YOUR GROUND!

This week we explore the true meaning of this month’s lunar cycle from the July 24 Leo New Moon opposite Pluto in Aquarius, which asked us to plant seeds to better understand we’re each here to evolve into the solar, creative, unique, individual we came here to be. And not to be intimidated out of that quest through manipulative coercive disempowerment tactics by the powers that be.
So we knew from the beginning of this current monthly lunar cycle that it wasn’t going to be without its struggles to maintain our individuality against those in power. It’s important to remember that the Leo archetype is about not hiding one’s light under a bushel, so that one can ultimately contribute one’s unique creativity to the group for the purpose of the betterment of humanity. 
It's also important to understand that this month’s lunation was accompanied by the beginning of the long-term trine of Uranus in Gemini to Pluto in Aquarius. And that this airy trine aspect in the sky makes its presence felt from now until the fall of 2028—aside from some brief times when it loosens a bit during that period.
And that means that what we’re experiencing during this period is a slow evolutionary process accompanied by many “aha!” type moments. We’ll also see Uranus retrograde back into 29-degrees Taurus--known as the Pleiades point, associated with blindness—by November 7, though he’ll still then maintain an out of sign trine with Pluto in Aquarius. 
So, Uranian revelations may well include suddenly learning where we’ve been blinded to what’s really been happening as part of Pluto in Aquarius’s evolutionary process to empower us all as individuals who stand together. America was built on the “E pluribus unim” motto, which means “out of many, one,” adopted at the signing of America’s Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. 
When the Scorpio Moon squared the Leo Sun August 1 at the waxing first quarter “crisis in action”—which was accompanied by Venus’s square to Saturn & Neptune & her quincunx to Pluto—we witnessed the beginning of our understanding that we the people were being manipulated. 
That’s because this is when Donald Trump fired the U.S. Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics that day based on his dislike of the real unemployment numbers he then sought to fabricate into different, better sounding numbers. He also terminated the head of the Internal Revenue Service, again an indication of trying to control numbers, in line with the fact that Mars in Virgo was conjunct the transiting Virgo South Node at the Leo New Moon. 
After that, the August 9 Aquarius Full Moon square to Juno & Vesta in Scorpio asked us to release any tendencies toward Leo’s shadow side. And that meant letting go of any selfish tendencies to disregard the specialness of each individual soul by lumping them together into a group of undesirables. 
By that time, Trump had re-imposed higher tariffs on 90 different "partner" countries, though by August 11--as Mercury stationed direct again in Leo & Ceres stationed retrograde in Aries (square to the Venus/Jupiter conjunction in Cancer)—he delayed tariffs on China. In other words, he TACO’d out, again…
Many reputable financiers & economists predict a rise in the already high prices of imported goods—particularly at the grocery store & via automobile sales, etc. It’s clear now that tariffs hurt American consumers as much if not more than foreign producers in the form of increased costs/prices across the board.
Now, this week’s third quarter “crisis in consciousness” stubborn Taurus Moon, in tension with the monarchical tendencies of the Leo Sun, asks us during the waning portion of this month’s lunar cycle to stand our ground against the powers that be that try to define us as “less than.”
What we see now on the ground in places like Washington, D.C., as federal troops & the FBI first joined--but now try to supersede the authority of--the local police there, is people beginning to protest against the authoritarian takeover of the U.S. capitol.
Going back to the initial message & meaning of this month’s lunar cycle since the July 24 Leo New Moon opposite Pluto in Aquarius, we can see now at this waning third-quarter square that we’re asked to stand our ground as a wannabe tyrant tries to manipulate & control us all. The want us to believe that resistance in futile, but American history tells us otherwise.

traced it back to the fact that there was a
period during her adolescence when she was fourteen or fifteen,
where she'd had a fight with her dad and he
stopped talking to her for something like three weeks. Well,

clearly that traumatized her so much. I would put it
under the category of abandonment, right And even though it
may not seem like a huge thing something that she
thought about every day, it was reflected in her patterns,
in her behavioral patterns in terms of communication. So I

just throw out that kind of of an example where
we can unlock some of these things that may be
hidden to greater consciousness in your past, or you just
may feel now that was no big deal, but then
the again behavior patterns show otherwise. Right, So again, my

