It took me a couple of decadesto really get all of this together right,
get it all together and understand thespecific tasks and the specific direction that
my soul was unfolding, you know, in front of my face, and
what specifically to do so that Icould become this coach, speaker, author,

(00:24):
healer, entrepreneur, digital nomad, you know. And over the years
I started noticing, Okay, there'sa formula to this. I feel like
I've cracked this code. Qualum leapingin that situation. Looks like once she
made that decision that this is whoI am, all these experiences that now

(00:45):
matched that version of her showed up. If she had remained maybe on the
fence or I like to be thatone day, the experience is that matched
that version of her was going tobe about she experienced. But when she
made that shift or quantum leap intoyou know what, this is who I
am, I'm going to owns etcetera. Now here comes to people,

Welcome to the show. Hi James, Hi, doctor Fasana, Welcome,
Welcome, Welcome. I'm gonna haveyou guys introduce yourselves before we dive on
in. Fasana, can you sharelike a little bit about yourself with our

(03:52):
listeners. Absolutely, First of all, thank you so much for having us.
We appreciate you so much. Helloeveryone. My name is doctor Passona
to Tell aka the Higher Self Coach. You can find me on Instagram.
Who am I? Well, I'mjust a woman who has this amazing vision
that each and every single one ofus has the power within us now to

(04:14):
really become the best versions of ourselvesand change the world by changing the worlds
within ourselves. And so lots totalk about today, but before we move
any further, we have to introducethis handsome gentleman who is on the call
with us as well. It's overto you, Thank you, Queen.
I am James. I am theAscension Coach, and I help people who

(04:35):
connect with higher states of consciousness, align with their higher self and discover their
soul is purpose so that they canbe empowered to live life love and abundance
and fulfillment. Most importantly, soI'm super excited to be here with my
partner and love and crime whatever youwant to call it. And also you

(04:57):
Chanton, definitely grateful for the invitation. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. I'm
excited about you guys being here.We have to talk about the higher self.
What does that really mean? Thehigher self and when people are thinking
about their higher self, like, what does that actually mean? Yeah,
that's a great question. And Chanteau. You know, I think many of

(05:19):
us who are leaders, visionaries, just people who want to leave a positive
impact in this world, you know, leave a legacy in this world.
We all have this common goal whichis to become the best version of ourselves.
Right. And I know for myselfpersonally speaking, it took me a
couple of decades to really get allof this together, right, get it

(05:43):
all together and understand the specific tasksand the specific direction that my soul was
unfolding, you know, in frontof my face, and what specifically to
do so that I could become thiscoach, speaker, author, healer,
entrepreneur, digital nomad you know. And over the years I started noticing,

(06:08):
Okay, there's a formula to this. I feel like I've cracked this code
where helping other people acknowledge that there'sdivinity within them, you know, there's
God within them. Some women thatI work with, they like to refer
to that God as the goddess withinyou know, when we learn how to

(06:29):
tap into as James was mentioning, these higher frequencies of consciousness, we kind
of give ourselves permission to stop beingso humble and in fact become superhuman in
a sense where we start to breakthrough all the fear, all the self
doubt. We learn how to believein ourselves, and we learn how to

(06:54):
finish what we start so that wecan truly leave the legacy that we came
here to. Oh shoot, Iknow people are over there doing Cartwill's like,
I need this, I need this, I need this ingredient in my
life. Thank you for that sharethat was that's this like good stuff.

(07:14):
And I love how you said myself like, it's not about like you
mirrorying or imitating someone else, butit's about you understanding you and who you
truly are. I love that. And then James the assenting coach, Yeah,
what is that I see in theemail you guys from James that came

(07:38):
through, And I was like,oh my goodness, I'm so like everything
that he talks about and does, both of you guys, it resonates with
me, and so I'm so gladthat you're here. So I'm just kind
of giddy. I love it.I love it, I love it.
I'm excited to be here as well. When we talk about ascension, for

(07:59):
me, it really wasn't even thatlong ago. I actually rebranded to the
Ascension Coach because I went through thisreally dark period and I love talking to
Fasana because I was like, Asanna, I didn't know you can go through
more than one spiritual and so Iwas like, you can have a lot.
There's making sure more than a fewtimes. But I went through this
second spiritual deepening actually around this timelast year. This time last year,

(08:24):
I was in having a wilderness experience, went off to Auburn, Kentucky,
remote location, no creature comforts, and really to connect with my soul because
I was I was hurting. Iwas in pain, suicidal audiations at some
point. And I got the inspirationbecause though I don't necessarily associate with Christianity,
Jesus is my guy, Like that'sstill my guy. He's still super

(08:46):
dope to me. So I gotthe inspiration from looking at from reading about
him being in the wilderness forty daysand so that you know, I went
in there and I went deep.I did journaling. I still neurodathic experiences.
I studied darkness retreats or just spenddays in darkness spend days allowing whatever

(09:07):
was coming up in me to comeout of me, and I started noticing
some of the most amazing things happened. I started getting these revelations and downloads
on things like parallel realities, onthings like the Earth's transition from a third
density to a fourth density, whichis just essentially going from fear and survival
based society to going to a societyof oneness and love. I started seeing

