the rain, you can't appreciate the sunshine. So let the
drama come and let it do what to do. Don't

Don't take the drama to the heart, take it to
the head. Just think tomorrow you ask and wake up there.
So if you need your love, you ain't got to
move too far.

Speaker 36 (01:07:33):
A child and.

Some folks can't go if sitting is your sickness, Gods
answer to the.

Speaker 63 (01:07:51):
Real friendish truth, that enemy is a liar. Or maybe
love is the object and your desire. The hope is
that would have desired. It is possible, But some folks
can't waiting tend to get hostores or should I say
that down or even her See, some folks don't understand.

Real, His love is the vine.

Speaker 63 (01:08:09):
He don't come when you want him too. He comes
home time, so lit with patience when you're praying for
your calls. And remember God, it ain't no cause. Let's
say a cause. So just acknowledge the way that that
KICKI did. If you can't handle what you're hoping for,
you won't get it done. He had to wait before
he passed away.

Speaker 26 (01:08:24):
He said, take it from me.

Speaker 63 (01:08:26):
We'll long be free someday. So let's get the rich
dummies on the spot. Some of them take it free
on the strength of what they got, like the houses,
the cost, the saddle, like this shit's like the genie
from my Laddin popped out, and give your three wishes
that look at the poor man it's Harry's nappy.

Speaker 26 (01:08:40):
You're rich and miserable, he's more and happy. Does the
poor man need money?

Speaker 8 (01:08:44):
Nope?

Speaker 26 (01:08:45):
To knowledge? What's the nunderstanding? Then the brother has hope.
The hopes of the righteous ma surely flourished, but the
expectations of the wicked will surely perished.

Speaker 25 (01:08:53):
I look to the world fall home.

Speaker 26 (01:08:55):

From what I want to find what I deserve.

Speaker 1 (01:31:30):
I made mistakes in my life. I'm learning from my
bad choices. I don't know better next time. Don't mention

I'm saying, And uh, yeah, we got a lot of
things going on, a lot of things coming up, and
uh we had a mass destruction shots, a little feature

(01:36:43):
in Cordell Miller with that celebarate you know what I'm saying.
Off that Cloud nine album which will be playing right

either January or this month, but I believe this one
was this month, and the last one we heard was
last one. So we gonna try to get him in

(01:37:03):
the building and talk about these last two joints that
he don't put down.

Speaker 1 (01:37:06):
As far as owls, it's concerned us so.

Speaker 2 (01:37:10):
And then we had our Artists of the Month four
one Foe with that diamond in the beginning of the

Speaker 1 (01:38:21):

Speaker 15 (01:38:23):
Get a god.

Speaker 12 (01:38:27):
All right now?

Speaker 1 (01:38:30):
Yeah, don straight that yawn and the lean to riverside.

Speaker 2 (01:38:37):
Is that everybody's email, just in case you want to
click back in and take a look. You know what
I'm saying, Play with the apple a little bit. It's
a little different from what we have, but it's the
same as far as Live is concerned.

Speaker 68 (01:38:49):
So we are good on that word.

Speaker 2 (01:38:53):
Yes, yes, indeed, I mean so happy to be back live.
You just don't know, but you do know because I
was listening too. Yes, yes we was, Baby, We is
back y'all. Mm So, let me tell you a little
bit about this project seven right, Project seven right, and

(01:39:17):
I spoke with to a couple people about it, just
get some ideas before I put it together and things
like that.

Speaker 1 (01:39:24):
You know what I'm saying. I appreciate y'all, thank you
so much.

Speaker 2 (01:39:28):
Yeah, I've seen some things in my career, like I
got a certain audience that that is for me, an
audience that I'm for, right cause I don't think in
one sided deal in radio makes a whole lot of impact.
I think when you kind of involve yourself with the

(01:39:50):
artists and people that are guessed as well, you get
a little bit more impact.

Speaker 1 (01:39:55):
And that's the impact I'm looking at.

Speaker 2 (01:39:58):
But a lot of times, even in personal relationships, we
are around the wrong people to give.

Speaker 1 (01:40:05):
Them what people that need us for need us for.