So I want to take the opportunity. We're in the
dog days of summer, or towards the end of the

dog days of summer. Last week I mentioned the haliacal
rising of Sirius and the date the end day was
somewhere around August eleventh, So I'm recording this late on
August fourteenth. And you know, I thought I would take
a more leisurely kind of retrospective view since the July

(06:45):
twenty fourth Leo new moon, which opposed Pluto and Aquarius.
And that's because you know, a lot has happened, right,
just like I mean, clearly in the last six months.
A lot has happened six seven months in America anyway,
but in other areas too. So it seems that since

(07:06):
July fourth, at the Leo new moon, in retrospect now
that we were tasked with planting seeds to fight back
against those who want to take away our individuality by
lumping us all into faceless, generalized groups and thus disempowering
our individual rights. Also, at that lunation, transiting Uranus and

(07:29):
Gemini began to form an airy trine to Pluto and Aquarius.
And by the time we reach the next new moon,
which occurs at zero degrees in twenty three minutes of
Virgo on August twenty second or twenty third, depending on
your time zone, that waxing trine will become partial, meaning
that Uranus and Pluto will be at the same degree,

if not the same exact minute, and that means Urinus
will be at one degree Gemini and Pluto at one
degree Aquarius, and both will continue to grow or wax
in strength between now and then. So we'll get into
the Virgo new moon a little bit at the end
of this podcast, but since it's a week away, I

will tackle more of its intricacies next week. But meanwhile,
I wanted to impart to you or ask you the
question rhetorically and then of course answer it. What does
this Uranus Pluto trine mean?

Right?

Speaker 2 (08:31):
Well, first of all, the Urinus Pluto trine will last
a while in the short term, at least until Urinus
stations retrograde and re enters Taurus on November seventh. After that, though,
the two slow moving outer planets will remain in an
out of sign trine, with Urinus at twenty nine to
fifty nine Taurus when it re enters Taurus as it's retrograding,

and Pluto at one degree thirty minutes of Aquarius on
November seven. Now, before I get into the trine, I
want to also just mention something that I've mentioned numerous
times before, which is when Urinus goes back to twenty
nine Taurus, it will again be at the Pleiades point,
and that this twenty nine Tourus degree is synonymous with

the Weeping seven Weeping Sisters. There are past podcasts where
I've told that you know more about that myth, but
they it's known as a point that has to do
with blindness. Sometimes that can be literal if it's in
your chart somewhere, or you know eyesight issues. But if
we take it metaphorically, it will be another opportunity, especially

(09:44):
after I explain to you the Urines Pluto trines' energies
for us to see where we might have been blind
to certain things and are beginning to awaken to them.
So after November seventh, Urinus will continue to retrograde in Taurus,
separating slightly from the trine to Pluto, until he's direct

(10:05):
again and back in Gemini starting in late April of
twenty twenty six.

After that, however, the two.

Remain within only one to three degrees away from an
exact trine until they do exact can join on November
twenty ninth of twenty twenty six So remember Pluto's about
evolutionary change, while Urinus is usually about more sudden change,
but Uranus is change based on sudden revelations that arrive

with lightning speed and lead to higher consciousness, and a
trine is known as easy energy likened to the wind.

At your back.

Speaker 2 (10:44):
So we're looking at Uranus maybe a bit tempered by
Pluto's extremely slow and incremental evolutionary process movements. So remember
also Uranus is in Mercury ruled Gemini while Pluto is
transiting through the Urinus ruled Si sign of Aquarius, making
these two planets a bit more simpatico during at least

(11:05):
the next year and a half and beyond that, since
these two really don't separate out of a trying aspect
until at least around the fall of twenty twenty eight.
As faster moving Urinus then begins to transit further into Gemini,
and Pluto's slower tempo means he spends more time in