(09:33):
the things that we associate with pain, like heartbreak or failure or things like
that, that oh, even behindthe veil of these experiences, there's still
love, Like even how these experiencescan be orchestrated from a soul level for
the purpose of elevation, for thepurpose of ascension, and so all of

(09:56):
this and so much more, justlike I got to change. I told
all my clients that I'm shifting tothis new teaching. Hain't going if you
want to, but if not,I totally understand. And so that began
my ascension journey. Very interesting, you said, parallel realities, Yeah,
something I love talking about. Andreally there's a lot of science around that

(10:18):
as well. When you look atquantum physics, just the study of it.
Science tells us that we're not seeinglife in movement. We're seeing life
as still pictures, the same wayyou might see a movie projector there's the
frame, then there's a space. There's a frame that is essentially how life
is showing up like that's literally science. But we see it seamlessly, as

(10:41):
if same way we'll see the movieseamlessly. But really what's taking place is,
for instance, my handbit is herein one reality is here, here,
here, here, But you maysee me go like this, but
what you are experiencing is still framesthat move like this or however you see
me moving this moment, and sowe're actually experiencing reality. It's still frame

(11:03):
pictures as snapshots in the movement. And that movement is as you shift from
you know, one reality to thenext. Did you guys see that Spider
Man with it's like this cartoon withMiles, yes, where you don't see
these different like they had, likethe different realities and dimensions. Sometimes I
watch movies and they like I feellike the movies have some truth to them,

(11:28):
you know, even though it's likefor entertainment. So like it was
that cartoon that made me start togo hmmm, and it seemed like that
could be like the real thing thatpeople are not ready to Some people are
not ready to hear that kind ofstuff. But they're getting there. Yeah,
they're getting there. Yes, yes, yes, And so I thought

(11:50):
that that was something. And thenthe other one was it's like a cartoon
where all of these like spirits haveto come to the earth or something and
they had to jump down or something. In this they were lined up to
come. Gosh, that's so becausebecause James, that's the soul. So
that's it, that's the name ofit. Yeah. Yeah, And so

(12:11):
when I seen that that movie, and I could imagine that, like you
know, multiple lives, and Ilove all this stuff. It's so interesting
to me, and I love howwe are starting to have this awareness on
on that next level like that,I think our consciousness is expanding. That's
that's a representation of axcension. That'sthe representation of our consciousness expanding to where

(12:35):
now we're seeing more of what's beenthere the whole time. It's almost as
you know, I joke and say, people like me and a soigner,
our whole job is we can reachthe top shelf, We can reach higher
than most and we're just taking what'sup here and bringing it down for for
those who cannot reach, who don'thave that level of consciousness, but we

(13:00):
can reach it down and present itto them in a way that they can
now begin to get their mind BrownForsama. When you guys are like working
together and you're you guys are helpingpeople, what does that look like?
Is this like in a group typesetting and you guys bring people in and
absolutely so. Typically when it comesto working with any type of transformational expert

(13:22):
like James, like myself, LikeJames said, our whole job is to
help every single person within our collectiveunderstand where they may be able. And
normally they follow our guidance because youknow, they start seeing all of this
abundance, this love, this joy, they start feeling more fulfilled, more
aligned from within, more peaceful. We're here to help everyone tweak their minds,

(13:45):
just slightly in some cases, becausethe truth is is that ninety percent
of our human population Chanta still leaksso much of their own personal power.
Now what do I mean when Isay personal power. I'm talking about the
fact that as human beings, weare God's highest form of creation. We

(14:07):
have the ability to expand our consciousnessthrough changing our thoughts the way we feel,
and then of course the different actionsteps that we take. And it's
really our decisions that determine our destinies. And so when you surround yourself with
James and with myself, especially whenyou get both of us together, we're

(14:28):
just simply here to work with everyonein our collective. It is a group
setting, but the beauty is thatevery single member has the opportunity to really
share their heart, share what challenges, what pain, what heartbreak they're going
through, which allows us to reallyfine tune and customize the advice that we're

(14:52):
able to give to every single member. And of course, you know,
we're here to rise together, soas our members get more vulnerable, you
know, take off the masks, stop you know, trying to be someone
that they know they're not. Thebeautiful thing about the experience is that every
single person in the space gets tolearn from everyone else and collectively we rise,

(15:18):
We rise together. Those are likesafe spaces is what you guys call
them too, what we all referto the mass safe spaces, And it
makes it easier when one person towatch someone else unfold with the coach and
then it helps the other people tokind of feel a little bit more comfortable
with that. James, you mentionedjournaling. It's been a minute I think

(15:41):
since I've ran into a man whosaid that he journals. Every time.
It always sticks with me. Andmen do journal because you had, like
some famous men, you know, they were the first ones to carry journals.
You know that we're aware of.Is that something that you find your
is an easy sell for other menfor you get them to do that.

(16:06):
It isn't the easiest sell, butthere are more of us that do it
than that. I think the easysell is just conveying the purpose, because
I know the purpose for me wasI was always always say you gotta lock
something in time and space, andbeing able to write something out is I'm
now locking something that's in here thatmay come and go whatever. Now I'm

(16:27):
locking it in space and time towhere I can go back over it again.
First of all, I can chartmy journey. Oh I was,
I was here last year, I'mhere now. But the other thing is,
especially if you you know, ifyou listen to you know, your
podcast and you hear something, yougot an opportunity to write that down.

