🎙 In this week’s podcast interview, experience an extraordinary story of a young boy brought up by his biological parents, who constantly reminded him that - he was a mistake, not worth it and would amount to nothing.

They also told him not to show emotions, cry or ask questions - as this was a sign of weakness for a man.

Over the years, this impacted negatively on his self-confidence and made him feel incredibly unwanted, and unloved leading him to attempt suicide. Healing from childhood trauma was incredibly slow and painful to an extent that Mike was too afraid of confronting his childhood - so opted to block out the experiences.

Despite spending years grappling with feelings of fear, shame and guilt - having a loving wife and supportive children helps him to heal from his childhood trauma and live fearlessly.