(11:26):
Aquarius than Urinus does in Gemini. So Uranus will leave
Gemini after seven years on May twenty second of twenty
twenty three, while Pluto will continue to remain in Aquarius
until January nineteenth of twenty twenty four, So it's pretty
much a given that during the time they remain within
a tryne aspect to each other, Uranus and Gemini will

provide us with a lot of mentally stimulating aha moments
that become part of the collective's evolutionary process. There no
doubt some if not a lot, of this will have
to do with advances in technology for better or worse,
you know, and technology related to communication and conduction of energy,

(12:13):
electric energy and all that. And I say for better
or worse because I mean that things like AI artificial
intelligence that can both help but also harm us versus
finding cures for cancer or other currently incurable diseases and
things like that.

On the positive side, however.

The upshot is that there's going to be huge potential
for the world to advance toward more humanitarian progress, though
it may well take the next two decades to get
there in the end, especially now as we're seeing the
backward step away from humanitarian progress. So, since this Uranus

Pluto air trine is such a long term transitting aspect
again in effect from now until at least late or
the fall of twenty twenty eight, here's a general description
of his energy complements of one of my favorite astrologers,
Rob Hand, from his book Planets in Transit, quote, this
is a time of positive evolution in your life that

can lead you to a new and greater understanding of
your inner being and how you relate to other people.
Runness and Pluto are both planets of transcendent consciousness and
are usually difficult for everyone to handle, except those whose
consciousness is most advanced. However, the trying of these planets
gives you the opportunity to experience the higher levels of

(13:40):
their manifestation. And you know learning that is why you
listen to podcasts like this one. I hope, so Hand
continues quote, under the influence of this transit, you'll be
able to see what is wrong with your life and
make corrective changes without great upset and pain. And he

(14:00):
adds an all manner of consciousness raising, be it through astrology, yoga,
or other human potential movements, will benefit us during this period.
In addition, quote, you will not be satisfied to live
at the superficial level most people live at, because this
transit is an opportunity to enrich your understanding of life

(14:23):
and give you the chance to make constructive changes that
will make your life more worthwhile later on. Take advantage
of this opportunity hand advisers. Now, remember I'm quoting from
his book, which is talking about personal transits, So he's
really talking about when Urinus trines your particular individual Pluto.
But all of the things that I quote from his

(14:46):
book have meaning also because the aspect is in the sky,
and therefore it's not so much personally oriented, unless, of
course you are having Urinus trying your Pluto. But you know,
you'd have to be quite old to have Pluto in Aquarius, you.

Wouldn't actually be alive.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
So it is an aspect that isn't going to affect
anyone through their natal chart. So we're extrapolating out that
this is a collective energy primarily because these two planets
are collective planets, and collective planets have a lot more
to do with growth and consciousness than personal or planets

(15:35):
like jupiteran Saturn, although jubiteran Saturn clearly do have enough
to do with raising our consciousness. It's just in a
higher plane, right, So again, it's just more about the
collective in general than it is about any of us personally.
So when looked at in the shorter term context of

(15:57):
this month's Leo New Moon, which opposed Pluto's message, Oh,
I'm sorry. When you look at the shorter term context
of this month's Leo New Moon opposite Pluto, the message
we can understand is that right now our individual uniqueness,
meaning the freedom for us to be exactly who we

(16:19):
each are as an individual and to develop into who
each of us came here to be, is under threat
by the powers that be. Over the longer term, however,
we can realize now how this Urinus Pluto trine represents
the time to look at our collective our current collective

(16:40):
situation by rising above the mundane and understanding it through
a more collective lens. When we can do so, we
can realize that over time we should evolve into more
enlightened human beings, both individually and collectively. In other words,
when we look at this in the context of the

(17:02):
US July fourth, seventeen seventy six sibly birth chart, which
occurred at five ten pm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, we can
see that the Leo New Moon fell into its eighth
House of Trust and Joint Resources, among other things, and
was opposed by Pluto in the second House of Finances,

(17:24):
Resources and Values AIRGO. We could see that we were
to plant seeds around trusting ourselves to know and to
better understand that each of us, each and every one
of us, is a valuable individual who can resist financial
coercion as others try to gain control of our resources

(17:47):
and therefore our lives and destinies. Now, I'm not going
to go through all the ways that this has been happening.
I'll simply mention that the Department of Government efficiency and
the complete irony of the world's richest man, lawn Musk,
having been put in charge of the US government's funding coffers,
is crazy.