Speaker 2 (01:40:09):
Like a lot of us are helpers, right And I
said this on Project one, ungrateful people for example.

Speaker 1 (01:40:16):
We're helpers.

Speaker 2 (01:40:17):
Well, sometimes we get so caught up in the helping
others that we forget that a lot of people don't
need our help. It's just for the convenience. It may
be for control, it may be for feeling superior over
the other. And so it's time to start looking at

(01:40:39):
and focusing on if you're helping the wrong people or not,
because I'm a helper and sometimes, you know, it's great
to think about positive things all the time. What positive
doesn't always certainly mean mean, and it don't always mean
good either.

Speaker 1 (01:40:55):
There's a good and bad positive. The good positive is
that you're helping somebody.

Speaker 2 (01:40:59):
The bad positive is that you may be up with
somebody that don't need your help, that may be wasting
your time. And a lot of people were discussing this
with me, and I said, you know what, let's make
a project happen and find out who these people are
to put an end to all that stress and all
that other stuff, sleepless nights and goals not being accomplished

(01:41:21):
because you are focusing on someone or something that is
not needing your help. So, uh, seven types of people
you should never allow into your life, according to how
you think, which is psychology. We're gonna take a look
at that tonight, you know what I'm saying, and learn
some things.

Speaker 1 (01:41:39):
Like what in the world and what in the world
and who in the world who is in these seven types.
So the first one would be.

Speaker 2 (01:41:54):
The constant critic, the energy vampire, the perpetual victim. You know,
stop me if it's familiar, and talk caddy deal. The
false friend. Been hearing a lot of talk about that.
The habitual liar, Oh heard some of that this week.

(01:42:18):
The eternal pessimist, Mmm, what's that? The manipulator? And so,
without further to do, we're gonna get some meat in
our lives.

Speaker 8 (01:42:30):
I'm gonna be just like you.

Speaker 2 (01:42:33):
Seven types of people you should never allow into your life,
according to psychology, and we're gonna find.

Speaker 6 (01:42:41):
That at.

Speaker 1 (01:42:44):
You we go with that, geting guidoting dot com.

Speaker 2 (01:42:53):
I'm gonna tell you, as best as I can hear
seven dash types dash of dash people that as you
that shouldn't that allow dash into dash in that'sh your
dash life dash according Dash two Dash philosophy by Ava
Sinclair who's posted on December eighth, twenty twenty four.

Speaker 1 (01:43:18):
And it still rings true right now, so I'm going
with it.

Speaker 2 (01:43:23):
Navigating relationships can be tricky, especially when certain people seem
to bring more harm than good. Psychology suggests that there
are pacific types of individuals that can be particularly damaging
to your well being, and.

Speaker 1 (01:43:38):
It's not always easy to recognize them.

Speaker 2 (01:43:42):
There are seven types of people you should consider keeping
its arms length, according to psychology. Let me share with
you some insights into those toxic personas so you can
be aware and protect your peace. One the constant critic.
We all have people in our lives who are quick
to point out our faults. Constructive criticism can be helpful,

(01:44:06):
but there's a fine line between offering helpful feedback and
tearing someone down. The constant critic is the type of
person who rarely has something positive to say about others.
They seem to thrive on highlighting your mistakes and bringing
you down. Psychology suggests that these individuals may be projecting

(01:44:28):
their insecurities onto you. Their criticism often says more about
them than it does about you.

Speaker 1 (01:44:36):
I'm gonna say that again.

Speaker 2 (01:44:37):
Their criticism often says more about them than it does
about you. Allowing a constant critic to remain in your
life can be harmful to your self esteem and overall
mental health. Be aware of such personalities and considering setting
boundaries to protect yourself too. The energy vampire. Have you

(01:45:01):
ever spent time with someone and left feeling completely drained.
I've been there too. It happened to me and my
freshman year of college, I had a friend would always
unload her problemy on me. It was always about her drama,
her issues, and her challenges. She never seem interested in
my life or how I was doing. Over time, I

(01:45:23):
begin to dread our conversations because they were so one
sided and left me feeling exhausted. And that's when I
realized that she was an energy vampire. Energy vampires are
the types of people who sucks the energy out of you.
They're often negative and self centered, turning every conversation into
a monologue about their problems. Psychologists advise us to be

(01:45:46):
wary of these individuals, as that can affect our mental
health and emotional well being. It's crucial to set boundaries
and ensure that the relationships in your life are receptacle,
not just one sided.