(16:48):
You listen to Asana, the sonis always just wisdom. You have an
opportunity to write that down myself forwhoever you got an opportunity to write that
down, And the most important partof that is repetition shit being able to
circle back to that, circle backto that because one of the things I'm
sure Casana is expressing this as well, and I'm sure you see this as
well, Seanta. I talk toa lot of people that, Oh,

(17:11):
James, I know that. Iknow that there's a lot that we know
intellectually, but we don't embody whereit now becomes a part of who you
are. When you're going over somethinglike journaling or whatever over and over and
over and over and over again. It now goes from here to here and
now you are it. So it'sit's it isn't so much selling it to

(17:34):
men as it is showing them whythis is advantageous. I love how you
said from here to here. Thereis a difference from the head to the
heart, your heart space versus yourhead space. What would you both say
speaks the most? Is it thehead or the heart or is it based
off of each individual person. I'dsay it's both. I say, you

(17:56):
need yeah, you need. Youneed your head, you need to use
your logic, you need to,you know, think about what direction it
is do you want to go into. But then also the heart and the
body. You know, not justthe heart, but the body overall carries
so much wisdom. You know,we truly have all the answers that we're
looking for outside of us, withinourselves. The problem is that so many

(18:18):
of us, based on the waywe were raised, based on the society
we were raised in, based onall the programming that we picked up ast
children. We I shouldn't say we, because not we, but most people
are very disconnected from those answers thatare within themselves. And so this is
something that you know, guys, listen, I've been a self empowerment coach

(18:38):
for eight years now. So intoday's world, in this version of us
on on who I am now,I like to do my best to keep
things as simple as I can, even though we're having very high level quantum
conversations. And I also do thisby just keeping it real, you know,
being direct and just saying it theway that it is, and just

(19:00):
sharing the truth where it's like Iremember being told I have all the answers
within myself and I loved that itempowered me, and yet I didn't really
believe in myself. For so manyyears, I lacked confidence. I was
insecure. I was still wearing amask. Even though I was a few
steps ahead of many, I wasstill feeling like I don't really even know

(19:23):
you know who I am. Andit's only once you really do this work
and create that repetition in your lifeand create a lifestyle around doing this work.
Now, it's like you can't havea conversation with James or with Pasana
and not experience the ascension coach andthe higher self coach. It's just who

(19:44):
we are as people. This typeof conversation. It turns us on,
you know. It's like we canco create miracles, magic, we can
create more abundance. We can healourselves from whatever pain, struggle, scarcity,
fear lack we may have experienced.Right, So it's just how do
you use both your head and yourheart and create that unison, that harmony.

(20:07):
It's just like a yin yang symbol. When you look at a yinyang's
sign, there's equal parts light anddark. So I love talking mindset,
so I can talk about this allday and yet lately, in the most
recent years of my journey, Ican hear when my body speaks to me.
That is one of the most incrediblefeelings I would say I've ever experienced

(20:33):
thus far. You hear some peoplesay like, don't go in there with
your heart because then you're gonna doit. Make sure you stay in your
head, stay in you know, you hear that like you can't almost like
as if you cannot have unison tomake certain decisions like get out of your
Basically, what you're saying is liketo have balance the collective of all of

(20:56):
that, that was a good stuff. Thank you. Yeah, And there's
a study that's come out within thelast ten years. It even tells us
that our heart has its own thinkingprocess, believe it or not, similar
to I think they even turned itthe heartbreak right. But to Forasna's point
and even what you're saying, Shanta, there's also a term called heart coherence.

(21:18):
That's when my mind and my heartis in alignment. You are the
most powerful being walking at times. We may, you know, through our
affirmations and I'm great and money's comingto me, but your heart is going
No, we don't believe that plan, so your heart to line up with

(21:38):
your mind, and that's the repetitionpart. That's what that requires. When
you can get both of them toline up in your mind and your heart's
going, yeah, that's right, that's who we are. Amazing things we
can happen. When you guys thinkabout quantum leaping or quantum physics, you
literally just mean like, I'm here, but I'm mentally like, you know,
getting to the next level. That'sa really listen, James is about

(22:03):
to go in on this question, and so I'm just Quantum leeping is one
of my favorite subjects and it hasbeen for so many years. And the
way that I would describe it todayis like, in order for one to
make a quantum leap from where theyare now to where they desire to be,

(22:25):
it means that, at least theway that I teach it, I
mean, we work on self identity. We get the mind primed and ready
so that the person that's making theleap knows who they're becoming in that next
level, so that they can juststart acting like that person, like the
future version of themselves, like theirhigher self. And so when I talk

(22:47):
about quantum leaping, there is alot of mindset work that's done. There's
a lot of energy work that's donebehind the scenes as well, But it's
really about the embodiment. I wantyou to think like you're that version of
yourself that can go out out thereand do great things and that receives abundantly,
and that is respected and highly favoredin this world. I want you

(23:07):
to believe that you're that person, and I want to see the embodiment of
the fact that that's who you've becomein this tangible, physical world. And
if I may share, I wasactually just catching up with a client of
mine today. We had a ketchupcall. She was sharing with me.
A kid, you guys, notthis like this always just makes me so