When you think about it. I mean, how insane is that? Right?

Speaker 2 (18:09):
Our government wasn't set up to be run either by
a king and his finance misminister alone, nor was it
set up as a corporation of course or capitalist corsporation,
I should say. Of course, it doesn't help that the
GOP controlled Congress, which constitutionally holds the power of the
purse as a coequal branch of government since this nation's inception,

(18:33):
sides with the LEO side of this equation in that
it it kowtows to Donald Trump, that would be want
to be king. So consciousness raising occurs when we look
at what's happening symbolically. That's what archetypes are all about.
They're not actual people. Rather they represent kind of stereotypes.

(18:54):
On one level, Sun ruled Leo's high side is the
archetypal singhs, symbol of individuality and the freedom to be
who we incarnated here to become. Without an individual personality,
we simply become clones of those who have influenced us
in the past, be that in early life or through

(19:14):
past life experiences. Now Leo doesn't fear expressing himself. They
get the lion roaring right. However, he also understands that
his innate gifts and talents can be lent to the
group or merged with the group. In other words, Leo
doesn't always have to be the leader. He understands he's

(19:35):
a genuine leader because he's a true individual, but that
doesn't have to mean he has to manifest leadership. He
can become part of the greater whole or part of
the group in order to help progress humanity as part
of its evolutionary process. Now, suffice it to say that Leo,
just like all zodiical archetypes, has a shadow side, which

(19:59):
is that it can be over really proud to the
point of arrogance. It can exhibit selfishness by thinking the
world revolves around him or her and their individual feelings, wants,
or needs, with little regard for the feelings, wants, or
needs of others. The fire signs Leo and Sagittarius, the
latter ruled by Jupiter, both have connotations also with royalty,

so Leo, you know, think the king of the jungle
again the lion so Leo may archetypally represent literal royalty
or just those who fancy themselves thus entitled. So when
we experience this month's Leo new moon three weeks ago
now the waning portion of the cycle we're still in now,

we were focused on the positive side of this archetypal energy,
becoming an individual who's confident in truly understanding who he
or she is at their core, unafraid to express their
own uniqueness apart from that of their family, their tribe,
their compunity, their company or their group or their religion whatever.

(21:07):
On some level, this is really also symbolic of separating
one's sense of ego identity read the Sun ruled Leo
archetype from identifying with those groups mentioned, though, Leo new
Moon said, plant a seed to show the world that
you matter apart from everyone else, just because you are you,

(21:30):
not because you belong to some group that boosts your
status and thus your ego through outside attention or reputation.
All that matters is that you recognize your own inherent
divinity in the most positive of ways, which means again
your own ability to express yourself creatively in whatever way

(21:50):
comes naturally to you, no matter what anyone else thinks
of you.

That's what this month's.

New Moon asks of all of us, to recognize that
we all hold a spark of the divine within, and
that we are all equal in our royal status, not
because we're better than others, but because we all possess
our own special sense of individuality, and that it's because

of this that is, because of this individual uniqueness, that
we have gifts to share with the group or the
collective that will benefit everyone. The warning at this time, though,
of the depicted by the Leo new Moon's opposition to
Pluto in Aquerus, was that it was not going to
be easy to achieve this in only one monthly lunar cycle,

because there would be those in power who will try
to disempower us unless.

We fight back.

Now, perhaps we can better understand how the longer term
you're in a Pluto trine will allow us all to
become more conscious individually, so that when we add e
each individual or each of our individual selves to a group,
it further simply further enhances collective consciousness. And that, in

a nutshell, is what the Urnest plutotrine is all about,
the evolution of consciousness within the collective. So to proceed
with this monthly cycle's recap, by the time we hit
the first quarter crisis in action square of the Scorpio
moon to the Leo Sun two weeks ago in August first,
it was accompanied by the fact that Venus and Cancer

squared both Saturn and Neptune and Ares, while she also
Quincunk's Pluto and Aquarius.

