First, the guys go over the news of the week, including WBC heavyweight world champ Tyson Fury speaking out about what he might or might not do next, in the ring. Fury is rumored to be discussing several options that could include pro wrestling, an exhibition fight or a modified boxing match with MMA fighter Francis Ngannou etc. Will it be a WBC defense? Or is Fury waiting for the rematch winner of Oleksandr Usyk vs. Anthony Joshua?
Speaking of Usyk-Joshua, is that bout happening or not this August or not? Dan has the latest that he's hearing on the WBA/WBO/IBF title bout that's rumored to be in Saudi Arabia.
The guys also discuss more news of the week and Dan has a 1 on 1 interview in the preview mode with WBC Super Flyweight champ Jesse "Bam" Rodriguez. Rodriguez is currently the youngest world champ in boxing at not yet 22 years old and he's ready to battle Thailand's Srisaket Sor Runvisai in Rodriguez's home of San Antonio, TX, June 25th.
Finally, the guys turn to Beterbiev-Smith in New York. Will the unbeaten Russian add the American to the list of his latest knockouts? Or can Smith, who's been in with some top light heavyweights in his career before and beaten several of them, pull the upset in front on many of his local fans?