(23:29):
giddy inside, right, she manifested. She's a single mother. She started
her own business, a consulting businessa year ago. When we started doing
work together, she went from zerodollars to seventy five hundred a month in
thirty days. Wow. Okay. She started to realize entrepreneurship was a little
bit more challenging than she had thoughtinitially, because we don't know, we

(23:52):
don't know, right, that's fair. Right. Today, on our ketchup
call, she was telling me she'sstill running that business of hers, but
she manifested her When I tell you, dream job that encompasses three of her
different passions, working with the government, tourism, the tourism industry, and
she's taken all of it. Andshe's manifested this job where they've created a

(24:15):
role for her. They're paying hermore money than she was anticipating. And
you should just hear this woman. She's she's like over the moon and all
I say to clients, whenever youknow, you manifested this right, and
she's just like, I do,I really do. So that would be
an example, a practical example ofthis is a woman who started off not

(24:40):
knowing what her you know, spiritled path was going to entail. And
now here she is, you know, a year and a half into really
doing this work, into really takingradical responsibility for herself and for her journey.
And now she's getting paid. She'shappy, she's fulfilled, she's in
the best shape she's ever been. Her dating life is amazing. She's an

(25:00):
amazing mother to her daughter. Imean, that's so creating the life,
yes, by design, by divinedesign, as a son of you know,
as a SONA said sometimes I gotto hold on to myself because I
get super excited excited about certain things. And and and similar to with Asana,

(25:22):
we both are by like what Imean with that is we can speak
it in science and we can speakit in however, how would you need
to hear it? And when youlook at it from a science of sectory,
because time is isn't real, thattime doesn't exist, which tells us
that every version of us, everyaspect that you, everything that you could
ever want, ever ever desire, ever want to have, you are experiencing

(25:45):
right now because there's only right now. So I could I could, I
could have named some clients, butI want to use Pasana as an example.
This is always bring us up tothe sona Sauna is now stepping into
the version of her who is asinger, who is an artist, who
is you know, musically inclined. And I love when I think about her

(26:07):
story because she made a decision thatthis is who I am, and quantum
leaping in that situation looks like onceshe made that decision that this is who
I am, all these experiences thatnow match that version of her showed up.
If she had remained maybe on thefence or I like to be that
one day the experiences that match thatversion of her were going to be what

(26:30):
she experienced. But when she madethat shift or quantum leap into you know
what, this is who I am, I'm going to own this et cetera.
Now here comes to people, places, things and experiences that validate who
she is. And it works thesame way with what you want to have,
what you want to do, andobviously who you want to be.

(26:51):
I think we need all these differentcomponents and you have to have that spiritual
peace in there because what do youguys think, like, do you believe
that? What does that do?Having this spiritual component? You mentioned that
you're not like a religious person,but you're more. I think most of
us we think that we're just thisphysical body, you know, on this

(27:12):
planet for so long, and Ithink that the eye opening moment for me
was when I realized that I'm thismulti dimensional being. I'm not just a
physical body. In fact, therewas a visual that was shown to me
several years ago. It was acircle and there it was cut into like

(27:32):
a pie with four pieces, andit showed me that we're actually equal parts
spiritual, mental, emotional, andphysical and a lot of people in our
industry will call this integrative coaching, and I call this holistic coaching because there
are so many different parts that makeup who we are as whole beings.

(27:56):
And yet you know, if yougo to for example, and listen,
I'm never here to knock anybody.I just again, this is coming through
me. So I'm just the vessel. I'm just gonna share it, let
it. I'll serve people. Right. When you look at traditional forms of
therapy, you think about a clientgoing into an office, laying on a
couch and then just talking about theirproblems. See, in my world,

(28:22):
I make sure that I let myclients know we're gonna avoid talking about the
problem over and over and over again. And the reason why is that I
educate them about how their mind actuallyworks. Right. I get that you
might feel like you're this hamster ona wheel. You might feel trapped,
you might feel caged in this lifethat you don't even have any idea how

(28:44):
you woke up into in this lifethat you're living in after so many years
of hustling, hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. And what
excites me the most about this conversationis that As James mentioned, the way
it works in the metaphysical realm isthat as soon as you make a decision,
I want you to think about theuniverse as like a maze. It's

(29:07):
like a game where the universe isnow setting up this incredible new route to
take you down simply based on youmaking a different decision. I literally made
a decision a couple of weeks ago. You know what, It's time for
me to start singing more on myplatform. It's time for me to announce

(29:27):
that I'm an artist. I havebeen for quite some time, but a
closet artist, you know what Imean, like behind the scenes, right.
Yeah. And I remember calling Jamesto celebrate this, or I voice
noted him to celebrate this. Andas soon as I did that and I
announced it, I end up meetingthis professional singing coach at my gym who

(29:49):
happened to drop her wallet as Iwas walking into the gym, so I
saw it happen, picked it up, said excuse me to her, and
because of her gratitude, she cameand found me in the sauna. We
start talking. She's also from Toronto. She's a professional singing coach, mindset
coach. Wow, and she asweredme, you know, whatever you need,
you come let me know like Igot you. On top of that,