Past podcast that this was the day after the sun
mercury retrograde inferior conjunction in Leo on July thirty first,
which indicated that some sort of announcement was coming, and
also that you know, we'd eventually be much more observant
about what was going on around us well. July thirty first,

August first was not only when Donald Trump announced the
firing of the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics
because he didn't like the unhealthy drop in employment statistics
that had just been reported. He also abruptly removed the
head of the Internal Revenue Service that day too, and
in doing so he further quote intensified the management turmoil

that has plagued the agency since mister Trump took office.

According to The.

Speaker 2 (24:31):
New York Times, that these terminations coincided under the auspices
of the current transiting Virgo south node might be no
surprise when we realized that the Virgo archetype has to
do with, among other things, both perfectionism and numbers. However,
the south note of the moon when transiting through the

mercury ruled sign of Virgo reminds us it's time to
release any obsessive type tendencies toward making our world a
perfect one again. Virgo also tends to zone in on
certain things. It's an archetypal energy that's often criticized for
not seeing the forest for the trees, so again going

back to the theme of perfectionism, There's really no such
thing as perfect, and when we realize this, we may
release our often tortured efforts to achieve perfection, be that
in our personal lives, in our relationship, to our bodies,
to our partners, to our careers, our finances, or whatever. Now,

Virgo's healing mantra is I am perfect in all my imperfections,
and the transiting Virgo south node opposite the Neptune ruled
Piss's north node. Combined now with this particular monthly Leo
new Moon lunar cycle, means that our imperfections are part
of what make us unique, and given that, we must

honor them as part of our individuality and what makes
us special and different in a good way from others.
So when we look back now, we can see that
President Donald Trump's controlling, perfectionistic tendencies, combined with his denial.

They do say that he is what do you call it?

Speaker 2 (26:22):
Germ averse, right, little OCD. So it was funny when
they were talking about him. What was a few weeks
ago when they announced that he did have a health issue,
is you know, pooling of the of the I don't
know if it's a lymph note thing or whatever in
his ankles, you know, slow circulation or something. That he

had bruises what looked like bruises on his hands, which
his spokes woman, I think it was Caroline Levitt said
was due to him shaking so many people's hands. But
it's so funny because he basically doesn't like to do that.

You know, that's pretty well known.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
But anyway, that his perfectionistic tendencies combined with his denial
of reality at.

Speaker 3 (27:08):
The first quarter lunar square and the.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
Venus Neptune square back on August first, so it would
seem perfectly fitting, especially since Mars in Virgo was conjunct
the Virgo South Noe at the beginning of the monthly
lunar cycle. That between this and other Venus aspects, including
her queen kuns to Pluto, that numbers were adjusted to

better fit the whims and delusions of an authoritarian oriented
leader who aggressively adjusted Mars the Mars and Us Pluto
Quincox the economic numbers. Now, I know I kind of
went over this last week, but I just want to
review this because, like I said, I think it pays
to occasionally just slow down and kind of take it

all in so they we really know where we are.
So next we had the August ninth aquarium full moon,
which squared both Juno and Vesta in Scorpio. Now, last
week I mentioned that Juno is the asteroid goddess depicting
the archetype of the wife and or the partner, but

I didn't really mention Vesta, and Vesta, who was known
as Hestia in Greek times, is the goddess who's the
keeper of the flame. She's actually represented in the Olympic
torch whose flame never goes out because she's indicative of
the light in the window that guides the prodigal Sun
back home from his journeys abroad. Now, Vesta in more

modern astrological terms or times, is known as all the
things we hold dear in terms of the security of
our resources, and that would be things like the deed
to our home, what we put into our safety deposit
boxes or wall safe is, our passport's birth certificates, car

ownership documents, our wills and trust documents, et cetera. So
the fact that this lunation had the Aquarius moon reflecting
the light of Leo's sun back to itself asking us
to release any selfish tendencies and squared. Both Juno and
Vesta and Scorpio told us that tension was brewing between

the shadow side of Leo's arrogance via any attempts to
disempower groups of individuals, perhaps by messing with those things
that they.