Speaker 1 (01:46:00):
Three. The perpetual victim.

Speaker 2 (01:46:03):
In psychology, there's a concept known as the victim mentality.
This type of cognitive bias where a person tends to
recognize themselves as a victim of the negative actions of others,
even in the absence of clear evidence.

Speaker 1 (01:46:19):
Perpetual victims are individuals who.

Speaker 2 (01:46:22):
Consistently see themselves as victims, regardless of their circumstances. They
refuse to take responsibility for their actions and blame others
for their misfortunes.

Speaker 1 (01:46:34):
While empathy is a critical component of any.

Speaker 2 (01:46:36):
Relationship, constantly catering to someone's perceived victimhood can be draining
and unproductive. It's essential to distinguish between those genuinely in
need of support and those who are victimhood as a
manipulation tool. Helping someone is one thing, but being taken

(01:46:57):
advantage of is another.

Speaker 1 (01:47:00):
Know the difference.

Speaker 5 (01:47:02):
Four.

Speaker 1 (01:47:03):
The false friend.

Speaker 2 (01:47:04):
A false friend is someone who pretends to be your friend,
but is in reality looking.

Speaker 1 (01:47:09):
Out only for their interests.

Speaker 2 (01:47:11):
They're often there in the good times, but vanished when
things get tough. These individuals might seem friendly and supportive
on the surface, but they often have underlying modes. They
may be after your resources, connections, or simply enjoy the
sense of control they gain.

Speaker 1 (01:47:27):
From manipulating others.

Speaker 2 (01:47:29):
Psychologists suggests that these relationships like death and genuine connection,
leading to a sense.

Speaker 1 (01:47:35):
Of betrayal and hurt.

Speaker 2 (01:47:37):
It's crucial to identify these false friends early on and
distance yourself to maintain a healthy social circle. Genuine friendships
should be built on mutual respect, honesty and support.

Speaker 35 (01:47:50):
Five.

Speaker 1 (01:47:51):
The habitual liar.

Speaker 2 (01:47:54):
When I was younger, I had a close friend who
would consistently tell small lies. First, they seem insignificant and harmless,
but over time these lives grew larger and started affecting
our friendship. This friend became a habitual liar, someone who
lied out of habit. It got to a point where
I questioned everything they said and trust was completely eroded.

(01:48:19):
Habitual liars often lie to make themselves look better or
to control the situation. However, their lives can create an
environment of mistrust and suspicion. It's essential to have honesty
as a foundation in any relationship. While everyone may tell
a white lie occasionally, habitual lying can be toxic and damaging.

Speaker 1 (01:48:40):
Don't let such individuals steal your peace of mind. Six.
The eternal pessimist.

Speaker 2 (01:48:47):
We all have down days where we see the glasses
half empty rather than half full, but the internal pessimist
is someone who constantly focuses on the negative side of things.
These individuals find problems in every solution and cast a
shadow of negativity wherever they go. They can drain your energy,

(01:49:08):
damp in your mold, and stifle your optimism. Psychology tells
us that negativity can be contagious. Constant exposure to such
pessimism can lead you to adopt a similar negative mindset.
Excuse me, It's essential to surround yourself with positive influences

(01:49:28):
that encourage you to see the brighter side of life.
Life is too short to be constantly clouded by negativity.

Speaker 1 (01:49:36):
Seven.

Speaker 2 (01:49:37):
The manipulator. Manipulators are individuals who use others for their
own benefit. They often employ tactics such as guilt tripping, gaslighting,
and plain the victim to get what they want. These
individuals can be incredibly damaging to your mental health and
well being. Maintaining a relationship with the manipulator often results

So what's a beautiful?