(30:11):
I meet my favorite affirmation artist herein my city at each party,
like a few days later. Iactually just did a powerful energy clearing for
her and that was magical in itself. But anyways, things will. The
universe is abundant in its nature, and one thing that really helped me understand

(30:33):
how to get out of my ownway, how to stop blocking my own
blessings, was to realize that ifGod created the universe, and God is
infinite in the abundance that makes upGod, right, God is the most
infinite thing in existence. He designedthis abundant universe. So if the universe
is filled with abundance. Don't quoteme on this, guys, but there's

(30:56):
a few trillion dollars circulating in theworld, right, There's no short of
money. And so if this abundanceis available to us every single moment of
every single day, and I'm notreceiving this abundance, let me ask you,
guys, logically, based on whatwe're talking about, is it the
universe that has lack scarcity or fearor is it something within my being that's

(31:19):
carrying lack, scarcity or fear.Right, it's the latter. It's something
within myself. So imagine, forwhoever is watching this and resonating with this
story, imagine you let us helpyou clear that resistance, Clear the scarcity,
clear the fear, clear the lack. Naturally, the universe is going

(31:41):
to bless you with the abundance becausenow you're open to receiving it. Any
one of us can do this. When you think about it in that way,
it's just like whoo. It makeyou want to just get up and
do a little dance. Yeah, what kind of singer are you? Did

(32:01):
you know? They have like opera, they have arm baby. Yeah?
Me to answer right now? Imean, you know know what I'm just
I'm Fasana. I'm Fasana. Ilove music because it really helps me connect
to God. I used to keepthis so private because I remember a mentor

(32:22):
of mine a few years ago.She obviously saw some resistance in me,
but she put me on the spotand it really triggered my nervous system because
she was like, sing for us, and I was like, now I
was managing a team. I wastaking care of the energy of like ten
people. On the team. I'mdoing all the behind the scenes stuff.

(32:42):
So if you just tell me tosing something and I don't have a song
in mind, it really it reallyshook me up. And I was kind
of like I just enforced the healthyboundary and I was like, no,
no, thank you. I'm notlike, maybe let me think of a
song, like, I don't knowwhat, what do you want me to
say a song? I give mea sound like you're gonna put me on
the smiler and puts you. Itwas just yeah, but music. I
love R and B music. Ilove specific songs by certain artists that I

(33:07):
can really just feel. I'm anEmPATH, right, anyone else can relate
to that, right, I'm I'ma big impath. So when I feel
music, that helps me resonate withmy own personal power, my own journey,
my own story, and it helpsme experience a higher and deeper level
of gratitude for God for giving methe strength, the courage, you know,

(33:31):
everything that I've been given to getto this point in my life.
That's why I love music. Andso when you understand sound healing, when
you understand that our voice, ourvoices are medicinal. Once we heal our
throat chakras. This is why Ising. So I'm I'm starting to write
my own songs. Right. I'mdefinitely a professional shower and car like singer.

(33:54):
But I still don't do things likekaraoke because it's just that it doesn't
it's not what flows mya. Butmaybe soon, right, But don't worry,
girl, as soon as I recorda track, you will be the
first person, one of the firstpeople to get it. I promise,
I promise. Maybe we could hearyour voice at the end of the show.
Maybe I don't like. Look,I'm gonna have to put a healthy

(34:16):
boundary in place for you too.Gave me notice though those I appreciate it
everything. Yeah, wow, thatwas a good share, Like as soon
as you stepped into it or acceptedthe new reality how those things flowed.
It continues the more you because youthink about the universe and it's just like

(34:38):
whoa an abundance like from out ofthis world. I'm gonna give a son
of some time to think about asong. Oh yeah, yeah, definitely
at the end of our show, you got some time to think about it.
I've been chopping at the bit tospoiler alert, we are the universe,
like, there's nothing separate from you. The universe is just a projection

(35:02):
of what we call the universe. It's just a projection of consciousness. And
so the money isn't out there, the ideal relationship isn't out there, the
success isn't out there, it's inhere. So once I tap into it
in here, the universe, ie. The projection of my consciousness shows
me that on the screen of timeand space. And so no wonder when

(35:28):
I decide that I am this, the universe has no choice because I'm the
universe, but to reflect that Iam this. So wherever you go in
consciousness three D reality, universe, which is really just you, is going
to reflect that back to you onthe screen of time and space. So

(35:49):
you are the universe. We allare the universe. That is good stuff.
Good stuff, James, I haveto ask you. I hear people
saying this a lot, and canwe elaborate read on a little bit for
those who are like, what doyou mean the time does not exist?
Do you guys ever get questions aboutthat time? I like the analogy of
how you explain, like the snapshots, Yes, and that's essentially what it

(36:15):
is. And for those who reallywant clarity, they can just look up
Einstein's law relativity because he breaks thatdown. But really, even if we
look at us beginning this, thisthis podcast, that moment was now when
we begin it, we begin itin the now moment, we are still

(36:36):
in this now moment. What thatis telling me is that this moment existed
even when that moment that we startedexisting, and even the end of this
podcast exists even as we're in thisnow moment right now. Because you get
to tomorrow, Tomorrow isn't oh I'min tomorrow now, No, I'm in
today, I'm in now. There'sno yesterday yesterday. When you experienced that,