So rather than respecting those who come from other countries
and who may be here illegally, but who are people
who also are still working hard or in the process
of getting residency. ICE is arresting people who show up

for their regular appointments to you know, allow the government

green cards or visas or whatever are pending. And that
these are the people who.

I mean, we're not talking about the criminals, you know,
we're not talking about people who killed people.

We're not talking about gang members. But the point I'm.

President you know, President Trump's behested has lumped everyone together
as being all the same, a foreign invader, enemy, right.
But a lot of these people keep our economy humming
by taking jobs that other people don't want and paying taxes,

and yet they're targeted as undesirables and treated poorly, to
put it mildly. So. Also on August eleventh, just going
back to recap this month, we had the Venus Jupiter
conjunction and cancer, which brought about the potential of excessive overreach.

the past month's haliacal rising period of Sirius and the
shorter term influence of the Venus Jupiter conjunction, particularly in

Trump's announcement of the takeover of Washington, d C. Takeover
of its police by federally ordered deployment of National Guard
and FBI agents and others in the military to in

his effort to centralize power. This is combined also with
Trump's illustration of his displeasure with the US employment statistics
that were announced last Friday on August first, when he
fired the commissioner of the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics
and killed the messenger rather than deal with the facts

in this way. As Venus squared both Saturn and Neptune
that day, just after the waxing first quarter monthly lunar crisis,
and action square of that Scorpio mouns of Leo Sun
revealed just how delusional Trump really is, and that this
was further emphasized on August eleventh, as again Mercury stationed

direct in Leo and we experienced this exact Venus Jupiter
conjunction when Trump gave a nationwide televised press conference to

citizens can no longer try what used to represent trustworthy data,

a recipe for disaster. As most critical thinkers might reasonably conclude,
we are entering a new era now since the exact
Pluto return on February twentieth, twenty twenty two, whereby we
are seeing repeated similar energies from posts seventeen seventy six,
when US colonists rebelled against the King of England's attempts

to increase taxes on them. Does anyone remember what they
taught us in school, meaning the phrase no taxation without representation. Well,
this time around, Americans have representation because we have legislators
who we have the right to elect. But over the years,
as state legislators gerrymandered their state max maps to provide

the US House of Representatives with a greater number of
Republicans than Democrats, President Trump now demands that states like
Texas continue to gerrymander. They're already jerrymandered district maps to
favor the GOP's dominance in the House of Representatives into
the future. So this is all part and parcel of

the unchecked power that the Haliacal rising of fixed Star
Sirius is illustrating To US right now. That's the ultimate
point I want to make. Trump's overreach to increase the
power of the of ICE, you know, which is the
division of the US Department of Homeland Security, includes the
increase in total funding from that Big Beautiful Bill on

July fourth, signed into you know law, which allocated to
ICE roughly seventy five billion dollars through September twenty twenty nine,
alongside a proposed but not yet approved base budget for
the agency of eleven point twenty nine billion dollars for
fiscal year twenty twenty six alone. According to reports quote

in the budget package known as the One Big Beautiful
Bill bill signed by President Trump on July fourth, twenty
twenty five, Immigration and Customs Enforcement received approximately seventy five
billion in additional funding.

Specifically, this includes forty five billion dollars for ICE's detention system,
which could potentially double the current detention capacity to hold
over one hundred thousand individuals at any given time PS.
And this isn't aside for me. Yesterday, Florida Governor Ron
DeSantis announced that he was going to build a second

detention center there, in addition to what's now called Alligator
Alcatraz and to go back to quoting nearly thirty billion
to fund ICE's arrest and deportation operations, including hiring ten
thousand new deportation officers, modernizing the deportation fleet, and expanding

(38:57):
agreements with state and local jurisdiction. This funding increase represents
a significant boost to ICE's budget, which was approximately ten
billion dollars annually before the bill was signed. So just
to look back for a second, eleven point twenty nine
billion for twenty twenty six compared to ten billion annually.