Speaker 76 (02:09:25):
But without enjoying the heist, without flowing those lines, without
enjoying the nice I'm not kif for the bus, I'm
just hid for the time. Yeah, at the time of
my life. So what's a beautiful bus without enjoying the height,
without throwing those lines, without enjoying the knights. I'm not
a hip for the fights. I'm just here for the time, down,
here for the time. Yet at the time of my life,
I've taken a good look myself, prejuped my mental health.

Speaker 1 (02:09:48):
With only my heart's help.

Speaker 76 (02:09:50):
Only few traumas left itself. I'm sorry, empathetic to the
point it's pathetic, but they're not regretted, and it keeps
me level headed. So what keep elevated to help feel
less degraded. I'm dealing with my history. I think, yeah,
I've made it.

Speaker 6 (02:10:03):
I've made it.

Speaker 76 (02:10:04):
Then myself, raising my mental health, telling helps to me
tricks on my shell. I'm bouncing to my bike. Well,
I'm down the most nights, not preaking. Just hie on
this beautiful white cloud. I'd like to call and mine
happy mom, happy white Richard, Paul, you, I sing in
all news sites with the brand you in like that
at night, fine fult shines, brightings to go and just right.

(02:10:24):
I never thought they could. I still gotta tap woods,
make sure it stays good, to do it all again,
same hood. Then I definitely would because my life would
be exactly how it should Handel wouldn't change a thing. No,
I wouldn't change a thing. So what's a beautiful bite
without enjoying, without clearing those lines, without enjoying gen nights.

Speaker 16 (02:10:45):
I'm not gifted for the fights.

Speaker 76 (02:10:47):
I'm just hif for the time yet the time of
my life. What's a beautiful white without enjoying without pluring
those lines, without enjoying nights. I'm not gift for the
fights and just kip for the time. Down'm here for
the time. Yes, I'm a mother's life from pushing mind
bound sort of piece stuff found like I will save
this round fungus, I'm instead of drown I'm raising myself.

(02:11:07):
Buck then don't give a fuck if I'm pushing mind
luck when I'm done with the rugget and the rough,
with the counter acts up.

Speaker 15 (02:11:13):
No, well, won't bump your stuff.

Speaker 76 (02:11:15):
I want to stay humbling off, ruffed on my own goat,
and I'm chuffed. I'm like a train wreck when I
start losing my head, but no longer crash because I
come on straight back. But I'm beautiful and read because
I always want to share, always gone a head let
even know that I'm there hoping might depressive states. I'm
now in a great place and shiny pat embrace every
day feel embrace no longer summer grass. I continue with

(02:11:38):
this show and the ruffings of the hose where every
right goat because I'm shattered ring the blows with the
Galvanie blows to dramatized throw, So emphasize the blows. Games
won't bring the stimilar yer to simulating my mind.

Speaker 14 (02:11:51):
Every form of flage I can find it from a forage.

Speaker 16 (02:11:53):
You are white.

Speaker 76 (02:11:54):
I don't need to go to sleep wine. I'm actually
going to sleep tire, waking up with a fire ruashion
and desire for the self, desire.

Speaker 3 (02:12:02):
I'm not ready to retire, so spun that light.

Speaker 1 (02:12:04):
I'm not ready to retire.

Speaker 76 (02:12:07):
So what's a beautiful bust without enjoying the hist without
florence those lines, without.

Speaker 32 (02:12:12):
Enjoying your night.

Speaker 76 (02:12:13):
It's not hip for the fights and just kid for
the time yet the time of my blokes. And what's
a beautiful bust without enjoying the without florence those lines,
without joining your nights, and not hip for the fights
and just hip for the time. Get I'm hip for
the time yet the time of my blive.

Speaker 18 (02:12:30):
That's precious because you can't watch it again once you
realize you're not gonna be enough.

Speaker 61 (02:12:36):
I think that's what makes so much.

Speaker 16 (02:12:40):
That's a beautiful bust.

Speaker 76 (02:12:41):
Without enjoying, without floring those lines, without enjoying, it's not
a hip.

Speaker 8 (02:12:46):
The time, Yeah, the time of my appear.

Speaker 1 (02:12:57):