(37:00):
you experienced it as now, whichlets you know because this is that
deeper, higher consciousness, higher selfperspective when you go to help it mean
that what I called yesterday this podcastwas already taking place when I was in

(37:21):
what was called yesterday, and evenright now in this moment, what I
called yesterday is still going on rightnow because and it all ties into the
snapshots, you are only ever experiencingthis now moment. So this is now,
this is now, this is now, This is now what I'm experiencing

(37:42):
as this so those all those differenthand movements, which is always usually the
best example. I maybe to givepeople all those hands movement exists now,
I just I shift into one,I shifted to another. I shift into
another. So that lets you knowthat you know, because usually that disconnect
when we talk about the heart braincoherence, that disconnect is I'm abundant,

(38:06):
I'm rich, I'm successful. Butwait, no, no one, I
don't have but yes you do inanother now moment. And so I always
like to give science. I rememberI did a class for my group called
Manifesting with Energy, and that's approved. I think it was somewhere around two
thousand and four to two thousand five. They proved that in this nothingness that

(38:30):
we think is just empty space, you know, between me and my computer,
that there is that this empty spaceis vibrant, alive, and it's
full of energy. Like they wereable to give us a snapshot of it
as well. So just going tomy des for man my near death experience.

(38:52):
When I would interview near death experiencersor look at NDE YouTube videos,
they would say that they could seethem else, they would rise above their
bids and be able to see themselves. That even lets you know that there's
something in this space. There's somethingin this space between things that is alive,
vibrant. People are moving and shiftinglike there's other realities that are existing

(39:17):
in this space between things. Sowhere I'm going with this is my ideal
of relationship is in the nothingness. When I embody it, I am now
pulling that into my experience. I'mpulling it out of the nothingness into an
actual experience. Again, everything iseverything exists as everything exists now, and

(39:38):
everything is available now, and itexists as infinite potential and possibilities. The
way you lock those potentials and possibilitiesin place is by embodying it. As
SNA talk about embodying it right now. Her artist was already there. She
just pulled it out of the nothingnessinto the something, even though she was

(39:59):
doing it kind of you know,in the closet. She pulled the version
of her that was already you know, connected to you know, doing it,
being open with it. She justconnected to that version and pulled it
out of nothingness into what we knowis as our three D reality. But
didn't over talk. It's a podcast. You can't overtalk, absolutely not.

(40:23):
It's a podcast. These people arelike, oh, dang, the show's
ending already. I believe that.I believe. Did you say that you
did have a near death experience yourself? Some of you I personally didn't know.
But I was fascinated by it becausewhen I went into the wilderness,
I wanted to know what it waslike to connect with soul. And so

(40:45):
here are people that they're disconnected fromtheir body, They're disconnected from ego James,
what does it look like when peopleare just completely and so and so
I started seeing things like they willtalk about being able to communicate without words.
We experience it to a degree withanother person. Yeah, like this

(41:06):
in this empty space and this nothingnesson the other other side, they were
meeting people that without words, theywere able to communicate. They just knew
what the other person was saying. They would also talk about and we experience
it similarly when we think of someoneand then well, hey, I was
just thinking about you. But weare experiencing aspects of that. But because

(41:29):
we're not fully connected with soul,we don't experience it in the greater way.
But they would also talk about instantaneousmanifestation. They would also think of
something and boom, either they're thereor they're showing up. That tells me
that who we are as soul, because here's the thing. We've become so
preoccupied by this by Okay, whatam I gonna eat? And what am

(41:51):
I gonna wear? And how amI paying my bills? And you know
what am my daughter wearing the schooltoday? And there's that place for that.
But we also need to give ato who we are as soul,
That is our true self. That'swhere I powerlize all this untapped power lies
and who we really are. Butwe're more preoccupied with this false self that

(42:14):
at some point we're gonna put inthe ground. We're gonna put some dirt
on it. And now your trueI am this. Now your true self
is able to breathe. But stillyou can tap into that right now.
And that's where that's predominantly where Ilive my life from. I live my
life from soul, not from thischaracter avatar. Though though it's fun and

(42:37):
I talk about this three reality,it's kind of like my playground. What
do I want to do today, what I want to have today, what
I want to experience today? Ohokay, yeah, let's do that.
But it comes from knowing who Iam and soul. I love that.
I love that. And if Imay add, you know, we both
talk about soul quite often. You'llhear us talk about our soul's purpose,

(42:58):
our soul's blueprint for women, toall of my soul sisters out there,
to all of the ladies listening tothis. I'm so big on this conversation,
Like I couldn't not talk about itwith you guys tonight. Right,
Like, have you heard about thisterm called the soft life, living the
soft life? No? I havenot the soft life soft life. There

(43:20):
are a lot of women that Iknow, I'm connected to who are starting
to identify that they have created alife where they're required to work themselves to
the bone in a sense, wherenow there's this new opportunity to live this
more soft life is coming into play. And how that looks, at least

(43:43):
for someone like myself, it's reallyreconnecting to our feminine energy. So in
my world, I talk energy allday long. Right, I could literally
characterize everything that you do from eithera masculine or feminine place, right,
And so it is, I thinkit is for real, we become so
much more enlightened. I want tosay, more powerful and more conscious when

