Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello there, and welcome. This is calming anxiety ten minutes
of daily guided meditation, a little mindful break for the
soul to find balance and harmony within the monolog of
your thoughts. So find your quiet place now, somewhere to
(00:23):
sit or lie down, somewhere comfy where you won't be disturbed,
and close your eyes and with your beautiful mind, open
your imagination and connect. Explore and appreciate the almost hypnotic
(00:47):
rhythm of the rise and form of every breath a
moment in your day to truely appreciate this gift of
time to find balance, peace, tranquility within the sanctuary of
(01:14):
your consciousness. So feel you're breathing now with every moment,
with every word I say, focus on one area as
you inhale, and take note of the change of feeling
(01:40):
between the in breath and the outbreath. Then move your
focus from one area to another, and repeat, moving your
thoughts from one area to another. Maybe the lower part
(02:03):
of your chest, the back, your shoulders. Whatever you choose
is perfect just for you. But should you find yourself
distracted if your focus wanders your daydream distracted maybe by
(02:27):
sounds simply floating in from the outside world always acknowledge
these moments. But when you're ready, refocus again on the
beauty of the rise and fall of every breath, and
(02:51):
allow yourself to unwind, to relax. And then with every
outbreath you open your imagination to the simple beauty of relaxation,
(03:13):
of release. As you unwind, breathing out the negative moments,
those moments of panic or doubt, of sadness, of regret,
and imagine all the muscle fibers not just around your
(03:38):
chest and shoulders, but your entire being. Imagine them unwinding lengthening,
so that breath after breath you drift ever deeper into
(04:02):
a beautiful trance like state, so calm and at peace,
as if your consciousness, softly cradled was floating further and
further down, just you the rhythmic beauty of your breathing
(04:29):
and this reconnection of mind, body and soul. And then
within the stillness of your imagination you imagine these beautiful
words of positivity. You repeat them as you see them
(04:52):
on every outbreath, yet not moving your jaw, your lips,
or your tongue, simply speaking them softly yet with intent
in your mind's eye, so relaxed unwine, visualize, and repeat.
(05:17):
Every step I take is filled with confidence and calm.
Every step I take is filled with confidence and calm.
(05:43):
Every step I take is filled with confidence and calm.
Every step I take is filled with confidence and calm.
(06:08):
And still ever deeper, you allow yourself to drift to
find true, mindful balance within your own thoughts, relax, unwind,
imagine and repeat. Every step I take is filled with
(06:35):
confidence and calm. Every step I take is filled with
confidence and calm. Every step I take is filled with
(07:02):
confidence and calm. Every step I take is filled with
confidence and calm. Deeper and deeper, you feel yourself letting
(07:28):
go of all the negative, toxic emotions that hold you back,
truly relaxed, unwined, and then once more within your beautiful mind,
imagine and repeat. Every step I take is filled with
(07:55):
confidence and calm. Every step I take is filled with
confidence and calm. Every step I take is filled with
(08:22):
confidence and calm. Every step I take is filled with
confidence and calm, And then simply drift and float, as
(08:46):
if your very consciousness were suspended in time, weightless, timeless,
connecting with the vibration of every cell of your being,
with every thought and memory, relax, unwine, and set yourself free.
(09:18):
Now take a deep intake of breath and time to
reorientate your thoughts, to set your focus on the challenge,
joy and beauty of the world outside. Now take another
deep breath, but this time completely inflate your lungs to
the very top and then stretch out those muscles in
(09:38):
your arms and legs. And now open your eyes and smile,
and thank you as always one for taking care of
you today and then secondly for putting your faith in
trust in calming anxiety. Have a lovely day, my friend.

(10:28):