That doesn't sound like that much of an increase, but
I guess it's enough for them to, you know, do
some of these things that they couldn't do before, just
in terms of expanding their workforce. Now onward to tariffs.
Trump's new tariffs on more than ninety countries took effect
just after midnight on August seventh, as we wax toward

the August ninth Aquarius full moon square to Juneo our
partners and Vesta our most valuable resources, and these are
sure to weaken the average Americans bank accounts. On August tenth,
Trump announced to deal with Nividia and another chip company

for the US government was AMD to take fifteen percent
of their profit from sales of computer chips to China,
and after the Aquarius full moon, Donald Trump again delayed
imposing sweeping tariffs on China instead of announcing another ninety

graphics processing units or GPUs. While initially focused on gaming,
Navidia has expanded its reach to high performance computing, artificial intelligence,

used for tasks like rendering high quality graphics, powering AI models,
and enabling self driving car technology. And Advanced micro Devices, Inc.
Which is AMD, is a global company that specializes in
manufacturing semiconductor devices used in computer processing. The company also

produces flash memories, graphics processors, motherboard chipsets, and a variety
of components used in consumer electronic goods. Now, some of
this deal with these two companies kind of smacks of socialism,
according to some of the things that I've read. Right,

So it's the government, the federal government, demanding that private,
capitalist oriented countries pay them a fee to be able
to do business.

Right, there's a sort of you know, bribery kind of
element here. But also it was published.

An article said quote the federal and many economists talking
about just all of these ninety country tariffs have argued
that the tariffs will push the prices in the push
up the prices in the US. Goldman Sachs strategists calculate
that US consumers have absorbed twenty two percent of tariff
costs through June twenty twenty five, that share is expected

to rise to sixty seven percent if recent tariffs follow
the same pattern as earlier ones. Now, I saw today
on the news, and today is Thursday, the day before
this show is or this podcast is going to air.
And I didn't take it all down exactly, but that
prices and grocery prices, particularly vegetables, imported vegetables, have risen

quite a bit and are expected to continue to rise.

So we're talking about things.

Like tomatoes and cucumbers from Mexico, you know, and other things.

a journalist in The Atlantic magazine called it financial nihilism. Now,

who has an ICC that's an International Court of Justice
warrant for his arrest, sets foot on US soil for
a meeting with Donald Trump. It's an incredible diplomatic coup
to score a one on one with the head of
the country that has led the West in enforcing Russia's isolation,

and a very good thing for Putin that America does
not recognize the jurisdiction of the ICC. From what I'm hearing,
she writes out of Moscow, Russians are really feeling themselves
and seeing the meeting both as a victory and an
opportunity to ask for more. As one prominent Kremlin TV
commentator boasted to me this week, quote the very fact

of the summit means the beginning of the end of
the Western.

confidence that his edge on the battlefield will secure a
peace deal on his terms. And that means, of course

that you know, he knows that Trump is already indicated
that he believes that Ukraine might have to give up
some of its terror territory in return for peace, when
everyone else who has half a brain knows that if
Putin is awarded territory that it currently occupies permanently.

And then also, who holds the summit that's talking about
peace between two warring countries without both sides present? All right,
So this will happen as we wax toward the exact
square as I said of the fixed, stubborn, change resistant

to focus on our own needs for self care before
we attempt to serve others. The message will fundamentally be
that we have to put our own oxygen masks on

own needs. Now, virgo archetypally is about service, especially as
connection to the rulership of the sixth house in the
natural chart service health and our daily routine serving ourselves
first is not selfish, it's necessary. That's because we must
keep ourselves healthy enough to be able to serve others.

what's beginning to happen in Washington, DC right now, where
people protesting its occupation by federal agents are doing things
like going to checkpoints that are set up and redirecting
drivers and pedestrians and others away from this ice checkpoint

and detained, especially for something stupid like a broken tail
light or you know, an expired sticker or something registration

not supposed to help other people, it's that we're supposed