(44:06):
we understand this conversation because as women, first of all, we weren't.
I don't even this is a rabbithole in itself. But did you know
that the nine to five working systemwas created for men? Yeah? You
want to know, you want toknow why. Let's let's talk science.
Yes, a man's a man's testosteronelevel is going to replenish itself every single

(44:30):
day. So James, James's energyis hormones. They replenish itself every single
day. Whereas yeah, yeah, right, so with women, our hormonal
cycles replenish themselves every twenty eight days. So I live a very soft life
myself today, Like I don't justteach this, like I have to make
sure I'm very integral with what Italk about, right, I don't speak

(44:52):
to anything that I'm not experiencing andthat I've maintained over the years, and
it's just getting better and better.I don't work as hard as I used
to do at all, but becauseI'm so in alignment with my higher self,
with the universe, and of coursewith my feminine essence. I used
to be that chick who didn't wanthelp from anybody, who didn't want to
ever be vulnerable. I thought itwas weak if I talk about my fears.

(45:15):
I thought that people would judge meor think I was less professional or
less successful if I actually took themask off and talked about how I'm feeling,
you know. And so that forwomen is such a huge barrier.
And so when I talk to womenabout our souls. You know, there
are so many people preaching mind bodysoul alignment. Yet you know, we

(45:37):
look at so many people and they'renot even in touch with their soul.
Like if I ask somebody, ifI ask you watching this right now,
what are the top three desires ofyour soul? Would you be able to
answer that question? That is agood question, right, So I think
that's that would be homework for everysingle person that chose to invest into themselves

(46:01):
by listening to this conversation. Becauseif you don't know the answers, please
reach out to James, Please reachout to myself, so we can help
you get clarity. Because clarity leadsto behavior. Behavior leads to results.
It's a science, you know,Like if we're not clear on the target
that we're aiming for, how arewe going to hit it? Right?

(46:22):
Wow, you got that it's sotrue. If you're not aiming for a
target, how are you going tohit it? You got to know what
you want. One of the thingsI often hear people say they're complaining and
then you say, well, whatdo you really want? And it's like
they don't even they don't know, they haven't even taken the time to think

(46:46):
about this is what it would looklike. So when you talk about the
universe being our playground, and howonce you turn on that switch it starts
to flow to you in that way, I think that a lot of people
don't give themselves an opportunity to picturethat, to visualize that, so they're

(47:06):
stuck in the that one place towhere they can't absolutely absolutely. I did
a presentation just before I oppt onhere and I talk about how I see
life as malleable. I see lifeas changeable. I see life is fluid,
but oftentimes we're looking at life asrigid. This is just the way
it is. I was supposed todo this, And when I talk about

(47:27):
it being my playground, I meanI can show up however I choose to
show Anybody can choose to show uphowever they choose to show up Today.
You know, just as an example, she is chosen to be an artist.
She could actually choose, She couldactually make another choice tomorrow and now
step into that version and experience thatlife. So it's it's but nothing is

(47:49):
solid, nothing is this is justthe way it is, or this is
just the way it has to be. So even when you talk about,
you know, thinking about what youwant your life to be, you get
to play around with it. Youknow what, maybe I want to see
what it's like to be in music. Let me try this one today.
Let me see what it's like tobe an engineer, let me see what
just like to be a podcast hooks, let me see what it's like to

(48:12):
be a coach or a speaker. We get to play in this playground with
whatever toys we want to play with. So you know, it is and
even to your point, sometimes it'sjust you know what, I don't want
this, So maybe this is leadingme to or what's the opposite of this,
So let me go check that out. So sometimes in knowing what you

(48:34):
want, it's just annoying what youdon't want that can send you down the
pathway to your ultimate destiny and purpose. Doctor, she knows I'm coming back
for that song. Listen. Listen, y'all. It's nine thirty PM my
time, okay, And so whatyou're about to hear, I'm not making

(48:57):
excuses. I'm a singing this foryou, but I'm just saying, like,
it doesn't matter where our you're asinger, so you'll be absolutely fine
when that day comes and they haveyou come on the stage at eleven pm,
they're going to be amazing. I'mjust I'm just saying, look,
look, my friend, time isn'treal, so it doesn't matter. Don't

(49:22):
get me stored right now, James, because you know what, Listen okay,
and you know what if hey,any song you want, it doesn't
have to be like oh that mycamera just fall and we see that,
we see the logo. Yeah, hey there you go. I'm back there

(49:42):
you go. Hey, guys, you know, like things just happen.
You know that's because you see methough, right Yeah, I can't get
it to stand up. But that'sokay, all right. See, And
that's the universe trying to tell us, like, guys, sound is tired.
Oh no, I think it's justI think what we're doing is just

(50:07):
allowing you to have to find yoursong, to find that song. What
would you want someone to introduce youas? Imagine that you would want to
be an artist that performs on stagefor large crowds or more so like in
a small environment like cafe, becauseI have a friend that likes cafe,

(50:30):
so honestly, truthfully, both area possibility. The reason I'm doing what
I'm doing is because I'm a spiritled entrepreneur. I'm doing this because God
told me to go play in thisrealm. Well that's what you yeah,
yeah, So so doing all ofthis and experiencing all of the tangible manifestations

(50:52):
that have come into my life,it's just more documentation for me to add
to, you know, the conversationaround when I'm speaking publicly, when I'm
speaking to clients, when I'm I'mthe poster child for this, so I
always go first, and this ishow I continuously inspire myself, but also
whomever chooses to follow my journey,So maybe both. I don't know.

(51:13):
I'm we didn't talk about this today, but I'm an energy coach first and
foremost, and I never realized whyI would be so tired all the time
or I would have like low dipsin my energy. So when I really
started understanding that each of us havethis like subjective, unique energetic blueprint that

(51:34):
is based on the time that wewere born, the location we were born,
and the place of our birth. And I started learning about myself from
that aspect. I realized that it'sactually it's actually in my best interest to
set boundaries. Even though, likethat mentor I told you about a few
years back, even when I saynote something outside, people might think,

(51:58):
oh, she's resisting, Oh she'sputting up a fight, Oh she's she
doesn't want to be put on thespot. Oh what kind of you know?
Leadership coaches this like it's not thatgenuinely right. It is genuinely me
listening to my energy and honoring mygoddess from within, because if I say
no to anybody or anything, it'slike I know that I'm honoring my energy

(52:21):
first, so I'm always rewarded forthat. Because this all plays into my
whole concept of higher self love. You got to love yourself as your higher
self, right, So many peopletalk about self love these days. Healthy
boundaries, healthy communication, knowing you'reworth right, these are all huge,

(52:42):
huge components all of this. Soanyways, if y'all are ready, I
found a chorus to a song thatI'm no I thought you were. I
thought you were about to say next, And so I'm setting the boundary here.
You know what I will say inmy body, I'm obviously excited,
nervousness and excitement and anxiousness. They'llfeel the same way in our body.

(53:06):
So I'm going to go with I'mexcited, but I'm I'm excitement. We'll
go ahead and cheer you on.Okay, and please welcome doctor singer.
Please welcome this beautiful voice, youguys that's going to bless us here.

(53:27):
Thank you. Okay. So thiscourse goes out to anyone and everyone who
may be having trouble believing in themselves, who may feel like they're in a
tough spot in life, who mayfeel like they put in so much work
and they haven't seen the fruits oftheir labor yet. You'll know the song
once I started ready, Yes weare ready. And then a hero comes

(53:52):
along with strength to carry young andyou cast your fears the side, and
you know you can't serve. Sowhen you feel like OH is gone,

(54:14):
look inside you and be strong andyou finally see that you that heros and
you I'm sweating I love it.Oh yeah, it love it. Yeah,

(54:37):
me too, very soulful. Youhave a beautiful voice. I was
shaken. There was a lot ofextra dorado that I didn't but it's we
couldn't. I couldn't tell because tome you sound good. But you know
you have a great speaking voice too. You guys are both easy on the
ears. Yeah, oh are you? It takes one to no one.

(55:00):
Thank you. I your whole energylike energy. You were such a light
in this world. I love it. You know that's you guys pulling that
out. But before you got onshouts and was saying that this was like
this is her last thing today andI know what it's like sometimes to get

(55:20):
to let me just get through this, but this and me as well,
I've had a full day as well, and I think this has been the
most exciting or most energetic thing I'vehad going on today. So yes,
you know what I would I couldsay that too, Like I really enjoyed
talking with you guys. You guyswere like you genuinely made me smile.

(55:43):
I really wanted to listen and therewas times where I realized that I was
actually the host and needed to Whyyou work that out? I want to
I want to add this. Thisis what it's like to get into a
room with the sonet, like, this is what this is why we are
so excited about what we do becauseit feels like this, like whether you're

(56:07):
watching it or whether it feels likewait, I've known them and wait,
I'm feeling like I got more energynow. Yes, and great conversation.
And so that's why Pasana and Ido what we do because we love it.
I'm sure at some point during ourjourney we wish we had this,
and so now debate to provide itto so many other people's It's a blessing.

(56:30):
Absolutely. I really enjoyed talking withthe both of you. It was
for me a lot of fun.I hey, it was just good stuff.
And I know that there was alot of people tuning in who are
like, now going, you knowwhat, my life can be better?
Oh you mean I don't have tosuffer? Oh wait, what are you
talking about? I can have whatI want? But you know, so,

(56:52):
yeah, I do appreciate it somuch. It's been really nice.
You guys both have amazing energy, and we had a nice energy exchange going

you are, when you truly tapinto trapping, tap into the truth of
who you are, do you simultaneouslytap into your power and your power to
get this to look like this threeof reality to look like whatever you want

(58:45):
it to look like. Starting withyourself, you have the ability to shift
your relationships, shift your business, shift your money, shift your health.
And it doesn't the way I tellit to people, the moment you think
it, you have it. Ittakes a mirror about zero point zero zero
Most people don't know this takes amirror about zero zero point four I'm sorry,

(59:08):
point zero zer zero four seconds toreflect that image that you're seeing in
the mirror the moment you decided thisis who I am. Take It may
take a moment, but that mirrorof reality is now going to reflect back
to you who you have decided tobe. So it's really instantaneous. You're
just waiting for reality to share youare that the moment you say it,
